THEY DO NOT HONOR THE INTERNET PRICE IF YOU SPEAK ON THE PHONE. THEY CANCEL YOUR ENTIRE RESERVATION AND REFUSE TO RENT TO YOU!Delivery service Set on phone WAS for 9am BUT THEY called me from UNKNOWN NUMBERS! Who are you the IRS! They finally call from a business number at 9:40 am. Lied that they were waiting an hour an a half. Do the math stupid. Way off. Then they Complained to me with an attitude that the driver came all from Cahengua. Are you serious?? A 15 min at the most ride! Ray the manager and Vivian both conspired to CANCEL MY RESERVATION. BECAUSE I MISSED the pick they both said they were no longer renting me a car! Not to mention how angry and nasty her tone. I am the customer!! LASTLY YOU EVIL WITCH AND RAY YOU THOUGHT YOU COULD BE SPITEFUL. That I would be Carless. BUT I GOT A BETTER DEAL AND SERVICE ELSEWHERE. AVIS IN HOLLYWOOD! Tips Rent FROM THE AIRPORT NOT EVER AVON. I bought a $70,000 f750 they were supposed to fix the engine lite before I filled purchased it drove a 100 miles and it came back on truck won't hardly drive and shakes bad and have gutless pedal they wipe codes for it didn't fix the problem and said I have to pay to fix it now can't work cus truck can't haul it's not right would give 0 stars if I could now I'm stuck with a lemon I have to fix my self be careful bring ur machanic

Upon dropping my truck off I was greeted rudely by the man I am assuming was the boss. He came outside in the parking lot talking to me like I was dumb because I didnt know where to park my truck and apparently I was in the way. I do not work there and seeing as how the lot was empty from both trucks and cars I thought Id park and get my things quickly and let them park it where they must. I was getting out some food and clothes I was donating to the homeless when he came out talking rudely and angrily to me. When it was time for my payment I walked into the office to find and hear that he was still talking down about me, being rude, and obnoxious about me parking in the wrong place when again there are no signs for where to park and I had already moved the truck dispite his rudeness.I felt extremely uncomfortable paying for the truck after that and doing business there. I will not be doing business there anymore especially because I felt discriminated against because he hadnt talked to any of his employees that way. I have more respect for myself than that and I thought I was doing the neighborhood a service because I live nearby. That was not the case. If he wants to talk down on people in the neighborhood that support him he should take that behavior to his own neighborhood. I really would like a refund. I am also going to make sure that no one I know does business there and if you have respect for yourself dont work there or do business there especially if you live nearby.

This Uhaul service is the only true 24 hours on site Uhaul in the Country. At this center we do everything Paperless which means Every single Contract will be sent to the Email Address you provide to the representative onsite or over the phone. Every Truck will not be on a full tank of gas and should be returned with the same amount of Gas or you the customer will be charge, and NOTE IF YOU RECEIVE THE GAS AT OR OVER A QUARTER TANK AND IT IS RETURNED UNDER OR SLIGHTLY UNDER YOU WILL BE CHARGED AN ADDITIONAL 30 DOLLARS. Please take pictures of gas and miles/:dash board as the System or cashier can make a mistake and will make adjustments easy both for you the customer and Uhaul. When I arrived at the drop off location, I asked the guy if he needed anything else from me and he said not unless you have any money. It was not funny and made me feel uncomfortable. He also took the keys without going over any forms or the vehicle with me. I knew I dropped the vehicle off with enough gas because it was not a burden for me to have filled it up earlier that day, however I knew I was over the gas requirement so I did not bother. He documented that my gas was below the gas line and charge me an extra $30 to fill it up as I saw in an email after I already left. I should have taken a picture myself, but only took pictures of my car parked on the outside of the locationWhen I called customer service, they claimed that he said he documented it correctly. I asked them to ask him to send them a picture as proof, however he did not take a picture to show them and it is just his word against mine. This was after having the drop off location changed on me four times within the last 24 hours and resulting in this place, which was not even the closest one to me, and made me waste gas in the first place as well as a large time of my day.

The area was really tight space to get in and out of but the employees were nice and accommodating. However, the website offered phone check-in but this location apparently does not support that feature.When reviewing the vehicle, I noticed that the vehicle-condition report was pre-populated with images of another vehicle from a different state (there was snow on the floor). I made sure to reupload current ones since I didnt feel it was appropriate that images were provided for me or that I was encouraged to sign off on images that didnt match the vehicle I was renting.All in all, I did have a pleasant and smooth experience renting here. Frank was very diligent about ensuring I had everything I needed and made sure to call before I arrived to make sure I was able to make it on-time or if I needed help. He also seemed very genuine in ensuring I had a good experience.

The owner and his wife are incredibly kind and provide excellent service. It's sad to say but it's rare to find such normal and nice people who are actually good at their job. There are uhaul centers closer to me but I will always go to this location as long as I'm on this side of town. I've used them 3 times already and they're great. 5 Stars

I used to live in Burbank and had some mechanics there that were great and I really trusted. I now live around Palms. I asked my old mechanics for a quote for some work on my car, just so I could know what was fair. Not only did Byron at Mb Auto fix the problem within five minutes of my getting there, but he charged almost a third of what my old mechanics would have charged. This place is awesome and I will definitely be coming here again.
