The review by Eric Grushkin on this site fails to identify the following facts. This is the highest rated, best service dealer in Southern CA due to the incredible spirit of the owner Sharon. Eric Grushkins review is retaliation because he was put on the DO NOT RENT LIST posted on the wall by the counter. He made this list by being incredibly disrespectful to Sharon every time he rented...refusing to help this 54, 114 lb, 64 yr (young) lady hook up his trailer rentals including telling her he would not help her hook up a large trailer to his car while it was raining...and taking 20 boxes without paying for them when the office was empty briefly because the staff was delivering equipment to other customers in line ahead of him. He left an IOU because he was in a hurry. I encourage you to look his name up on Google...see what you find regarding lawsuits against him. And yes, the boyfriend told him he could no longer rent due to his behavior...a message Sharon agreed with and also delivered to him. BTW, the boyfriend is over 6 tall...Eric about 55...I think i understand his reference to high school insecurity.

So I have a small moving business the last time I rented a U-Haul I come to find out theres a dispute that is still pending and they are looking to collect more money I was told this at the end of the process when I want to go rent 1 now they wanted an additional $290 on top of the 150 that already collected so being that I was not ready to pay that money I told my client that I was going to be unable to get her a Uhaul and to provide my service for her so she would need to come in there and obtain the Uhaul herself having lost face with my customer and probably lost that business I waited at the U-Haul for her to arrive because it was nearing closing time she got there 10 minutes before closing time I hand her her money and said thank you for the business she later called me and told me how they denied her at Uhaul because of the fact that she was associated with me.. no I lost that business for sure. The Adolescent stuff that is employed there is a very easy explanation as to why she was not able to obtain and you are it was due to the fact that your employees and Uhaul did not want to work 4th at 8 show up and renter a U-Haul because they were ready to punch out and go home I would much rather hear the truth then you hear a store policy that I know does not exist if youre going to give you a business to you all dont give it to this location

I went there today to Tool Rentals and Felix took care of my issue in a way that made clear to me why I prefer Home Depot over any other store : customer satisfaction. I will not go over details, suffice to say that I am old enough to distinguish different kinds of store philosophies towards the customer, and this is the best I have found.Thank you guys.

We picked up our moving truck this morning and Pete Peterson is the gentleman who helped us. This move has been stressful and has had some surprises so to say I wasn't excited to be there was an understatement. Pete was so kind and helpful from the moment I walked in. He gave me some great advice on where I could get some things I needed and their customer service is top notch. This company is military friendly and although Pete couldn't give us a discount on the truck itself he had awesome moving supply deals. I highly recommend going to this store. We're coming back in June when we have to move a few other things. Thank you Pete!

I feel this storage facility has intentionally made it near impossible to close my account. I originally paid cash for 1 month of storage and indicated at the time I only wished to have the unit for 1 month. At the end of the first month i was told they require 30 days written notice to vacate and I would be required to pay for an additional months rent to settle my account. I recently received a bill for 2 additional months rent so now a total of 4 months plus 2 late payment fees added for good measure. I currently do not know when I will be able to have this unit removed from my life but I can say that for 1 month of storage I would not recommend this location to anyone.

I have also had claims and Johns office and the claims department have been great. One time, John even wrote my claim check out of his office. His office in Oceanside takes care of you and doesnt sell you policies. The wrong time to find out is after a claim. Highly recommend this office.

If you have a neighbor you dislike, hire this company. The incredible roaring sound of the NOT enclosed and NOT Noise INSULATED machine on the back of their truck will vibrate the house walls and floors of your neighbor for hours without a moment of relief. Their workman will refuse any mitigation or movement of their insane sound machine even when offered cash. The owner of the company seems used to receiving noise complaints and equally well versed in blowing them off. He says his truck “is legal” and he needs to do nothing to help you. Hard to believe such an insensitive and uncaring person owns a company, but their you have it.However Do know you can call your local law enforcement agency and file a noise complaint. Your local government also has a noise element in their general plan. Code enforcement officials can be called to enforce that noise element.In our case, the owner did not care that my wife had had surgery two days previous and could NOT leave and go to the store for a couple of ours while they finished nor in any case could our adult disabled son with three painful autoimmune diseases leave the house without advance planning. They drove up, the assault began. We were NOT contacted by the owner beforehand to warn us or give us time to prepare.We had no idea our neighbor had contracted with this company. He had no idea of the level of noise their machine would create.I believe that this uncaring, bully of an owner violated the Americans With Disabilities Act with his noise “sneak” attack on my two day post surgery wife and our adult physically disabled son. I have an incurable blood cancer so I do not have time to see a lawsuit through to the finish. Otherwise I would be contacting our lawyer and I would file against this bully.. Good luck if you hire these guys.

Joe was patient, not pushy, gave the best price for the exact same work and same products as other companies. He gave us part numbers to make it easier for us to compare parts and pricing.
