BEWARE! DO NOT USE UHAUL!!!I walked in to this Uhaul location prior to my interstate move and reserved a 12' trailer 1 month in advance. The Uhaul employee told me that I would get a call the day before my reservation letting me know the time and location of where I needed to get my trailer, assuring me that if it wasn't at that particular location that it would be at one nearby. A month goes by and I do not get a call from Uhaul the day before my reservation, so I called them. They told me that there are NO 12' trailers anywhere in southern CA and that the closest one is in northern AZ! Uhaul told me 1 day before I had to be moved out of my apartment that they could not supply the equipment that we had agreed upon a month in advance. I spoke with Tish who was extremely unhelpful and rude about Uhaul leaving me high and dry 1 day before my move out date. She did nothing to help me or compensate me and frankly did not care that Uhaul was completely screwing me over. The only person from Uhaul that deserves any praise is Andrew at the Van Buren location. He was genuine and helpful in finding me and getting me a deal on a 10' foot van and car dolly. DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH UHUAL. Making a reservation means absolutely nothing to them and they will care less about completely screwing you over.

Want to have your vacation destroyed in less than 24 hours? Rent from Enterprise! These mouth-breathers waited until the night before our departure date to tell us that the every model of the vehicle we reserved months beforehand was suddenly unavailable. Since were towing a trailer, the only vehicle that we can use is a truck. And since they waited this long to tell us they were going to screw us, theres nowhere else to rent from at this late hour. They made no attempt to make it right, made no apology, and we got stuck paying for a roundtrip Lyft to the rental spot since, again, no truck. The day these useless specimens go out of business, Im throwing a party.

TLC competed an ambitious planting of tree willow and cottonwood for a restoration project in the Owens Valley. They worked on a tight schedule, with complicated specifications, and completed the work on time and as designed. The crew was exceptionally hard-working and management was communicative and responsive to requests for changes in project scope. Based on our experience we would gladly hire them again.

Corie is the greatest!!! I started shopping around and even decided to go with progressive because I am cheap and wanted to save like $50 on my policy( BIG mistake ) cause when it came time to buy the agent that was supposed to call me back to do my policy flaked and never called. So when I called them to give them my money they said I would have to wait 72 hours. I had already canceled my policy and progressive told me sorry that we misinformed you but nothing we can do so you will be without insurance till Wednesday since it was Friday... nope not going to happen. I called Corie ( now mind you it's 8 pm on a Friday night) she told me to send her a few things and I was covered in about 15 minutes With ID cards in my email. Corie Olive is a life saver, she came through 100%. Let me tell you if you think you want to save $50 just know you will never get the Customer service you need. $50 is a small price to pay for the peace of mind Corie has given me. Corie Olive you will now be me agent till the end of time!!!!

I had a big accident a few years ago where I was at the tail end of a 5 car pile up. It wasn't my fault but a lot of people were involved and it was very scary. State Farm being available 24 hours for claims made it much more comforting. They got me set up with a rental truck, didn't even charge me the difference of the cost. My car was a total loss sadly but they reimbursed me actually a very very fair amount. Once proven it wasn't my fault, I got my deductible back.Today, a few years later, someone rearended my husband at a stop. And even during Covid, they have been responsible, compassionate and easy to work with. Mayra at Troy Manning has been an angel to work with. We can't thank them enough for taking care of us once again.

Bill himself is a wonderful agent! Personally he gets 5 stars, he is very professional yet friendly and takes the time to explain everything to you. I would have given five stars above but being an agent with State Farm knocks him down one star. I dont know how good State Farm is in other areas but in far Northern California theyre roadside service is unreliable. Ive called them twice for roadside service, once they didnt have a truck available due to a major winter storm and then the other time they were very busy and they didnt have the regular provider they offered to send me a provider but they will be coming from Redding area and an expected wait time of about 3 hours, also Id have to pay out-of-pocket for any charges and be reimbursed. I ended up just taking the bus to local AutoZone and getting a new battery and installing it into my car myself so at that point what was the point of even having roadside service? They really need to work on that, like maybe they could have their own truck up here in REAL Northern California or help subsidize a contract tow/service location in the center of this very rural and lowly populated area of Cali. BUT AGAIN, BILL IS GREAT!
