Negative 10 stars. The guy at the front desk claiming his name to be Dudley who also claimed to be first the manager then the owner was discriminating, aggressive and hostile to us women who had made a reservation. When I first walked in with my reservation I had online, he was condescending and disrespectful as I made friendly conversation as I always do. When my sister came in he said, even though she made great window decor to look at, she had to leave. He then tried to say that I had to pay $70 extra fee which Ive never had to pay before. I have been a loyal continued customer with Budget Truck Rental for past 2 years where I have rented over 5 trucks. He then said told me that I was not going to be getting a truck today and we replied with, how is that possible when we are a paying customer? He then called 911 claiming we were refusing to leave his office. We are the nicest people ever. He then called some dude to come over there and he had someone else waiting in a car that was parked in front watching everything. A big dude also showed up that he was clearly using to intimidate or threaten us. We felt very unsafe and threatened so we left immediately. This Budget worker clearly has no respect for women and had some kind of problem with us from the moment we walked in with his disrespectful comments and attitude towards us. We are still shocked as I have never experienced this kind of treatment or refused service in my life. Unbelievable and sad how people can be.

Anyone who ever said they LOVED UHAUL, OBVIOUSLY was serviced by Alexander Moore at the Uhaul off Jefferson Avenue!I say this because, until I had the honor of being assisted by General Manager Moore, I had decided I HATE UHAUL!I was planning a move 90 miles long distance move (Downtown Los Angeles to Murrieta) and EVERY Uhaul representatives up until the moment I met Mr. Moore were EXTREMELY lackluster and devoid of human interaction skills. Moving is ALREADY STRESSFUL WITHOUT assistance! They messed up my pickup location (sent me 30 mins away), they gave me the WRONG size truck, didnt inspect the vehicle, ETC... all in all NO BUENOOOO!I was livid that I had to return the ONE WAY rental the next day after traveling 90 miles with a FULL load and STILL had to head back to DTLA to COLLECT what couldnt fit. 3 feet worth of space MAKES A HUGE DIFFERENCE!It was Halloween day and I previously promised my girlfriend we would celebrate our victorious move with nostalgia by tick or treating. We were supposed to be done the night before, October 30th. Little did I know what Uhaul had in store for me when I made that promise to her.While standing in line at Uhaul to return the vehicle, I began to pray. I was SO FRUSTRATED and UPSET it was ALL I could do.My prayers were answered when out of nowhere Mr. Moore appeared and took over the register and called me over. As soon as I explained my dilemma, he said I am SO SORRY for they way this was handled, I am 10 steps ahead and I WILL TAKE CARE OF YOU!His empathy and TAKE CHARGE initiative were EXACTLY what I needed.TAKE care of me HE DID! I was able to complete my LONG DISTANCE move with more peace afterwards. Before being assisted by Mr. Moore I wondered if Uhauls lack of customer service had to do with it not having any real competition? No need to rise above if youre ALREADY on top!That notion has since been replaced with Uhaul needs to TRAIN better and be more selective in their hiring process. They need MORE LIKE MOORE!I am grateful Alexander Moore assisted me on Halloween day and changed my opinion of the company he represents so effortlessly well!

Carolina saved the day for my family. I rented a trailer and then I needed a big truck and she took care of us and mentioned that storage was available and gave me the options which I decided later to go with plus helped me get insurance for everything too. Then she came through almost instantly when I needed to move everything in and made the reservation as fast as possible and helped my family in a huge way. So happy to have her and the UHaul team in my town!

I commend Nader for doing an Excellent/Outstanding Job who is definitely an Invaluable Asset to the Public who needs Auto-Repair Services.I had a “Check Engine” light problem and called the Ford Dealer to make an appointment; they stated to leave the car for an entire day and maybe they will get to it. Historically, I've always gone to the Ford Dealer but it is such an inconvenience to drive there, wait for a service person, rent a car, drive home, drive back to the dealer, drive back to the rental car agency etc.This was my first experience with a Mobile Mechanic and it was just Wonderful!Nader came to my home much sooner than expected. A “Check Engine” notice could take a long time to find for obvious reasons. Nader diagnosed the problem of being a vacuum leak. The search started. Within 5 minutes Nader told be to feel a 2-inch elbow hose that was only visible on one side. By feeling the hose and being a little softer than normal; Nader stated he believes the hose has a potential leak. When I felt the hose it just felt like any 2- inch hose to me. He proceeded to unhook the hose and bingo; there was a tiny pin-hole leak in the “hidden” elbow. It was unbelievable how Nader found the issue so quickly; had to be as a result of Nader's high intelligence and Experience in Auto Repairs. He went to a parts house and picked up the part and the job was done.My time is my most important/valuable Asset to me and Nader saved me between 1 and 2 days of my time. IMO- I can't imagine a Ford Mechanic finding a leak within 5 minutes.Since this Check Engine Light was resolved so quickly; I asked Nader to replace the driver side window motor (with rivets) that had not been working for a few weeks. There were different optional methods of replacing the motor and Nader explained the risks; so we agreed to take the safer option to ensure the window doesn't break. There were some unexpected complexities because of the previous installer; Nader resolved those issues quickly and the job was also a Great Success.It was great just staying at home and having a Professional Mechanic come to my home and explain what is being done during the repairs. Nader's Communication was just Wonderful. His Knowledge and Customer Service Skills are outstanding. I feel like I won the lottery by finding Nader (Mobil Mechanic MD).I will for sure call Nader (Mobil Mechanic MD) for my car problems in the future and recommend Nader to everyone I know.Thank You Nader!!!

Most ridiculous situation I have ever been apart of. I made a yelp so I cant help some of you save your time and money. I was in my first car accident in dec 2021 and was referred to this company through our insurance agency. We were rear ended and needed to replace our bumper and was quoted an early February completion date. We call around that date and they tell us our part is in back order 2 more weeks. Okay I get that Covid and what not no problem. 2 weeks later they tell us the parts still dont arrive. At this point have already spent 3 k in rental car fees. One month later me and my fiancé receive a call from them saying that our car is going to ready in 2 days! We were excited because we were about to go on vacation and we didnt want to spend another week of rental car fees even though its already been 3 months to fix our bumper. We get back from vacation with no more rental car since they told us to pick up our car on this certain date because they said it would be ready. So My fiancé walks a mile to the place In 100 degree weather so we dont have to waste anymore money on Ubers and rental cars like we have for the past 3 months and upon arriving they tell us we installed the convertible top on wrong and we installed the seatbelts incorrectly, we need to send it back to the dealer ship and it wont be ready for ANOTHER WEEK. A few more weeks go by and I start asking questions because they arent calling us and I begin to call every single day for updates. In the first week of April we called and they told us your car is completely fixed and ready, unfortunately they told us that THEY DAMAGED THE CAR while towing from the dealer ship and it will be another week. I finally received my car 113 days after they received it. They had my car longer than we drove it, to fix and replace a BUMPER. They caused us to go in debt with over 7000 dollars worth of rental car fees. It was so sweet of them to offer us 300 dollars to cover one week of rental car fees when we begin to call them out for being so unprofessional. I have never dealt with such an unprofessional company with zero sympathy for their paying customers. This is not the end as I am currently filing legal complaints and seeing what my options are. Save your money and your time and go literally anywhere else. We were supposed to get married this year, and due to this unprofessional establishment that caused us to lose the money we had saved for it, that wont be happening.

“iNtEgRiTy iS vErY iMpOrTaNt hERe aT MiTsUBisHi MuRriEtTa” Salesman, Mitsubishi-Murrieta ?First off, they clearly have some way of removing bad reviews since I've seen the reviews fluctuate and seen mine disappear. I will copy and paste this to my notes and post this again and again every time I see it disappear. This time I will be sure to keep it short as possible to make it more likely to be read. For the record this is my second time posting this review.They recommend a 2014 VW Jetta to me for $8725. KBB says that's decent, and it's the car I wanted, so I want to go through with it. I make it clear that that's in my price range. They mess up/screw me over on many things which I will list below.- they add on extras such as lojack, paint protection, and something else, which they cannot take out. The finance office is telling me roughly $10000 overall after these add ons. Other people complain about this too in the reviews. Personally I wasn't complaining.- when I drive the car off the lot, they start calling me saying that I need to come back and redo the paperwork, or else they will have to come get the car, since they messed it up by “charging an extra $100”. They blow my phone up everyday until I do and say there's no way around it. I don't want to drive an hour and a half up the road, but I do.- when I go to make my first payment, the overall price I owe is $16000! Almost double the price the car is worth.- I call repeatedly, not able to get ahold of anyone, and being told that I'd get a call back. (In hindsight they see obviously avoiding this conversation.)- When I finally am able to ask, I'm assuming it's a mistake and the lady on the phone says “look at your financing paperwork”, I say it does say $16000 but that isn't the price that was discussed, $10000 was. To which she responds with an attitude, word for word,“Well, I'm not the one who did your financing paperwork, so”As if she doesn't represent the financing office when I call.Funniest thing, the salesman I dealt with (can't remember his name, Mexican guy with facial hair) when we told him that my boyfriend and I were marines, said“iNtEgRiTy iS vErY iMpOrTaNt hERe aT MiTsUBisHi MuRriEtTa” lmaooooHe must have seen the cringe on our faces because the look on his face was instant regret ???This is the first car I've ever bought and they knew this so I believe they took advantage of this fact. Thank you guys for making me weary of dealerships as I should be. On the bright side, the Jetta I'm paying 2x the price for runs great!

CONSUMER BEWARE!!!!SHYSTERS!!!****They are currently being INVESTIGATED by Honda AND State Farm Insurance****Don't be fooled when the Dealerships refer you to this place…citing they are “certified.”While Body Works is certified by Honda, etc…the ONLY thing they should be certified in is FRAUD.They give you a quote and they give you this con artist “Oscar winning” performance that they are family owned; they stand by their work; and customer satisfaction is all they care about. All they care about is milking you for money in hidden and fraudulent fees.If you don't know the term “Bait and Switch” make sure you familiarize yourself with it. This place is a master at it.They took our car in.It was an insurance claim.They performed services “outside” what the insurance company (or we) authorized.Every time we called to check on the status of the car…Nick said he'd call back. He never called back. This went on for months.I tried to stay involved.They did everything to keep me out of the loop. This is where they get you.When the car was finally done and the insurance had paid all the claims…they told us we had to pay approximately $2000.00 for the “additional services” not covered by the insurance carrier. Needless, to say it came as a complete shock…as my calls were never returned AND I had not authorized any additional repairs.They then told me that on top of the nearly $2000.00 (which they make commission on) they were scamming me for…they said for every day the car remained there… they would now be charging $150.00 (per day).The insurance adjuster even went back out to Body Works to see if they could authorize any additional payments. The agreement between the insurance company, Body Works (Monica, the office mgr) and us was that Body Works would contact me when the adjuster arrived so that we could all be there at one time. Guess What? Body Works never called when the adjuster arrived. They blatantly lied to the adjuster and on the adjuster, as well as, on us.They NEVER called us.We asked to speak to Andy, the body shop mgr. He wouldn't come out to talk to us. He wouldn't return any phone calls. We merely wanted to find out why these unauthorized repairs were done. We then asked to speak to with the owner, Doug. Monica said no. She said she was the officer manager and it was her decision to charge the fee. She said everything goes thru her.Needless, to say further attempts to contact Doug resulted in him not returning any calls.To make a long story short…we had to pay the additional fees to get the car back. When picking up the car Monica was sarcastic, rude and slightly hostile which was a far cry from the “welcoming” environment when the car was initially dropped off.TO FURTHER ADD TO THEIR FRAUD…when we were leaving, another one of their con artist employees named Alexa, blatantly (and boastfully) stated “Just so you know, we've been reported many times to agencies like the BAR, etc. and nothing is ever done to us. They won't do anything to us. So if you report us nothing will happen.”There you have it!When we got the car home…we realized the back lights don't work which could endanger our lives. With all the other lies they've told…it makes one wonder if the lights not working is due to retaliation.If you use this place…make sure you google all their reviews first. The people who work at this place are masters at deception and fraud. They will lie to you. They will con you. They will hold your vehicle hostage until you pay their hidden (commission based fees). They have their fraudulent routine down.***CONSUMER BEWARE***
