I arrived at the store location prior to its opening so I was the first in line. Customer service personnel and their interaction was pleasant but the overall service in acquiring a vehicle was a comedy of errors i.e. the location did not have a vehicle type I had ordered over a week earlier in my reservation, they tried to place me into a sedan (I had ordered a compact SUV) they ten said they did not have the vehicle I reserved and asked if they could upgrade me to a full size SUV, I agreed and then multiple people began running around and they told me they could not find the keys. After waiting to see what they did next they came to me and said a vehicle was coming from another location and to wait. 45 minutes later a vehicle arrived, the individual handling this transaction gave me the quick speech, handed me the keys and made a point of telling me that no animals were allowed in the vehicle because Enterprise went through a vigorous cleaning and if they had to do a deep cleaning for pet hair I would be charged $75 additional. well when I got home and folded down the seats to load some boxes there was white dog hair on the back of the seats (so much for the vigorous cleaning). The vehicle was new and performed satisfactorily for its class. When I returned the vehicle (First one there again) there was a wait and when I asked if I could get a ride home (1/2 a mile) the staff member told me I would have to wait, when I asked how long she said she didnt know, I said if I walked home it would take me 15-20 minutes and if it took longer that 5 minutes I would start walking. immediately the store Manager came out to give me a ride home, I assume he heard I was not happy with the service on the way he asked what my concerns were and after I told him it was the customer service he said What can I do so you will give us a 5 rating I asked like what for example and he responded with a future upgrade I said thank you but no thank you (How about something now rather than the future which who knows may never come to pass). My rental was over $230 dollars for 3 days which included $60+ in insurance.I have rented a vehicles from your organization several times before and I have never been frustrated with your personnels customer service and planning before, I have never rented from this location prior. If I can make suggestions 1. Have the inventory on had for your current reservations, 2 Customer service should be organized and deal with clients one at a time not multiple clients at the same time and appear that you dont know what to do next and 3. Most importantly do not make assumptions or Lie to clients because they will not trust you moving forward. As I previously stated the vehicle was satisfactory for its class, if I could have rated this survey as a 2.5 I would have, hence the 3.0Thank you for the time to comment on your service I hope you appreciate the comments/suggestions and the time and frustration I felt reliving the experience.

My storage unit was broken into twice within 4 days. I lost everything that I inherited from family and everything I worked for in the past 12 years. The first time both my locks were picked and the second time the replacement locks were forcefully removed; causing damage to the door/latch.When I spoke with the manager (David Sahagun) the first time about how to go forward he repeatedly said, “Are you sure stuff is missing; ARE YOU SURE!!??”, and got louder after every time, as to public humiliate me in front of his employees and to try to make me think that I'm the crazy one for even believing that theft could possibly take place at “his” facility. The employees of U-Haul just rebutted by saying, “We have night time security and cameras everywhere”. Well, that doesn't do anything when anyone can come and go as they please during the day because there isn't day-time security.Drive up doors will stay open for 10+ minutes. Doors open whenever someone walks by the sensor on the inside - not even trying to leave, just walking by to grab a cart or use the restroom. Not every isle has a security camera (the storage I had) and many security cameras are mounted in the worst possible fashion as to not even surveil the entire hallway/units, and there are cameras mounted ABOVE air conditioner ducting providing a blocked view.Additionally, homeless people will wait for the door to open so they can use the bathroom. The majority of the U-Haul employees are bottom of the barrel talent (laborers). The insurance company ignored my second claim (because my unit was broken into twice) including every inquirey I made to get into contact. Pomona police didn't care and has since ignored my theft/burglary case.I hope all of these people face severe karma - I despise them all.Don't store your belongings at this ghetto facility nor the ghetto city.

Shout out to David who helped me today. He didn't have an appliance dolly, so he gave us a discount! His personality and customer service with a smile is one that should be duplicated among all people in all types of customer service positions. I would drive 100 miles just to rent from his store!! Thank you for taking some of the weight of moving off of our shoulders David!! We really appreciate it! God bless you and I hope your store is blessed 100 fold!

If I could not leave a star, I would. Ive looked over past reviews and everyone either had a great time or the employees that worked there ruined the experience. Here is my reason for giving one star.I came out for a wedding and the guys wanted to shoot trap. I own firearms, however, I never shot trap before. We have a party about 8 guys, some have shotguns and the others used Groupon. The Groupon was a great deal!! We got a shotgun rental, 2 boxes of shells, employee on site for tips, ear plugs, 2 tokens for a total of 50 targets and a Home Depot tool belt for the rounds. The trouble started from the get go when the young lady at the front desk didnt know what to do because we had guys in our group that only needed tokens because they had everything else. She looked to an older gentleman and his attitude turned sour when he heard we had people with groupons and other had all the equipment. He made it seem like it was an inconvenience that we came there and they were actually going to have to do some legit work. We checked a week before about the Groupon and others have firearms and we were told it was ok. We finally got our rounds, ear plugs and made out way to the range we pick from the three that were open. They only allow five firearms per spot and we had four 12 gauge and one 20, left the ammo for the 20 at home. I went back to get a rental, included in the Groupon, and the first young lady now wanted to give attitude about the shotgun and wanted us to exchange 2 boxes for 20 gauge shells. After telling her that it was included she finally handed over the rental. We walked back to our spot and had to come back again to exchange the shotgun because it was in deplorable condition, sights missing(not that it was needed, however you should expect quality coming from an Olympic Shooting Range).I know this is long winded. I would not recommend this range to any of my family, friends or people I despite. Lack of respect from the frontline employees, check-in is a trailer, outside bathrooms (I completely understand this), rentals are in terrible condition and the ranges are just ok. I was told it was an Olympic Shooting Range and its their calm to fame, it was 1984 and I was 4 at that time. We are in 2016 and times have changed, move forward or you will be left behind!I will end on a positive note. The best part for me besides spending time with a great group of guys was two others guys that showed up before we left and part on clinic for hitting targets.
