Staff was generally courteous. The car I rented unfortunately had some scratches and a small dent when I brought it back (not sure how it got there, mustve happened when I had the car parked). In any case, since I used my Visa card they usually will provide insurance for you (make sure you decline the insurance that Enterprise offers you in order to take advantage of this benefit). However, when they statement came in for the repairs they actually tried to charge for repairs that were not previously reported on the statement I received from them when we inspected the car upon return. In the end, Visa covered all the damages but its kinda sketchy that they added on all those repairs that were not documented beforehand. This is probably how they get all their cars repaired -- by waiting until there is one thing significant enough to repair and that having all the other minor damages repaired as well and dropping the bill on you.

My insurance connected me with this rental shop because my car was being repaired and I needed transportation for work. I reserved the car for a full week and said that I was going to check in at 8am to pick it up. I arrived to the shop on my pick up date and it was already busy and there was only one person working the desk. It was a lot of waiting and I didnt get checked in until around 9am. The guy then still had to vacuum the car and wipe down the windshields.I finally got to take the car and I went straight home. It was probably around 9:30am by this point. I finally left to run an errand and noticed both the change oil light and the low tire pressure light were on. I immediately called and let them know and a girl said that I didnt need to worry about the oil change light because they have a schedule where they take it. She said that I could put in air myself or bring it back to the shop for them to check.I didnt feel comfortable putting in air myself so I drove back to the shop for them to take a look. The same man who helped me in the morning brought out a portable air machine and began filling the tire that the sensor was pointing out.I turned the car on and the light was still on and he said that I just had to drive it a little for the sensor to go away. I went ahead and listened to that advice and while the sensor did turn off for a little bit (maybe 20 mins) it turned back on as soon as I restarted the car.I called several times but they just kept putting me on hold and never actually picked up the call. I was very stressed at this point that I decided I was going to return the car and cancel the rest of my reservation.When I went to return the car it took them 30 mins to actually attend me. It was so frustrating that when they offered to switch the car for me I declined because it was clear that this shop did not offer quality service.They still charged me a full day. To top it off they were also trying to charge me the gas I used (which it barely went down to 7/8 of a tank). I let them know that I spent more time driving back and forth to their shop than I did anywhere else. The guy who was helping me asked the manager if there was something they could do and the manger was quick to try and say that I still needed to pay for the gas even if I was canceling the reservation. I then reminded him that the only reason I was returning the vehicle early was because they gave a defective vehicle that hadnt been properly serviced before renting it out.He then said that he would do it this one time since they were busy and needed to keep the line moving.I truly never write negative reviews unless Ive experienced unacceptable service and this is one of those cases. I dont recommend booking at this Hertz at all. Do yourself a favor and avoid the stress and frustration by booking elsewhere!!

The car rental agency with the most comprehensive range of models in Los Angeles. Last time on our wedding anniversary, my wife and I wanted to rent a decent car and go for a walk. I looked around and saw that no one had the car I wanted until I walked into their home. I fell in love with that Rolls-Royce and my eyes immediately lit up. But after thinking about it, it must be very complicated and expensive to rent such a car. So I asked just for fun and it was fine. It was not what I imagined. The handling fee is much simpler than I thought. If you want simple and affordable prices, come here and check it out, I guarantee you will be satisfied!

Quick, honest, no pressure service. The self check-in is good and quick drop off for email receipt was nice too. I liked that U-Haul check-in allowed you to take photos of any issues with the car. Gas station nearby was convenient.

Express employees and Owner came through with a rental for our large family of 7 last minute with such affordable pricing. Fix Auto was recommended to me by a friend when I got rear ended. The other partys insurance was Farmers and it just so happened that Fix Auto was also one of their partnered repair shops. David greeted me and walked me through the entire process of what to expect. Did some paper signing and they even set me up with the rental agency to pick me up. He also called me the day I dropped off the car to ask me a question and to my surprise, they had already begun to work ok on car. I got another call the following afternoon to give me a breakdown of the work that was needed to be done as well as the ETA. Received a call 3 days later to tell me my car was ready for pickup. The car looked great and I couldnt be happier with the work they did. They also advised me that the work they do comes with a lifetime warrantee against any work defect they did. All in all, Im happy with the work and service they provided and I highly recommend them to anyone whether it is going thru insurance or not.

Ive worked with other insurance agents, and I can tell that sometimes they dont like getting these COI Requests from me, and dont enjoy furnishing these COIs. Sometimes I have to bug them and remind them to help me furnish the COI, which can sometimes take days or even a week. Horrible place representing Allstate insurance Co. I went in to close my policy and the insurance advisor gave me so much attitude and seemed clueless about my policy statement . Come on now Octavio please train all staff correctly or have the trainer train correctly. I was led to believe my balance was 0.00. When in reality it wasnt and both insurance advisors couldnt explain to me cleary please go else where if looking for insurance go to State Farm or Geico but stay away from this particular location and fiesta auto insurance. The staff isnt professional only when its to their convenience they dont explain policies right and dont take the proper protocol when taking calls . Trust me avoid an hassle and go else where!!
