I set up an online reservation for Wednesday the 18th of April. I called and requested to be picked up. Toni, who answered the phone, told me they did not have any truck available at the moment just cars and they will call me when a pick up truck becomes available. I said ok.I canceled that reservation and I set up another one for next day(Thursday 19th) at 8:30am. I called back again to let them know. Same lady answered the phone and she told me Yes it will be available tomorrow morning. We will call you to verify before the end of the day and we will pick you up between 8:30-9:00 am. No one called me on Wednesday at all to verify. SO, I assumed they will have the truck available for me.On Thursday, I waited to be picked up but no one came. 9:06 I called back and told them I was waiting. Michelle, the lady who answered the phone told me I did not know that, we have you written here as a walk in. Hold on. I waited for 5 minutes on hold then she told me We dont have any large pick up trucks available. Would a large SUV will work for you?. I said:No, I requested since yesterday a pick up truck and no one called me to let me know it was not going to be available I assumed you guy will have it. So, she said We will keep your reservation open and when it will become available we will give you a called back. I said ok. She said But we cannot pick you up. You are too far from our location. I will transfer you to the location on east Hemet. I said no I dont want to make business at that location I had issues there before(read my review there) and you guys have picked me up from your location before. She replied sorry we cant. Toni is working at the East location today and she will be taking care of you. She is aware.Anyway, I waited the whole day and no one, no one gave me a call to let me know they were not going to have a truck available at all.Why is that?What kind of customer service is that?Really bad customer service very disappointing.They did not seem to care at all. What is happening with the management in these two locations?They used to be really nice and on the ball at this Hemet location at least better than the East side. Disappointing.

Friendly and helpful staff. Quick service too. Always have a car available for me when I am in a bind and dont have a reservation. They pick me up when I need a car and take me home when I return a car which is a great added service. Had an issue with a rental car once and they switched me to another one fast. This is the only rental car agency I will use and Ive tried others.

I took my car to fix auto as a referral from USAA insurance and this was over about a month ago and we are still trying to deal with be improper repairs That were done by this facility. By the way make sure when they tell you that the align your car, make sure they really do it because they claimed the aligned my car twice and the even drove my misaligned car all the way across town to another auto body shop to get the alignment done...( What kind of auto body shop knowingly takes a misaligned car and drives it???) In fact, my car was not aligned properly as discovered by another auto body shop and confirmed my the Toyota DealershipThey improperly installed my hood as well!!!!And the best part and the cherry on top was when they were turned my car back to my house and the gas light was on.... And then they proceeded to hustle my husband for a good review on Google.Shown below you can see the pictures of how a tC hood is supposed to look and what they did....

Hertz Car Rental - Hemet - West Florida Avenue

***THIS PLACE IS A JOKE*** Heres the break down. I needed a car this weekend due to mine being in the shop. I had plans with my daughter for a fun father daughter weekend. I made my reservation online and set an early appointment at 2pm just in case there was any issues I would have time to straighten anything out. I paid for the weekend online, I received a confirmation email stating all charges and the amount due at the time of pick up. Smooth sailing so far. I arrive at Hertz about 15 minutes before my scheduled reservation. I wait around until 2pm (the time of my reservation) sit down in the office, go through all the normal procedures, give them my licence, they run my credit card, everything is good. Time to get a car, then they decide to tell me that THEY HAVE NO CARS!!! They tell me I should go home and that they will call me when a car comes in. They informed me that when I come back, we will do a quick walk around and Ill be on my way. I then go home (30 mins away) sit on my couch, then get a call. My car is ready. I then call up another friend and arrange a ride. I get back down there just after 530pm, they then have me sit in the waiting room until after 6pm. I get called in then they decide they need to go through the whole process again, get my licence and run my credit card. This time they tell me they need an ADDITIONAL $200 for the deposit. I told they I only put enough money on the card to cover the total price of the rental and an additional $100 incase I decided to get any insurance. I was never at any time informed of a deposit. The confirmation email CLEARLY states that my card will be charged $55.08 at time of pick up. I was then told that they would be unable to help me. So NOW, here I am, stuck 20 miles from home, no car, my ride dropped me off and was already back at his house. I have no way to get my daughter. They kept me waiting so long that all the other rental places were closed. Not that I could even rent another car because I was already charged for the rental from Hertz!!!P.S. Corporate office is closed on the weekends!P.S.S. I rent A LOT of cars while I travel for work which is VERY, VERY often!!! I typically deal with Enterprise. Decided to give Hertz a shot. WORST DECISION EVER!!!

My husband's car stopped working properly about a year ago right when Covid forced shut downs. Left us with 1 car. Now with Restrictions being lifted we were faced with the issue of needing a second vehicle. I've been shopping around. I was curious as to how much insurance would cost. I plugged in my information then left it alone. The next day Esteban called me. Offered me a great price. I was not set on purchasing a vehicle yet so I wrote his information down and said I would call when I am ready. He did not pressure me at all which is always nice. We found a vehicle to purchase. I gave Esteban a call and the price stayed the same, thank goodness. We were able to get everything up and running over the phone. Esteban sent out insurance cards for both cars in the mail. Which I received the very next day! They came in this cool plastic sleeve to keep it safe. I was very impressed. I've had a few questions and was able to call Esteban & he was always there to help. My husband and I are both pleased with the Service Esteban provided. If you need someone helpful and professional Esteban is your man!

I can not be happier with the service I received from Chris and his assistant at State Farm. My husband and I recently bought a house in Hemet and all of a sudden with no notice our insurance dropped us not wanting to assume the fire risk. I was furious as well as panicked!! I called a few referrals and all said they were unable to secure home insurance for us. I ran across a review for Chris and his team and gave them a call..so glad I did!! They were extremely professional but warm and understanding. They were able to get me the insurance I need as well as helped me to get a better car insurance for a better price. All I can say is THANK YOU to Chris and for everyone reading this give them a call..it will be the best call you will ever make!

Negligent insurance Agents typical of service received from Allstate insurance company through the years in that they split your claims into several to increase the amount of deductible you pay, fail to send adjusters to investigate claims, deny claims that exceed their own pay out limits and then cancel or refuse to renew your insurance for any reason they can drum up. I have had to file multiple claims against Allstate and have been awarded several claims they previously denied and received returns of premiums when they overcharged me. Now this agent negligently allows my insurance to expire and causes me additional insurance costs by the mortgage company because I followed an Allstate Agents advice and kept a homeowners policy on my home when I rented it out. Allstate then decided to ignore my own notifications that I had evicted the tenant and made the home my personal residence again and this agent negligently allowed my insurance to be not renewed.This agent is unscrupulous and negligent in that they had the correct information regarding my insurability yet failed to act on the information so they could increase their own revenues.Worse yet they delayed in providing the requested insurance and cost me additional losses due to an uninsured vandalism. Pure negligence.Shame on this agent and Allstate. Dont let yourself become a victim to their bad business practices. File your complaints with the Insurance Commissioner. Drive Allstate out of California and out of business for their disreputable practices.

I went in to the hemet office to get insurance and a membership..... had the pleasure of talking with Dustin... who promptly signed us up without really explaining anything to us and charged my card 170$or so.... without everything he needed to process our insurance and then when I tried to use my membership they said it was due and had been frozen..... so after clarifying and about 20 min on the phone I needed a tow.... across town maybe 8 or 9 miles and I was informed that they only tow 7 miles a flipping year.... and that was with the medium membership. So the next day I tried getting ahold of Dustin... and couldnt get ahold of him till the third day in which case I told him I wanted to cancel both Ins. And membership.... he said he couldnt without my bank account number and the registration on the vehicle I had purchased.. although they took the money without those they couldnt cancel it without them! So after days of no call back and no answer from managers and finally going down to the office.... I got a call that it was cancelled and I would be getting a refund of 70 dollars..... that I still have not recieved from them!!! They are crooks they charged me 100 dollars for nothing but a hassle I will never go to AAA AGAIN FOR ANYTHING! And DUSTIN, you sir are a crook! I should have ran when in the middle of our meeting a customer of yours want pleased at all and came in yelling at you
