I had a most pleasant experience with Craig Wicks at Norwalk CA facility. I was in hurry so was given a 24 hr no charge test drive. Needing an immediate replacement for a weekend event I decided the car I chose for test drive was above my price limit, so I chose another car at a competitive car rental agency. When I returned the test drive car, Phil, the manager asked for two days to find what I wanted. I had a contract cancellation option with other agency so when Budget found what I was looking for over the weekend, I paid the cancellation option and took delivery of exactly what my wife and I wanted. We are very happy with the car and the way Budget rapidly found just what we needed.

I usually don't leave reviews,But I had to share the incredible experience I received from Exec Rent a Car, Amanda (kind, helpful and knowledgeable) helped me with all my questions and went beyond. I had to rent a car at last minute and Erick the manager did not bother waiting for me even after hours to get at truck, once there he walked me into what a call a great experience when it comes to renting a car (you will find out). They really make Enterprise and Hertz look like armatures in the business or renting a car. Thank you for going beyond! It's not just about the car, the process also matters

I was pretty hesitant at first because I assumed that State Farm would charge more than my previous insurance carrier, but I was pleasantly surprised to see that Veronica was able to provide me the best rates and quote possible through various discounts.Not only did I purchase home owners insurance for my mother, but I also picked up renters insurance for my family. Amy is ABSOLUTELY A-M-A-Z-I-N-G!!! Amy was a referral from one of my colleagues. I was very upset because I had just gotten a notification that my State Farm insurance had been paid and it was about $120 over the normal price. I called my agent to inquire about the increase in my insurance. The agents son or grandson continued to give me the same canned answer without listening to my concerns, which, I am might at was incredibly frustrating. I was less interested in the why and more interested in the solution! I just couldn't afford the increase! I have been with State Farm for at least 15+ years and a drastic increase in my insurance just didn't make sense. I needed to know if he could do a deeper dive and see what exactly was going on and what could be done to fix the issue. Well to say the least, the issue was not resolved and I can only blame it on terrible customer service! You can't just regurgitate insurance, 101!So moving right along I was very frustrated and I was shopping around for a different insurance company! Who has time to do that? Not me! I have been happy with my coverage up until now with no issues. I mentioned it to my colleague and he recommended Amy. I called Amy and explained the situation. Not only was I heard, but I felt seen! Amy explained everything to me in a very calm manner, and she informed me that she would see what she could do and that she would get back to me.To make a long story short during her investigation, she discovered that I was being overcharged and she was able to lower my insurance considerably and I even received a refund and credit for the years that I was overcharged! Thank you Amy for hearing and seeing me! As a parent, I definitely can't afford an increase in anything! You are the best!

I first met Bianca on a busy evening before a big holiday. Bianca put my worries at ease. She is efficient & personable. Bianca was a life saver for me on that weekend!I had just discovered that my mothers home & auto insurance had lapsed. I called the local office where her policy originated and they informed me that they were closing early & nothing could be done till the following week. I decided to call other larger offices. I got the same answer till...Bianca answered the phone & asked simply, What can I do to help?. Bianca is a good listener. She asked me the right questions. Soon she had all the necessary information. Bianca explained my options. Bianca was able to resove every obstacle over the phone that evening. My mothers insurance was back up in good sted from that date.I decided to entrust my mothers policies to Biancas care. If Bianca is not available when I call another helpful assistant follows through on her behalf. Bianca always checks up on us to be sure everthing is going well. Its sad I cant give this office a 0 stars. I was their client for only 2 months. I changed from Fred Loya to Freeway and that was a big mistake, Manager Jocelyn, its so rude that doesnt even greet the customers and shes always with a rude face and look at the customers like if we are bothering. she doesnt even dress according to an office job,. agents are a little bit more friendly but once they find out you are not there to buy a new policy, they just dont have enough time for you. I was in the parking lot on my cellphone with my husband telling him the situation and 2 guys in a suit with the same rude face like the manager walked out of the office talking about how employees where not selling. I decided to keep walking towards their same direction and one guy was telling the other guy that he needed to put more pressure and the oher guy only responded we are pushing and the other one just keep talking about the agents and used a bad language to describe employees, this was a very arrogant person and just by hearing the way he was talking, now I understand why they have poor service. I went back to the office and ended to cxl my policy, me and my husband dont want to be part of a company that are form with people with no ethics. I asked who were those guys and youll be surprise, they said one was a district manager i forgot his name and the other one was the vice president Michael its extremely sad that people in that level doesnt have manners and are just so arrogant and they think they are better than you. PEOPLE DO NOT GO TO THIS COMPANY. TRY TO GO TO ANOTHER COMPANY THAT ARE NOT FORMED WITH PEOPLE THAT DOESNT CARE. IF THOSE GUYS DIDNT CARE ABOUT IT, DO YOU THINK THEY ARE GOING TO CARE FOR US THE CONSUMERS? I understand why the office manager looks so miserable, if she has a boss like this, she doesnt have nobody to teach her how to take care of customers, to top it off when I was walking to my car, a lot of employees were smoking outside talking about how much they charged a customer. GO TO ANOTHER COMPANY

This was an enjoyable business stay (12 days) for me. I got a Hilton Honors Diamond privilege, so my amenities may not match up with yours. I believe the perks are a 6th floor room (does it differ from a regular room?), a breakfast voucher, a small app voucher at the bar, and a free drink at the bar for each night I stayed. Read with this in mind.ROOMThe rooms are open concept, with a half wall dividing the bed from the living room area, with a couch and a large TV. The appearance is somewhat modern, a bright grey paint to help reflect the ample light coming in through the windows (I got a corner room), and modern fixtures and appliances. The bathroom is large, clean, and comfortable, with good pressure and temperature.AMENITIESThey have a good fitness room, about 6 treadmills, 2 ellipticals, and an exercise bike, as well as medicine balls, gym balls, a balance trainer, and a good range of weights (5 - 50lb dumbbells). Though the space is small, so is the attendance, so you dont feel crowded. Its clean and somewhat well ventilated, so there is no threat of suddenly feeling stuffy. I managed a good 30 minute run on a treadmill, which I have not often been able to do at hotel gyms due to the environment.The pool is spacious, clean, and nice looking, with some swanky red chaise lounges to relax in if youre wanting some california sun.There is a business center at the front, which also supplies coffee until 9:00 AM (but you can always get coffee from the adjacent restaurant). Its also open concept, so while not entirely private, it doesnt feel like youre trapped in a cave.The lobby is filled with several seats to relax in if youre into people watching or just want to get out of your room. Overall, it has an inviting feel.FOODMy stay included a breakfast buffet, which looks like it costs just shy of $20 for those who dont have it included. This was one of the more impressive buffest Ive been to, with a few notes. First, go EARLY, like as soon as they start. The method of making their scrambled eggs is such that they are light and fluffy and delicious, BUT ONLY for the first 30 minutes that they bring them out. It sits on a chaffing dish, which continues to mildly cook them. With this in mind, if you know you want scrambled eggs, you have to have your breakfast between 6:30 and 7:00 AM. Another option is their omelette bar, which is always a nice plus. Im not a huge fan of omelettes, so I would have them fry me a couple of eggs and top it with some of the sauteed veggies that normally come with it. They were happy to oblige. In the end, its a great service, though I could not justify the cost in all honesty; you want the meal included in your stay.I got a chance to try their small bites at the bar. The quality was very impressive. The dishes worth trying are the fish tacos and the ahi tuna nachos (wonton chips under a bed of cabbage and ample portion of sushi grade raw tuna, with a very nice sauce to accompany it).Throughout, the staff are accomodating and friendly, with maybe one exception. Youll know if you get her, shes just a bit slow and inattentive, but its jarring if you get her service in the morning.LOCATIONThere are some nice restaurants next to the movie theater, which is walking distance from the hotel. Some quick meals like The Poke Co (we need more of this in the midwest!), and Yasai (sushi rolls) were surprisingly better than expected, and I had most of my dinners here. Theres an Outback Steakhouse as well nearby, but beyond that, 3 or 4 miles of driving local roads will take you to some decent restaurants (Geezers, for one).Cookies are at the front desk, just ask for them!It was a positive experience, and if I ever need to come back to California, I would not be opposed to staying here again. Overall, it wasnt mindblowing; a few late breakfasts or room service that fell short on a day kept this from getting 5 stars, but I would recommend this place to those staying in the area.
