Alamo Rent A Car
19051 Airport Way, Santa Ana, CA 92707, United States
Awful customer service, wife went to rent a car after turning in a vehicle next door at Enterprise, she figures save a little bit instead of extending her existing rental. BAD mistake, immediately she was given a hostile attitude from the worker, Omar, who then proceeded to state she couldnt use a credit card that is in her current name because the rental was in her maiden name, okay, got it, name doesnt match even though she has TONs of documents to show it right then and there, but oh well, instead, she tried to use a debit card, he then said she couldnt use that unless she was flying out the same day as the return of the vehicle. That was a zinger, never heard of such an odd/fake policy before. I think weve rented from virtually every major car rental agency in the US, never had such a bizarre and regrettable experience. In fact, I actually enjoy renting vehicles, try something new, been given many upgrades, but this experience is why some people hate it, guess it had to happen at some point. Do yourself a favor and go next door to Enterprise.
National Car Rental
19051 Airport Way, Santa Ana, CA 92707, United States
National in John Wayne airport was a very poor experience…to work with… customers are very aggressive and entitled of getting cars“ upgrade for free” free rental and not pay for gas etc…The customers are very aggressive not cooperating with policy and regulations of National rent a cars - like showing them drivers license and credit cards…..The managers Thomas, Kara, Victor, KyleThey refused to pay commissions to the agentsAnd avoid the aggressive customers behavior towards agents…..Many times customers they do rent cars online when they arrive We agents don't have any more cars to fulfill the customer needs. But national tell agents we have to figure it out and give something to the customer, even if we don't have any available cars.Customers are Physical and verbal aggressive towards agents behavior many customers they rent a car then they wants something more luxury for free.. therefore they feel they should have all they want BMW 7 séries for free etc..Unfortunately agents take this type of customer 8 hours per day.. this is stressfulmanagers and some 3 agents they disappear to not deal with this horrific customers during work hours. When other agents are being abused by customers verbally and physically.National don't want pay commission to the agentsAnd allow some agents Jordyn and Courtney and Scott, leave work during work hours and busy times, for more then 3 hours and still pay hourly..When other agents are taking aggressive and abusing customers for 8 hours a dayNational doesn't pay to agents to be abused by horrible customers behavior lead agents leave the company. It's a very unstable company constantly changing management.Cars with bugs ? or no cars at all to fulfill the rentals for the day.Unethical and unprofessional from national upper management. The customers only give good reviews if they get a rental for free, or agents excuse them not paying for gas. Or we upgrade them for free. HypocrisyFrom many customers. It's stressful and very draining to deal with customers that want a rental car and don't want to pay for it..Plus this company National does not protect the agents against a constant aggressive customers..And doesn't pay agentsTo many issuesManagers smoking weed and drinking alcoholDuring work time etcThis is not a good business it's call be hypocritical reviews..Two or 3 agents are nieces but they take a lot inAccept bad behavior from customers…The National mind set in this location it'sGive them all they want but ask to give a good reviewNo matter if the customers are aggressive or doesn't want to show drivers license and credit cards or throw it in your face literallyIt's the most horrible customers.. horrible mannersTerrible managementUnethical and unprofessional management

I’m glad I trusted my friend and let Maribel give me a insurance quote for my home, rental and cars. I was a little hesitant at first since I’m 120 miles from agency but she has been amazing answering all my questions. I had a claim and was able to go to a local shop to get my car fixed. I have peace mind knowing I have the best insurance agent and company to protect me.
Julio Arana Cortes Real Estate
206 W 4th St Suite #433, Santa Ana, CA 92701, United States
I would HIGHLY recommend Julio Arana to anyone who is looking to buy and/or sell! We first met Julio after almost being scammed while looking for a house to rent. He was referred to us by another agent, and he helped us find a great rental property that was within out budget. A year and a half later we were ready to buy, and we contacted a Julio again to help us, as we were total “property virgins.” Julio helped walked us through the process with tremendous patience and helped us to find a great condo - our very first property ever! We loved this place, but we also had our hearts set on a house with a yard, which we let a Julio know.Almost two years ago, after we had been living in our condo for about that long, Julio reached out to me regarding whether or not we were interested in selling and getting into another property. My husband and I were not planning on selling so quickly, but he planted a seed in our minds and referred us to do some research of our own. After doing the research and considering his advice, we decided to take the plunge and sell our condo, and get into a single family residence, which was our ultimate dream.Im not going to lie: selling is really hard! I was a long, often frustrating, road, but Julio was right there along side us and helped us navigate the tricky waters of selling. And we ended up selling our condo for the highest list price in our complexs history! As we were in escrow on the sale, Julio helped us look at homes in Santa Ana and the surrounding areas, which is where we wanted to settle down. Julio was intimately familiar with all the areas we wanted to look at, and gave us the inside scoop on these places. He told us about up-and-coming areas and helped us discover some hidden gems we would have otherwise missed. In fact, the house we fell in love with and ended up buying was a home my husband and I had absolutely no desire to view, but Julio insisted that we at least check out. Boy, are we glad we listened to him! Thanks to Julio, we found a beautiful little historic home that has everything we were looking for, and we are so excited to raise our family in it!Throughout our real estate journey, Julio has shown tremendous work ethic, has always been available to answer any question, fought on our behalf when another agent tried to take advantage of us, and helped us get in contact with the people and resources that we needed to make our dream a reality. Our relationship with Julio is now six years strong and counting. He has definitely taken care of us over the years and we feel so blessed to have met him. I am not exaggerating when I say that without him, we wouldnt have found our forever-home!
The Anderson Law Firm
2070 N Tustin Ave, Santa Ana, CA 92705, United States
Im dealing with a California lemon law case in Northern California, and after not getting anywhere with the dealership, I decided I should reach out to someone with more expertise in this area of lemon law. So I called California lemon law attorney, Martin Anderson, at The Anderson Law Firm for help. Martin answered the phone right away and was extremely patient as I shared my case. He was also very transparent in outlining my options--based on my rights under the California Lemon Law--none of which pushed me to hire him and pursue a legal case, until that becomes necessary. Not only was he willing to provide my wife and I with the peace of mind that we have another option if things go South on us with the manufacture and local dealer, but he also provided me with some really great tips on how to make our situation more tolerable while we deal with the problem our brand new vehicle has presented. He was very patient, friendly and gave me sound feedback about how this could work if decided to go with getting a refund or a replacement, and overall made me feel very comfortable talking with him--which isnt always the case when speaking with a legal professional. He demonstrated a high level of expertise in the are of lemon laws, here in California, and everything he said lined up with our experience so far with the automobile manufacture. If you are in a situation like mine, where you have a lemon of a vehicle, and you need answers fast, give Martin a call and see how he can help you out with your lemon law case. If things dont go how we need them to over the next few weeks, well definitely be reaching out to him with a lemon law case to represent us as our lawyer.

Mr Noah VieiraI talk to Noah at least a couple of time on the phone. He even called me back a third time to give me some info on additional savings.Wow was he patient, basically he went thru 4 or 5 scenarios with me to try and get the best auto insurance rates for me. I even recently had a ticket and that didn't deter him trying to find solutions for me. I will eventually switch all of my autos and home insurance to this insurance agency. They also take messages and I basically never had to wait on the phone. What a cool team work they have over there. It's really personal. With all of the computer assistance and agents wanting to hurry and get to the next customer, I didn't feel that talk to Noah & and others who were covering for him.I got a great rate for my recently seemily not so great dmv record. Awesome! Thanks again Staye Farm & Noah Vieira!Ruperd
AtWork Personnel
505 N Tustin Ave # 252, Santa Ana, CA 92705, United States
When I applied for a job through Indeed with AtWork Personnel, I never expected the response I got since I have worked with other agencies in the past. Less than an hour after applying for the position, I received a call from the company and spoke to Danielle who scheduled me for an interview the following day. I was really pleased with the professionalism and attention that was presented from start to finish. When I arrived for my interview, I was greeted immediately and began the job application process promptly after. I then had an interview with Leslie Callari who was extremely attentive, friendly, caring and dedicated to finding me the right job, based not only on my experience but requirements. Leslies ability to not only hear what I was looking for in a position but understand it, makes her the right person for her job. I look forward to working with her on my first assignment and based on her positive attitude, I am confident that my employment needs will be fully met.
Pacheco & Solorzano Insurance Agency Allstate I...
1535 17th St STE 203, Santa Ana, CA 92705, United States
Horrible service, Ive had them for couple years and every year the payment goes up. No accident nothing. Well I tapped a car in June. Yes a small tap at the red light. We were both stopped. I called allstate and told them I tapped a car. They tell me not to worry and that it wasnt going to be much based on the pictures. They also told me that since my son was in the car I would get a new car seat. I said I didnt think it was necessary but they said by law it should be replaced. So I go spend $350 on a same style carseat we had. A few weeks I see my carseat was not going to be covered. I called again and they said they made a mistake and that a new carseat was not required. Well now Im out $350 and they agree to send me a check. Well now I get a letter that my payment goes up $50 and I have a point on my record. Why? Because the damage was $800 and the cost of the carseat was not included. That made my accident over $1,000. Why didnt they tell me that? Why should I have something on my record when they made the mistake? Now I have this point on my record for 3 years! So disappointed with them! This $350 carseat they told me to go buy will now cost me $1,800! Picture of damage
Peggy Bates - State Farm Insurance Agent
2723 N Bristol St Ste D1, Santa Ana, CA 92706, United States
I have been with this office since I started driving and honestly their office has the best customer service who go above and beyond to ensure customers questions are answered and satisfied. I tried another company for home owner insurance for a while and they were the worst which led me to put all insurance back with Peggy Bates. Angie González has been my main rep, she is extremely knowledgeable, attentive, and has phenomenal customer service skills. Her expertise and recommendation are always in the customers best interest. I dont even live in Santa Ana anymore and still stay in this office because not only do they streamline everything for you, they give you the most affordable pricing for maximum coverage. Yes, you can always pay cheaper somewhere else but, wait till you actually have to deal with any insurance claims. You get what you pay for.
