The worst experience I have ever had renting vehicles. Horrid customer service and very nasty people.We rented three 55-passenger buses to transport 150 people to my daughters wedding. The contract explicitly stated that all buses were to arrive by 345 pm and leave by 410 to travel 25 minutes to a 5 pm wedding. The first bus arrive at 4 pm. Zee was at the pickup point and supervising; I spoke to him at 4 pm and he told me everything was in order, that a bus had arrived and two more were right behind it. He lied.The other two 55 passenger buses did not arrive until 4:40 pm - way too late to get anyone to the wedding on time.Instead, a 35 passenger bus arrived at 4:25 - when there were 90 people who needed rides. Many who could not get on that bus simply called Uber, which is terribly embarrassing when you have promised your guests transportation.Next came two Suburbans - yes, they sent Suburbans instead of 55-passenger buses - the drivers didnt know where to go and had to be directed by my guests, and those occupants were running down the aisle in between the bridal party procession - this is not what we wanted.Finally, another 35 passenger bus left at around 4:45 with 7 people on board, because everyone else had given up and taken Uber. These guests sprinted through the back of the ceremony as I was about to walk my daughter down the aisle. This is not what we paid for.150 guests should have been delivered at 430 for a 500 pm wedding. Instead, 1/3 of them arrived on time, 1/3 arrive at the last minute, and 1/3 were running down the aisle with the bridal party.I asked Zee for a partial refund, and received back a disrespectful, dishonest, dishonorable response - I was astounded. He did not apologize or own the screw-up in any way. He blamed an alleged accident on the 405 that delayed his buses an hour. But he didnt say anything to my guests about an accident when he was rudely berating them when they asked for updates on when the next bus would come. I could not find anything in the news about an accident. And besides, this company was EIGHT MILES AWAY from the pickup point, by regular road, which is why we hired them in the first place. Even if there had been an accident, it should have had no impact on us.Clearly, the buses they contracted to send us you were booked for other jobs too close in time to our event. Thus they were very late and put a damper on the beginning of the wedding, and Zee could not have been nastier or more unprofessional about the whole thing.Avoid at all costs.

What I appreciated the most was that even though rates had gone up exponentially during that time span Mazo remained solidly committed at the same low rate saving me hundreds if not thousands of dollars.Mazo provides support to their customers in a way that I have not seen in a number of years and I am over 70.

My husband and I stayed at the Wyndham Ka Eo Kai in Kauai, Hawaii via ResortShare.This is a timeshare resort so the pics you see on the posting may not be exactly what you're getting, but at the least you'll be getting a studio room which is a basic hotel room with a queen bed, bathroom, fridge, microwave, etc. The suite we got was the studio which was connected to a larger unit and we could definitely hear everything in the other suite. We were also on the ground floor and could hear everything outside, which I wasn't a huge fan of. Otherwise, everything was great. Check in and out was quick and easy. Staff were really friendly - and the POG juice they offer is delish. It is a timeshare resort so if you attend a timeshare presentation (1.5-2 hours) you can get discounts on activities like boat and helicopter tours BUT unlike all inclusive resorts, they don't hound you for a presentation. We did attend one tho, and got $200 off a helicopter tour which is almost a 2 for 1 deal! They don't do housekeeping services but they do let you use the laundry facilities as well as gas BBQ grills outside, and they give you pool towels that you can exchange for clean ones. A rental car is definitely needed for this area. All in all, a great stay - would recommend.

BMW the ultimate get screwed experience. As of July 8th 2023, my third BMW car purchase experience began with Pual from the pre-owned section. Well, after my 12 hour shift from setting up a local community hospital eye clinic, I found the CPO car and price I wanted. I didn't even haggle for any further discounting of the asking price. From test drive to the finance office within 30 minutes. I shook hands with the salesman and signed my soul away. Well at least that's what it felt like. I am completely funded by a credit union (Navy Federal) the best credit union in the US. Which according to the manager has a strong, outstanding relationship with BMW of Ontario and Penske ( parent company) as a whole. I was told because I did not want my credit ran due to the fact I knew I had the best APR, I would have to wait 10 business days (two weeks or 14 days). After 10 days my credit union informed me about a missed signature ( July 18th 2023). Now with only four days left from being able to pick up my vehicle, I sent a photo to Paul the salesman that sold me the car. I was informed he would send this to his general manager of sales Diego. Later that day, about six hours later, Diego contacted me asking if I could come in to correct the issue at hand. Unfortunately, my work vehicle broke down that day. I am a commission based sales rep. Basically if I don't go out and make sales I don't make any money. Diego sent a BMW rep to get my signature, thankfully. I was told because the financial officer at BMW Ontario did not catch the mistake, the entire purchase process will restart and take an additional 10 business days or in other words in additional 14 days ( August 2nd or 25 days after I made the purchase). I called Navy Federal with Diego on the phone and Diego was notified that the wire transfer was completed as of Monday July 24 at 9:32 AM EST or 6:32AM PST and the loan was fully funded. I was told by Diego he would confirm so details with his financial office that day. I have never received a phone call back nor have I been able to contact Diego the general sales manager. It has been seven days since I have been out of work. Yesterday July,24th I notified Paul the sales rep that I would be coming in today July 25th to pick up my vehicle. Then, Paul proceeded to tell me he will let Diego the general sales manager know. I have taken another day off of work to go in and pick up my vehicle. I have lost close to $2000 in lost wages and that is not including paying for car insurance that is not in use because based on their timeline the transaction would have been completed . Today I met with David Diaz (sales rep. that works closely with Pual as per his own words not mine) and Byron Valdez,the preowned sales manager. Both gentleman kept telling me there's nothing they can do for me and both of their hands are tied behind their back. I was told by both of these gentlemen repeatedly no one can help me. After David Diaz acknowledged the mistake that the BMW Financial officer made Byron Valdez rudely, interrupted and condescendingly said it's my fault I didn't sign the document. I should have gone over his financial officer's work? After that jarring statement, Byron Valdez probably saw the look on my face from a customer that has spent more than $100,000 with his brand and began to reiterate, Maybe he can talk to someone at his parent location. After, spending the last 3 hours trying to get this situation resolved Byron Valdez asked if I can give him one more day July 26 till 4:30. I will update this as we proceed. So far this is the worst car buying experience ever. BUYER BEWARE!!

UPDATE (one month left on the 1yr contract, SEO Starter Bundle):Zoeks sales team is slick but the communication drops after the 3rd month, and you have to personally be involved in staying on top of them, monitoring your own web traffic to refresh your keywords if they are not performing. This should be Zoeks job, not mine... what are we paying you guys for??I have spent over $2k in the past year with Zoek but my traffic has not increased, even after multiple keyword refreshers. At one point, Google Search Console was disconnected without my knowing, and I had to be the one to do all of the investigative work to reconnect it. This shouldve been brought to my attention when it happened, but it wasnt until I made Zoek aware weeks later that I wasnt receiving *any* traffic did they let me know. Even after reconnecting GSC and updating my keywords, I have not seen an increase in traffic.For as much as I am spending, I feel that Zoek needs to be more on top of things like this since theyre supposed to be the experts and not wait until customers reach out about the lack of activity on their websites.My contract states that I would see an increase in traffic by the 90th day of service but that never happened. I would have been in better shape financially had I passed on using this service. Now, I am in WORSE shape because not only am I not seeing *any* traffic, I am also in a financial hole with ZERO results.Small businesses should STAY AWAY and SAVE YOUR MONEY!At this point, I just want my money back. What a waste of a year.______________________________I am new to SEO and decided to go with the pros. I am about a month into the 90-day guarantee, but so far I am happy with the updates being made. I look forward to updating my review after the 90-days.I appreciate how respectful the team is with adding content to my website and not publishing anything without my permission.I understand the client portal is being updated currently, making it hard to see updates that are being made on a daily/ weekly basis. It would have been nice to have had more communication about this update...I got none until I reached out and asked. This seems like a minor gripe that wont have any effect on my SEO service, but it would be nice to have more visibility/ transparency into the process.I expect things will improve in the next few days or weeks.

I have been with Irvine Company for 6 years and I have paid them over $144000. I can attest that Management at the Park is the worst management team I have ever seen in my entire life, specially after Patrick has become the manager. This is exactly what has happened to me and believe me, it appears no one really cares about management in THE PARK, and any complaints will go no where. We appear to be just PAYING NUMBERS to Irvine Company; we pay top dollars and when it comes to management in THE PARK we are not taken care of compared to the minimum standard care a very small leasing office or property management company would give to their residents.I have paid over $144000 so far to Irvine Company on time and here is what has happened:On the week of 4th of July, I have logged in to my account to pay my rent via Resident Portal Connected to my Chase account, as I have done as long as I remember. On July 17th, 10:30 PM, someone rings my apartment bell and hands me an Eviction Notice for non-payment. In the Morning, I call assistant manager at The PARK ( Laurel Howeth) and then call Ron (Customer Care). They say there is a notice sent to my resident address. I remind them that in the last few months I have repeatedly asked for updated mailing address in Person. I have asked team workers under Patrick manager at the Park to update my address when I had not received my notice for rent increase.So after multiple in person inquiries with Patrick (manager at the Park) and with Ron ( Irvine Company Customer Service) few months back, next thing I receive is this: Team under Patrick, this time, dont even care to make a call, or give reasonable notice. An attorney sends a letter Eviction Notice.So, now I have to pay Attorney Fees, Plus rent, because I was late.No one in Management Office CARED. No one Took Time to make a call, no one cared to mail to my mailing address. Also in customer care office ( Ron) no one cares to look into Portal System, When I asked Ron in customer service Why my chase bank account is deleted, and I am required to pay an Extra $60 to add a bank account, Ron said He does not know and he does not have access to that. Do you believe a company as large as this, dont have a TECH SUPPORT?So the VICIOUS CYCLE of The Park management company ( Patrick and Laurel) and Customer care ( Ron) and Irvine Companys Tech support is a deadlock. There are a lot going on on that Tech Support Desk that could show I tried to pay rent and I believe it must be Corrected.Now, I am sure Patrick does not like me. I am sure I didnt delete my chase account and I am sure Irvine Companys Customer Service concluded No one is responsible for rent but me, but will you agree paying $144000 would require to expect a reasonable management team to make a call or send notice to my address, after I have paid $144000 of rent to Irvine Company.So Patrick in Management can dislike me, Laurel in Assistant management can tell me this is my problem, Ron in customer care can say he does not have access to Tech support and Attorney can charge $ 600. So I have paid in access of $144000 plus attorney fees to Irvine Company. and I dont deserve a reasonable mail and a phone call for an online payment, when Laurel affirms, She can see I logged in and attempted to pay at the beginning of July.The above true story tells you ; millions of dollars spent on management and customer care is wasted, specially when it comes to The Park II, Current management ( July 2018) and Irvine Company current Customer Care (2018).Thank you for reading my truthful review. I hope this wouldnt happen to you.The management has just posted that alternatives were offered to me; why would I write a comment if reasonable alternatives were offered? Everything above is true statement. Our mortgage was sold to this company and its been hell since. At this time my wife was in the hospital after heart surgery and we did not recieve a notice of the change and she called in and made the payment to the other company..and no one can seem to find it. Now they say we are now a month behind and insist we pay it again plus late fees of over $300.00 for every month we are behind.Now we were not informed of this change until late in the month of May, but the selling of our mortgage took place on the first of the month of May. Our previous payment went in in the last week of April, for the month of May. But now no one can find proof it was paid by phone, but my bank acct. shows it was paid. This is beginning of hell.We told our previous mortgage company our payment could not be made by the first due to our irregular schedule paydays and they were okay with it as long as it was paid before the next payment was due and we would not get a fee for being late.Now my wife tried to call and found out they wouldnt talk to her and she is the one who takes care of the bills, as Iam on the road all the time. So I sent the POA they requested and they still will not talk to my wife and insist we are one month behind and want me to talk to the collections dept.to pay our mortgage.Needless to say this company is greedy and do not care about the people they deal with at all and its been an on going battle with them for almost four months.If we have to pay late fees for four months of a total of $1200.00 and the missing payment of $1300.00 thats $2500.00 they are stealing from us. And on top of all this b.s. they are raising our monthly payment over $200.00 for flood insurance when we have never have had a flood in the two years we have lived here and in the 35 years since it was built neither did the 2 previous owners. Our house is built up 1-2 ft. from the ground. So why do we have to have flood insurance?Talk about scam artists...If anyone has had their mortgage company bought by this place RUN....Get it refinanced as fast as you can. If I could give then negative marks I would. They have made our lives a living hell and has put my wifes health at risk due to the undue stress they are adding to our lives. She is at a high risk of another stoke and she has a mass in her lung that most likely is lung cancer.These people say they work with you and they care. The only thing they work at is working at getting you out of your home and they only care about the money they can make off your hard work. We have never missed a payment since we bought this house. Its never beed paid on the first but never not paid. And that was okay for the other two companys. I dont understand their lack of understanding or anything but their greed and lies they put on their papers and in their calls. BEWARE!!!
