U-Haul Neighborhood Dealer
6296 Greenback Ln, Citrus Heights, CA 95621, United States
I rented a van online and chose the self checkout and return. Pickup was going to be at Sams Tires on Greenback. The U-Haul app wasnt working correctly and Sam and his team helped me without adding the $20 charge for not using the self check out. I had the same problem again trying to check the van back in and again they didnt add any additional charges. These guys were friendly and helpful.

Ive been a customer for over 6 years now and never had a problem when Renee or Krista was there. Actually Krista was the one who finally got someone to fix the roof of my unit because it was leaking and ruined about $2000-3000 worth of stuff. I had told other staff members about it and she suggested I put a tarp over my flat screen and stuff in front of unit. She didnt even look inside to see where water was coming from. But when I spoke to Krista she read the notes on computer and the other girl(wont mention her name, blonde btw) never wrote that I had water damage that it was probably condensation on the tarps. Little too late. Krista took a flash light and looked all around and up, the corner on side of rolling door the whole roof was soaked and all down the wall, it was so bad the wood was rotten and the water damage was from roof on inside of unit too ground, and thats why my stuff was damaged. It was Krista who finally took the initiative to call and get some workers to fix the problem. Because it was wet and wood was rotten, my unit stinks. I had to throw away a black leather chair with ottoman, books Ive been collecting for years. All the stuff that was on ground in boxes was ruined. Most if my stuff is in plastic bins so that was a blessing, but the stuff that was not, was destroyed. Including all my year books. Pictures from 25 plus years gone. My 1st cabbage patch doll molded through the box. My dresser wet and molded. Now I dont have one. And the list goes on. Im bummed Krista and Renee are gone. They took care of your needs. I do have renters insurance through AAA but the deductible was gonna be to much for me because Im on disability and on a fixed income. I usually went to look in storagewhen I paid my bill and sweep it out, spider webs, and stuff that got under door. But the one time I didnt go in and check cuz it was pouring rain and I had an appt, the next month is when I noticed The water. I had to go buy tarps, and good thing I did or more of my stuff including t.v would have been destroyed. My point is go at least once a month and check out your stuff to make sure its still good. Other than that the staff is friendly, besides your rent going up every 6 months. I started at $65 and in past cpl years Im now paying over $100 plus. I never had problems with public storage. Until this last year and a half. I hope these problems can be dealt with, because thats what business is about.

AAA Citrus Heights Branch
6109 Sunrise Blvd, Citrus Heights, CA 95610, United States
As a loyal AAA customer for many years, I have always relied on their services for roadside assistance, home security, auto and rental insurance. However, my recent experience with filing a claim for my vandalized vehicle has left me feeling frustrated and dissatisfied with the handling of my claim. After my vehicle was vandalized on June 9, I promptly filed a claim and was assigned to Susan. Initially, Susan suggested repair locations near my address. However, upon researching these locations, I found nothing but negative reviews and feedback. I expressed my concerns to Susan and requested that my car be repaired at a Hyundai dealership. Despite being entitled to up to 100 miles of roadside assistance, I had to plead with Susan to allow the mileage to the dealership, as it was 50 miles away from my home.On June 19, my vehicle was picked up, and Dublin Hyundai informed me that estimates would be provided by June 20. However, the process hit a roadblock when Marcos, from the dealership, informed me that the information had been sent to my adjuster, Susan, but she needed additional pictures. Susan then struggled to get in contact with the dealership, prompting me to intervene and facilitate communication between them.Subsequently, Susan assured me that everything was set for the repairs to commence. However, to my dismay, on July 1, Marcos informed me that the documentation sent to Susan hadnt been cleared, resulting in no progress on the repairs. Efforts to contact Susan were in vain, and I was only informed by Enterprise that my rental vehicle needed to be returned due to the policys 30-day limit.Upon further communication with Susan, she claimed that the documentation was still under review by AAA Claims and that they had not received a photo of the damages, despite me having uploaded two videos and a photo previously. Susans response regarding the timeline of my rental and the lack of progress on my vehicle repairs left me feeling helpless and dismayed. She failed to provide me with any updates or resolutions to the situation, even after our last conversation on June 20.Feeling utterly upset and abandoned by the lack of progress and communication, I attempted to escalate the matter by contacting a supervisor, only to be met with silence and no outreach for resolution. My frustrations stem from the lack of adequate resolution and the absence of supervisory knowledge to help resolve my concerns. My policy, despite its comprehensive nature, has seemingly failed to protect me when I needed it the most. The encounter has made me question the value of my investment in AAA insurance.Furthermore, I was disheartened to discover that even with expansive coverage, AAA found ways to deny me the full benefits of my policy. This lack of transparency and fairness is inexcusable and has compelled me to reevaluate my future with AAA. Once my current contract expires, I will be exploring alternative insurance providers.I want to caution others who may be considering AAA for their insurance needs. Based on my experience, I cannot in good conscience recommend AAA as a reliable insurance provider. The subpar service and the lack of genuine concern for my well-being during this difficult time have been truly disheartening. I strongly advise anyone in the market for insurance to carefully consider these words before making a decision. In conclusion, the disheartening experience I have had with AAA has prompted me to reevaluate my trust and loyalty to the company. Despite my years of membership, I am left feeling unsupported and undervalued. It is my hope that by sharing my story, others can make more informed decisions when it comes to their insurance provider. I sincerely hope that AAA can address these issues and strive to provide a higher standard of service in the future.

Aba Daba Rents & Ready Mix
7448 Auburn Blvd, Citrus Heights, CA 95610, United States
I have to say that this place is very convenient it has multiple things that people can use or I can say rent to help them all the way from a wedding to digging a ditch. The table and chairs are pretty worn and I think the prices are a little high for such worn outitems other than that they came in handy and I think that the prices are are based on obviously things that people need in a hurry. Im sorry Abba daba rentsI just think that over $130.00 for tables and chairs for 1 day is maybe a little high. But once we covered up at least the tables it turned out pretty good.I had to cover them double to cover up the frail wood underneath

Goodyear Auto Service

Hot and cold feelings for this place. My first experience was fantastic. I was looking for a budget set of tires and found a good price online and set up and appointment. They called back and said the tires were not in stock but they would upgrade us with better tires. Bonus. So when I came in for the install they still didnt have the upgraded tire so they upgraded again, no complaints here. I got a great set of tires with no upgrade in price. I was a set customer for life.I came back bought the same set of upgraded tires because I liked them so much and it cost me an arm and a leg. I figured they are going to last forever. Actually, they are lasting a long time and the treads are still amost like new after a year.Where it gets cold. The first set of tires had a leak on the side wall. I was going to repair it myself til I saw its location on the inside wall of the tire. I figured this has to be covered under warranty so I made an appointment for them to check it out. Well, I was there for almost four hours while they looked for the puncture. I had a meeting to go to and was dangerously close to missing it when they came out and said theres a small cut that they could show me and its not covered by the warranty. I just about flipped. I admit, I didnt go check it out but really, I saw it when I took out the tire and it was a bulge that looked like it was a bad tire. I really wasnt in the mood after all that time to argue and then to be held up for another hour if they did get new tires. The only good thing about this visit is it didnt cost me a dime. Sure, but it did cost me many hours of my life I cant get back. Sorry for the long review.

Lowes Home Improvement
7840 Greenback Ln, Citrus Heights, CA 95610, United States
Not deserving of even 1 star.Kitchen cabinet experience with Lowes is absolutely terrible.Several week delay with an unfinished kitchen because of Lowes inability to properly follow through and they are unresponsiveProduct is substandard.Only bright spot is the contractor is very good but this doesnt make up for the fact that weve spent so much money for such an unprofessional approach.Of course, Lowes responded to this review with a message that falsely gives the indication they are available to discuss and help rectify this situation. Calling that number gets the same on hold status of no response.Three months after Lowes contractor removed our existing cabinets, this project it is still incomplete. Cabinets are not completed, the tile back splash is not complete, the kitchen sink is unusable, and the switch and outlet receptacles are not covered because of the incomplete grout.Updating with photos- after approximately 7 months, this project is still incomplete. Over this 7 months with hours and hours of phone conversations and lost personal time to this effort, Lowes subcontractor finally successfully installed granite countertops after 4 attempts. However, with Lowes for every 4 steps forward there is a step or two backwards and now we still have damaged cabinets (new ones installed by Lowes) with scuff marks and pry marks from cabinet crews, and no schedule for completion or compensation for additional charges incurred by plumbers because of Lowes inability to follow through on their agreed-upon responsibilities.Updating after another month of stalled work has elapsed.I suggest that if you make the unfortunate mistake of doing business with Lowes home improvement services that you familiarize yourself with Californias Contractor Licensing Board. Also, consider the following:1) Who will be the specific Lowes individual responsible for managing the work of the multiple subcontractors and avoiding SNAFUs as those subcontractors finger point at each other2) Try calling that person several times. Try calling the local store and see if they ever actually answer the phone3) Ask them if any Lowes employee will actually be on-site4) Do not pay in advance5) Create a specific checklist for your work. YOU WILL BE THE PROJECT MANAGER. Lowes will not take any responsibility.6) Be ready for missed items. One or more of their Subcontractors will flake and call you on the day before their work is to be done to reschedule. You WILL lose several weeks of schedule because this will wreck the contingent schedules of the other subcontractors.7) Dont allow Lowes to convince you to get someone else to fill in for that work that their subcontractor missed. Even if you already paid Lowes for that work, IF they reimburse you, it will NOT be timely.Further update: Lowes Executive Customer Relations team considers the damaged cabinets shown in the photos below to have been installed in accordance with industry standards.
