WATCH OUT!! I rented a hard wood floor sander before thanksgiving, when I saw it I was like “wow a antique” the handle was obviously broken and welded back or whatever people do to handles I didn't say anything but took it anyway when I went to use it, It only did about 1” strips but it was such a hassle I didn't complain I just rented a extra day and tried to do the most I could before I had to head to Idaho. Anyway I gave up an ran out of time, I “washed it” like they said to do, I'm not a mechanic so I just duct taped there handle and gave it back. When I Gabe it back the man had the worst bad acting I ever seen, you will recognize him he looks like he has girls locked in his basement he says “uhh OH gasp... you broke it!” I was shocked “I broke it how? ??♀️ The think weighs more than I do and I can't punch metal in half.. who do they think I am? Wonder Woman?” The man insisted on blaming me for there broken equipment, not just once but repeatedly for like 10 min over and over. Like someone with a guilty conscience does, they blame the other guy ya know. I've never went to a store and was treated so poorly, I've returned things that don't work right or fit right and never got shamed for it, usually they apologize for there bad equipment/clothing etc. and try to make the customer happy and try to rectify their mistake, because mistakes happen. Noooooo... not these guys! They will blame some girl on thanksgiving for there garbage tools then lay on the bad service really thick. Then after they accuse a 110 lbs girl of breaking metal..... in Half, mind you! ?? lol then they have the audacity to make me pay to fix their stuff! Like bullying me to pay for it, so I did. What could I do? So $250 to rent a sander that did 1” strips, verbally harassed by strangers, and someone stole my bank info all this Thanksgiving weekend! who stole my info?I have no proof, but these shady people pfft I wouldn't put it past them. I'll be posting pictures of this sander that I apparently cut in half with my super strength on yelp! ???

The owner and his wife are incredibly kind and provide excellent service. It's sad to say but it's rare to find such normal and nice people who are actually good at their job. There are uhaul centers closer to me but I will always go to this location as long as I'm on this side of town. I've used them 3 times already and they're great. 5 Stars

I lost the key and the van was so tough to drive. I ended up having to pay $300 for a replacement key. I will never book a uhaul unless the mover is driving it. A $300 move ended up costing $800, this has honestly been the worst moving experience of my life!

I have been a tenant at this facility for over 10 years... the staff have always been excellent to deal with... they care and are responsive to all requests. I appreciate all the first class support that Steven and Rosemarie have provided. But after all these years of paying and watching the rates rise and increase to ridiculous amounts, I asked the team to reach out to their district manager to see if they could come up with a reasonable rate for me.... one that is equal to the current market value of the same exact unit. I found the same unit that I was being asked to pay over $900 for advertised on their website for $425 in the same facility. If I have been your tenant paying you for 10 years, should I have to pay double the going rate for the same unit? Does that make any sense? The staff reached out on my behalf multiple times to request an account review and adjustment, and for over a month I had zero response. So I decided to reach out directly in the hope that a valued loyal customer like me would be treated fairly and be made to feel taken care of. In my own business, I cannot ignore my clients requests and make them feel as if I will not accommodate them at all. The least someone can do is provide the courtesy of a reply and offer some sort of a reasonable compromise. Unfortunately, I never received a single response or offer for a small reduction. Thats not how you are supposed to run a business. There are plenty of other nearby facility options available out there... so if you dont care I can just simply go elsewhere... such a shame that something that is really so easy to logically resolve would be handled in this way.

We were moving a block down from our previous place and needed quick + efficient junk removal. pernell answered my call and gave me range of how much it would cost on the phone. i asked him to be there at 7am which for most people is not a time when you want to be working. i appreciated the willingness, and them being prompt and efficient. i believe the whole thing was done in about 20 mins which is amazing for someone who has to leave for work at 8am. i did encounter some issues with the transaction for payment and the reason i include this part is to show how pernell handled the situation. he worked with me to cancel charges on his end and was communicative the whole way through. i imagine it was frustrating for him as well because it wasn't his fault but the 3rd party entity he had been working with up until this point. i actually promised to leave a review but forgot when work got busy but i wanted to keep my promise because better late than never. sorry, this is so long so if you read all the way through thank you and i hope you have a lovely day :)

I am very Displeased with Public Storage. I have a history with renting from this company before this last experience.I rented a small unit Since 6/2013. I had my Mother In Laws China and Crystal and my Father In Law antique train set plus some other sentimental items.I had check on my unit in Februrary 2015 and all my 13 boxes were there. I went this last sunday to clear out my storage unit much to my Surprise my 13 boxes were gone and in place was 6 items not mine. I immediately went to office and the clerk on duty said that there was nothing she could do because I did not carry their insurance. She told me to go to my homeowners insurance How can I when I do not have pictures or Sale receipts. I cannot even take them to Small Claims court because I have not back up. I said How could this happen. She just told be she could not help me.I did ask if they re-rent my unit and she said no. She also said that I probably gave someone on the account permission to come and clear it out.. I have 2 sons who dont even know where this unit is. So it is not them. 1 is in North Carolina and the other son is not aware of the storage unit.So I called Corporate and they gave me the Managers phone number which I call immediately on Sunday and she did not answer. I left a message with my phone number and no call came. So I called Tuesday morning again and got the message machine again. Well No Call again this PM.This company has terrible customer service. It seems that they dont care. WHAT the Hell kind of Company is this. Not getting back to their customers. I feel like have been wronged.This company Stinks. And Is not trust worthy....I also think that there is a homeless person living in one of the units.I Say Do Not trust them and DO NOT RENT A UNIT from them,UPSET CUSTMER

Went in to get a set of tires on freshly powder coated wheels for my 17 WRX. I had seen them in action working on my buddy's FRS with his expensive wheels and had great service, so naturally when it was time for me I went to them. That's when the nightmare began. After dropping 800 on a set of Pilot Sports AS3+ On a set of $1200 wheels that had been freshly powdercoated($500)they told me that one of my wheel bearings was questionable, I told them not a problem, it was still under warranty so I would take it to the dealer. Once the dealer try to pull the wheels off, my lug nuts snapped, I ask how and they said that who ever had put these wheels on had them so tight that Hercules himself would have a tough time to take them off. Had I had gotten a flat it would have to be towed since there was no way one could change a tire on the side of the road. The lug nut had been cross thread and would not come off. I brought it back to have them fix it, dealer would not touch it for fear of liability. When I brought it back they made it seem like they were doing me a favor in looking at it, that made me uncomfortable, I ask them to pull off all wheels to check all other my lug nuts in order to make sure none had been cross threaded, as well as to replace the set of lug nuts they had ruined, they didn't. And when I arrived to pick it up the service writer try to explain what he thought happened to my wheel and said he thought the dealer used the wrong socket and that that how I ended up with broke the lug nut. And was told he would he could not replace the lug nuts for the simple reason he had no access to some. They are located across the street from a auto parts store. In the end I ended up with my wheels scratched, missing a lugnut, $100 rental car bill for the day, and trust issues. They did not want to take responsibility for their actions and tried to bullsh*t me, I decided not to argue more then I had for the simple fact that the staff has no idea what they are doing. If you value your car and want to feel safe in the investment that you made, steer clear of this place. Spend the extra money and go to a more responsible establishment. Would give negative stars but can't

Overall its a good storage, also i like adam at the front desk. It just sucks that you could be a customer for yearssss and then boom a life event may come up where u accidentally miss a couple months & you have to worry about all your sentimental belongings being auctioned off :(Everything is all good until you miss a payment. Whether you accidentally forgot because you were deathly ill for 2 months (my case) or maybe something came up and you need a little bit longer to pay, they are quick to put a lean on your unit (at 41 days) and by the 50th day they're cutting open your lock and auctioning off your possessions! (Over a late $100 payment). I've been storing items here for 3+ years, they don't care about loyalty or anything. They can't WAIT to see how much they can make off of your belongings. Very predatory and scary to think about how all of your sentimental belongings could be fed to the wolves so easily. If I could give 0 stars I would. 10/10 do NOT recommend. I can't wait to move my belongings elsewhere.Also they take every opportunity to raise your rent. And once you hit that 41 day mark forget about the convenience of paying online (bc at this point they're banking on selling your stuff they don't want the payment.) you can only pay by calling during business hours or going in physically.UPDATE: They responded that they contacted me, they in fact did not. My proper email is listed on my account and no one reached out regarding this as they stated.

Update 3/14/24 - Had a wireless charger installed in my new Accord Hybrid EX-L. After some discrepancies regarding labor cost and labor hours expected, Anthony and the New Century Honda team worked with my needs and delivered an ultimately positive experience, including a reasonable settling of the bill and a convenient loaner car for the duration of the repair. And the charger works—my car now has everything I need. Very happy here.———-Update 9/15/23 - Had another regular service appointment a couple of days ago, and was happy that the coupon I received in the mail was honored and I didnt have to pay any more than expected. Alex was amiable and helpful with the kind of positive energy that makes tasks like getting the car serviced that much easier to deal with. I waited in the lobby and worked on my laptop, and when the car was done, the friendly cashier had me out of there in just a few moments. Very happy with New Century Honda!- - - - -[previous review]I had never come here before, and this time I decided to get my 2018 Civic serviced more locally than at the usual dealership (where I purchased the car, a 45-minute drive from home). I was greeted by all with friendliness and professionalism, asked if I needed transportation (I didn't; I waited there), and was kept informed of any details concerning the service. I worked comfortably on my laptop in the lounge, and all has been trouble-free since I left with my well-serviced car. Excellent experience! I highly recommend New Century Honda.
