Unbelievably horrible experience here.See the photo of the sign on the door that says Hello all, sorry for the hours of operation lately, due to family needsI was suppose to pick up an attachment to a uhaul truck at 1:30pm here. When I arrived there was a sign on the door that said Hello all, sorry for the hours of operation lately, due to family needs (if you go to google photos for this location you will see the sign)They closed the location early. They did not call me, email me or try to get in touch with me before closing early.I called the uhaul number, the person picked up, I explained situation and he basically said You did not show up at 1:30, you did not call to let us know you where running late so we closed the store - he made it seem it was my fault. Now I was running a few minutes late, but is this how you treat a customer that has a reservation with you, and who the day before confirmed on the phone the reservation? They where also suppose to stay open to 3pm, makes me think right at 1:30 when they did not see me they decided to close up shop. All the guy on the phone said is that they will open tomorrow at 8am and I can pick it up then.Horrible customer serviceTook no responsibilityTried to put the blame on me even though it was clearly their faultIf you are reading this review let me ask you a question:On the sign on the door it says Hello all, sorry for the hours of operation lately....What does that mean... lately...Makes me think this is not the first time they have decided to close early.Even if I could of picked up the next day at 8am, what makes the guy on the phone so sure they will be open? They closed without notice the day before, it is unreasonable to assume they might show up 1-2 hours late to open up their doors?Do you want this type of experience to happen to you?I would not recommend this U-Haul location to anybody. Steer clear, go somewhere else.

After having moved numerous times over the years my wife (and friends) all know what a pain in the a$$ it is. Uhaul set us up with two of the best guys for the job. They showed up on time, with great energy and attitudes. We had 2bdrms an office living room, family room, kitchen, dining room, garage of tool boxes and tools. They both took great care and concern for our property. Loaded efficiently and utilized all available space in both the moving truck and when loading the storage unit. Thank you both Scott and Jacob. All Star Moves definitely has some “all stars!!” Highly recommend these guy! Thank you!

I have been a loyal customer since 2013, and I must say that customer service is almost non existent here. You will need to call and email for any updates as you will be left in the dark about any progress being made on issues. If you are lucky to speak to Mayra, she will do as little as possible to help and even say that her supervisor will tell me the same answers and offer basically no assistance. I called in, back in April of 2020 to update them about my new residence address and they never made the requested changes to my renters insurance policy. They kept my old address on file, as I have been paying for almost 4 years! When I inquired about it and spoke with Kari, she stated that there wasnt much they could do, but cancel the policy. My luck that they no longer offer fire insurance and a slew of other options. So explain to me how I am liable for clerical errors made by State Farm employees? They admitted that they had notes on file about me calling in to keep them in the loop back in April of 2020. I am still waiting to be refunded for all those payments that should have never been charged as I no longer resided at the old address on file. I really wanted to give them the benefit of the doubt, but so far they have failed miserably. I also recently canceled one of my insurance policies for my car and received a partial refund after paying for the months coverage in full. Its unfortunate that after being with a company for over 10 years there is no sense of urgency or willingness to help customers. The only reason I even found out about this grave error on their part was due to being hit by an unlicensed and uninsured driver back in February of 2024. I also had uninsured driver coverage yet still had to pay the full $500.00 deductible?!? My best advice is to carefully look over your policies and make sure they are accurate.
A-Abbot Locksmith Inc.
1920 E Katella Ave Suite A, Orange, CA 92867, United States
I want to start out this review by telling you a little about me, so that the context makes more sense. I grew up in Southern California - Dana Point - and during my youth we had things like auto shop, wood shop, metal shop and other shop activities in school that encouraged sweat equity as a learning experience. Although were I grew up was rather affluent, having Scottish in my genes meant that we saved money. So I learned quite a bit about how mechanics worked, how things functioned around the house, and how to un-screwup something Id previously ... screwed. So changing a lock isnt a big deal. Neither is rekeying one.Rekeying six well-worn 10-year old commercial locks so that they work with a new key while continuing to work with a master key seemed a bit above my pay grade. I could certainly take them out ... but the whole rekeying thing made me feel a bit uncomfortable.Ive taken locks to locksmith shops before. Ive met the edgy fellows with metal burr etched dirty hands that smell of old tri-flow oil and teflon ... and even older sweat. You know; the guys who give you a price based on the clothes youre wearing measured against the desperation you exude because you dont know anything about the dark arts and magic of locksmithery. So I was prepared for what to expect when I went to head over to this shop that opened unusually early for a trade (8:30am).This store is COMPLETELY the opposite of any other locksmith that Ive ever been to. The store was neat, tidy, well laid out with products, swept floors, and an unexpectedly professional attitude and veneer.Jim Thorpe was the gentleman who helped me out. I have NEVER met someone who knows as much about locks and who is willing to share his knowledge so that I felt comfortable and reassured that the job would be done right.I gave him the six locks (in individual baggies numbers so I remembered where I got them from). He checked them all out in front of me, jumped on his computer after I gave him the address where the locks were from and said theyd been to that address before, and even cut a new master key from their records to make sure that it worked as well as the older master I included with the old locks. The new one worked WAY better. He gave be a quote - in writing - as well as a time that the locks would be done by THAT DAY! I gave him the locks and went off to attend to the rest of my adventures for that morning.A short while later - and well before the promised time - Jim gave me a call, and said that the locks were done and I could head over to pick them all up. I was shocked! When I got back to the busy store, Jim had my order ready, remembered me, and then launched into an explanation of what hed done. He explained about the locks (they were worn, and could do with a full servicing at some point), the new keys, and the new master he cut. He even managed to get the locks back in the original baggies instead of mixing them all up. THAT is attention to detail!I got back to the building, installed the new locks, and they work perfectly! The new master works on the various locks in the building, and I am absolutely THRILLED with the whole process.I HIGHLY recommend A-Abbot Locksmith for all your key needs. These guys are professional, quick, and they get the job done right the first time. If you get a chance, talk with Jim; he is not only knowledgeable, but he is willing to share that knowledge so that you know exactly what youre getting!

Excellent service, a 28 trailer can be used as little or as much as required, and you only pay for what you use. Cost less than driving a rental truck, and has WAY more room for your household items. Highly recommend.
Public Storage

I've had such a negative experience with this property. I highly recommend looking for a different property that actually ensures that it is properly maintained. I've been trying to convey my issues with the management and their upper management for the last 8 months, however they haven't taken any actions to resolve or address the concerns that I've expressed. For the last almost 8 months the lights outside of my unit have not been working which makes it difficult to access my unit due to it being dark and can pose a safety hazard as well. I tried to bring this to the attention of the property, but the property manager would not contact me in regards to the issue. I then decided to escalate the concern to the district manager, Tiffany, however I would always get her voicemail. Unfortunately, Tiffany was not professional enough to respond to my voicemails and I never had the chance to speak with her. After trying to communicate with Tiffany I then spoke to Bilal who said that he would address the situation, which never resulted in anything. Just last week I spoke with Ken, the Regional Vice President, who I hope will help resolve this issue. It's just kind of interesting to see how they can raise the price of the unit and invest money in renovating their office, yet I can not get them to fix a light. This truly shows that all they care about is making money and not taking care of their tenants because there are also other lights that do not work throughout the property as well.
Orangeland RV Park

Park: 5 starsStaff: 5 starsOur Space: 3 starsValue: 3 starsWere a young family (relatively) of casual RVers that tow a 24ft travel trailer after realizing camping in tents with young kids doesnt work very well. That said, we camp with the expectation of outdoor space to sit and use our outdoor stove... or enjoy an adult beverage once the kids are asleep. My husband is a trucker so making reservations can be a dicey proposition if he isnt home on time, especially with cancellation fees... so I expected we would be staying farther away from Disneyland than we would otherwise.Orangeland was our third choice, since Disneyland was further away and much pricier, and we got what was literally their last spot. We didnt care about the pool or the playground because we were only there three nights and didnt spend a single day at the RV park. What we cared about was space, which we didnt have. The staff was great, but when my issue with not being able to put out our sunshade due to an orange tree became secondary to the realization we were supposed to park our truck on our patio - I was nonplussed by the non-premium sites completely. Knowing that, I would have looked for a park further out that met our desires for how we like to spend our limited vacation opportunities. I definitely did not feel good about paying more than the other nearby parks for what was essentially a parking spot. It was so tight that we had to pull our truck forward in order to load kids in the back seat and our slide out was nestled in the tree on the other side. That said, the park is lovely and the staff is great. They even offered to bring us a table which wouldnt have helped much given we had to park 2.5ft from our RVs door. We just wont book a site in the future thats in the periphery of the site - well try for an interior spot, keep looking or book a hotel next time.
Outback Self Storage
1934 E Taft Ave, Orange, CA 92865, United States
I haven't had a good experience at this place. Back in August 2019, I went to the office to rent a space. I talked to Natalie ( I think this is her name) and she gave me the price of $419 for a 10x50 space. I cancelled my reservation in another storage to park my dump truck and trailer at Outback. When I came back to pay the space, Linda told me the space rent was $480 (huge difference of what I was told initially). She didn't care what I was told. If I wanted the space, I had to pay the $480. Since I didn't have anything in writing or any other space to rent, I accepted the $480. I was in the office this week to rent another space. I was looking for a 10x30 and Linda told me she only had 10x25 space; she showed me that space (#140). I decided to shop around and Placentia Self-storage center contacted Linda, who informed them she had a 10x30 space available for $329. I called Linda and she said she was going to rent me the space for $329. It was the same space (#140) she had showed me the day before saying it was 10x25. I went to the office to pay; Linda was not there and the person who helped me charged me $339. I went back the next day and Linda said the price was $339. Since this time I had it in writing with Placentia Self-storage, she honored the $339, but only starting next month because supposedly she couldn't return the $10 extra charge. I am very dissatisfied that this office changes the prices as they please.
Brads Valero

I don't normally write reviews, but in this case I believe Brad's Valero deserves recognition. My wife's jeep needed major work, which consisted of a complete engine replacement. Brad and his team were professional, knowledgeable and efficient. The Jeep now has an extended life and is running smooth. Brad is a no BS kind of guy and will tell you what needs to be done. There wasn't any push for unnecessary parts or services. Our experience was nothing short of stellar. Good mechanics with integrity are in short supply these days, so when you find one, support them and spread the word. Brad's Valero has earned one more loyal customer. Thanks to Brad and his team for the great work!
