This location saved me! Truly thankful!!! I made a reservation with Budget off of Broadway for a truck rental, when I showed up they said they had called me that morning (which they didnt, no missed call or voice-mail) to let me know they were trying to find a truck for me in LA and if I can pick it up tomorrow. They also had the wrong pick up time listed. I couldnt wait because thats the point of a reservation, to move when everything is scheduled so I had to scramble to find a truck. The lady was not helpful at all. I will never use Budget again, I cant understand how that location is still open. U-Haul however will continue to get my business. The truck runs great, plus its over $150 cheaper. Thank you again!

Alexander and his crew were professional, fast, flexible, honest, and highly competent. Alexander was flexible... I asked if he could show up a little earlier than initially scheduled, and since he completed his previous job quickly, he did! He showed up to the job with a big smile and ready to get the job done.I needed a hauler to move things out of a storage unit (we were moving my father in law from Buellton to Sacramento) and called a few haulers. Being that we lived in Sacramento, we did not have the luxury of trying to set up a time for some hauler to meet us, see what needed hauling, and then give us an estimate for the haul. All of the other hauling companies would not give us an estimate until they viewed the storage items to haul.Alexander has an estimate system that is simple, fair, and affordable. Based on his system, I estimated about $200. When the job was finished, Alexander quoted me $200, just like I had estimated. There were no hidden fees!I would highly recommend this company to anyone. They are expeditious and go above and beyond to get your job done right with a friendly attitude!

As a business owner myself, I hate writing these kinds of reviews because I know the impact they can have on business. My Bus/RV was stolen from the property during a 2 week period where the gates were broken. The facility does not have cameras in the back so we could not gain any evidence as to who stole the Bus/RV, and the manager could not provide me with footage of the RV leaving the compound because it was too much work. I am aware that the waiver I sign in the beginning makes them not liable for my property. But I can tell you that they did nothing to help me with in any way. I couldnt even get a conversation with the owners in order to request at least a discount on my space. I was fortunate enough to find my bus parked at the local walmart with the thiefs inside, but the vandalism and damage that was done to my Bus/RV along with the stolen solar panels, batteries, inverters and appliances is more than I would spend on 3 years of storage with them. If the owner reads this, please reach out to me. I would much rather rectify this situation with you than leave a bad review about your business.Pictures are what the Bus/RV looked like before. The video is how I found my Bus/RV after it was stolen.Update:I changed my review from 1 star to 4 stars after talking with the new manager Daniel. He did what he could within his power to make things right. He moved my spot to a new location which is now up front and under surveillance. He also reduced my monthly rate to help compensate for my loss. It wont amount to the damages done, but it definitely helps me a lot. Thumbs up to Daniel for doing what he can for loyal customers.

Instantly I was met with the cheerful, professional voice of Annie. She was able to quickly and effortlessly not only meet all my storage needs and time frames, but got me a better deal than I could ever have expected.Annie deftly aided my family member over the phone while was I present with her, putting us both at ease.Above all this, Extra Space was clean and easy to navigate. The doors ran smoothly, and Staff personally check all the locks each morning (calling you if you accidentally forget to lock your unit as I did once). They knew the minute we took our belongings out and handled our departure expediently.I highly recommend Extra Space Storage for your storing needs.Follow-up 2020I had the privilege of contracting with Extra Space Storage again. And though the circumstances were because of tragedy my experience was no less exceptional.
