Misdiagnosed my check engine light and refused to replace my tires while under warranty. There were really rude palming their face and sighing when i told them what is wrong and they lied to get me out of there. They said check engine light will go away in an hour and its been 50 days.. still there. The tires they refused to replace popped so bad that they ruined my air lines. All while having no manners and implying im the dumb one.

Give this place 3 stars because ive never had an issue with the quality of the rented tools themselves. With that said, associate Ana sneaks in Damage Protection charges without verbal explanation, however, I signed off on the acceptance., so Im an idiot but they reflect little corporate integrity.

I usually bring my truck here for maintenance issues so I can spend down time waiting for it at home instead of a motel. Well after my current and ongoing problem, Im convinced that I will now avoid this place like the plague. I turned my truck in for maintenance on 8/10/2020. It is now 8/20/2020 and my truck is still not ready for pickup. These are the things I turned it in for:- Oil pan leaking (which they caused from last time I brought it in)- Washer fluid reservoir leaking at bottom mount bolt (makes me very suspicious that they removed the reservoir for some reason, then overtorqued the bolt during installation)- Intermittent check engine lightI think it was Wednesday, 8/12/2020, before they actually started to touch my truck. By Thursday evening, the engine tech was done diagnosing and sent an estimate to my company...but that was only for the engine work itself and not also the washer fluid reservoir. I asked them why they were sending an estimate without the reservoir included in it, and they said that the engine tech needs to complete their part of the diagnostic work first before a different tech who handles washer fluid reservoirs can even look at it. How stupid a process is this? On either Thursday night or Friday, I got an update saying they have all of the parts on hand that they need to complete the repair work. So, why did the repair work not get completed until yesterday (Wednesday, 8/19/2020)? They must enjoy wasting my time and having me not making a dime to earn a living and help support my family with, because it routinely takes the better part of a week for them to finish working on my truck for virtually everything - and Ive been here numerous times for service/maintenance.It is now Thursday, 8/20/2020, and my truck is STILL not ready for pickup. They completed all repair work yesterday, then road tested it yesterday afternoon. It failed the road test, which means the truck sat the rest of the evening and into this morning before somebody will even begin to figure out whats wrong now.

I have been renting trucks for over 20 years with pretty no issues, every once in while there would be a break down or flat tire but all the companies I worked with I have worked with in the past (Ryder/Penske, etc) have fixed issues and my driver got back on road. I have been a customer of TCI for a while with maintenance on some of my trucks. They advertised rentals so I thought I would give them a try. Almost every rental we received was a piece of garbage. Multiple breakdowns, we returned truck after truck and recently returned a truck on Friday and let them know we needed one Monday. Call Monday and no truck, now I have a full trailer of time sensitive products and no tractor. Worst service ever

One star rating is too much for this unscrupulous people they sold me a truck with a bad engine.. the truck impossibly had just past the. DOT inspections I even have the paper work I used the truck for a week till notice oil leak the oil is coming out from the oil dip stick call them up they and their respond was too bad all our truck our sold as is..this is a 35k 2014 freight liner truck now Im out of the money and losing money every day..with out my delivery truck .. Im going to sue them for lose revenue and malpractices..

Am local trucking company owner since like 6 years ago i move to this place are to doing my business. Parts is good nice clean store. But for services department is nightmare trust me my friend.i bring my truck on 12/04 and for repair due to low power and some issue with regen services department was failed to send me the updates for days till I call them ask when should I pick up my truck. And they told me I need to put deposit before they can start. This is after a whole week. They don't call. Not sending correct email to me. Even I reply them on email to process the repair. So I waste 1st week time there for nothing. Then I drive there to pay the whole bill ask them to do the repair asap. And during the time. No updates no calls. Nothing. Wait for another 3 days I called and guy name david told me they still wait me to pay the deposit. I told him I pay the whole amount already at last time I visit the shop with him. And they are not even start the repair for over 12 days. Then I have to wait. I ask to speak with manager and refuse for busy reason. That's fine. I'll wait then. Couple days later ask for states on the phone. I don't know how the big company has so less people on it. Got wait like 10-15 mins every time. So they told me when merchants put the cover back it got broken. I will need to pay for it. I just want my truck back fast so fine. And wait. No parts. Okey. I was check couple time in next 1-2 days and finally lady told me they will get the parts next Monday or Tuesday as least so i wait. They at the day I called again and other one answer the phone told me they don't have parts. No eta nothing. I decided to buy on my own and bring it to them. Because I can't wait anymore. Bring the part over wait for another week to get the truck out. Take over 5 weeks for repair. It is okey I know Covid cause thing slow. But attitude and customer services is very important too. I hope owner will really think over about it.

I would not recommend CARSTAR to anybody. I'm very disappointed and very upset.Because the last time that I went in there, which was the fourth time that I've been in there to talk to somebody about the part that they were supposed to replace for me on the drivers door panel they had lost a part and one of the men had admitted to losing that part and they all say the same thing, that they we're going to call and order it, and will give you a call when it comes in. For some reason they would never call me the part never came in and I never got it fixed this last time I went in there this gentleman tells me we're not going to replace that part because we never touched the drivers door panel . well I argued with the gentleman because I had damage on my car, two different claims and both on the driver side nothing on the passenger side. and he told me they only worked on the passenger door, “they didn't touch the drivers door.” so he printed up a receipt of one of the claims and it showed nothing of the drivers door so he just came right out and told me we're not ordering that part. Well I went home and I found my receipt that they had given me 10 months ago when I had to pick my car up. And on that receipt it showed that they did work on the drivers door panel . I couldn't wait to get back over there to show him that receipt I thought he was rude and I thought the customer is always right. all the other people that had said they were gonna order me that part (the other three people ) never gave me a problem but this gentleman the other day Just downright told me “that we never touch my door panel and we're not gonna order you that part .” I thought he was he was rude, he wanted to argue with me, when he handed me The receipt that he had printed out and told me that that was all there was as a receipt he was lying to me. I think he handled the situation all wrong I'm so glad I saved my receipt from then, so I could prove him wrong and I'm going to get what I deserve, my part for my car . the item is like a six dollar item (maybe 10, he said ) I told him I would buy the part. My God, this person was just an IDIOT, unbelievable. I would call him other words, but it wouldn't be very ladylike.
