U-Haul Neighborhood Dealer
1717 N Glendale Blvd, Los Angeles, CA 90026, United States
The owner and his wife are incredibly kind and provide excellent service. It's sad to say but it's rare to find such normal and nice people who are actually good at their job. There are uhaul centers closer to me but I will always go to this location as long as I'm on this side of town. I've used them 3 times already and they're great. 5 Stars
Trailer Rental at U-Haul

I lost the key and the van was so tough to drive. I ended up having to pay $300 for a replacement key. I will never book a uhaul unless the mover is driving it. A $300 move ended up costing $800, this has honestly been the worst moving experience of my life!

I am thrilled to share my exceptional experience with The Sage Group Law Firm, which recently helped me navigate a challenging arbitration settlement with Tesla. From the very beginning, I was met with professionalism, expertise, and unwavering support that ultimately led to a successful resolution. I cannot speak highly enough of the firms commitment to their clients and their deep understanding of consumer law in Washington State. My journey started when I found myself in a frustrating situation with Tesla. Initially, I was compelled to participate in Teslas own arbitration process, only to have my claim denied. However, thanks to the invaluable guidance of The Sage Group Law Firm, my case took a significant turn for the better. One of the standout individuals I had the privilege of working with was David Ruben, a legal expert at The Sage Group. Davids knowledge of consumer law in Washington State was truly outstanding. From our very first conversation, he displayed a deep understanding of the complexities surrounding my case and outlined a clear path forward.Throughout the entire process, Davids communication was exemplary. He consistently kept me informed about every step we took and provided me with the guidance I needed to make informed decisions. I was impressed by his ability to explain legal concepts in a way that was easy to understand, ensuring that I was an active participant in the process; especially Tesla's remote diagnosis process to bypass a loophole. His responsiveness and attention to detail instilled a strong sense of confidence in me, which proved vital during this challenging time.Under Davids guidance, we decided to file a lemon law suit with the Attorney General of Washington State. This strategic move opened new possibilities and increased the pressure on Tesla to address my concerns. The Sage Group Law Firms expertise and relentless advocacy paved the way for a favorable outcome.I am delighted to share that, thanks to The Sage Group Law Firm, Tesla agreed to repurchase my vehicle. Not only did I regain the full amount of my initial investment, but I was also compensated for the associated interest on the loan. This remarkable resolution would not have been possible without the dedication and tenacity demonstrated by The Sage Group. The Sage Group Law Firms commitment to their clients is truly remarkable. They worked tirelessly to protect my rights and fought for the justice I deserved. Their level of professionalism, attention to detail, and depth of knowledge surpassed all my expectations. MN Auto Body
4616 San Fernando Rd, Glendale, CA 91204, United States
I had an accident about a month ago and I was looking for a repair shop that could do a clean and detailed job. I looked for nearby body shops and came across MN auto body. I contacted them after hours and Mike was able to help me right away. He was very professional and very punctual. They were able to pick up my car the same day and towed to their body shop. Mike was very fast with contacting insurance company and setting up the inspection of my car. Once they finished the inspection the repairs took a couple of days and Mike gave me updates daily as they were doing the repairs. Overall my car looked like new and no signs of repairs were noticeable. My Car looked like it just came from the dealership. Mike even took the car for detailing inside and out which was included in their service. Overall they provided me with very good, fast, professional experience which is very unusual in the auto repair business. I will highly recommend them to anyone I know.
Star Ford Service
1101 S Brand Blvd, Glendale, CA 91204, United States
If I could give the service representatives a 0 out of 5 stars I would, but the 1 star truly goes out to the service tech I mention at the end. First, they said the issue with my car would take one day. Then when I inquire about what time Ill have the car back, they said a diagnosis at least takes a couple days. No problem, miscommunication or something. Then they tell me they don't have the part and they have to order it. That's fine, I can understand that. Then they say they can't deliver my car back to me and I have to come get it. I'm annoyed at this point. I'm missing work because of this. Also note that I have asked them SIX separate times for some kind of email sent to me stating that they have my car in their possession so that I can have the time off I have now had to take excused from work. Then they call again and say they can overnight the part they need and they'll have my car back to me at 4pm tomorrow, fixed. Great! So day two, still have no car, i text the rep and ask if the car will still be back to me at 4PM because I hadn't heard anything all day and it was approaching 4PM. She said “the car should be back to you by the end of the day”. So then they called me at 3:39PM and tell me that the part arrived damaged so they still haven't fixed it and that they'll deliver my car back to me, but then they'll have to come get it again and have it fixed when the next part come back. On the verge of tears at this point but happy to be getting my car back. Then I get another call! This tech (one I haven't spoken to, his name was Nelson I believe) called about something else unrelated (gas) and I ask him if he could please please please send that aforementioned email so I don't lose my job over this. He's super confused because my car has been fixed! He says he's looking at the service receipt right now and they did the repair on the switch and the window motor. At this point I'm wondering if I'm being messed with? We hang up but shortly I get another call from Nelson and they tell me that the part was indeed damaged and the car is not fixed. I can't help but laugh because this is the only genuinely nice person I've spoken to and he put fuel in my car free of charge for me. If you thought this was over, it isn't! They then sent the delivery driver to the wrong house, even though I told them 3 times, via text AND phone, the updated address. This department has seriously got to get it together. I am in complete disbelief of how poorly this has been handled. Thank you to Nelson for being really helpful and kind, but I genuinely would rather bite my own arm off than ever come back here again.
Acura of Glendale
505 S Brand Blvd, Glendale, CA 91204, United States
Ive dealt with a lot of dealerships both purchasing and servicing cars for me and my family. This dealership is by far the best Ive ever dealt with. Its a mom and pop type dealership. Its owned by a couple, not a large corporation or a conglomerate of dealer franchises and you definitely get that family owned feeling every time you come in. Their service, parts, and sales departments all work efficiently with an honest and personal touch.Service:I have an Acura TL and I now get my car serviced there exclusively. The service manager, John, does a fantastic job running the service department. You can tell he trained the service advisers to be knowledgeable, efficient and genuinely care about providing you with the proper service. Theyre all great, but for my money, I prefer Tony as my service adviser. Hes always treated my really well, contacting me regularly to keep me posted on whats happening with my car, honestly telling me whats necessary for me to do with my car rather than up-selling me like a lot of other dealers do, and making certain every thing was done correctly the first time. He hasnt made a mistake and I havent had to go back in for anything. That also has something to do with the fact that the technician who always works on my car, Raffi. All the service staff has been fantastic, but having Tony as my service adviser and Raffi as my tech has been perfect for me.Parts:Much like the service dept, the parts dept has the same family, yet professional feel to it. Hector has always taken good care of me. Hes always done a great job explaining products to me, both stock and custom, and illustrating what theyll do for me.Sales:I bought my TL pre-owned. It was about 2 years old. Their CPO program is great. Not only does this dealership go through all the inspections theyre supposed to, but they go above and beyond what the factory requires. They even offer to show you service records. You never feel like they want to hide anything from you. The sales staff is very professional and knowledgeable. You get the feeling they genuinely want to help you the way you want to be helped. From showing me the car, to negotiating, to signing paperwork, I couldnt have realistically asked for more. They even gave me a great deal on extended warranty (Its less money for Certified Pre-Owned cars). Dale is a great sales rep; hes been with this dealership a long time and is close with the owners. Hes very professional and great to get along with. By far the best sales rep Ive ever dealt with. This dealership is a perfect example of how a car dealership should be run. Its rare to find a place like this with all the horrific experiences everyones had before. This place rocks.

Absolutely horrible experience with new Employee/Manager Tanya Castillo On 2/1/20 :I have to post this to warn others . I made my reservation on line and showed up to the branch. Not only did they not give me the car I reserved but they tried to give me a car that smelled very strong of cigarette then they wouldn't rent to me at all with my business American Express card nor my personal visa - because although they are both valid credit cards for myself and my business they didn't understand that a Visa card is a credit card even though it's also can be used for debit .The worst part is that initially Tanya Castillo took my card and drivers licensE looked at it and said ok it was good . She said OK and told me to wait about 20 minutes . I waited for 30 minutes, Then I couldn't believe they pulled a car around that smelled very strong like cigarettes . So I asked for another car . They showed me to another car, but then they told me I couldn't use the card because it was a debit card even though it says visa on it which means it's also a credit card - again I use this card every week. Then I try with my American Express gold card that has my business name on it and show them my business card but they won't use that- I have used that card a lot to rent at enterprise as well.AT THIS POINT I HAD BEEN THERE FOR AN HOUR.I ask Tanya for her business card and she gives me SOMEONE ELSES BUSINESS CARD . The business card says “Ivy Fitzgerald”I ask her if her name is Ivy and she says no . I ask her to give me her business card and she won't but she AGAIN TAKES IVY's BUSINESS CARD AND WRITES “Tanya “ on the top of it. I take it and ask her to put her last name and she finally puts down Castillo.”TANYA CASTILLO “I then had to call an uber and leave spending $110 to get down to San Diego today and another $80 to get back to the airport tomorrow because now I don't have a rental car .I have been a member of enterprise for about 10 years . The reason I have used enterprise has always been the customer service but this is the worst customer service I've ever experienced .The whole branch seems to be under management and Tanya and the other new employee there are unprofessional and dishonest. This branch is on brand blvd in south Glendale

**** FIRST CAR FAILED TO START, REPLACEMENT CAR LOCKED US OUT A DAY LATER ****I have rented from this branch on multiple occasions with little to no issues other than subpar cleanliness and shoddy maintenance of the vehicles. Nothing that ever interrupted a trip though, not until this week. We were given one vehicle which failed to start prior to our trip to Nevada. We were supposed to leave at midnight, so we ended up having to wait until the branch reopened in the morning. Once the branch opened and we explained the issue, we were made to wait for hours for roadside assistance to exchange our broken down vehicle for a replacement, which never happened. We were told we had to wait with the car for it to be picked up, which we refused to do due to our already delayed trip. We were not offered to be picked up when we insisted we had to leave and needed another car. We basically forced the branch manager to accept the keys for the broken down vehicle on our property. We had to get our own ride up to the branch to drop off the keys and get another car. The second car also had problems with the rear sliding doors (it was a minivan), and a day later it locked us out from getting into it (with all our belongings inside) because the remote was malfunctioning. Once again, we waited for hours for roadside assistance which showed up very late and just made the remote work by playing around (not even replacing) the remote battery and without giving us another car as promised. We did not feel safe driving that car either as the last thing we wanted was to go pump gas and get locked out again, and it was loaded with stuff so its not like we could just leave it unlocked (nor would that even be a safe option in any event). We ended up abandoning the car at an Avis car rental in Nevada so we could get a proper car rental to complete our trip. Roadside assistance took forever to finally pick it up. Their roadside assistance is an absolute joke by the way! I contacted roadside assistant three times per day (because they never show up!) and each time they made a mistake on the service request such as incorrect address, and incorrect notes. Customer service is also overseas, so have fun with that. After we had abandoned the vehicle by providing clear information and instruction to the original branch as well as their roadside assistance, they called hours later saying they couldnt locate the vehicle. Why? Because the service note said it was in front of a laundromat and at a totally different address. What??! Luckily the roadside assistance AAA driver was very easy-going and competent and just went to the correct address when we told him where it was. When we returned home, the first broken down vehicle was STILL on our property and had never been picked up (3 days later). I had to call the branch manager and their joke roadside assistance multiple times and threaten to have the vehicle dragged off my property and left in the middle of the road. I contacted corporate and was told regional manager would contact me, which never happened. Absolutely the worst customer experience I have ever had with any business. I run my own auto repair business and cannot even fathom providing our customers with this kind of service. We would be out of business in no time.
JT Legal Group
801 N Brand Blvd Suite 1130, Glendale, CA 91203, United States
Greetings - I wanted to tell everyone about the wonderful people at JT Legal Group.Im a sixty year-old father and husband who recently had a life-changing event... while walking, crossing the street in a cross walk, I was struck-down by a bus traveling at 35mph that didnt see me. Thrown some forty-feet down the road, I landed and was thought to be dead. After being in a coma, I awoke with my family by my side, with only limited memory of my life. The next two years was about me coming back to life in every way. I relearned breathing, walking, talking, and the social challenges of blending-in. I did, and Im left with some physical deficits, and TBI (Traumatic Brain Injury). I face these challenges every-day, and Im blessed to have my friends and family in support. My writing this review is a result of another example of people that truly care - JT LEGAL GROUP. I was facing foreclosure, an example of my occasional questionable decisions... my frontal-lobe brain damage, when looking back on my actions from-time-to-time has me needing help.JT LEGAL GROUP stepped-in and took control of the situation for me. Why? Because they care - specifically Jackie, who is one-of the most caring people, with true compassion, Ive ever come to meet. They saved my home and helped me get back on track. That, even with my having occasional hick-ups in my responsibilities with them. They care. And, I truly believe they will do they same with you, with your problems relating to your home, or personal injury. They have been forever put into my CIRCLE OF ANGELS, a very small group of folks who have helped me come back to life. I owe them, and Jackie, a true gesture of gratitude. Theyre good people. So just when you question if there are those out there... here they are.CHRIS POWER-GOMEZThousand Oaks, CA
