Well where can I start my vehicle was towed. My grandfather and I built this car from the ground up together before he passed away recently. This car meant more to me than you have any idea reason it was towed was for back tags . and was still in my grandfathers name so I wasnt able to get vehicle out. And when I told the company how much the car meant to me and what the circumstances were they told me that dont care about it.and the were hoping to keep it.

The booking process and pick up process were both incredibly frustrating and painful.I should have noticed these red flags before confirming and picked up my Penske reservation instead.I first went to the store to buy boxes and ask to make a reservation. The manager told me to go online which was incredibly off-putting. I made phone reservations and Once I changed the date of these reservations online I was up-charged. My original reservation was cancelled without my request.Truck was vandalized less than 1/4 mile from the store. roadside assistance and this store did the absolute least work to assist me. I waited for over 9 hours to get towed to the store and another 2 hours to get a hotel room. Meanwhile I was sitting outside of a hotel through the entire process. My pet was traumatized from being isolated in a carrier and truck for over 10 hours. I persistently expressed the urgency of the situation but nobody at the store or on the phone seemed to pay me any mind.They have stalled all day and night to do as little as possible to help and prolong the situation. Each time I call I need to explain myself again.They are making me unpack and reload another truck rather than rekeying the ignition and locks. They are not allowing me to remain in the hotel while this work is done.I was going to tow a UBOX trailer for an additional payment of $400, but I reached out to UBOX and they cancelled the trailer tow so now I am unable to recoup those funds.A reliable and customer focused company would heed the call sooner and understand the urgency of this type of request. It should only have taken a few hours maximum to secure me lodging while the situation is remedied (I was sitting right outside my hotel less than 1/4 mile from the uhaul store). Someone from the store should have had the courtesy to come by and help and/or secure me a room in the hotel where I was already parked. They suggested to wait in the lobby, which is insufficient for my animal who needs to have some freedom to move around. I expressed this urgency many times.Alas, the entire day has been burned because of lackadaisical customer service.Never using UHAUL again.

Because this storage company is privately owned you dont have kids for managers always telling you that theyll find out when their district manager gets back to them sometimes in a couple of days. No. This management is professional and can deal with any requests changes upgrades special situations you can come up with on the spot. Only after renting from the big corporate companies can I tell you from experience customer service here goes way above and beyond what all the others only wish they could be.

We took our 2013 BMW 640i coupe to AARONS per our auto insurance provider which is Allstate by the way for the first of two shops they recommended for a minor dent to the passenger quarter panel left for us by one of our fine citizens who of course it should go without saying left no contact information just the damage which defines their blatant ignorance and disregard for others. Location Safeway/CVS parking lot located at Jackson & Cypress Hayward, Ca. Upon arriving at AARONS their work areas inside along with property space including their long driveway filled with cars being repaired and probably even more waiting to be worked on very very busy but that didnt stop members of their staff from recognizing greeting and welcoming us inside which spells great service which mind you takes place from where I pulled on their property/driveway approach which was just short of being placed on the street again very very busy which is a very good thing to see it says they do great work. Doors held open very polite very professional very attentive to our need in being their, active listening skills prompt attention to coming out to assess the damage come back inside communicate the estimate to us and i would say go out of his way to have us know that were not required or obligated by law to have his shop do the the repairs or any other shops the insurance would refer were entitled to take it where ever we choose and that with the amount of work they have even as minor as the damage is their probably not able to do the work until the 1st or 2nd week of october. Our car has not even been started let alone finished and their level of service thats obviously rooted in their honorable forthright respectful approach to their customers from the insurance company down to the insured customer/motorist and the work they do for them which their reviews SUPPORT, review after review after review after non stop review. Now i almost stated which is a level of service worth waiting for when I took note to were not waiting its service thats already happening. AARONS BODY & PAINT of Hayward California & ALLSTATE INSURANCE COMPANY you have my business now and will continue to do so along as their in business. My ESTIMATE/QUOTE $1494. now Im not a body and fender guy but PALLADIUM PREMIER AUTO BODYs quoted estimate was $8,500 which they didnt put in writing suggesting or coming to that by way of the car having zero prior damage and a only a complete quarter panel replacement repair could bring it back to its original undamaged condition as opposed to a pulling and filling repair which doesnt meet the original undamaged condition. Im sure AARONS will replace the quarter panel to repair it even if the cost would increase. Actually he didnt discuss what direction of repair they had in mind and i didnt even consider it at all until Palladium threw their highway robbery insurance fraud estimate at me that likely involved heating pulling with strong suction working it smooth from inside behind the rear interior panel and lightly filling any low spots and charging ALLSTATE $8500 for their $500 job. BEWARE of PALLADIUM website advertises newly located in Hayward 15+ years experience. Id be interested in knowing why their newly located and not at their alleged prior 15+ years experience location?

I've used this repair shop twice at the recommendation of AAA and the first time around, I was relatively pleased with their service. Despite the fact that, when the car was returned to me, the passenger side fog light was out. When I mentioned this to the front office staff, I was told that “it must just be the bulb,” even though this was the side that was completely damaged in the accident..so they should have replaced it prior to returning the car to me. I let it go because I was generally pleased with their customer service. I've even referred many coworkers and friends to this shop because of how much I liked the service.The second time I brought my vehicle to their shop, I was excited to bring it to the same person who I contacted the first time around. However, when I went to pick the car up this second time, the car would not start. They had to jump start the car. I was told that “it must be because it was sitting for a week and it's usually driven every day.” I, again, let it go and drove around for an hour. For the entire week after, I've had to jump start the car if the engine was turned off for even 20 minutes! They now claimed that must be a result of damage to the battery from the collision because there isn't a mechanic there who works under the hood, they only do body work.So I requested the diagnostic scans from when the car arrived in the shop and when they finished their repairs. The pre-scan had ZERO error codes, which wouldn't be the case if there was something mechanically wrong when I brought it in…especially since I'd been driving the car for a week before I brought it in. When the diagnostic scan was ran at the conclusion of the repairs, there were at least 10 error codes - 99% of which were related to my battery! They still claimed it was a result of the collision…and if I wanted to buy a new battery and have them install it she'd provide me with a quote. I had to contact my claims adjuster in order to get them to change my battery.I took it to the shop to have them change the battery and they changed it right at the shop…even though they “don't have any mechanics who do work underneath the hood!” Also, conveniently when I arrived to the shop, I was told that there was a diagnostic scan that they ran after they “cleared the codes” a few minutes later and all of a sudden there's only one error code which is exactly what happens when the battery gets disconnected and reconnected or the codes are manually cleared…Not to mention neither one of my door panels were reassembled properly on the inside and the driver window switch is now scratched up and bent where they tried to remove it in order to remove the door panel.May 06 Update: Calling them so they can make this right doesnt actually work. It just had me going back and forth with the exact same office personnel I was going back and forth before...

First of all this is to identify the incompetence at this establishment. Chose this body shop as it was close to my residence. Employee JUSTIN IS A CUSTOMER SERVICE DEAD BEAT. Went to pick up my car to find paint overspray cover my ENTIRE vehicle. So had to come back for a third time. Picked up again to find out that there is paint overspray INSIDE my car. Went for a forth time. DID they rid of it?? No! So had to come back a 5th time to find out the manager is in a meeting. So NOBODY else was aware of the guy showing up that had paint overspray inside & outside of his vehicle. Brilliant. So i was super upset about having to come back for a 6th time. NOPE! Absolute INCOMPETENCE! So because i didnt have a Mercedes Benz or a Porche, my car gets neglected enough to make a mistake of that magnitude???!! I called the manager, George, who said, “yeh come on in we will take care of it.' Yeh but how many time is one going to have to return to get their car back the same way it was minus the obvious damages that were repaired via insurance claim.So in conclusion, DO NOT CHOOSE CARSTAR AUTO!! The level of incompetence is high enough to share on google.

My rental car blew out a tire in hayward, the rental agency sent me on a wild goose chase before finally recommending aal-star.When I got there, the staff was ready to help me even though they were closing soon and I had no information about how the rental agency would cover the cost.They had me line up the car and they got a new tire ready while I tried to get more info from my rental agency.Super friendly and helpful staff. The whole team jumped in just to change out 2 tires.Highly recommend for honest service.
