Ill start by personally thanking Norman, the manager, for how professional and understanding he was thru the most difficult and challenging move of my lifetime. It was bad enough that I lost my home and had to move out, but right in the middle of the move I had lost my dear mother to Parkinsons...Truthfully, I did have a complication with the rental truck assigned to me...However, if it wasnt for their Roadside Assistance package, which I highly recommend, I dont think I wouldve got thru my move successfully...You see, upon receiving the news of my mothers demise is right when I had to contact the Roadside Assistance to help me with a truck battery issue..Well, lets put it this way, normally when one receives such tragic news, they turn to someone to hug...There wasnt anyone around at the time to do this with, but I did have the gal on the other end of the line that seriously got me thru what I must say was the most difficult moment of my life...oh, and resolved the battery as well. So, in closure to what seems to be more of a novel than a rating, I couldnt of asked for a better experience than this particular one at this particular location..To the gal at the other end of the Roadside Assistance line and to Norman, thank you from the bottom of my heart for simply being there when I needed someone most...God bless you all ?

This week I had the hood of my beloved FJ Cruiser painted by ER Painting, and I am thrilled with the experience and the results. As someone who knows very little about car paint, I was initially quite apprehensive about finding the right shop that offered both quality and affordability. However, my worries were put to rest the moment I stepped into ER Paint and had the pleasure of speaking with Gerardo.Gerardos exceptional customer service immediately stood out. He understood the sentimental value my older FJ held for me, and his approach was both warm and knowledgeable. What I appreciated most was that he patiently explained the various options available, guiding me towards the best choice for my specific needs. I never felt inadequate for asking questions, thanks to Gerardos approachable demeanor.Ultimately, I decided that ER Paint was the perfect fit for me. The drop-off process was straightforward, and I was pleasantly surprised by how quickly they turned around the job. When I saw the final results, I was beyond thrilled. My FJ Cruiser looks absolutely fantastic, and the paint job exceeded my expectations. While the quality of their work is undeniable, its ER Paintings exceptional customer service that truly sets them apart. Throughout the entire process, from inquiry to completion, the team at ER Painting treated me with respect and genuine care. They never once made me feel like my emotional attachment to my FJ was unimportant.I wholeheartedly recommend ER Painting to anyone in need of automotive paint services. Gerardo and the team not only deliver outstanding results but also make you feel like a valued customer. My experience with ER Painting has been nothing short of wonderful, and I am confident that they would provide the same level of care and excellence to everyone they serve!!Big thanks to everyone at ER Painting Services!

Brought my car here a couple of times, twice for an oil change and also to replace my windshield wipers. Seemed like nice, knowledgeable people. I was just so happy to find a jaguar mechanic so close to home. I was sure i found the right place, especially with all their great reviews. A couple weeks ago one of my brake lights went out and i was getting a brake light failure on the display screen. I called Marc and made an appointment to bring it in. At the time i wasn't too concerned and thought all i needed were replacement bulbs, a routine fix i've had before with this car as well as with my previous jaguar. I brought my car in on a Tuesday and after waiting a bit was told the problem wasn't my brake light bulbs at all. I was told it was “the module” that had gone bad. I was told that Jaguar no longer made this module because my car was too old, (2008 xk) and that these modules are “married” to the cars so they would need to keep the car a week, remove the module and then send it out to FLORIDA to be repaired, then they could reinstall it… i was also told it would cost $1,330 for the repair. Ok. I then asked if they partnered with or could refer me to a car rental agency so i could rent a car while mine was down and was told they couldn't. By now it was Friday afternoon, Marc asked me to give him a few more days so he could look into “other options” for me. I said ok & thank you. I've yet to hear back from him. This week i called my previous jaguar shop, although they're not exactly close by, they've always done great work on my cars and they're honest. I wanted to get a second diagnosis and i'm glad i did. Turns out all my car needed were 3 bulbs and the connections needed to be cleaned. It was a $15 fix. Needless to say i will NEVER take my car back to JP's European Auto.

Everyone I have spoken with at this office has been very polite and friendly, but I also think it is important to be competent and accountable to which this office has proven to lack completely.I recently setup a policy for three vehicles that I was moving from out of state and the rate that I am retroactively being charged is ALMOST THREE TIMES the rate I was quoted when I setup the policy. Initially I was told this was because they did not have my driving record, which is not plausible as I was transferring from another State Farm office so State Farm as a company most certainly had my driving record. Then they apologized and admitted they made an error, but refused to accept accountability for the error an instead said they can not legally charge me the rate they misquoted. There are probably about 4-5 other things about the policy that was not quoted correctly, and I received a few iterations of misquotes in between. Apparently their interpretation of the law (which I believe to be incorrect), is that if they as the insurance provider make a mistake when quoting a policy they can come back at any time in the future and retroactively increase your rate from when the policy started and it would be illegal for them to charge you anything other than the higher rate even if it is THREE TIMES HIGHER than the rate you were quoted.Anyone dealing with this company to get a quote should ask them if that is their interpretation of the law and how they treat their customers. Do they reserve the right to come back and charge customers THREE TIMES AS MUCH OR MORE retroactively due to their own incompetence in pricing out the quote. Ask them specifically if they make a mistake in pricing out the quote if you will be held accountable for paying a higher rate than what you were quoted due to their mistake.I should note that the initial quote I got was about where other companies where charging and their retroactive price increase makes their charges way out of line.

Wanted to get a temporary driving permit. This AAA branch is great if you don't like waiting in lines, but the customer service is a hit and miss some of the people are good but the lady I had today made me sit for 30 minutes and then I had to go up and talk to her and ask her if she was going to call me and she's like no you got a call this number and pay for your insurance and check in with the front desk again which is crazy because I just checked in with the front desk and all this confusing information very confusing all I want to get is my temporary driving permit I have insurance with AAA I don't understand why they can't just look it up in the system and they make me go to a different section and then wait and then don't tell me what's going on so basically she told me I have to contact the DMV now. I just walked out and left I'll be driving my car with expired Registration and I guess I have to call the DMV now to figure out how to get a temporary driving permit or pay for my insurance which I've already had and been paying for years.. very confused wish she was more helpful don't know her name but it was a black lady.... i'll let you know if I go back to this AAA after I call the DMV and figure out how to pay for my insurance which I have with triple A LOL pretty ridiculous if it's so easy why can't they just help me do it right there... I have my 2016 Sprinter Van insured with mercury and it is almost cheaper than my 2000 Toyota Camry Insured with triple A might be switching it over if they don't give me a temporary driving pass. I drove all the way from LA to this branch just to not wait in line but that did not help because they just turned me away... So i called the DMV and went online and they said i do not have a outstanding Insurance fee for my Vehicle so AAA Lied to me! Thanks for not doing your job.

Buying a car is difficult and stressful. If you are ready to do your own research, already know a lot about the process, are not easily pushed around and ready to make a deal, then come here. They have a large inventory selection, so you are bound to find exactly the make/model that you want. Just be ready to experience the quintessential car salesman. This team is pushy and aggressive. And they don't want to put in any more work than is absolutely necessary to close the deal (for example: telling me theyve spent too much time with me and to just google terms of leasing to learn about it).If you want a good deal AND you want to feel good about the experience, I hope you like to dig in, pay close attention to the numbers and fight for yourself here. The details of my experience are below. I am not going to use any names in this review because I don't think the issues that I experienced are unique to the individual, but rather systemic across this organization. I visited this dealership 4 times (3 used lot visits, 1 new lot visit) and had the opportunity to interact with and listen to a lot of people, all of whom gave me a consistent experienceI started in the used lot, where I was told they were extremely understaffed and very busy, multiple times. My first visit resulted in test driving only 2 cars over 4 hours despite having a list of stock numbers ready to go. Most were either dead or blocked in by another vehicle that was dead. I left 5 stock numbers with the team and told them to call me when those were ready. They never called, so I got back in touch a week later and made an appointment to see those 5 vehicles a few days later. When I arrived, only 1 was ready. The back-up sales person (because they are understaffed) ran around to find the other ones but ended up telling me that “they were mad at [him] for spending so much time with [me]”. When the last one I wanted to see wouldn't start, he suggested I just buy one that I had already seen. In addition, I was criticized by several people for being too picky on the condition of the used cars. At the time of this review, they have almost SEVENTY 2020/2021 Jeep Wranglers in inventory. I think it's appropriate to look for one that doesn't have ripped buttons, stained seats, cracked windshields or a drafty top, no? (A lot of their used inventory comes from rental companies, so the condition is surprisingly poor for a 3-4 year old vehicle)My search led me to new cars. The new car salesman was much nicer and helpful. He told me about the benefits of leasing over buying, which I appreciated as someone who has never leased a car. However, when I asked the finance manager for more information about leasing, he told me to google it as if he couldnt spend 5 minutes to help be better understand the terms. While these guys were very aggressive about closing the deal, they were also very aggressive on their pricing and the deals that they were able to work out, if you know the numbers and pay attention and ask a lot of questions (that they don't want to answer). To round out this experience, when I told the sales person that I ended up going with another dealer, he complained to me about spending too much time with me and not closing the deal. It was a shame, as he was the only real pleasant person up until that time.3 stars because they have inventory and will work out a deal, you just pay for it in time and treatment.

Worst service ever. I called to schedule an appointment and I was told sure we can take you in at 2:30 which was already 230 and I said well it's 230 already. He said oh I'm sorry we can take you in at four I said, OK great, I'll be right in I came in. It was just about 3 o'clock and as I walked in Ethan is at the front desk I asked I need an oil change. His first response was we're backed up and I was like OK I'll wait. He said it's gonna be about two hours. You should come back tomorrow, I can make you an appointment because that'll be easier. If you have an appointment it's about 45 minute wait, you have made an appointment. It seems like he was trying to discourage me from getting an oil change but it's raining and I already drove here because I did have an appointment for 4 o'clock, but because he wouldn't let me speak. He didn't even know that I actually had an appointment that Bart had made for me. He asked me for my keys and he proceeded to come outside and take my mileage and came back gave me a receipt and said that it would be two hours about 38 minutes in one of the other employees came back out and got in my car and was in my car for a little bit and then he came back out put my keys in the bag and put my stuff back on the Wall and proceeded to get the next car. I asked Ethan why was I skipped he went to talk to the guy and said that my car wouldn't start we came back out and we realized that the steering wheel is locked and the key won't turn. What did they do to my car? I have no idea, but now my car won't start and he took no accountability never apologize he was rude very unprofessional and I ended up calling a tow truck to get my car tow because it won't start. He said he didn't do anything to my car in order for him to get my mileage, he pressed the button which is unlikely because you have to actually turn the key to get the mileage it's an electrical car you cannot turn the key and get any response from this car so no you did something to my car after I called the tow truck I went to speak to him and I asked if I could speak to a manager for my surprise he stated he was the manager And I told him your attitude, rude unappreciative and stated that it was a long day and it was yes he had a bad day but then said that I was using him as my punching bag. I didn't have a bad day buddy my day was great until I came here And came across you with your bad vibes. Never apologize for anything was very pompous and uncaring. Bart, who had made my appointment for 4 o'clock even came back after to check up on me which is 6:00 PM. He apologize he offered to bring me a tea he offered to give me a ride home he went above and beyond, his professionalism does not compare anything to Ethan so if you go to this shop just always remember to ask for Bart. He seems to have a great attitude and has more customer skills. Goodyear if there's an award that you give to your employees, I would suggest that Bart should be the next employee of the month if not the next employee of the year.
