I'm delighted to share my positive experience with Home Depot's rental service. Recently, I rented a pressure washer from their tool rental desk, and the entire process was seamless.Don, the Home Depot associate, went above and beyond to assist me. Not only did he help load the pressure washer into my trunk, but he also ensured it was securely positioned. Don even took the time to test the machine, and I can confidently say it worked like a charm!Kudos to Don and the Home Depot team for their exceptional service! ?

U-Haul Moving & Storage at Harbor Blvd
822 S Harbor Blvd, Santa Ana, CA 92704, United States
I rented a 17 truck from Uhaul on June 19th. The cable to the back door got tangled so it wouldnt close properly. I called for roadside assistance and they came and cut the cables, making the door extremely heavy to open. Luckily I only needed to open the back door once to unload everything. I returned the truck and informed the employee of the issue and handed them the key. 20 minutes later I received a receipt with the normal charges from a Kiara. There were no missing item or damage charges on the receipt. 2 hours later, I get a 2nd receipt from another employee named Ricardo saying that I owe them $1223 in damage charges. It is a scam tactic that this location uses to get more money from customers. Im trying to contact Uhauls office to get this resolved but beware when renting from this location. You may get a receipt saying everything is good and then get a follow up email asking for $1000s dollars more for damage that they claim you caused even though their employee already said that there was no damage on the return receipt.

I rented an earth compactor. It was started for me in the store and was not taken off choke so it seemed to work. When we got it to the job and took it off choke it wouldnt run.We discovered that the air filter was filthy and was choking it off. This was because adequate service wasnt done and the machine was rented anyway.Further I rate the employee as unfriendly. This was the Edinger store.I would not rent there again

The Anderson Law Firm
2070 N Tustin Ave, Santa Ana, CA 92705, United States
Im dealing with a California lemon law case in Northern California, and after not getting anywhere with the dealership, I decided I should reach out to someone with more expertise in this area of lemon law. So I called California lemon law attorney, Martin Anderson, at The Anderson Law Firm for help. Martin answered the phone right away and was extremely patient as I shared my case. He was also very transparent in outlining my options--based on my rights under the California Lemon Law--none of which pushed me to hire him and pursue a legal case, until that becomes necessary. Not only was he willing to provide my wife and I with the peace of mind that we have another option if things go South on us with the manufacture and local dealer, but he also provided me with some really great tips on how to make our situation more tolerable while we deal with the problem our brand new vehicle has presented. He was very patient, friendly and gave me sound feedback about how this could work if decided to go with getting a refund or a replacement, and overall made me feel very comfortable talking with him--which isnt always the case when speaking with a legal professional. He demonstrated a high level of expertise in the are of lemon laws, here in California, and everything he said lined up with our experience so far with the automobile manufacture. If you are in a situation like mine, where you have a lemon of a vehicle, and you need answers fast, give Martin a call and see how he can help you out with your lemon law case. If things dont go how we need them to over the next few weeks, well definitely be reaching out to him with a lemon law case to represent us as our lawyer.

Public Storage

Price hikes are excessive. My unit is now more than double what they rent current similar units for.Ive been a customer here about 4 years. 10x15 unit.--Initial price with insurance was $233.--9 months later increased to $255.--12 months later $291.--12 months later $393. Prices online at that point significantly less.--I ask if they can do anything, they brought the price back to $291.--3 months later, the price hikes back to $393.--6 months later it hiked to $467. Prices online about half. I ask if they can do anything, they decline.--Prices online today for similar 10x15 unit, $219 with insurance.I finally just booked one of the online units for $219 and will physically move my stuff from one unit, down the hall, to the other. I asked if there was a way to avoid going through this exercise and just give me the price that they are currently asking for rentals, and they said they could reduce my rate down to $375 but no more.Periodic price hikes are one thing, but for them to get to the point where the unit of someone who has been around for 4 years is more than double the price of a similar unit currently online is horrible.Facility itself is fine and the individual people working there are nice, which is why it doesnt get 1 star, but the pricing practices are a just a bad way to treat customers.

The Auto Service
800 S Grand Ave, Santa Ana, CA 92705, United States
REVISED FEEDBACK04-18-2024Back here after wasting valuable time with a repair shop (Fox Auto Care) down the street who I had used for 2-3 years. I have no idea WHY I stayed with that other shop for that long, the rationale, or lack thereof, escapes me.Very glaringly obvious issues the shop down-the-street shouldve noticed, and which I also commented about to that shop several times, were immediately suspected by TAS. The auto-transmission (AT) had a massive leak. TAS tech-psychic and GM John P immediately and for some unknown reason advised that they needed to check for AT leaks (now, HOW did HE suspect that WITHOUT even looking at the AT, no obvious leaks on the pavement nor putting it up on the hydraulics and NOT saying a word to him?). The other shop was up under this truck in the area of the AT numerous times and were asked to please check where the fluid leaks were coming from, again, numerous times. I assumed the leaks mayve been oil leaks (engine seals, etc), since I had never experienced deteriorated AT pan seals in decades of driving. That other shop shouldve noticed that leak since they had it up on a rack, viewing the AT area. Am I complaining, maybe even bemoaning that previous experience? Yeah, not just due to misdiagnosed, obvious issues (other missed issues as well) but also because of wasted, invaluable, irreplaceable time (numerous trips to and from the other shop, sometimes for the same symptoms, time without a vehicle, relying on friends for trans, etc, etc), as well as placing valuable trust in the wrong repair facility (all repair shops make mistakes, inaccurate diagnoses from time to time, but the same mistakes and misdiagnoses repeatedly?). I dont like to see any small or privately-owned business fail, but AAA needs to review its approved auto repair shops. Luckily, TAS is one of the approved, however, Ive also known TAS when Steves pop was running it (and John Pizanie was a young buck...SORRY John!), over 40 years ago.Great work John, Steve and team. Please dont loose those values. If I were back on the track, Id want you folks as my crew!PRIOR FEEDBACKGreat shop, very professional. Unfortunately, the cost to repair the vehicle was far, FAR more than the value of the truck (i.e. high thousands). So why the high rating?TAS gave a rough diagnostic of what was WRONG with the vehicle, which was pretty much in line with my dreaded suspicions, and strongly cautioned against investing (throwing good money after bad) in a vehicle that would only need more repairs. The vehicle (truck) was purchased from Fairway Ford and, unbeknownst to me at the time of purchase, was fraught with problems that quickly (within 2,000-3000 miles after purchasing) evolved into worse problems culminating in the aforementioned exorbitant repair costs. In summary, The Auto Service was completely honest in advising AGAINST costly, irrational repairs (contrary to Fairway Ford who gave an estimate implying that the vehicle could be repaired, AGAIN, for a vehicle that they sold in initial stages of disrepair).Other than that, the shop is impressive, VERY impressive. The customer waiting area (lounge?), although I just peaked my head in, was equally impressive. Large, comfortable, very clean. If I were so inclined to throw large sums of money away on vehicle repairs, I would trust those repairs to TAS over any other shop.

Fortis Insurance Brokers
1212 S Bristol St, Santa Ana, CA 92704, United States
Where do I begin!!!!! 3 weeks ago we were on the verge of losing it all. Our business was dropped by Progressive due to another broker misinforming us. We could not find an insurance to take us in such short notice and along with several violations. I was referred to Daniel by a friend and I will say the only bad thing I could think of is that we failed to call him sooner. We called Daniel on a Friday and our insurance was due to cancel on the following Wednesday. I remember speaking with him and hearing how genuine he was about helping us out. He actually set aside a family situation which we felt terrible about and dedicated his time to us. Trying to find solutions...he made calls left and right and the best thing about it was how he kept us in the loop after every call and response even if it was not the response we were hoping for.Long story short Daniel/Fortis saved our business he was able to get us our insurance by our deadline and keep our doors open during these tough times that we are all in. I have highly recommend Fortis and Daniel to all my contacts in the trucking industry. As we all know this industry is full of many wolves and hard to get straight/honest answers. Daniel and his company by far surpass the definition of what a great broker is and should be to us all!!!???? thanks again Daniel and Fortis insurance Brokers!!!

The Ticket Clinic
940 N Grand Ave, Santa Ana, CA 92701, United States
I was caught speeding on the 133 crossing lake forest. Mind you, this is a 65 MPH zone. There was a cop waiting for anyone speeding. The cop/chp officer said I was speeding but he didn't pull me over until I crossed the light on lake forest. He told me he caught me doing over 80 mph but the said he would lower the speed to 79mph to help me out with the cost. Anyways I hired Mr. MacEachern through the ticket clinic. I thought there would be a chance of winning this case since there were many cars on the road and the cop was about a 2 miles from where he said I was when he clocked me doing 80 + miles. I thought my LAWYER would have done something besides just showing up and not arguing any of this. Mr. MacEachern told me that there was nothing he could do for me because the cop used a liedar gun which is the most accurate radar gun out now and that the cop was credible and I'm just a simple civilian and my word is worthless in court. He then advised me not to pursue this in court because the judge would see it the cops way and I would end up paying more in the end. My point being that if Mr. MacEachern couldn't even over turn this case, or even reduced the cost of my ticket. He really can't do anything but take your money in exchange to show up to court in your place. Don't waste your money trying to fight the ticket / fine. Was it worth it. NO! Don't hire this guy.
