Its uhaul hard to complain when need a heavy truck but dont fall for 39.99 a day they charge for more making it a bit pricey but thats the business as a whole not individual problem.

I purchased a receiver to be installed. I was planning a vacation and wanted to put a bike rack on my vehicle. Literally planned the vacation around this, was planning on leaving the next day. When I arrived to u haul for my scheduled install. I received no explanation, just hmmm we do not have it. No apology no phone call to let me know of a need to reschedule and no email. This is horrible service. This employee only made it worse. Let me first say during the pandemic many good employees have lost their jobs and are having trouble finding employment. People who have a job should be grateful. This guy is a poor example of someone who should be representing any compony. When asked why I did not get notified it was met with no response. I do not know what to say at this point. Very disapointed and let down. To make a online reservation and pay for it. To have a scheduled date and then this. What is wrong with your company? What a gem that I didnt even know was around the corner from me! I could hear my front brakes grinding, but I kept putting off repairs being afraid of the price. Also since I had had them replaced twice in the last 3 years somewhere else, I didnt want to be milked for money I didnt have. So I looked online, again, for a new mechanic, this time, one that hopefully had enough good reviews that would tell of excellent work and service. And only 1 stood out from the rest...Molinas Automotive. Tens and tens of 5 solid star reviews caught my eye, and as I began to read the testimonials, I decided to give them a try. I called first and explained what I was told at my dealership when getting an all-point inspection, and Jorge was extremely kind, patient, and really listened to all my concerns and issues. He recommended the first thing I do was to get an oil change even while I waited to come in to see him (great suggestion because I still needed to use my car but I shouldnt put off the oil change). That led me to respect him even more since he was willing to give me some basic info of my vehicle even before I came in. Not many people do this! I got my oil change, and later came in, and he did my brakes and rotors and I felt so at peace leaving my vehicle there. When he later called me with an update, he was so explanatory over the phone in ways I completely understood. It brought so much clarity to things Ive been wondering about my vehicle that no other mechanic had ever shared, but confirmed things that I was noticing as a driver. Long story short, I was so happy to pay him the affordable price he charged me because of his kindness, information shared, and just all-around great customer service. Brakes work and sound great, and I feel so much better on the road having a much better understanding of things related to my vehicle. Thank you Jorge of Molinas Automotive. She was professional, answered my myriad questions and went out of her way to check different quotes for me. She never made me feel like I was delaying her from getting to other work and worked with me to get the best quote possible. As a result, even though I got comparable quotes from other places, I decided to give this one by business just because of how helpful Chloe was. Even when I called to make my payment, she was willing to help me with other questions I had and even promised to find out some information she didn't have the answer to and to get back to me. This review is for the AAA membership. Most people get the membership for the emergency roadside assistance specifically towing and AAA is very aggressive in selling their membership. I've been a member for about four years and I've used to service twice for simple job such as jump start and flat tire change. Today for the first time I requested a long distance tow. Not sure what the policy is with their contractor tow companies but I waited over 2 1/2 hours because the assigned station did not have a long-distance driver which I think is not true. What I believe is their contracted price with AAA doesn't pay them enough so it's not worth it for contractors to take a long distance tow if there are other jobs available where they make more money. So for AAA to sell such a service and does not have contractors are willing to take the job in a timely manner is a poor standard in their membership. I've waited almost 4 hours which, for my time is much more than the membership that I paid. Luckily this it wasn't an emergency situation. AAA really needs to reassess their long distance, towing service and the contracted amount with the local tow yards.

Where do I begin? Three words to sum up my experience with ACG..Dishonest, Shady, Unreliable. My wife hit her tesla going 3 miles an hour by making a u-turn and scratched the two right rims and front bumper. A bunch of error lights and alignment were off so took into Tesla. Tesla quoted me $500 to realign and get rid of all the errors and quoted me $850 per rim replacement. An hour later they they called me recommended I take it in to an approved Tesla Repair shop to check for internal damage. I took it to the closest Tesla approved repair shop which was Auto Collision Group..what a mistake.A lady came out and stated it was going to be over $10k to repair. I asked how does she know, she didnt even look inside? Long story short, it took them over two weeks to get back to me to give me a quote. (In hindsight, this is intentional...keep reading below). They confirmed no internal damage..To replace two rims, and fix scratch on bumper was going to be $12,500. Pretty crazy, so I told them I would like to take the car to get a second opinion. They said you can but I would have to tow it out as is and they would charge me $4k for storage fees. What the actual hell?I then stated for the rims, I will just buy two off of ebay. They stated that is not allowed and they have to fix everything on that $12,500 quote. Why the hell is this body shop holding my car hostage and telling me what to do with my car? Long story short, because of this, I had to go through insurance when it really should have been a $4000 all in repair job at most. (Rims from dealer $850 each, $500 to align and fix errors, fix scratch). Insurance negotiated them down and they proceeded with the work.This repair took over a month and the rep called me for 7 days straight saying it should be ready today, when it wasnt ready waiting for parts. Repair took over 1.5 months from when i first took it in. They then called me saying the car didnt pass alignment and they submitted a supplemental to fix..another $8K! I asked them what the hell did they look at for the two weeks when they confirmed there was zero internal damage? The first place they should of checked was the front rim where it hit the curb? Wait,theres more!The day I picked it up, i had to wait 2 hours in. there because they didnt have the paperwork/insurance payments all reconciled. I finally drove it off and one minute into the drive, all the error lights from when I first brought in the car went off. I had to return back and they serviced it for another hour to fix. What a S*** show this place is.Wait theres more. They originally told me they would waive my deductible when I first took it in which they renegd on. They then came back with an offer to reduce it by 50% if I gave them 5 star reviews on yelp and google. I refused and am writing this review. Now I know how their reviews are so high!Stay far away from this place! I will be making a formal complaint to Tesla and to the Bureau of Automotive Repair. Ive never been taken for a ride by a body shop like this before.
