3 Stars because Arna was here when i made the reservation. I have rented cars from this specific location many times before (12 times this year so far). And I was always completely pleased with everything, there was no bad thing I could say. I would always ask for ARNA because I love his customer service and how he was able to always get me the specific car I needed. I live in long beach and I would go to him in downey for every rental (thats how much i appreciate him). I never had any problems when picking up or dropping off. No problems with the cars they were always clean... This last time i rented from here has in the beggining of AUGUST, this last time that I rented from here was just plain horrible. When i got there i asked for ARNA they told me had been moved to a different location when I asked to which one they wouldnt tell me.So this girl i dont remember her name took me to the car very serious asked me to inspect the exterior of the car for damages (routine) She turned the car on checked where the gas tank lever was at and asked me to sign the paperwork. Gave me the keys and that was that. The car was not washed or clean inside either. Half way into my trip from there to Sacramento the car started to ask for an oil change every 5 minutes. The oil life was marking at 5% it was 5:50 they closed at 6, So i gave them a call and there was no answer. I couldnt get in contact with any other Enterprise location near me and the only one available didnt have a single car to trade.I expected to get a car with no maintenance issues. With no problems before it leaves the lot. No I didnt check anything because like i said I had rented from here many times and i never had an issue before.I went through so much with this last rental and no-one was any help i ended up having to pay for an oil change out of pocket. Waisted a total of about 8 hours of my trip having to deal with all the issues with the car.I rented a specific car because I needed this car so there was no way i could exchange it unless i would get the same make and model, No Enterprise near Sacramento had the car.Returning it was even worst.ARNA wasnt there when I picked it up im 100% positive if he had been the one to give me the keys i would of not had ANY problems, he would of checked the car before handing it to me.The manager that was there when returning it was just very unprofessional, unorganized and simply un willing to help. Everyone was running around not sure what they were doing. The manager could not seem to get everyone of the workers organized. So Im not giving them the 5 stars because of that.I will call all Enterprise locations until i find ARNA only from him will i rent a car from again i have lost all trust and faith in every other worker here.Very disappointed.

I'm writing this review to warn other customers of my experience and so they won't Experience the same situation I rented a truck at this enterprise that had no damages to my knowledge I failed to take pictures myself of every inch of the vehicle (including the roof) When I return the vehicle the representative that assisted me (Edward ) accused me of damaging the roof now keep in mind I'm 5'1 this guy is definitely over six feet so when I get in the Vehicle I cannot see the roof nor did I even think of taking pictures of the roof not to mention I picked up the car late at night before they closed and it was dark he put the blame on me and opened a claim so Please when you rent from anywhere take pictures yourself because there are employees like Edward that will wrongfully accuse you and still 120 of your money for a deposit on a claim that I will not get back also enterprise should take pictures if their vehicles every time they are returned from the previous borrowers because Edward has no proof of how the vehicle looked before I picked it up but thinks it's ok to blame me What I'm guessing happened is that Whatever representative missed the damage on the vehicle is now trying to put the blame on me since I was the last one to rent this vehicle. People please take pictures of the vehicle right the moment you rent your vehicle do not take any representative word Edward even lied to me in my face and said he shined the flashlight at the roof when I did the inspection with him and that was not the case take pictures for your own protection!!!!!!

My family has used, Mr Tom Soupos, State Farm agent for close to 20 years. We started off with renter insurance, then our first car, to first home, second home and now onto our fourth home. This team always take great care of our family. They had the best customer service Ive had, especially they are always only an email away with immediate responses. I never had to worry if my coverage is enough because they always provide the best plan at a very reasonable cost. They also helped us making decision for our family when we purchased our home to figuring the best policies for us. When it comes to filing claims, their website makes everything so easy and simple. Theyre always super helpful, and I cant believe they have been helping us for almost 2 decades. The best team ever!

Laura Guerrero is exactly the type of customer service representative you want on the other end of the line when you call in with a problem. She is warmly attentive, listens carefully, asks intelligent relevant questions and then immediately goes about rectifying the situation. As per escrow requirements I had home owners insurance with State Farm. During the 14-year period I was unimpressed with the level of service and had vowed never to use them again. Information was sketchy and conflicting. When I called to terminate the contract because the house was sold I enquirer about insurance coverage to transport my belongings to Florida. This would still have been within the time frame of the contract. Coverage was denied. I did not receive any confirmation letter terminating the contract but assumed that this was because it was associated with escrow and escrow had closed.Wrong! Two weeks ago I received a renewal contract effective July this year. Totally exasperated and fortuitously got Laura Guerrero. She quickly ascertained that there was no record of any conversation terminating the contract. Apologizing profusely she asked for written confirmation of the sale of the house. Within minutes of receiving the document she had resolved the issue.I profoundly regret that I did not meet her or someone like her during the fourteen years I was with State Farm. Perhaps if they were to employ more Lauras I might consider using them again in the future. Thank you very much Laura and best wishes.

This was my first time ever dealing with an auto shop and after my moms accident we decided to bring the car here (due to the great reviews). However, quickly things started going downhill. The corolla needed a new fender and a new left rim. We were greeted with great customer service, Bryan assured us that everything would look great. Hes very amicable and responsive and kept us updated every step of the way. We got the car, it was fixed, and we went on our way. When I took the car back to my mom, she noticed that the rim was just buffed and not replaced, so we called Bryan on a Monday and let him know we were not satisfied, so he said he would send someone out to our house on Thursday to come and fix it, he offered that, we did not ask for this. Come Thursday, the guy did not show up because he was running behind so then hed come on Monday, that didnt happen either, and then Bryan told me to bring it to the shop and the guy would fix it there. I always thought these interactions were odd but since no one in my household had dealt with this, I went with it. I show up to the body shop at 1PM, when he tells me to, and then he says that the guy will be at the shop by 1:30PM. Im cool, Ill wait in the office. 1:45PM comes around and Bryan comes to me and says that he spoke to my insurance and I had to resign paperwork authorizing them to do an alignment AND leave the car for the entire weekend!!!! #1- why would an alignment not have been done the FIRST TIME given that my mom was in a car accident that SPECIFICALLY AFFECTED THE WHEELS OF THE CAR????? So then I ask why it wasnt done the first time and he says that when the car was taken in, he wasnt here so he wasnt able to over see what was being done. At the end, I left very disappointed with this experience because IDK what kind of service this was... They charged almost 3k to the insurance, didnt do an alignment, which was no disclosed to us, AND they didnt change the rim like we specifically requested. It was only after we were unsatisfied that he told us it wasnt done. The reason I waited about 3 months to write this review, after dealing with ALLLLL OF THAT, the fender is beginning to come loose. They have a lifetime warranty, whatever that means. But I will not be coming back to have them fix it because clearly they cant do that either. Luckily my insurance company is letting us go elsewhere, where the job can be done.
