Enterprise Rent-A-Car
13292 Brookhurst St, Garden Grove, CA 92843, United States
Just got hit with the same exact scam as others on here! This company is corrupt and has no shame. The Impala I rented looked like your typical rental car when I rented it. No major scratches or damage, the interior smelled like a rental car, and there were stains on the seats. Noting out of the ordinary, in my opinion. When I returned the car (in Garden Grove, CA location) I got Helena Hong - Manager. WATCH OUT for this one. She got on her hands and knees and found a scratch on the rocker panel under the car. Now when I rented the car, I admit, I did not get on my hands and knees and look for scratches UNDER the car. (Nor did the Enterprise agent) By the end of this fiasco, I had several people (who I dont know) confirm I was getting robbed. Even a different Enterprise employee told me he wouldnt have called the scratch out. The car has Illinois license plates with 33k miles on it, and the scratch looked like it had been there for quite a while. Ive rented plenty of cars before, and never had a preference on car rental companies. Now that I have dealt with Helena Hong (who by the way, admitted to being rewarded for finding damage) I will never rent from Enterprise again. Thanks for helping ruin Enterprises reputation Helena! All I needed was a simple rental for 2 days and its turned into filing claims/insurance company phone calls/credit card disputes. Be warned!

U-Haul Moving & Storage of Westminster
7422 Garden Grove Blvd, Westminster, CA 92683, United States
My experience with this Uhual over Westminster location was horrible (7422 Garden Grove Blvd, Westminster, CA 92683), do not rent your truck there. I was moving on Sunday when the truck that my husband and I rented broke down, first I called customer service number and it took more than 1 hour for them to answer my call (this was the roadside assistance number listed on the contract) Thank God I was not in a dangerous area with the truck broken, we had to wait more than 4 hours for the mechanic to show up to look at the truck and saying that nothing was wrong with it. Really nothing wrong? How come the truck did not start 4 hours ago??? Then I called the 1800 number again to request to deliver the truck in a location closer (note this was already more than 12am) customer service made us drive all the way back to Westminster which was about 25 minutes to go drop it off the truck. We dropped it off the truck, we were extremely exhausted after all day moving, so I decided to call the store manager over that location to explain what happened with the truck. First I've been trying to call the store and the phone only rings, so I decided to call the 1800 number AGAIN to explain the situation, of course I was on hold AGAIN for another 40 minutes, and then customer service told me that they were going to send an email to the store manager. Never heard back from the store manager about this email, so I decided to call the store today AGAIN and then finally an employee answered and forwarded my information to the store manager Anthony. Anthony called me so I explained the situation; I was under the impression that he did not believe that the truck was in fact broken? Really you are not believing in your customers and not caring about their experience with your vehicles? Did you really think that we made up this story just to call a mechanic over to hang out or something after a freaking FULL day moving? We were extremely tired and all we wanted to do was to return the vehicle after a moving day that became a Nightmare I am beyond disappointed with Uhual customer service team in general from the 1800 number to the store in Westminster, you guys should have more compassion with your customers and care more about their safety with your vehicles!!

U-Haul Moving & Storage at Fairview
13042 Fairview St, Garden Grove, CA 92843, United States
Bree at the location was very friendly, courteous, and helpful but U-Haul in general sucks when it comes to the Maintenace of their trucks. I had to call for roadside assistance for the truck I rented, and they told me the repair guy would be there in 90 minutes. Six hours later the tech finally showed up. He said that he fixed the problem but two hours later Im having the same issue with the truck. Then I am on the freeway, and I get pulled over by the California Highway Patrol and the officer tells me to make sure that I return the truck and dont drive on the freeway because he said that the rear of the truck was riding down the freeway at an angle which means that the axel is bent. This whole time during the breakdown and all I had three employees with me who I had to pay $180 to sit there and do nothing while we waited for the repair tech. I asked U-Haul to at least give me a free day on a truck, but they refused. They said all they would do is give me an extra six hours to return the truck. When I returned the truck, the clerk told me that my contract would be put on hold and the manager would call me in the morning. No one ever called me. I called the manager today and left a message to return my call, NO ONE ever called me and they charged $342.10 to my credit card when the rental was only $207. I rented a truck from Ryder one time moving my sister across the state and the truck broke down and they refunded me the amount of the entire contract, put me and my two helpers up in a very nice Hotel for the night, paid me for our wages for two days, and about a week later a guy from the corporate office calls me and sends me three certificates for free days on a future truck rental. Just in the last 12 days I have spent $1000+ renting from U-Haul. Ryder knows how to give customer service, U-Haul does not. I will be renting from Ryder from now onGoodbye U-Haul, Hello RyderThe manager Bree called me the day after I posted this review and apologized for my experience and issued a refund for the day I lost on the truck.Bree knows how to give great customer service, Uhaul should have more employees like Bree. Thanks Bree!See you again soon.

Caliber Collision
13051 Cannery St, Garden Grove, CA 92844, United States
Moon saved our butts. Its Easter Sunday and we were driving to meet family in my girlfriends brothers car. We hit something small and black while on the freeway and immediately pulled over to assess if there was any damage. We couldnt see anything and the tires werent loosing air so we figured all was well.As we merged back onto the highway we heard a loud scratchy sound which turned into repeated thumping ... Clearly things were not right.Being thats its Easter Sunday afternoon literally every auto shop was closed. We found one that was open but didnt actually make it there. We passed a place with couple of guys working on cars and decided to stop as we had no idea how far we could safely get.Turns out Caliber Collision was also closed but Moon took the time to take a look at our car. At first he tightened some screws underneath as we thought maybe we had just knocked something loose. Then as he lifted the car up the culprit revealed itself.A motorcycle helmet (the small black thing we hit) had found its way into and gotten lodged in the front drivers side wheel well.Moon wrestled it out (it was properly mangled) and with a smile said that is your problem! ...all fixedNeither myself or my girlfriend had any cash to give him for his troubles so I figured Id take the time to share our story of this wonderful and helpful act of kindness we we received. While I cant speak to the repairs here, I can speak to the character of the people working here. And I am so grateful for their helpfulness, kindness, and generosity.

Garden Grove Hyundai
9898 Trask Ave, Garden Grove, CA 92844, United States
On December 30, 2021, a raining day, I came on time to my car service appointment at 8:30AM for only an engine oil change. The advisor, Chirstian Estrada, told me that the car (2020 Sonata) had 3 year maintenance contract; therefore, he would order engine oil change, wheel balancing and rotation at complementary cost. I declined the wheel balancing and rotation jobs. I told the advisor that I already had the tires rotated. I went to the lounge and waited. Two hours and a half went by, around 11:00AM, I came to the service counter and complained that I had appointment for just an oil change; After two hours and a half I was still waiting for just an oil change service. The service advisor challenged my punctuation by saying the paperwork timestamp was 8:40AM. This was an unacceptable customer service because he printed and finished his paperwork at 8:40AM. It was irrelevant of my well punctuation or why an oil change took more than two hours and a half.I respected the dealership by coming on time on the appointment. The service manager, David Sanchez, showed up and joined the conversation. I repeated that I came on time for a car engine oil change and two hours and half I was still waiting in the lounge. I had my day planned and had other schedules. An engine oil change job procedure should have had a reasonable length of time to perform the task. Two hours and a half plus was unreasonable. The service manager responded that the appointment was to guarantee that I was seen not guarantee that the oil change will be done soon enough. He continued, If I didnt have an appointment I would have been denied the service. This, again, was an unacceptable customer service. The service manager asked where I purchased the car. My response was at Russell Westbrook Hyundai of Anaheim. The service manager challenged me that why I didnt bring my car to Anaheim to get the oil change. My response was that I wanted to bring business to Garden Grove. He didnt have anything to counter my response. Again, this was an unacceptable behavior. It was a very poor customer service. I demanded to have my car back. In a minute, my car was magically pulled out. I drove off the dealer. At home I discovered and realized that the technician actually rotated the wheels which indicated in the paperwork. I was so upset. I already denied the wheel balancing and rotation because I just had my wheels rotated a week ago.In the afternoon on of the same day, I drove back 5 miles to the dealership. I was greeted by a female advisor. I told her the situation that I waited for more than 2 hours and a half on that morning for an oil change. I specifically declined the wheel rotation but the job was still performed without my authorization. I requested to rotate the wheels back. The advisor told me to go home and make an appointment. This is very poor services. I could not believe what was happening. I waited for two hours and a half for an oil change which made me missed one of my morning appointments. With this gasoline price in the market, in the raining day, I made an effort to drive back to the dealer so that the service department have a change to correct the job. The service advisor wanted to send me home and told me to make an appointment to come back so they can fix their mistake????
