Enterprise Rent-A-Car
7407 Roseville Rd, Sacramento, CA 95842, United States
I'd like to take a moment to recognize four outstanding employees within Enterprise. Two of them are out of the Antelope California office and the other two are located in your Las Vegas airport office. Their names are Jose Veronica and Brendan Gill (Antelope California branch) and Miranda Griego and Nouvie Johnson (Las Vegas airport branch). My family and I rented a vehicle from the Antelope location to head to Las Vegas for a soccer tournament at 4:00 AM. Before we left we noticed that the rear tail light and rear blinker was not operating correctly. We had to get on the road at 4:00 AM and did not have a chance to contact Enterprise and swap out the cars. At 8:30 AM (already on the road), I contacted the Antelope office and spoke with Jose. He advised that I could go to any enterprise and swap the vehicle out. We couldn't find a location on the way that had an a sedan available. Jose advised that we could get into a bigger veh and they would cover the gas. We waited to get in town. We attempted to see if the vehicle could be repaired at a local Pep Boys but the issue was bigger then they thought. At this point we attempted to get a different vehicle in Las Vegas. Jose called serval Enterprise locations for us but everything was rented out and stores were closing at 3:00. He then advised that the airport (15mins away) would for sure be able to assist us. I called the airport and spoke with Miranda Griego and she was so helpful, kind and professional. She advise that we call her first thing in the morning as they should have a few sedans in for us. We called her at 9:00 AM and she said, yes we have a few sedans and for us to come on down so they can take care of us. When we showed up we had the pleasure of working with Nouvie Johnson which was calm, cool, and professional. She promptly got us into a new sedan with 15mins. As we were finishing up with wonderful Nouvie, Jose called me to check-in to ensure we were able to obtain a new vehicle. I was so shocked and thankful that he was checking in on us! Now fast forward to us returning home and dropping off the rental vehicle back to the Antelope location. We were able to meet and thank Jose in person which felt great!!! Then Brendan Gill took over to ensure we were fairly compensated for our troubles. He discounted our rental fees and covered some of our gas. He recognized that we had to go out of our way in order to attempt to repair the vehicle and swap it out when the repair couldn't be preformed. I know that I have a long story here BUT these four individuals took their jobs extremely serious in providing my family and I with an ultimate customer service experience. For this I will continue to rent vehicles for my future travels through Enterprise. THANK YOU, Jose, Miranda, Nouvie and Brendan for a job well done and most importantly for caring about your customers!!! - Lucia Richardson

If there was a way to do no stars I would. I went in spoke with Tony HE NEVER MADE ME SIGN ANY PAPERWORK, never looked over the truck with me, told me I was good to go and I could rent the truck for $65 and some change from Friday evening til Sunday when they opened. I contacted him and ask if I could keep it a couple extra hours Sunday and was told that wasn't a problem. Dropped it off Sunday, THEY CHARGED ME $125 that was pending and $190 that was taken out completely. Upon calling I was told by Kyle that I had went 95 miles when all I did was go from they're store and to watt 1.5 times and that I was in the wrong and it was my fault. The guy who let me rent the uhaul and the guy who I spoke to today took complete advantage of the fact this was my first time alone renting a uhaul and I was a woman by myself. Kyle ended up “fixing the pricing” and refunding $65 back to my account but basically made it seem like it was a favor to me. Very unprofessional and inappropriate especially the way I was being spoke to while understandably irritated. You want to rent a uhaul? Make sure your ready to be taken advantage of and spoke to as if your the idiot when their workers don't know what they're doing. Very unfortunate that places like this run on scams and I am not the only person who's had this problem from this place in particular. Make sure you have your own truck and trailer to move yourself.

Uhaul Corp People as bad as these guys.Today at 9:12 AMTaking advantage of the homeless in Roseville.I recently rented a uhaul from Colorado to California. When I arrived at the Roseville PFE (in city limits) Uhaul yard, it was raining. I parked the Uhaul and was preparing to go inside, when a man in a came over and told me it was parked good. He asked me if was cleaned out and I told him it was clean. He then proceeded to drop the trailer in the mud. At this point he told me, he was not an employee, but helped out for a little compensation. He then was at the store entry and took the moving blankets I had. He pointed to a man sitting at the desk in the convenience store, who directed the homeless man to count the blankets twice. The owner or employee processed my paperwork, and I asked him if he was paying the homeless person, he said, they just do that.I said, you sit here at your desk, and a homeless person does your job? I told him its basically slave labor and I would be calling Uhaul corporation as its basically illegal not pay people who work for you.I called for their parking lot and they said a supervisor would be getting back to me.A week and a day later, I called and this morning ( Dec 29th) a supervisor Victor, basically blamed the homeless, never admitted it was wrong to use the homeless, and said he would talk to the location. I was basically hoping, he would say that it was against policy and he would do everything to make sure it didnt happen again. It is truly sad homeless people are treated badly and used as free labor.

Con-artists with poor customer service skillsThese guys are absolutely terrible. They take advantage of their renters in an effort to make a quick buck. It has been a long time since Ive had a run in with con-artists this bad and these guys are top notch.Working in the event industry and having traveled for business on a million and one different occasions, I rent vehicles a LOT! I am no stranger to the vehicle walk around and, I know what type of damage is notable. When I picked up the vehicle at this location, I did the vehicle walk around. The vehicle was in great condition, aside from a small black scuff near the rear right tire. Everytime I have ever brought these types of flaws up during a vehicle walk around, I am told that it is not notable damage. This is something that could have easy been cleaned up with a sponge and something that would be typical of a work vehicle. There was absolutely no body damage and no paint, or wrap damage. Therefore it was not something that I chose to dispute on their app. I even spoke to one of their representatives in the office who assured me that they were just looking for actual damage to the body or the paint/wrap.You can imagine my surprise when I later recieved a $700 bill which noted damage to the vehicle. The document state that the entire gender needed replacement....for a pre-existing scuff mark. The situation would be laughable had it not had a direct effect on me financially. When discussing the issue, I was patient with the desk boy who was cold and rude. He had NOT seen the before or after photos but was very short wi tj me and insistent that I had destroyed their vehicle. When he finally did see the photos, he tried to say the truck was in pristine condition and by not disputing the damage I agreed to assume those charges.I regularly rent vehicles for events but, this will be the very last time I choose to use U-Haul. I am recomend to you and those who I know in the event industry to instead rent your vehicles through Enterprise. They have always been wonderful, flexible and reasonable. Plus, they offer unlimited mileage on their rentals!P.S. That glorious $700 they scored for claiming false damages cost themapprox. $7,200 in future rentals between now and December. Great work U-Haul...NOT! ??????

I have worked with a bunch of U-Haul branches in our area. I own a pack-out company and used this storage for a clients home contents. This branch is by far the worst branch I have ever worked with. We went to pick up the contents from our unit, it had been set up by one of the partners I worked with who is no longer working with us. I had the keys for unit and building, the unit was in my name and being charged to my card. I had been in it one time but didnt remember the number. I figured id go to the front and confirm before just guessing to make it easy and not create issue. Offered the kid at the front Jaxson Jolls at the front my ID to search it. He was clearly didnt understand the system and was unhelpful from the gate. He couldnt find it told me there wasnt anything he could do after giving me the run around. I let him know thats fine Id just go look, at which point he yelled he is calling the cops if we set off any alarms. We got into our unit no problem, no alarms set off. While loading up our contents he came out with another guy and told us we had to leave because he couldnt ID me (keep in mind he already checked my ID). I let him know I was on a job and we couldnt leave without my clients content at which point he threatened with the police. I told him to please do as we needed the stuff and they would have to help handle the situation. At which point he then turned to go back to the office and said your lucky I dont handle this myself. The police showed up as we were finishing up. We let them know the story, they even said the kid was just weird and was rude to them as well. The next day I called to talk to the general manager Richard. He was less than apologetic and entirely unhelpful. The fact he lets his people trespass, threaten and terrorize clients is beyond me. Either way it was made clear that he doesnt care about clients or his business. There are plenty of other really great U-Hauls in the area, I highly recommend the one off of Atlantic Street (3min away) or any other one for that matter.

I have been a State Farm customer since 2011! My family has been a customer even longer than me. The day I received my car we drove straight over to the office to get me signed up.They have always been friendly, helpful and always go the extra mile.Even when this office changed over to the current staff. Nothing felt like it changed everyone is very nice, friendly and willing to help with anything. I even have random questions off and on. When I send an email I get fast responses. My work schedule makes it hard for me to visit during normal business hours. But Chris helps to work with my schedule if I need to go into their office.Only insurance company I recommend if anyone asks. I was in a car accident in December. They were all welcoming and helped with everything we needed in a stressful situation. They even helped with things I didnt know we needed to do. My mind was still foggy when I went into their office. Only hours after my accident..only a few minutes after they first opened for the day.I added my new husband to my plan back in 2016, he was welcomed. We added renters insurance and life insurance to our plan. Again everything went smoothly. After my car accident we added rental car extra insurance. Monthly payments havent gone up as much as I thought it would. That was very nice!
Advanced Integrated Pest Management
205 Kenroy Ln, Roseville, CA 95678, United States
Tenants had just moved out of my rental, giving me the opportunity to consider selling. To help make the re-rent or sell decision, I needed estimates for any repair work that would help sell the house. I began by calling Advanced IPM for a pest inspection. The inspector checked for dry rot by poking a metal-tipped pole into suspicious areas of siding, eaves, window sills, etc. The metal tip left a hole the size of a pencil eraser, just enough to be noticeable, but small enough not to require repair in the event of re-renting.Later in the day, I received a call from Advanced IPM informing me that the inspector had been “let go,” and “Another inspector will be out tomorrow.”The new inspector, “J,” marked areas of dry rot much differently: when he found indications of rot, he poked his pole into the wood, then gave it a sudden twist, popping out a chunk. The divots he created were large and unsightly enough that, should I decide to re-rent, I'd have to repair the damage. I wasn't happy. He also missed dry rot in the rear eave that the “let go” inspector had noted.I decided to sell. After all repairs were completed, I called Advanced IPM for a re-inspection. While J checked the repairs, I asked why he popped out chunks of wood. His reply: “So if we get the job, my crew can identify the dry rot,” a ridiculous answer, since his own pest report showed the exact locations of dry rot. J said he'd send a clearance report the next day. A week later --- no clearance. I called and asked a staff member to send it.When the property sold, the buyer asked for a Home Inspection. The inspector found a three-foot-long area of dry rot in plain sight next to the chimney and another above the garage door. Fortunately, California has a Structural Pest Control Board which takes consumer complaints seriously, and Advanced IPM repaired and painted the missed areas at no cost.J unnecessarily damaged my property, gave an unbelievable reason for doing so, missed three areas of dry rot, and didn't send a clearance as promised.I won't be calling Advanced IPM again.
