Budget Car Rental

The worst treatment Ive EVER received from a rental Company. While confirming my reservation by phone for a truck rental, the Vallejo location manager told me there were no trucks available. As we were speaking the 2nd confirmation email arrived on my computer. It said, Time to Pack and Move...You truck is waiting. The manager, Sam told me that this email is automated and therefore didnt make any difference. He couldnt help what the computer was saying!? He said the computer will continue to send this information, even if its not true. I had already planned and paid for movers to load the truck. I called 11 times and spoke with customer service at various locations. I was promised a call back, I was hung up on after waiting on a long phone tree, I was sent to a Noisy, ear-piercing fax machine, and I was called, a liar. This poor excuse for an American Company, is a scam and a rip-off with a LONG phone tree to keep you waiting and pass you along to another uninformed and clueless person. They respect your valuable time about as much as they keep their commitments to you...which is NOT AT ALL! The only time you can get customer service is when you are signing up to rent a truck or attempting to cancel a reservation. Its been a horrible, gut-wrenching and insulting experience during a very stressful time. AVOID this company! RUN! Dont EVEN DRIVE BY! Someone should sue the YOU-KNOW_WHAT out of them!
Avis Car Rental

The customer service at Avis is appalling! The supervisor is beyond rude and their customer service on the phone at their 800 number is no better! Let me tell you a little about my experience at Avis on Solano in Vallejo! I rented a car from them on a Saturday afternoon. The lady behind the counter was being very rude to the customers before me. She was rolling her eyes slamming pens snatching paperwork from the customers. All because the time that the supervisor told her to bring the car back was an hour later than the paperwork said. She did not want to be charged an extra day and just wanted the correct time reflected on the paperwork. Now I understand that it is Saturday and you want to go home but this is no way to treat your customers. In addition to being rude she was unprofessional by having HER CHILDREN IN THE OFFICE WHILE SHE WAS WORKING! Obviously she doesnt give her job her full attention when she is at work/daycare. Then I was given a VERY dirty white mustang that could not even go above 80mph!!!! So yeah rent a premium car that is slower than the cheapest car that they have so save your money and get the Camry! Then because i am a medical marijuana patient i was charged $250 because she could smell the marijuana that I keep in my pocket!!! Did I smoke you may ask! NO!! I DID NOT! But some how she still wants to discriminate against me and my medical condition and charge me $250! Not only that but she refused to issue me a receipt! I guess if you are corrupt and put unauthorized charges on a credit card you dont want to leave a paper trail! Yelp should make an option for no stars this is not a business these people are criminals who rob you once they have your credit card number!

Great Experience from young man that helped me when I rented. The return was a nightmare!! With the BRANCH MANAGER!I was going to extend my rental, however when the branch manager gave me a price almost double what I previously paid. I ask if my corporate discount was applied? Which she immediately snapped back and told me the rate on the contract was correct. When I tried to explain that my company has a corporate rate that is much cheaper then what your giving me, and I ask again was my corporate rate discount applied. She then got loud and told me her people dont make mistakes and she trains them to be PERFECT! I said look were all human and we make mistakes. She then told me give me the keys to my rental and she is refusing to rent to me. I said for asking if my discounts were applied?? She then said she was calling the police and reporting the car stolen!!. My current contract was not up for another 3 hours, I said call the police and walked out.The next day after speaking with customer service, they informed me that the rate she quoted did not have my corporate discount applied. She also told me that I would not be stopped from renting vehicles from them. The store managerI had the issue with, placed notes on my file that any enterprise or national location to see that would make them not rent to me. Which is what happened when I returned the car to the sonoma county airport location. So I rented from hertz for 300 more then i pay with national and enterprise. I then called customer service again. And they said just make a reservation. I did and even got a confirmation that there would not be an issue with me renting, and any notes were removed. At about 2 hours I get a call from the airport store manager who tells me hes refusing to honor my confirmed rental because he remembered me from the weekend when i had the issue with the first store manager. I said I have a confirmed reservation, which he then says he does not have any cars to give me. I knew this was BS as he already told me that he wasnt going to rent to me because of what the other store manager said.I hung up and called customer service again, and I told them what happened and was told that because of having to pay extra to another company. He would be giving me the points equal to my rental price, which was close to $300.I have a reservation confirmed for tomorrow, so check back on what happens. Horrible Experience with both branch managers.

What a joke, werent even there when i went to pick up my reservation. Wouldnt answer the phone, finally got their attention when I hooked up the trailer....when I returned it, i made it just in time 10min before close. Gate was closed with guard dog barking, wouldnt answer phone, voicemail box full...only got their attention because we saw where they creeped out of last time when I picked it up. Went over and started yellin for him, finally came out complaining that we were calling, and that they close at 7 when it was 6:56 at the time after failed attempts to get ahold of him. The whole time while picking up the trailer, his attitude just made it seem like it was my fault, and even so when returning it, he never apologized for being unprofessional and kinda rude. Never going back here, plenty of other U-Haul options elsewhere ?

I have been going through a nightmarish move—moving from Vallejo back to Chico—trust that part without details… however, in every dealing with Uhaul, whether they had to repeatedly call me about my appointment rental, they were Real, but understanding and patient. The girl who called me on the phone, to the man who helped me at desk when I arrived (he listened as a prepaid mover screamed at me not wanting to give her last name—misunderstanding I only needed it for a 2nd phone contact!—to the best of all:Arthur. He was the attendant who retrieved my new rental truck and brought me my keys. He overheard the phone altercation from these people I was trying desperately to deal with outside after losing my place in line to pay. He gave very kindly advice and was so calm and sweet. He was comforting to me at a time I felt totally alone with sides crashing in, moving to a new place, no furniture or bed to sleep on, just trying to get some people to follow through on their promises—and their payment is already given them (never pay people in advance!)He gave me great pointers but most importantly just stood with me helping me to feel some sense of peace and trust in “everything is gonna be okay”. He did that for me.Arthur, if I could've kissed and hugged you, I would've! I swear this Arthur was the kindest, most attentive, polite, knowledgeable understanding—but still smiling and upbeat—person I've ever had the pleasure to know; albeit briefly. If I were the owner of Uhaul I'd give him a HUGE RAISE AND MAKE THIS MAN—gentleman that is—in charge! I didn't know Uhaul sent angels from heaven…but apparently they do. Thank you! Thank you! Terese

Really bad customer service and they took 2 days to close out the truck and said that I used it for 2 days when I only used it for 1 day. It was the worst experience Ive had with Uhaul and because of this experience, I will not be using UHaul again.

This is by far the best collision repair shop I have ever interacted with. I recently had my 2020 Rav4 Hybrid repaired here after getting side swiped while stopped at a stop sign entering onto HWY29 in American Canyon. To add to the joy of this experience, this was the last week of my lease. I run my own restoration and custom automotive paint shop, but due to my schedule, I would not have been able to do the repair myself in a timely manner. Over the past several years, I have heard from several clients that Klimischs is a great business, so I decided to go there. Unfortunately, in this industry, there are repair shops that perform substandard repairs and unless you understand bodywork, it is easy to be taken advantage of. From the moment I entered Klimischs I was amazed by the customer service. I geek out on anything automotive paint related, so I immediately looked at the shop area and it was extremely clean and organized. The paint booth is a high end booth and the equipment they use is all on the higher end of what is used in the industry. These things may seem trivial but I think of it this way, if a shop is dirty, unorganized, and filled with junk equipment it is a sign they dont take their profession seriously so why would they take your repair seriously? Throughout the repair process, I was continually updated via text and phone calls about where things were at. Each estimate update was accompanied by a detailed breakdown of parts and labor items. Working in the industry, I can attest to there being no shenanigans involved in their pricing and parts procurement. Most importantly, the final repair results were amazing. My car is a pearl tri-coat, which can be a nightmare to color match and blend, but the repair was seemless and indistinguishable from OEM. The attention to detail was very impressive, from finding exact emblem replacements, matching sensor connectors, etc, to get the car back to a new OEM condition. These things can easily be overlooked by customers and is one area where shops can pull a fast one on you since you cant see this part of the repair, but they took that extra time to make sure the repair was done properly even for things you cant see. I would feel totally comfortable recommending this business to family and friends and wish there was more I could do to express my gratitude. Being involved in a collision sucks enough as it is but having a shop like this available can make the process a little more bearable and they set a standard I will try to emulate in my own business. Thank you Klimischs for everything!

These guys are Great! !! Keep doing what you do. .. Theyre always professional and come out no matter what time or day it is. Theyre usually right on time or early. I appreciate their hard work. Their drivers are very helpful. My daughter and I were on the side of the freeway because our car wouldnt go into gear. We once again got friendly, fast service with a smile. The driver even told me what he thought might be wrong with my car. Very helpful. I always call Georges Tow when I need help. Best rates in Town! !! Ive read all the negative remarks and I ve been there when people are trying to pick up their vehicles. As long as you have your ID and Proof that its your car theres no problem getting your personal items or your car. If police tow your car, youre probably going to need them to release it 1st. After listening to 1,2,3,4 people get upset because they cant get what they want because they dont have Proof. It makes perfect sense to me. I dont want just anybody to be able to get into my car and pick up personal items or anyone else to be able to pick up my car without proof that they own it. Not to mention make sure you have a way to pay for your tow if you call them out they always let you know how much its going to be when you call. Even after cranky people I still got service with a smile :) ☆☆☆☆☆
