The guy at the front desk claiming his name to be Dudley who also claimed to be first the manager then the owner was discriminating, aggressive and hostile to us women who had made a reservation. When I first walked in with my reservation I had online, he was condescending and disrespectful as I made friendly conversation as I always do. When my sister came in he said, even though she made great window decor to look at, she had to leave. He then tried to say that I had to pay $70 extra fee which Ive never had to pay before. I have been a loyal continued customer with Budget Truck Rental for past 2 years where I have rented over 5 trucks. He then said told me that I was not going to be getting a truck today and we replied with, how is that possible when we are a paying customer? He then called 911 claiming we were refusing to leave his office. We are the nicest people ever. He then called some dude to come over there and he had someone else waiting in a car that was parked in front watching everything. A big dude also showed up that he was clearly using to intimidate or threaten us. We felt very unsafe and threatened so we left immediately. This Budget worker clearly has no respect for women and had some kind of problem with us from the moment we walked in with his disrespectful comments and attitude towards us. We are still shocked as I have never experienced this kind of treatment or refused service in my life. Unbelievable and sad how people can be.

They may do a good job for you if in the words of Tony the GM you are a high value customer (MB, Porsche, BMW) But if you are just a low value customer and drive a Toyota or a Ford whatever you say is considered of low value.I had rather minor front end damage to my car. They called and said the car was ready - when I arrived the fender was not painted as promised, and the bumper was not seated properly and the used headlight they installed had big buffer scratches. They said it would be fixed that afternoon no apology for wasting my time the advisor Craig just turned his back on me and drove the car into the shop. No apology until I called him the next day and told him he was rude and I did not deserve being treated that way because the job was not done properly He apologized and said my job was one of several recent reworks and they had a quality issue.So 5 days later after a few back and froths I went to pick up the car. The Bumper fit better but still not correct, so the advisor took it back into shop and somehow adjusted it. Better but still not correct. the headlight was replaced with a new one and the fender was painted.The car was covered with a white dust, the kind you get when you do sanding or buffing. Someone had taken a wet rag and whipped it around - it looked like my 3 year old grandkid did it. They didnt bother to wipe the door jams just globs of white stuff. When I asked why it was not cleaned my service advisor didnt say sorry - he said it is just industrial dust and dismissed my concern.All of this time no apology or I am sorry or we should have done a better job, etc.So today I call Tony the GM and he dismissed me as a malcontent and belittled me with the high value customer bit then told me that he believed that I was one of those people that could never be satisfied. (Note: I have never taken my time to write a review of any business prior to this - all I was looking for was an apology - all I got was being told I was a malcontent.)So if you drive a Porsche, BMW, MB or Range Rover they may do a good job for you and respect you - but if you are a low value customer who wants to be talked down to - then by all means go see Tony at Faith Quality Auto Body.

Countryside Insurance Agency is amazing! Kathy Majam always looks out for us! She is so knowledgeable, helpful and kind. Even though I have never met her in person, she feels and treats me like an old time friend. She remembers us when we call every year or so and she continues to find the best rates for our home and auto insurance! When I share my rates with friends, they are often surprised how low they are and they have called in and have been able to lower their rates as well! 2 thumbs up and five stars for Countryside and Kathy!5 months later I am editing this to include another win from Kathy. She helped us find a great auto insurance rate even after a child totaled our car and had an accident earlier this year and our current insurance dropped us. We have nearly the same auto premium we did to no accident, it is incredible!Also, we needed to switch home insurances. I thought I would try to find a good home insurance rate on my own, just in case with my efforts I could find better. My experience with StateFarm was amazing! They are NOT like any other insurance company that I've been with. The whole staff was willing to help in anyway and to make me feel comfortable and to work with me financially. During the times I was struggling financially, they did everything they could to help me save money and they did a tremendous job! I left my former car insurance because they kept raising the price on my car insurance that I could not afford. I was scared when that happened to me and didn't know how I was going to be able to afford the payments. I'm so fortunate to have been referred to State Farm by a family member. I'm doing WAY BETTER now with StateFarm than any other car insurance I've been with. These guys are unique! I can come to them in office and get things taken care of when needed, call my insurance agent, and if I need to, meet with my insurance agent in person! I don't have to speak to a random person over the phone as if I'm just another dollar sign to them. I feel like I'm part of a family and have a good relationship with them especially my insurance agent. I highly recommend StateFarm. Plus, my insurance goes down every 6 months. It can't get better than that! I do not want to leave StateFarm after my great experience with them.?

Stay away from this Agency. They messed up my renewal (odometer reading, discounts, etc.) blaming everything on Mercury Insurance. Needless to say that I dumped them. Here is my last communication with the owner Kash Fadaie:Mr. Fadaie,Are you trying to convince me or yourself?1) When the original quote came in August, all the discounts were missing. Its not like education, multi-car/multi-policy facts suddenly disappeared, so they should be in the renewal, right? Why were they not included, and why werent those errors caught by your personnel? Is it Mercury or your personnel?2) I asked Steve why co-op insurance went up that much, he said I was lucky the increase was not more than 40%. Smart answer but hardly an explanation appropriate for customer service. BTW, Sue who promised to look into HO policy, had never provided any feedback. Does it look like a Mercury issue? Does Mercury put words in Steves mouth and make Sue forget her commitment?3) In regards to the odometer reading, if there is indeed a rule about the 6-month mandatory gap between readings:a) Why did Sue tell me that the adjuster agreed with my numbers if there is a 6-month rule? Just read her 10/11/2023 e-mail, you have a copy of it too.b) Why nobody informed me about this rule in August? Does Mercury make Sue lie and both Steve and Sue forget this rule?c) There were no services performed on my car for almost a year, so the May odometer reading info was fake. In this case, my August reading is valid. The latest findings: the odometer reading was on our second car, Sue Ryan couldnt figure out that!Kash asked me for couple of days to sort this out. I waited for 9 before writing this review.******************************02/19/2024 Response to insinuations made by the owner in response to my honest review. This Fadaie dude cant tell the truth even if you put a gun to his head.1) Mercury Insurance couldnt do any adjustments because no info was submitted to them by Fadaie!! The help I asked for was to provide Mercury with copies of the original submission, but you cant have copies of non-existing submissions, right Fadaie?2) According to Fadaie: ....we are still committed to compensating the policyholder if Fadaie is indeed responsible for the mistake.. Yeah, right! After the original review was posted on Google, Fadaie asked me to remove it in exchange for the help with my case (see above). When I pointed to Fadaie that this exchange request may amount to blackmail, he blocked me and told Mercury that Im all theirs. Mercury fixed the issue and reimbursed me 100% of the amount I didnt get because of Kash Fadaie and Sue Ryans gross incompetence. I was referred to a professional agency.3) My original review was read by more than 100 people. Im glad the truth found a way to reach the general public.

I have been with Carver for over 10 years. Ive had 5 cars and two houses insured through them and I can confidently say they are the best. Dont bother shopping around and wasting your time. Carver will give you the best insurance at the best price. When shopping for insurance for a mobile home I own they were half the price as everyone else for the same coverage. They even got me better road side assistance than AAA. You also get a personal touch with them. No big automated messages or different people on the phone all the time. Do yourself a favor and go with Carver.

I had the responsibility to sell my sisters home when she moved into a care facility. The home was a real mess as my sister never had any cleaning or yard work done in the past 10-15 years along with having a lot of junk she had collected. I called SoCal Home Buyers, on December 12, to talk about the sale process and to get an offer from them to buy the property as my sister needed it sold quickly. I spoke with Lisa who gave me the information I needed and set up an appointment for December 14. The employee, Gabino, met me at the home, asked some questions and did a walk through of the home. When he finished he told me that he could give me a written offer in 10 minutes and went to his car to process it. The offer was fair and I asked for a month to finalize the sale, I think it could have been done in 2 weeks. Cyndi, the transaction coordinator, contacted me a few days later and explained the sale and closing process. She was frequently in contact with me regarding the paperwork and closing. The sale closed on time. I am very satisfied with SoCal Home Buyers. They were a pleasure to work with and I would recommend their services to anyone. Karl Gerlach

Probably one of the best property management companies we've ever used. My husband is active duty military and we tend to move every 3 years and have had lots of experience with different companies over the years. Our journey with Benefit National started last august (2021) when we found out the rental we were living in in Lake Elsinore was being put up for sale.First, Valerie showed up the property and was absolutely amazing! She mentioned to use that they only allow applications to people who actually tour the properties which is a plus so your not competing with a bunch of people for applications. We placed an application for a property the following day (Sunday) and by Monday she was on the phone with me trying to get everything in order for our application like service animal documents, photos, and other things before sending it to the owner. By Wednesday we had been given approval and paid our deposit and we took possession of the property the following weekend. Valerie did our move in inspection for us before we arrived to get the keys and had everything filled out, we just needed to look it over and sign. She was extremely detailed in her move in inspection! After moving in we noted a few thing (maintenance and other things we wanted noted) and she was quick to get them added.Second, maintenance was a great! Every time we needed something, it was done quickly and efficiently. The handyman they would send was always very professional, great attitude and very quick working. Tickets were easy to submit and always got taken care of quickly.Our only concern was the landscapers that we're taking care of the property! I don't know if they are brought in by the owner or Benefit but honestly they barely were at the property for more than 20 minutes every weekend and we ended up cleaning up all the clippings, grass shavings and other things that they would not clean up! The even wouldn't edge the backyard or missed patches of grass. They also never once spoke with us about increasing or decreasing watering times, fertilization or anything. They would just be in and out.Our move out inspection was over the phone which was concerning since they were not able to Pinpoint specific things that they wanted us to fix/correct which, but they gave us a list of things to make sure we did before move out (cleaning, carpets, etc.) and made sure to note and discuss everything that was noted on the move in inspection sheet (again thank you Valerie for your thoroughness). We got most of our security deposit back with no issues (we had a couple deductions that we were unable to fix ourselves that happened while our movers were packing/ moving stuff out of the home) and it can promptly (certified mail). This is truly a very honest company and you can tell that they try to give the best service they can, and aren't out to buckle and dime you like other management companies. If we end up having to move back to the area in a few years and have to rent we will absolutely be using this company again!
