Im an avid RV user and working with Cely and her crew was a breath of fresh air. The vehicle was exactly as expected and ready when I got there. The location was just off the freeway and easy to find. Their prices are fair and its nice to have a company watching over the vehicle. Good job! Im a happy renter.. I will return.

Mostly a pleasant experience, and we got a great car in good condition for the weekend at a much lower price than we anticipated. However, we were told the wrong return policy - that we could return the car in 3 hours after the time we picked it up without any extra charge. When we returned the car ~2hrs after pickup time, we were nearly charged late fees that were more costly than the rental itself. Once we explained the miscommunication, the late fees were removed, so overall it was a pleasant rental agency with good customer service.

I had the most hilarious and fantastic experience renting a car from this company! The staff had me laughing so hard during the paperwork process that I almost forgot I was there to rent a car. When I finally got my vehicle, it was so clean and shiny, it practically introduced itself with a Hello, Im your snazzy ride for the day!Driving that car was like having my own personal stand-up comedian on wheels. It had more gadgets and buttons than a spaceship, and I swear it even told a few jokes during the journey. The prices were so reasonable that I could afford to splurge on extra snacks for the road, and I left with a grin that could rival a Cheshire cats. If you want a side of laughter with your rental car, this company is an absolute must-try – five stars and a standing ovation from this happy customer!

I am giving 5 stars for certain aspects and 4 for others, but I like to round up! I really enjoyed my experience with the Hertz Location, I was helped my Kim, Scotty and Randy. I really appreciated Scott and I would absolutely give him 5 stars. He is knowledgeable and gives very good counsel. I appreciated speaking to him the most when there was an issue because he was so logical, centered and calm in crisis. Next, Randy, he was really kind and understanding, sincerely accommodating when possible. He gets 4.5 stars. Kim earned 5 stars the first time I rented my Lyft vehicle, she was on point that day, but the next time it was a little less pleasant. She didnt appear to be listening to me or maybe having a hard time being present in the moment. I would give her a 4, it may have been an off day. The car options were so wonderful, however certainly 2/3 cars needed maintenance, and as a driver, driving for 4 -6 hours straight in SF, I was sort of hoping for them to be a little more reliable, the fleet gets a 4. Lastly, the insurance plan was so helpful, when the Buick Encore was broken into in Oakland and Hertz switched out my car like nothing and I wasnt financial responsible for the damage to the vehicle and when the Nissan Rogue was having trouble on the hills getting it into maintenance was no issue; same for the A/C on Ford Escape. Definitely a wonderful location to visit with warm hardworking people!

Was shopping around for insurance for my son who was a new driver. Found Sabrina at State Farm and not only was she the most friendly and helpful insurance agent I've ever had the pleasure of doing business with, she also gave us an amazing rate for the coverage we needed. It was actually less for my son to get his own insurance from Sabrina than to add him on to ours. Sabrina also helped us answer all our questions and get us the best possible coverage with a speedy response. We plan on moving all our insurance policies over in the near future as they expire with our current insurance provider. Forget Jake from State Farm! It should be Sabrina from State Farm!!!!!!

To start, David was super friendly, patient, thorough, fair, compassionate, down to earth, insightful, very personable and extremely professional. He came in at a VERY stressful time, and helped rectify projects that other contractors started and left me with that had me at the height of anxiety. He fixed my artificial turf (that was previously incorrectly installed) as a bonus to the work he was contracted to do, gave me great referrals for stucco work and painting that came out amazing, went to Lowes with and FOR me, made design recommendations that far exceeded my planned ideas and expectations for my deck, made sure I was comfortable with every progressive step of the projects, and even supported my completion efforts by picking up where another contractor left off, by assisting me with city inspectors at project inspections, and was ready to fix anything they deemed needing adjustments! They laid pavers down in my backyard that look seamless with the concrete design, as if the blending of concrete and brick work was the original plan! Love my backyard now!David and his team definitely felt like family by the time everything was finished! They came in and got things completed in a matter of weeks, with their level of efficiency, that had been taking months prior to their arrival.I am so glad I found SunFire Construction in the form of David and his team when I did! Would recommend them to ANYBODY looking for ANYTHING related to home renovations, and I myself will be calling them in the future for more upgrade projects that I have in mind!

Corie is the greatest!!! I started shopping around and even decided to go with progressive because I am cheap and wanted to save like $50 on my policy( BIG mistake ) cause when it came time to buy the agent that was supposed to call me back to do my policy flaked and never called. So when I called them to give them my money they said I would have to wait 72 hours. I had already canceled my policy and progressive told me sorry that we misinformed you but nothing we can do so you will be without insurance till Wednesday since it was Friday... nope not going to happen. I called Corie ( now mind you it's 8 pm on a Friday night) she told me to send her a few things and I was covered in about 15 minutes With ID cards in my email. Corie Olive is a life saver, she came through 100%. Let me tell you if you think you want to save $50 just know you will never get the Customer service you need. $50 is a small price to pay for the peace of mind Corie has given me. Corie Olive you will now be me agent till the end of time!!!!
