When will corporate do something about Budget in Santa Maria? The broadway office was unavailable during its opening operating hour. This is an apparent trend with this office. Customer service stated wait two more minutes as the agent gets their late, the time was already 745 AM and they did not want to transfer the request to the Santa Maria airport terminal (SMX) office because it was too much work for him. Wife had to speak to a supervisor to make a change.When my wife finally gets to the SMX office they don't have any vehicles with gps and all their units were broken. To slap insult to injury they recommended going back to the broadway office to get a working unit rather than reimburse the additional cost. The counter agent said to either take the broken unit, get a new one from broadway office, or call to get reimbursed because they can't reimburse from their end. Who does this to their customers? Avoid Budget Car Rental services at all cost!

My wife and I have rented from Budget for out of area business trips, out of area faith-based trips, out of area vacations, out of area medical appointments, out of area weddings and more since way back when we were 25 years old till now. We are now approaching 60. We feel the most comfortable renting from Brian and Carols location because we feel we at least have face recognition dealing with real people who know us instead of totally new faces each time we step through the doors, as with other locations. The only area for improvement [seems to be the same elsewhere too] is having consistently clean front windshields before I drive off. So often either interior or exterior windshields are missed. I plan in advance to clean front windshields myself so there are no surprises driving into hazy glare when I begin driving. Is nice when Im surprised and do not have to do so. Otherwise never had a serious problem here. Cant say the same elsewhere. There have been serious issues elsewhere. Peace of mind here.

Worst customer service ever.i dropped in the day before i needed the car personally to ask for a small car which is capable of transporting my roadbike and making sure i get the correct one. the guy at the desk was friendly, always goes, japp, japp, japp..got you, japp.but oviously messed it up. When picking up the car next morning, it was a car with no flippable backseats and the bike would not fit in. So they gave me a not cleanedsmall car with flippable backseats, (the kind i asked for) because that was the only one abailable. so i took it.I askedthe lady at the desk how to extend the rent, because i started with one week, she told me, no problem, if you want to extend just call us..well, next wednesday, i had dinner at the mexicanrestaurant at the airport and stopped by to inform them about my new plans for extending and that i will have the car to the 8th of april or 9th of april...i guessed if coming by personally and tell them, it would be a good thing.but no, .once again, i got called on saturday, that they would like to know when the car was coming back..., well i told you when..so i called backed twice, only the answering machine during the business hours, i told them over again..today i got a call from hertz, that they ar emissing the car!!!!What..so they do not even listen to their answering machines...?well, i just returned the car, and left without checking the reciept..which i should have done...they charged me a late fee of 39 USD..what ?They are unable to deal with the easiest tasks, even stopping by and tell them personally does not help if they people behind the desk screw up over and over..well, i will never ever use hertz again, worst customer experience ever, even stopping by and making clear dates and statements is useless if they are not put in the computer..japp, japp, jappGood businessmodel, making people pay more, for you own mistakes

Nathan was just amazing. I saw his work on a Mustang across the street from my house. The car looked like new. A week later I asked him to detail my car which was a rental. I am a smoker and did not want to return my car and be charged a fee for smoking in it. He came to my house and completed this in my driveway. I was completely shocked to see the car after he finished, it looks like a brand new car. And there was no evidence of my smoking in the car. The rental agency was surprised how clean the car was. And asked if I had even driven it. I want to thank Nathan for his quick and professional service. I will definitely use Sweet Detailing for my car in the future.

Carstar did a fantastic job on the repairs for my Honda. I found them through AAA. They are Honda and Tesla certified. The paint matches perfectly. I cant even tell there was an accident. They dealt with it other partys insurance company directly since it was not my fault. They also updated the car rental agency with length of time I would need to keep the rental. The staff is very professional and answered any questions I had. The three people I spoke with were Erika, Roxy, and Jeremy. They were all kind. I paid $0 for repairs.Thanks for the good work! I would recommend them to others needing auto body repair work.

Where to start...Ive rented a property thats managed by the Management Trust in Santa Maria for just under 6 1/2 years now, and have nothing but good things to say. My initial property viewing was very easy to schedule, and the application process was a breeze. If I remember correctly, it was $25 to apply, which isnt as good as free but totally doable and easy enough to swing. I know application fees can be a bummer when youre applying to rent through multiple agencies, but I understand the purpose. But on to the more important part of the review...Vicki and Katie (my main points of contact in the rental department) have been outstanding. Theyre both very professional and easy to reach, and really quick to respond to the various things that have come up over the years. When weve had any maintenance issues, Randy and Derrick have immediately worked to resolve things, and theyve both really gone above and beyond the call of duty to help -- even after normal business hours. The folks in the office have been great, too -- lots of friendly, smiling faces to greet you when you walk in to the office.Ive had a few issues that required contractors (most notably a kitchen remodel and some plumbing work) and the contractors the have been hired have all been professional and helpful, too.Theyve recently moved offices, and the new location is a nicer building with a lot better parking, and they seem to manage a portfolio of really nice homes and commercial properties.As much of a bummer as it is to pay the high rents that the Central Coast struggles with, the people at the Management Trust take a lot of the sting out of it. Everyone Ive interacted with over the years has been great, and Vicki, Katie, Randy and Derrick really stand out!

I can't recommend this place enough! I had a wonderful experience. After multiple varying reports on what was wrong with my car, I called Cesar's and they were able to get me in right away. Once I was there, the staff listened and took my car in right away. About 30 minutes later, he came back in and let me know I just needed a new battery and gave me a suggestion on where to go. As someone with no knowledge of cars, I'm always scared to go in somewhere and get duped, but Cesar's was easy and I felt they were very fair. Thank you so much!
