The car was comfortable and got us there and back with no troubles. The agent at check out and in is very nice, friendly, and efficient. But this is the first time in all my rentals the agent has not been able to accompany me to the car. I went the direction he told me to get it, but I found the right one using the key. And not having been shown the operation of all that stuff on the car was not good. My Wife and I figured out some of it while I was driving. If he had been able to show me the operation I would have known there is a CD player and I could have had my music on the trip instead of unreliable Pandora. But the main reason for my rating is the noise. There is something wrong with that car. It sporadically made a droning noise that I never did figure out why or or when it happens. It would start low, build high, then taper off. It would not happen for 100 miles then would happen 3 times in 10 minutes. I have owned and driven a lot of cars. I have well over a million miles from the drivers seat. I have never heard any car make that noise. It was so bad My Wife put her fingers in her ears, put her head down, and a few times she cried a little.

I am so grateful for everyone at this office, especially John Hayes. I was in a really bad accident last year while traveling from Slo to Salinas for work. They were able to get the other drivers insurance company to settle for the full amount of the policy within 6 months, and the only reason it took that long is Mr. Hayes wanted to make sure I had fully recovered before settling.If you are in a car accident, your first call needs to be to this office. Neither your insurance company or the other drivers insurance company are there to help you. They are in business to make money for their shareholders. Their #1 job is to convince you to take the least amount of money possible, not give you anything at all and to delay, delay, delay so you'll settle for next to nothing because you just need something so you can pay your bills.

Over the past few months I have had the PLEASURE to work for Erika and alongside Ken and Edwin. The service this office provides is personal. Someone ALWAYS picks up the phone and immediate and caring assistance is provided. I took a flight out of this FBO on May 28th. I arrived in a rental car that needed to be returned. I asked at the front desk if they could return the car for me. They said they would take care of it. A week later, I received a call from the rental car agency that the car had never been returned and the late fees were accumulating. I called the FBO and spoke to the manager, Kyle Giono, who acknowledged that they were responsible and assured me he would reach out to the rental car agency and get it handled for me. Its now almost a month later and I dont have a resolution. Worse yet, Ive had to call this FBO multiple times to bug them for any kind of update. I should not be charged for the FBOs mistake. If they were incapable of returning a rental car I would have gladly returned it myself (Ive flown out of many FBOs and arranging the return of a rental car is standard practice). Kyle Giono needs to either convince the rental car company to give me a refund, or pay them for the late fees accumulated because of the FBOs negligence.

Kathys office (and especially Darien) has been a calm port in a hell of a storm, as I have had to navigate car rental, dealing with the car dealership, the DMV and the Total Loss department of State Farm. Darien has made calls on my behalf when I couldnt due to work schedule. He has gotten numbers names and numbers for me as I am transferred from one department to another and back. He has even just listened to me as I expressed frustration over the whole situation. He was a GEM!I have been with State Farm for over 20 years and I LOVED my last agent in Florida. I did not think I would find as responsive an agent again, but I did! I would HIGHLY recommend this agency to anyone looking for great customer service!

I switched all of my insurance needs to the Jeff Lecoeuche Insurance Agency over a year ago because they are friendly, thorough and very knowledgeable in a large variety of both personnel and business insurance needs. Jeff is fond of saying its not what you pay, but what you pay for! I switched because I gave him all of my policies to review and I was grossly under insured, I had gaps in my insurance that I wasnt aware that could or should be covered. I'm coming from AAA after being told my premium would increase by $300 - $1996 annually or something around there. Time to start scoping around for a better quote. I talked to Paulo and he effectively helped me lower my annual premium to better than I had it before the “California state wide increase”. Whatever that's supposed to mean. He was kind, straight to the point, and diligent in giving me all the information pertaining to my situation for a specialized quote. I'm moving over as soon as my membership is over 3/30. The premium plan is 6 months at a time instead of annually. As a person who rarely uses insurance and has had a perfect record, I appreciate not having my insurance randomly increased out of nowhere. Plus this insurance comes with roadside/renters insurance included instead of separate. Paulo's excellent customer service and straightforward quote has convinced me to switch to State Farm.
