Enterprise Rent-A-Car
14673 Civic Dr, Victorville, CA 92394, United States
I had one of the worst experiences at this Enterprise. It's a shame because I have been getting rental vehicles from Enterprise for almost 20 years and I have never experienced such terrible service. Unfortunately one evening driving on the freeway and piece of lumber fell off a truck and started rolling down the freeway. I tried to avoid it the best way possible but it ended up rolling right into the front passenger bumper. It damaged the corner of the driver side front number. I brought the vehicle back to the Enterprise and as soon as I told the assistant manager Tacora she immediately became aggressive with me as if I damaged her personal vehicle. She didn't even give me a chance to explain what happened. She immediately walked outside to view the damage. Tacora than walked back inside and with an attitude told me I would need to pay her the deductible now and if I did not I would be going to collections and would not be able to rent with Enterprise ever again. I was a little surprised at her demeanor and why the aggressiveness towards me especially when she had other customer's on the floor. I explained to Tacora that I did have my own personal insurance that would cover the rental and I was under the assumption that there was a process that needed to be followed if these certain situations came about. She repeated again that I would be going to collections. I immediately felt threatened and attacked and I had to sit down and gather myself. One of the other customers who was viewing Tacora's conduct said to me “I am so sorry how that lady treated you, but she was nice to me… I wonder why she did that?” Once the lobby was fairly empty I asked Tacora if I could speak with her again. I expressed that the way she talked to me was not called for. I am a customer and there is a way that she could of handled that situation better. Her customer service was very poor and instead of explaining the proper protocol she completely responded negatively as if I was not going to pay for the damages on the vehicle. I felt that she was being judge mental and I was being stereotyped. Her co-worker who I believe was new and possibly in training shook her head yes at my response to Tacora and even apologized for her assistant manager's behavior. I then spoke to the other assistant manager Stephen who was very professional he also apologized for Tacora's behavior and stated she may be having a bad day or it could possibly be a training issue. He explained that these situations do happen often as far as slight damages to the rental and that there is a protocol that the employees at enterprise follow. He took my accident claim and explained that someone would be in contact with me from the department at Enterprise who handles damage claims. I wish I would of dealt with Stephen initially. Tacora conduct was absolutely offensive and she needs training. There was no excuse for how she treated me I don't care how bad her day was. She is an assistant manager she is supposed to lead and be an example for the other employees and she failed. The only reason I gave 5 stars because this review will be going under Stephen's survey who is the other assistant manager who turned a negative experience into a positive. He is very well trained and knows how to provide excellent customer service. If I were to rate Tacora she wouldn't even get not 1 star! Tacora needs to take a couple of pointers from Stephen.

Budget Truck Rental
14211 Amargosa Rd, Victorville, CA 92392, United States
This was my first time using Budget Truck Rental. Before, I had always used Uhaul. I can definitely say that after my experience with budget, I will definitely use them again for my major transportation hauls. To begin with, the customer service provided by both the gentleman (I cant remember his name) and the woman there (last name started with an F? I think?) was outstanding. Professional, polite, and respectful. They definitely knew what they were doing.Second, the actual rental truck - I just recently moved over 1,800 miles and needed both a 16 truck and a tow dolly. Doing business with Uhaul in the past, I usually got the oldest highest mileage truck without any hesitation from the company - not with Budget. With Budget, the gentleman not only upgraded me for no additional charge to a tow trailer for the car I was towing, but he made sure I had the newest, nicest, lowest mileage truck for this trip, and sure enough, thats what I got - A 16 Ford E350 with only 900 miles or so.In conclusion, my experience renting with Budget was a great one. I definitely appreciate the professionalism and dedication from both the employees there. After renting with Budget, I dont think I can ever go back to any of the other competitors.

Avis Car Rental
14850 La Paz Dr, Victorville, CA 92395, United States
Rented car in Victorville, CA (La Paz PL location). Car rental agents were very pleasant & courteous. Vehicle was clean & perfect for trip. However, below is an updated review.************This is an updated review that has been added to reflect the very poor reservation component (reservation customer service) & lack of disclosure, incompetence, and/orintentional omission by the Avis Reservation Agent as it relates to car rental reward miles for my airline loyalty program rewards. At the initial reservation period in March 2023, the Reservation Agent failed to disclose that my pick up location was not a participating location for airline reward miles eventhough I provided my airline loyalty number. It was not until I called 32 days after rental, (April 8, 2023), when rewards had not posted only to be placed on hold for nearly 20 mins, in addition to being hung up on by Agent, name Danny, and being told by a second agent after having to call back and told about Dannys notes and finding out that rewards miles for car rental would not be honored due to car pick up location not being a participating location for loyalty reward miles. Also, there was no information in my reservation info or on Avis website about non-participating Avis locations regarding loyalty reward miles. After all this, Avis still did not make or even attempt to try to accommodate this situation on my behalf as a customer. Overall and as a whole, as a car rental agency, this subpar agency has left a very long-lasting bad taste & forevermore untrusting car rental experience for me with them....

Hertz Car Rental - Victorville - Greiner Buick Hle
14555 Civic Dr, Victorville, CA 92394, United States
This Review was given when Danny & Craig worked there.- Since their absence the phone rings & rings. When it does get answered a RUDE female answered & put you on hold EXTREMELY long. Ive been going to Greiner since 2004 & used Hertz regularly... since Danny no longer runs the unit in Greiner too many negatives. Rude employees answering the phone & keeping you on hold forever is NOT GOOD CUSTOMER SERVICE... MISSED HAVING PLEASANT EMPLOYEES WANTING TO HELP YOU... Not ignore you while you are standing there & not acknowledge you when theres 2 of them & 1 customer. No matter how busy or wasnt... EVERY CUSTOMER WAS GREETED IMMEDIATELY!!!- WHEN DANNY RAN HERTZ IN GREINER...!!!! ....( CUSTOMER SERVICE NOW IS NOT 5?... ITS 2?... RUDENESS IS NOT WORTH WAITING IN LINE OR ON THE THE PHONE FOR THE EXTREME TIME YOU HAVE US ON THERE. YOU WANT TO KEEP REGULARS & GET NEW ONES... THATS THE TIME WHEN YOU OVERLY BECOME KIND, APOLOGIZING FOR THE WAIT, GREET CUSTOMERS & ESPECIALLY SMILE!!!) When that happens Ill be back... Its unfortunate Danny & Craig are no longer there... But if Whos in Charge can run the place just as well, then Ill be back!!...OWNER Hertz Bob...I Hope so!!! Disappointed Danny & Craig are no longer there ... & being a loyal customer to Greiner since 2004 & Hertz when it joined at this new location.... I am very displeased in how the replacements treat customers. Customers Service keeps Repeat Customers & word of mouth.... as well as customers for the location to stay in business,. Word of mouth of rudeness will detour potential customers to rent here even if its convenient!!! 03-18-2020

If I could give Matt and team 10 stars I would! I have been his client for 20+ years. He has always gone above and beyond any company I have ever dealt with. Being involved in any company for that long you will find something that bothers you. I have never had a bad experience with Matt and his team! He is very professional and genuine. My family was involved in an accident a few years ago and he reached out to me immediately and made sure we were all good emotionally and physically before he asked any insurance related questions. He really care about his clients. He honestly does everything in his power to give the best rates and does what is best for each individual. My adult daughter also uses Matt now, her husband is beside himself of what great service they receive. To sum up Matt is honest, genuine, reliable, professional and very caring.

AAA Victorville Insurance and Member Services
12490 Amargosa Rd, Victorville, CA 92392, United States
For me I have spent money on a lot of things that frankly just werent worth it.Im 65 and I have a very small list (under 10) of over achievers. My 1998 Chevy Astro van is tied at the top. Number 1b.My Auto Club membership is 1a.So you dont have to read my long story below I will list what I love about AAA.The feeling of security.Being able to take care of most CA.DMV things. The trip interruption reimbursement up to $500 to help cover lodging and food if youre vehicle need to be repaired when away from home. The locked out service. The dead battery jump startThe help I ran out of gas.Depending on level of membership how many and how far the tows will be.Here in California one of the first things the CHP will ask is do you belong to the Auto Club. If not the pay me big bucks tow truck will be coming. But most important my oldest daughter got her drivers license. I gave her 4 main rules.Be careful and safe.If you have auto trouble call me first and then AAA.If you go on a date you go in your own car that way your not the one left on the side of the road unless youre date steals the car which is number 4.Which is call me first and I will call law inforcement.Next is some what long but:I first joined around 1998. I live in So. Cal but Im from Milwaukee Wisconsin thats where all my family lives. Starting in 1992 each summer up to 2004 I would pack up the family and make the trip. In 1992 I bought a used motorhome. My wife, I and 5 kids ages 2 to 10 made the trip. I had 2 weeks that turned into 5 weeks. (Boss was not happy). I wasnt a AAA member then. But being stuck in Amarillo Texas and telling the family this is it we will be living in Albertsons parking lot. So after getting home I dumped that motorhome and decided an auto and motels would be far less expensive. Still not a member. But after 7 more trouble filled trips I joined. I used the trip planner and got plenty of maps. I got the same feeling of safety and protection that I got when I had bought 4 new tires. While we never needed the services on the longer Wisconsin trips I have needed it on shorter trips and close to home.Im happy to say that my 5 adult kids who never seemed to listen to me did about AAA and joined. My youngest son and his wife have AAA auto and home insurance.I could only give 5 stars above but I give AAA 10 stars down here.THANK YOU SO MUCH AAA
