United Rentals - Trench Safety
2020 W Pacific Coast Hwy, Long Beach, CA 90810, United States
Ive had the pleasure of contracting with United Rentals, and I couldnt be happier with the experience. From start to finish, everything was smooth and efficient.First and foremost, the selection of equipment available for rent was impressive. No matter what project I was tackling, they had the perfect tools for the job. Additionally, all of the equipment was in top-notch condition, which is a testament to their commitment to quality. The rental process itself was incredibly convenient. Booking with Thomas Sullivan is a breeze, and the pickup and drop-off process are quick and hassle-free. The staff were friendly and knowledgeable, providing helpful tips on how to use the equipment safely and effectively. What truly sets United Rentals apart, though, is their outstanding customer service. They went above and beyond to ensure that I had everything I needed for my project, and their attention to detail did not go unnoticed.Overall, I cannot recommend United Rentals services highly enough. Whether youre a seasoned professional or a DIY enthusiast, they have everything you need to get the job done right. Thank you for an exceptional experience—I will definitely be returning for all of my future rental needs!

Komatsu Forklift of Long Beach
20434 S Susana Rd, Long Beach, CA 90810, United States
Ive never had to leave a review like this.Today, at about 7am I was driving on the 405 South from Crenshaw Avenue to Long Beach. I saw a white Komatsu Van (Plate#05566W3)(Van#19602) driving erratically (Not 100% on the plate, Im 100% on the van number). They were tailgating people at 80 mph when there was nowhere for the person to go, flashing their brights, and changing 4 lanes at a time without a blinker. It was so egregious, that for the first time in my life Im leaving a review like this.

Harborlight Yacht Club - Long Beach
700 Queensway Dr, Long Beach, CA 90802, United States
BEWARE!!!! We rented a sailboat in August 2021 to take a 5 day trip to Catalina island from Long Beach. When we arrived at the location address we found the marina to be in shambles. The docks were old and falling apart. It seemed very unsafe to even walk along the rickety wooden paths to the boat. There wasnt anyone around to greet us or even guide us to the slip of the boat we rented, but we managed to find someone from another company who told us where we would find the boat. We found the slip with a very old sailboat parked in it. This boat that we paid over $4000 to rent was disgusting, in need of repair, filthy, and smelled terribly of mold. The condition of the boat was uninhabitable to say the least. We couldnt bear the smells of the boat from dock let alone standing inside of the boat. I do not recommend renting from this company.

United Access (formerly Ability Center)
2715 Seaboard Ln, Long Beach, CA 90805, United States
My van was purchased brand new through the Ability Center, Stanton in 2008. Its a 2008 Ford full size van with a rear entry wheelchair lift. Ive had a litany of problems since it was brand new. Intermittenty the lift would not deploy or stow properly, you can hear wind coming through the doors when on the freeway or when very windy, wiring for the transfer seat shorted causing the van to be filled with smoke from the wiring and plastic. They patched the wires. After repeatedly taking it to them for adjustments I continued to have multiple issues. I found somewhere closer that was an authorized VMI dealer/mechanic (Macs Lift), whom I chose because they were not owned by Ability Center at the time(they were eventually bought out or joined forces). The mechanics there also tried multiple times to make adjustments, but within a short period of time I would start having problems again. Several years ago they talked my insurance company into installing a completely new lift, wiring harness and transfer seat. Over $10,000.00 worth of work, to only start having problems immediately. My lift needed to be adjusted as well as the rear doors, the new transfer seat was about 2 further back(my wife is 58)and my wife can barely reach the pedals, the lift system would not go into sleep mode while the emergency brake was set, which I must set in order for the wheelchair lift to operate. If I left the van parked for more than 2 days the battery would be dead and I would have to call AAA. The Ability Center mechanic told me to start the van every couple of days or have someone release the E-brake as there wasnt anything abnormal with it. After several years of messing around with different things, countless jump starts and a few batteries I was able to talk my insurance company into allowing me to take it to a different company. They had it half of a day and fixed the drain on my battery. My system now goes into sleep mode properly, with the E-brake set. The new mechanic said that the lift was wired wrong causing a parasitic draw. Theres so much more to the story, but it would take me a very long time to put it all down.I still have other problems with my van and hopefully between the new mechanic and my insurance company they can get everything fixed. Keeping my fingers crossed.

Enterprise Commercial Trucks
3366 Cherry Ave, Long Beach, CA 90807, United States
I rate this Enterprise #1 in price, customer service, cleanliness of vehicles, and overall positive experience. Ive rented a truck to tow my trailer forbusiness twice now and Ive had one of the best customer experiences ever both times! I reserved the truck online the day prior to pickup. Its free to reserve and you dont need to enter your credit cardinformation. The price was the lowest I found. Others dont compare and most companies dont offer so many rental vehicle options.I received a phone call from the Enterprise rep a couple of hours prior to pickup time to confirm booking. When I arrived I was greeted by a young lady at front desk who was so friendly! The check in process was simple and fast. I was in and out in 15min. The vehicle was immaculate. I left my vehicle in their secured lot overnight without issue. Drop off was just as quick and easy as the check in process. The manager, Alejandro is very professional and kind! I can see why the team there is so friendly and chill because they have a great leader.I will always choose Enterprise for my business rental needs. Thank you to the entire team for making my challenging days better with your kindness.

CMC Realty & Property Management
5320 2nd St Suite 11, Long Beach, CA 90803, United States
I had a bad experience with CMC. I have done many reviews on Google and have thousands of views on my reviews. The vast majority of my reviews are good. I like to recognize good service but CMC didnt live up to my expectations. We lived at 120 Alamitos Ave Apt 16 for 9 years. CMC took over as management company in 2021. They arranged for a routine yearly inspection in fall of 2022. They made a list of all the needed repairs and we were promised these things would be fixed. There had been numerous water leaks from upstairs over the years and the walls and ceiling had peeling paint that was never fixed. The back bathroom walls are peeling badly from water damage and has a stain from mold and moisture in the wall. Other items on the repair list included peeling enamel on both bathroom sinks, slow draining bathtub due to incorrect outlet pipe, broken ventilation fans in both bathrooms which made mold grow and required constant cleaning which was a losing battle. The fire alarms were no longer working either, and the garbage disposal had stopped working due to being almost 15 years old.We were promised by Jesus Saucedo all these items would be fixed but they were not. I reminded them when they came for another inspection and stressed that we had to have the disposal and bathroom vent fans fixed as soon as possible. A repairman did fix the disposal but told us the owners did not want to pay for the vent fans, despite the mold.We were told in February 2023 that the owners were going to sell the condo. The routine inspection now seems like it was more of an evaluation to benefit the owners. We were very cooperative andhelped them with many showings. The place has gone into escrow 3 times before becoming active again. This could mean that they are having difficulty selling, and I believe its because the owners do not want to invest in even the basic things. We were promised our fire alarms would be fixed but that never happened even though we requested it and they already had the info on their inspection list. We lived without fire alarms until we moved out.I wish CMC and property manager Jesus Saucedo had been forthcoming and honest about the fact that these repairs would never actually be taken care of. We hosted dozens of showings and buyer appraisals and inspections and always had a good rapport with buyers. The selling agent Kelsey thanked us and often expressed appreciation for our help. I had hoped we would be treated fairly for our years as good renters and tolerance of the worn conditions we endured at move out. That was not the case. We were charged for carpet cleaning upon move out even though the carpet was badly stained and damaged when we moved in back in 2014. The old management company actually apologized to us for the poor condition of the carpet when we moved there in 2014! The carpet is almost 15 years old and should be replaced, not cleaned. After we moved, CMC charged us with a 200 dollar unit cleaning fee AND a 160 dollar carpet cleaning fee. The unit had not been painted in over 10 years, and had peeling paint and mold which is the fault of the owner and CMC. This is in addition to the peeling bathroom tubs and sinks enamel, lack of FIRE ALARMS and lack of bathroom vent fans which contributed to the MOLD and mess. I feel this should have mitigated any cleaning fee but the carpet cleaning fee is just outrageous. They ended up throwing out the carpet a few weeks later anyway to put in wood flooring. Ugh...By the way, CMC makes all new tenants pay for a renters benefit package which is overpriced renters insurance plus some other bs services you can do on your own, (utility hookups) plus stuff theyre required to have, like a payment portal and access to repairs. They never made us get that benefit package because our original lease was not with them. Its a bad deal and you can get your own renters insurance for less. Edit: Regarding CMCs reply: I did inform your office many times of my issue with the charges so youre lying when you say I never brought it up. Wow...

The Law Offices of Larry H. Parker
350 E San Antonio Dr, Long Beach, CA 90807, United States
This Evening, I want the entire World to know if you have had a car accident and it was definitely NOT your, Fault. Please listen to the commercial with, “Larry H Parker, We'll Fight For You!”The beauty of if you are displeased and have concerns. They'll make sure by any means to help and resolve them.Apologies, to any of you that have had a disappointing experience.Definitely, I truly understand. In the beginning the first Case Manager, (Francis) was definitely the belated Kobe Bryant with working for the law firm of Larry H Parker. She was a bench warmer. Lol'sMuch Love a Respect she had a very kind personality. When you are dealing with Clients that are Overwhelm, We do not have time to be, “Superhero's”, doing all the legwork for preparation and sensitive documents being submitted with the legal time frame.I had enough of feeling like one of the actresses from one of my favorite movies, “The Color Purple and quote and unquote.. All my life I had to fight.” Lols(When you are involved in a car accident.)Thank God, answered my prayers after I was crying out for help, for-real, for-real.He truly, Blessed me with Case Manager, Margaret Woods!! Double Blessing, Francis had mentioned Jeffrey Billings or should I say, “Attorney Jeffrey Billings,” that word on the street, (Lmbo) has integrity and respect like Margaret and actions speak louder then words. That's exactly what Margaret has been doing showing up and showing out!!!Awesome, Communication Skills, Active Listener and that's when you know you got a Case Manager that is Not about the Win in $$$, but the Win-Win for the Clients and Larry H Parker!!!Unfortunately, I have not had the opportunity to speak with Attorney Jeffrey and/or meet Margaret in person. They're like one of my TV shows growing up, “Charlie's Angel,”They never got to see him in person only talking. Smile!Margaret is definitely like one of the Angel's. The only difference she is, “God's Angel,”To the Public if you definitely had a, “No Fault Accident,” we must remember vehicle accident Lawyers are NOT miracle worker's when you are at fault. Just do not waste your phone call and hang up with a attitude, (When I was young) Ha-Ha.Apologies, to all back then. Real-Talk!If they do not take your case please do not take it personal. When I was young I had an attitude like WHO do they think they are talking to? I am an entitled youngster..Lol'sThat's why I Appreciate and Respect Margaret Woods. She identified herself as a Case Manager. The previous one really had me thinking she was an actual lawyer.Until, my bubble was busted with one of the rudest employee from an office outside of Larry H Parker, (Stay tune, because, when this Fat Lady Over here finally gets to sing. I am singing that other office outside of Larry H Parker with a Voice like Beyonce. Lol's) said, “That's NOT your Lawyer. She's a Case Manager.! I was so embarrassed until I made the sound like, “Scoopy Do!”If you go to Larry H Parker, “Please-Please ask for Margaret Wood!!!She has So much, “Empathy”, “Sympathy”, and will always call or text you to check up and update you about your case.I know this is my 3rd Review. Since, the Covid-19, society has somewhat lost integrity and respect for one another..When you find someone that will restore resilience within you and let you know you are NOT going to be on the battlefield alone. All you can do is drop to your knees, and thank, God for not coming when I want to, but, he brought Case Manager, Margaret Woods in my life right on time!!!!I am Forever Grateful!!!!Genuine-Thank You-to a-Genuine Case Manager-Margaret Woods!!!

Camden Harbor View Apartments
40 Cedar Walk, Long Beach, CA 90802, United States
Camden properties have really went too far. Please see the pictures and ask yourself is that move in condition? This is what they expected my 20 year old son, and his first experience being on his own to live in. .This is what $4000 a month will get you at Camden Harbor View in Long Beach, California. Not only did they let him sign a lease, knowing that the property was absolutely filthy and uninhabitable, the rotten people working at the desk for the property management on the weekend took defense real quick and were real short with me when I was trying to explain and show them their property in depth with a few pictures I took. Then just one short day to cash the check so I wouldn't get it back to put towards another place. Not to mention the U-Haul was two days at a minimum over to due to their and two nights at a hotel because I wasn't about to put my property in that infestation pests cockroaches and whatever else was there unknown.I can't imagine if the corporate even cares the upper management of Camden need to figure that has some type of Dignity and respect to make this, right and immediately give my son back his deposit The entire deposit do you want to take two days off? Prorating him back what's left of the deposit? Can you believe this everybody knows Even a child knows that place is extremely filthy. Now I understand that it's probably a few bad people or maybe just one bag person there who knows and Camden truly doesn't want their properties rented out like that especially on the first day of possession when it's not even in movable or living condition however that's why I'm reaching out here. Giving them an opportunity to have the review removed an opportunity for them to make up for the hotel stay to take the two days off I what they charge my son and pay for his U-Haul. That was two days over. Know if this company was any decent, they would go ahead. And make it right. So we will give them an opportunity to do so. However, if I don't Tuesday that's three days then they can expect a small claims lawsuit at the local Courthouse here and trust me with the judge sees those pictures and the lack of care, and the lack of responsibility, knowing that it's their fault and there's no doubt about it He's gonna lay down the law in my son's favorite and probably for 3 to 7 times the that were requesting. This is an edit. Apparently my son was told by the management team that was there on Friday. That's the day he took possession of the uninhabitable garden, do you know the third world country apartment, he was told that there would be a exterminator there at 9 AM and told him to to vacate the property, and had him sign something saying that he was OK with exterminator to make it, or give it a chance anyways, to make it right, however, they never showed up so not only did they deliver the absolute worst possible service in a total useless apartment, but they also lied on top of it to compound the horrific reality of being a total failure. And speaking of reality, I don't think I've ever taken a quicker deuce in my life then I did at that apartment.. I got off the toilet and in record time. My son is pretty shy, but I'm not, so I thought it might be a good idea and two add a few of the neighbors if they had any unwanted visitors in the form of a pest or insect(s) one of the new neighbors that just moved in as my son did, had said no. I believe her however, she was only there for two hours, but I did ask everyone I came in contact with between The Apartments and the parking garage and they all said yes, there is an infestation. One of them suggested to take refuge in building number two as my son was in building number five and no sooner than that was said the manager approached my wife and son, and made that very same suggestion. I guess the reasoning is with their mentality the closer to the leasing office the better condition the building will be in since the leasing agent Hass to give tours to new prospects, seeking to lease or become future resident(s).lazy people.

Long Beach DMV
3700 E Willow St, Long Beach, CA 90815, United States
Excellent RealID experience!Came here on a Thursday for my RealID at 0530 thinking there was going to be a line forming already. I was actually the first one in line. Wasn't until around 0630 when someone else arrived then from there more people started to arrive as 0800 came closer. I walked in at 0800 and was out at 0815. Only took 15 minutes! If you're trying to get your RealID here's some important tips:1st) Make sure you submit your application on the dmv website before arriving! Otherwise they will send you to a room to complete the application. Just do it before hand.2nd) Make sure you get there super early. People usually start arriving around 0600-0700. By the time the dmv opened the doors (0800) there were approx 35 people in line…Just wake up early and get it over with!3rd) make sure you have the required documents plus some! DMV only needed my birth certificate and another form as proof of address, BUT me being unsure if they wanted other documents I brought all of my important documents that can be used as proof of address or identity such as marriage certificate, tax forms, bank statements etc. I would rather be safe than sorry and have everything rather than not being enough and be sent home with nothing accomplished then have to come back.4th) If you do get there early, bring a pop up chair and some entertainment.5th) They will make you take a photo for the RealID. Had I known this I would've gotten a haircut lol. So be prepared to have your picture taken.Overall this was the best experience I've had at the dmv. Staff that helped me were friendly, professional, and provided quick service. Being in and out in 15 minutes at a dmv is just a rare occurrence. Follow those tips I mentioned and you just might also have a quick experience as me.

Horrible experience living in Thunderbird Townhouse in North Las Vegas. Upon moving her was lied to about pet rent, was allowed to move in then told if I didnt pay the 2nd pet rent that I had to get rid of my dog, and of course nothing in writing but Rosario knew she was then one who told me we didnt have to pay both. Then Sylvia from corporate office told us the place was great no issues with residents, airplane, yet another lie, I had to send my 8 yr old grandson who was on the lease back to cali, cuz he was threatened and harrassed because I believe it was racial, he is african american. The office does nothing but sit on the but and tells you to call the corporate office. Dont move here if you want roaches, harrassement cuz of your skin color and lies and maintenance is a joke takes forever for them to resolve anything. Now you say call you, well I have and apparently you dont care only about the buck. You are useless. It now July 31, I tried to move to Solare Apt, but they screwed up my application bad, didnt even have it processed, I requested to say within the company by moving there and even did all the preparation to move all my sevices but ended up cancelling everything the movers I hired the keep my money cuz of the short notice. This company response is always contact them but even that doesnt work they do this only to humor you and then ignore you, Guess since Im disable and have been fighting the matter for 5 months and got no where have to take it one step up and file that complaint with ADA, lets see where this takes me, Im so tired of not being able to climb these stairs. Atara from your company has tried to call, but these apartment that she referred me to are not disable friendly, PLEASE I NEED HELP, SOMEONE DO SOMETHING NOWSo now it is August 31, 2017, and I am still here at Thunderbird Townhouses, not by choice but cuz of the circumstances with this company who keeps begging me to remove my review, but I wont do it until the find me a adequate home and better yet let me out of this least so I can find better accomadation elsewhere for my disability, I have the worst time climbing the stairs and the maintenance people are a joke, no matter how many time you request them they never come and the leasing agent does basically nothing they have all these big dogs here and she just lets it happen, so tired of probably being the only one who pay pet rent, and now have disrespectful neighbors who leave their dogs out 24 hours and they bark all the time the leasing has been told this but these dogs are still out there, Im willing to work with this company but just doesnt seem like they care, they tried to find me a place but then just ignored me and dont bother following up with me, very unhappy, already fell twice down these stairs and need a resolution immediatelySo now its September 14 and here is how this company works, they say they try to help you but only avoid you, now here is my formal message, I refuse to pay any more pet rent until all the pit bulls that reside in the complex pays their pet rent, there are so many apt that have pets and I guess since Im the only honest one Im paying it, not any more, now lets just wait and see how this company respond. They will prob just ignore me like they do for everything else, no repairs done and that been since I move her well over a year, but they always say we acknowledge it but will have to wait to have it done, well like they say tomorrow never comes and never do the maintenance people . I WILL NOT PAY ANY MORE PET RENT unitl apt 139 and 191 and all the other pay their rent
