Edit: I guess it is a different expectation issue where I expect the person in charge of property will take care of the property. But for them, taking care of the property is a courtesy. If that is the case, thank you, we truely appreciate your courtesy for taking care of our needs and making extra efforts to do the work. I still hold my ground because I do not think taking care of the tenant's need as a property management company is a courtesy or an act of good will, rather is a responsibility as part of the job. But I do not think we can resolve this since we are holding onto a different views on this.Edit: I would like to add additional star for our move out process. They are making it smoother for us and for those who are reading my review. My advice for working with Chelsea and Jackie is that make sure you REPEAT whatever communication to both Jackie and Chelsea to maximize clarity. Sometimes when you talk to one person, things do not necessary pass along because they both are busy so make sure you loop both of them in (especially on a phone conversation. Would recommend sticking to email)-------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------I recently rented a place under Chelsea and Jackie's management. Again, after reading all the reviews here and on yelp and on all other places, I have no doubt that they are great when it comes to handling house sales, but my experience with renting with them seems disappointing.We had to argue with them to get our blinds replaced(which we requested before we even moved in) and the place was not cleanedbefore we moved in(they said they cleaned it). We even showed pictures of dirty dishwashers, dirty carpet, and dusty blinds and still, they said they cleaned it and refused to send someone over (maybe they just hired a poor clearing agent, it not their fault if thats the case).But the worst was that they gave us 9 days notice of the rent increase have us decide asap. When I called, Chelsea said that it is MY sole responsibility and common sense to reach out to her knowing my lease is ending. It is not her responsibility to notify me of these things. She is not completely wrong, I should have been on top of my stuff. But at the same time, she works for a real estate management company, isnt that's part of her job to help her tenants out?I am new to this renting business and I definitely learned a hard lesson thru my experience with them. I felt taken advantage of, pushed over, and couldn't trust and rely on the property management to help me out.Jackie was a great dude tho :) One star for you. Thank you, Jackie.

One of their associates, AUTHUR ALDERETE, threw marketing TRASH on my property, when requested to pick it up he never responded. I asked for his broker to contact me, crickets. I have a very obvious sign up that tells them NO but he did it anyway. Also CA RE Law requires that all advertising has the license number on it. There is no license number either. I had to go to the DRE and follow the trail back to find his broker who I will be contacting tomorrow to get the trash picked up off my property.

This review is for Michael Saulus on Fred Seds Team.I reached out to Feds group since I knew they were very professional and experienced. Michael got in touch with me when I was initially starting to do research (few months prior to being ready) and he was completely fine with answering all questions and setting up properties for me to view even though I had told him I was a good 3 months out and before I wanted to even see properties in person. Michael was always very patient and never pushed or seemed bothered by any questions my wife and I had.When it finally came down to really start looking, Michael asked us where we would like to meet for a quick overview and to answer any questions, etc. Being that both my wife and I were first time home buyers, we had lots of questions and told Michael that we apologize ahead of time (we knew we might be picky, etc). We tried to narrow it down to 1 city, but we couldnt so Michael was sending us properties in 3 cities near by. He always attentive and easy to get a hold of. Never had a problem showing us properties, etc.Once we finally picked a place, Michael was able to get us accepted even though the property had 2 other offers and for a higher asking price. Michael got us accepted with below ask price! Michael and his team were very helpful throughout the entire process and had great communication. For first time home buyers we did a 21 day escrow to beat out the other competition and it seemed like it would be very stressful to accomplish all of this in such a short time, but Michael made it super easy. We also had a great lender that helped make things easy (see my other review for her - shes fantastic)I would definitely recommend anyone use Michael and Freds team if youre looking to buy, sell or rent in Orange County.

Been asking f for repairs since 4-22 no response this property got transferred to First team Realty over a year ogo and NOTHING has been done here no yard work no repairs nothing Id take all of the stars if I could I left several messages and Spoke with Mike Shay and was yet LIED to once again By MIKE SHAY about work orders this Company is not standing to their name First Team because no Team has helped me or my neighbor were elderly and are Begging for repairs......

However, if you call the number on the sign and ask for the listing broker or information about the specific property they try to fish for personal information. I highly doubt that the property they are advertising is for sale but use it as a bait and switch which is an illegal scam.

Dealing with the Kelemen company is by far the worst experience I have ever had as a business owner. Not only did they randomly spike the rates of our utilities during a pandemic (in which the offices were UNUSED), upon move out and post inspection they continued to draw money from our business account and will not answer their phones. 2 months post move out, they have charged us 20% more than the rent under contract, and have not returned our security deposit. We have waited days for a call back from Jessica and their team, and there is no response other than some sort of secretary taking our phone number and name down when we call.Dealing with maintenance requests is a whole other story (nightmare) that I do not have the time to get into.Absolutely by no means would I recommend using them to manage your property.
