U-Haul Neighborhood Dealer
1717 E Vista Chino J-2, Palm Springs, CA 92262, United States
This is the second or third time Ive rented from this location. Dottie is the manager, and she is awesome. She answered every question I had about the van I was renting, and she made the entire experience fun. She stayed late just to make sure I got the model I wanted. Dottie went above and beyond. Thank you again, Dottie.

Retro Rolling Video Games - Video Game Truck An...
4032 Wakefield Ave, Chino, CA 91710, United States
They came out to our Christmas event for fostor kids and were so professional and had patients to spare with the large group of teenagers waiting in line to play. The truck was huge, clean, fully functional and well stocked with highly popular games for all ages. They were kind caring and generous people while we were planning this event for hundreds of Fostor youth in December(a busy time)and they were able to squeeze us in and accommodate our event so the kids were blessed at Christmas. They both have big hearts and are genuinely good people. Getting the truck was the best idea we ever had. The kids wouldnt stop talking about it and said it was the highlight of the night. I am so grateful for there help making our event an even more special one because of the truck. Thank you so muchI highly recommend this company and the staff. God bless Retro Rolling Video Game.

Tinnos RV Rental
7231 Kimball Ave, Chino, CA 91708, United States
We were first time RV people and I would highly suggest going with Tinnos RV rentals if youre looking for an awesome and easy time. I asked a ton of questions all throughout our trip and Tinno got back to every one of them within minutes. He was great with training, very patient with me learning how to back this thing up and helped out in every way. He lent us things we didnt know we needed (straps, backup monitor, etc.) and helped get everything set up. Unfortunately I scratched the side of the RV when we pulled into a very tiny back-in spot at Trumbell Lake (not a good place for RVs BTW) - Tinno took it in stride and is helping me enter a damage claim with Outdoorsy as I had coverage through that company for this trip. All in all everything was awesome, would recommend Tinno and Tinnos RV rental 10/10!

AAA Chino Insurance and Member Services
5402 Philadelphia St Suite A, Chino, CA 91710, United States
Beware as the workers here aren't well trained or incompetent. TLDR if you still want AAA do it over the phone and the LA branch and just come here together registration, but DONT do major things. Chino is unreliable. Now I will explain my (what should be .5 stars). I don't want to state names, or may update with names but when we initially switched over from another provider we were transferring all 5 vehicles over with AAA and explained everything we wanted. Went on our way and when it came to renew one of the vehicles' tags went to the front desk and they told me that vehicle had no insurance. So whoever opened our account did NOT add all of the vehicles. Like, the hell!!?!! We complain and they add them now I understand the cost goes up but you think “wow only $xx for 5 cars and when you find out all cars weren't added and price goes to where it should be you almost feel cheated and for their mistake, there's NO deduction for the inconvenience. From there some weeks go by and one of the cars in the plan need a tow. We call a tow truck around 6 Pm in the middle of our way to Vegas. Now due to a previous inconvenience we always made sure that we always add the max amount of miles in towing. When the account was opened that was clearly stated multiple times. When we request a tow the tech explain we only have 7 miles and would be charged $600 to move the vehicle which since it we were in the impression the original agent added the longest tow like we added caught us off guard. So there again price increases again even though we were in the impression the agent added what we asked for.And NOW. . . . . We had added my nephew a month ago to our plan and after needing a tow today come to find out I was removed when my nephew was added. REALLY INCONVENIENT!!!To be honest, ever since we have switched to AAA it's been nothing but a headache and multiple mistakes on their end. Maybe it's not AAA but the chino office has really left a bad taste in my mouth and made me weary of trusting this branch! You take time out of your day to get these things done and time after time they (chino agents) do what they want and cause more issues for us to spend more time fixing.Like even with this, I don't want to be sitting here explaining to warn others. I don't want to have to do this but after all these major frustrating mistakes by the staff, here I am having to spend my time writing this out. Please, RUN elsewhere!!

McBrides RV Storage
7231 Kimball Ave, Chino, CA 91708, United States
Fraud and threats to impound. STAY AWAY...This has been a good but EXPENSIVE place to store my Trailer. Lately they have a lot of commercial trailers and trucks there. The carwash bays is hard to get into as there is always someone in there. Many times I have seen one of the wash wands broken. They advertise Free Ice, yet on the weekend you are lucky if you can bag your own.I had been with McBrides since 2007 and last August I was moving to Texas rather suddenly. When I went to pick up my trailer I was re-informed of my 45 day notice. (after being a good customer for 8 years there was no goodwill on my 45 day notice) I had a boat stored elsewhere that would be moved to Texas at a later date. So I decided to update all of my personal data to reflect my new Texas address, including phone numbers. I also asked about month to month sites. THEY INFORMED ME THAT I WOULD NOT NEED THE 45 DAY NOTICE and I parked my boat in a new spot assigned by them.In the process of moving to Texas My family I had fraud against my bank card. Subsequently my credit card on file was invalid. Meanwhile my account was incurring late fees and additional monthly fees. NOT ONCE did I receive a call nor did I receive ANY mail correspondence from them. It wasnt until November that I received a letter noting 2nd request that was forwarded to me via the USPS. I called them prepared to take care of the balance and to arrange to move out. Here is where it gets bad. The person answering the phone tried to help me but has to ask the Owner. He got on the phone and would not:1. Listen to the situation.2. Refused to accept any sort of payment other than cash the next day Remember I am living 1500 miles away.3. Threatened to impound my boat on Monday without any LEGAL Notice. The notice I received in the mail said nothing about possible impound.4. Told me He didnt care about the laws governing impound, and that I can spend $3500 trying to fight it.I ended up having to wire money to a family member in order to save my boat from impound. I also later found the Original agreement that DID NOT HAVE A 45 DAY Clause. They had emailed me a scanned version of my agreement where page 2 was obviously different from the page 1 where I signed. Very simply this company fraudulently stole money from my family. All right before Christmas.I see that others have had similar issues with this place.

OReilly Auto Parts
12516 Central Ave, Chino, CA 91710, United States
Its going to very which OReillys you go to some of them are larger stores than others in her better stocked some of the employees there are very knowledgeable at cars and can help you out other people dont know the difference between a steering wheel and hubcap so be cautious of what they do they do offer lifetime warranty on most electrical parts youll probably have to be changing the part more than once I ordered up a starter and Ive replaced it twice now thats been in about 4 years they do honor their warranty so I dont have any issue with that I like the store if you have to get something that they dont have in stock. Be more than happy to order it for you Ive never been charged a shipping fee but it is written in their contract that they do have them so be cautious and ask before you just assume that its going to be delivered for the price that they tell you... Also they have a rewards so that basically what youre doing 10% off all different purchases so basically youre going to get a $10 card mailed to you redeemable for every $100 that you spend there another advantages you dont have to worry about keeping your purchase slipper warranty its all in their computers and it is a National Database so no matter where you go every OReillys will have that so you dont have to do your auntie at the same one you purchase the part from I highly recommend this place

Prado Regional Park
16700 Euclid Ave, Chino, CA 91708, United States
We stay here with our fifth wheel and it is one of our favorite spots. Water, sewer, trash, and electricity are included in the nightly fee, and a laundry area (albeit small) is available for use at a reasonable rate. There are 75 sites available, in at times it fills up very quickly, so plan ahead. Stays are limited to 15 days per one month period. Very dog-friendly and family-friendly with numerous areas to walk, hike, ride bikes or scooters, etc, as well as horses. The playground is a great one, though a few minor areas could use some upgrades or repairs; a splash pad is available during the summer.Sunrises and sunsets can be gorgeous if you catch a good one. Rangers are always friendly and helpful, as is the office staff when. Fishing, boating, and disc golf are also available. Firewood and bait are often available at the main gate, and they sell out quickly, especially on weekends.RV sites are well-spaced, with lots of green space, frequent bathrooms and trash cans. We have never used the showers, but if I remember correctly they are a dollar for five minutes and use quarters. Bathrooms arent the best and could use some updating, but are plentiful throughout the park.A few things you may want to know ahead: this park is located in prime dairy farm areas; if the wind is right, you will absolutely smell that. There are a lot of mosquitos and ants at times, so bring bug spray for you AND the outside of your rig! It is also right next to a womens prison; if you camp in lower numbered sites you seem to be able to hear announcements more than in higher numbered sites.Group camp areas and day use sites seem to have a lot of use, with some really cool events held at the park on occasion. Sometimes that means traffic in and out of the gate is pretty crazy, but the RV sites are at the farthest end of the park from the gate and day use, so they are a bit more of a buffer from that. There is no camp store onsite, but there are tons of stores and lots of shopping within a 10 mile range. Despite signs to the contrary, there is no snack bar. Laundry area consists of two washers and two dryers, so be prepared to wait your turn if it is in use, or take a bit longer if you have a lot of laundry; bring quarters as there is no change machine. All things considered, this is a great place to stay and we have yet to deal with drunken, loud, obnoxious campers like many other RV sites seem to be plagued with. While the weekends can get busy, week days and nights are pretty quiet and peaceful. Great place to add to your RV camping list!

Prado Olympic Shooting Park
17501 Pomona Rincon Rd, Chino, CA 91708, United States
If I could not leave a star, I would. Ive looked over past reviews and everyone either had a great time or the employees that worked there ruined the experience. Here is my reason for giving one star.I came out for a wedding and the guys wanted to shoot trap. I own firearms, however, I never shot trap before. We have a party about 8 guys, some have shotguns and the others used Groupon. The Groupon was a great deal!! We got a shotgun rental, 2 boxes of shells, employee on site for tips, ear plugs, 2 tokens for a total of 50 targets and a Home Depot tool belt for the rounds. The trouble started from the get go when the young lady at the front desk didnt know what to do because we had guys in our group that only needed tokens because they had everything else. She looked to an older gentleman and his attitude turned sour when he heard we had people with groupons and other had all the equipment. He made it seem like it was an inconvenience that we came there and they were actually going to have to do some legit work. We checked a week before about the Groupon and others have firearms and we were told it was ok. We finally got our rounds, ear plugs and made out way to the range we pick from the three that were open. They only allow five firearms per spot and we had four 12 gauge and one 20, left the ammo for the 20 at home. I went back to get a rental, included in the Groupon, and the first young lady now wanted to give attitude about the shotgun and wanted us to exchange 2 boxes for 20 gauge shells. After telling her that it was included she finally handed over the rental. We walked back to our spot and had to come back again to exchange the shotgun because it was in deplorable condition, sights missing(not that it was needed, however you should expect quality coming from an Olympic Shooting Range).I know this is long winded. I would not recommend this range to any of my family, friends or people I despite. Lack of respect from the frontline employees, check-in is a trailer, outside bathrooms (I completely understand this), rentals are in terrible condition and the ranges are just ok. I was told it was an Olympic Shooting Range and its their calm to fame, it was 1984 and I was 4 at that time. We are in 2016 and times have changed, move forward or you will be left behind!I will end on a positive note. The best part for me besides spending time with a great group of guys was two others guys that showed up before we left and part on clinic for hitting targets.

Chino Hills Ford
4480 Chino Hills Pkwy, Chino, CA 91710, United States
Where to start..I found a 2021 F-150 at Chino Hills Ford I liked and as I was selling mine the next day I figured I would call and see if it was still available AND before wasting my time driving down I would verify the listing price (minus taxes, and applicable fees) was accurate. George (Sales Manager) verified the listing price matched their price as well. However once we sat down and ran the numbers it didnt add up. Aghh come to find they had throw in their $5000 optional protection package. To not bore you with the back and fourth their optional package is on every vehicle and cannot be removed per George. Complete SCAM.. Regardless I needed a vehicle and we ended up working out a deal where they took it down to his cost haha. I was to come in with my approval letter from bank and X amount of cash the next day. I show back up the next day and George says lets get this going. Only to come back to the table and argue how they are losing money on the deal and I must finance through them. Awesome another 30 minutes of haggling on what was supposed to be a done deal.Fast forward. The gentleman I dealt with in finance didnt seem very happy to be working. He didnt congratulate me on my new purchase let alone smile. The only time he perked up was when he tried to sell me the extended vehicle warranty to which I politely declined. His response: You know the vehicles now days have many problems and this plan keeps you secured. So basically my brand new 2021 the vehicle I was buying is known to have problems and I shouldnt have bought a Ford. Killer sales pitch guy. They did not take any more than $3,000 on a debit card so we agreed he would have a Salesman follow me home for a check. When I arrived home I opened the garage, exited my vehicle and noticed a dent on the upper panel on the passengers side beaming off the light. I pointed the damage out to the salesman who agreed and told me Theyd take care of it no problem. Well 2 weeks later, 2 phone calls to the Salesman Michael, 1 to George, 3 Phone calls and 3 texts to Shauna (their Customer Relations GM I believe was her title) i still have no appointment or anything to really rely on. Shauna had called me to see how my experience was with Michael was which I told her was pretty good only for her to find out about the damage she was unaware of. She was very nice about getting her pictures and told me she would make sure it was taken care of and contact me Friday to schedule the at home appt for the following Wednesday. No phone call Friday, so I called her Monday and she let me know she was not in the office but would call me back ASAP. Tuesday rolled around and I sent her a message asking if she had figured out a time yet. No response. Wednesday I left a voicemail.. Im doing all the leg work on a brand new vehicle to get a dent fixed I could not see in the darkness as I left their lot. Really sad to see a dealership sell and bail. Apparently they do not care much about repeat business.Do yourself a favor and go see Airport Marina Ford. Best Ford experience i have had to date. This is my 7th Ford as a family. Chino Hills Ford by far has been the worst experience to date. Oh, and if you need Service work (in my case a Trailer Brake Control Box Installed) go see Hemborg Ford. They had me in and out in a few hours. Good Luck getting Chino Hills Ford Service Department even on the phone! I tried for 2 days.

Sunset Pacific Transportation
14522 Yorba Ave, Chino, CA 91710, United States
I do not recommend this company for owner-operators.Management forces constantly deceives with payments (salary). For example, one day my truck broke down on 80 miles from the unloading. So the manager Peggy charged me $ 300, explaining that its my responsibility to deliver the goods and I have to pay another driver for the delivery. Sunset paid me for the miles until the breakage, and for the remaining 80 miles I have to pay some other driver. That is, Sunset recieved money for all the miles from the customers, plus I was also charged $ 300 for delivery, because my truck broke down!!!There was a case when the trailer blow up tere. The trailer belongs to Sunset and its their responsibility. But the manager Peggy charged me $ 275 to repair the tire. Like if the tire popped, then its my responsibility and Im to blame. And the case after which I left Sanset. In Arizona, the highway patrol stopped me for an inspection. I got a warning for not having a paper logbook. Just in case, if my ELD breaks. Peggy charged me $ 500 violation fee!!!So if you are an owner-operator and decide to work with Sunset, then get ready for such frauds. And carefully check the settlement, because Sunset constantly forgets to pay for something. Miles or extra. Also, Sunset says that it gives you bonus accounts. Its fake. You can not remove anything from there. This is a virtual bonus.
