Horrible experience. We rented a truck for me to bring my belonging from San Diego to Washington state after an over seas tour with my family. I took my own leave to make this trip and left my wife in a new home in a new state pregnant with our 4th, and a 4 yr old, 2 yr old, and 1 yr old. They gave me a truck that was not safe at all to make the trip up the coast. A few hours into my trip I blew a tire; luckily not on a dangerous road or in LA traffic. It took over 6 hours to change not only the blown tire set but the other two because they were so worn down. The mechanic said he was shocked I did not blow both at once thats how low and thin the tread was on the tires. Someone did not do their job and ensure that the truck we paid for was safe and ready for a trip up the coast. They wasted my leave time and a day of travel and not being at work to sit and wait to have the tires changed. Blown tires can happen but this was due to neglect of the store. when we call the store to tell them the situation and our disappointment in their neglect they said tires blow all the time and offered a 50 dollar coupon to use at uhaul for wasting my hard earned leave after a hard move over seas and risking my life. In the military if I was this neglectful I would not only lose my job but could be court martialed for risking another military members life. Its sad how this branch and company value not only their customers but their military customers.

2019 Mercedes-Benz GLA 250 4Matic: Absolutely stellar service!I cannot begin to express my thanks and gratitude to the entire staff of both technicians and customer service for the incredible job they completed with our vehicle. It is literally, and I mean LITERALLY, better than when we originally got it from the dealer.This repair was an insurance claim, and the entire front end was sprayed with gravel, pitted, scratched and damaged down to the metal of the car plus a broken windshield and when I tell you that the car now is perfect, it is in showroom condition. There's not a mark on it! It is unbelievable! I mentioned to Alex R. at The beginning of this process that the vehicle is a lease, and it was originally a birthday present for my partner and is extremely well kept both inside and out and under the hood. Alex took those comments to heart, and made sure that every single detail, every bezel, every piece of chrome, even hand polishing the headlights, turn signals, the flange around the grill… Every piece of rubber and plastic, is exquisite. There is no evidence of overspray there isn't even the ‘paint smell' lingering so commonly overlooked from body shop work. No evidence of any work having been done to the vehicle. This app only allows a 5-star review; they deserve 7! I'm leaving other reviews that only allow 10 stars, they should have 12! I cannot recommend them enough; we needed a rental car, they arranged it. We couldn't bring the rental car back, he volunteered to take it back for us to the rental car agency. We couldn't pick up the car on the day that it was done he volunteered to come in on Saturday to get it back to us. It's above and beyond customer service, exceeding our every expectation. OUTSTANDING, SPECTACULAR, COMFORTING is as close as I can come to describing the team at Autopark Collision. To their front desk, estimators, mechanics, and especially to their team leader, Marty, I have nothing but GRATITUDE and PRAISE. I havent had the need to go to a bodyshop/mechanic in the past so I was a novice to how things would turn out when I had gotten into a front end collision over the holidays last year. It was like a godsend to have had APC recommended to me by my insurance company to take care of the collision repairs on my precious Lexus SUV. My insurance was limiting in terms of how long I could have my Enterprise (another incredible experience there!) rental car and even before APC found out, they were extremely diligent about making sure my parts were already ordered from Lexus and my car was in their bay being repaired! They were able to have my vehicle repaired, and calibrated before my rental was due and Marty made himself available on a weekend to hand me back my keys! APC was thorough, and communicative throughout the entire repair and were a breeze every step of the way. Daniel, my estimator was a comfort as well, he was so accommodating and always willing to answer all of my many questions!I will forever and always refer anyone in need of repairs to this wonderful team at Autopark Collision. They deserve the business because they are honest and treat you like family. Im so very appreciative for everything theyve done for my family and I.

Large park with rangers post and many facilities. Free parking lot. Only if you drive to Lake Dixon and pass rangers post, you need to pay entrance. In weekends only I believe. Check their siteDaley Ranch itself has trails connecting to the lake (southeast) but mostly leading north direction.The times Ive been here, it was hot, sunny and dry. Last time I went was a few weeks after a very rainy Winter and the trails had been heavily impacted.Normally the trail in the center leading to the ranch house and restrooms is wide and spacious Stroller friendly. Now (March 2023) it was blocked off after being deluged by mud. Lots of creeks to cross. Normally just barely 1.There are multiple ponds, routes and view points.Altho it looks to be busy, once you venture more northeast, youll be mostly by yourself. There are coyotes and rattlesnakes here, so be cautious.Pack plenty of water and sunscreen.Definitely challenging trails and at times more mountain bike friendly than for hikers.

Amazing Mechanic! He went above and beyond to make sure that everything on my car is working in perfect order. My car overheated and stalled on the freeway and wouldn't start back up and I wasn't sure what happened to it. I thought I blew the head gasketI called Eric and he came the next morning to diagnose it and found out that the valve cover gasket was blown and leaked oil onto the spark plugs and was preventing them from igniting. While working on this he also took off the intake manifold to double check the head gasket and found out that my fuel injectors were bad as well and also the thermostat which lead to the overheating. All in all he replaced the valve cover gasket, thermostat, spark plugs and injectors. However my car computer tripped up during this whole ordeal so I was still having issues with it starting. He came back the next day, checked all the relays and fuses, reset the computer and determined that my battery was bad also because my car wouldn't start even with a jump. I took my battery to O'reillys to try to get it charged but they confirmed it was bad as well and so I bought a new battery. I came back and installed the new battery and tried to start it but had no crank, I texted Eric and he told me the different things that can possible be wrong with it and came back the following morning to check everything and determined the starter was bad. He pulled the starter and I got a new one and installed the new one and now it cranks and all is well.Most mechanics in these situations would have charged multiple charges and would have just done the job without offering any advice or to let you know what is wrong with the car so that you can potentially replace the part yourself (eg. battery). However Eric only charged me once through this whole process and never charged me additional charges for coming out again multiple times and all the text messages we exchanged for advice. He promised to fix my car and get it running and although he did not charge me an arm and a leg for it up front or even for the additional work, he followed through with his promise that he would get it to run.I would definitely recommend Eric because he's a good hearted and loyal person that keeps his word and most importantly charges a very reasonable rate for his services. He won't abandon you and charge you for each little job. Most importantly he will make sure your car is running again and let you know if there's anything that should be replaced outside of the job he is already focused on doing.

Update - We took our Sprinter RV in for a 60k service. Again, Juan and the team at Certified are highly professional, experienced, and very friendly to boot! Its hard (if not impossible) to find a Completely Honest auto shop in California. Seriously, if they tell us something needs repair, we trust them completely. If I could give them 10 stars Id do it in a heartbeat!We found them on Google 1st and then decided to go with them based on the reviews on Yelp.Every positive thing you read about these guys is absolutely true! Here are the highlights:1. They are honest mechanics And business people - in my book, the most important quality in any human - let alone business people!2. They are great diagnosticians3. I asked them to check the air on one of the tires - they went above and beyond and investigated why we had low air. Turns out our tire sensors were cracked. THREE other mechanics and tire guys filled the tires, but none of them went beyond that. It was a cheap fix and keeps us safe on the road.4. Lightening fast repair! They diagnosed the actual issue on a part that was failing and repaired it on the same day (turns out is was failing for a while AND was missed by another center that diagnosed the check engine light).5. Before taking your vehicle to ANY other place, check them out.5. The icing on the cake is that Mike and Juan (the people we dealt with) are Super nice people!These guys are our forever diesel mechanics.Very Happy & Satisfied CustomerP.S. My girlfriend cancelled her storage unit (With everything moved out) on may first and then they charged her and said we charge on May first in the morning so she asked for a prorated refund and they said they couldnt do it, which im not mad about whatever but then she asked to leave her stuff there then for the rest of the month and they said sorry we cant do that cause we put a lock on it already?!?!?! so you charged her for the month but wont let her keep her stuff in there? and when she asked for corporate phone number they said they cant give that out, but its on the web!!! terrible customer service! currently in the process of working with corporate but they never respond quickly either.UPDATE:-------I called the place for my girlfriend again, and we kind of quarreled back and forth. Then they told us to call corporate to dispute it with them. About an hour later they called us and disputed it with corporate for us. I changed the star rating from 1 star to 3 because this should have been handled a week ago. But wanted to be completely transparent
