So we go ahead and plan our move down to the fine detail, as you should. We pick up the truck the night before the move to have plenty of time since our movers are paid by the hour. Unfortunately, it was during a storm in California, which never happens! However, as we get the truck ready to start packing it in the morning, we realized it's leaking everywhere from the top corners on both sides all on to the mother's attic area. Obviously we can't use this truck since all of our stuff will now be soaking wet. We call U-Haul and after 45 minutes of wasted time and paid movers, we find another truck and have to drive 45 minutes, each way to go get it. Nobody will answer the phone at the stores, so we still have no idea at this point what the compensation is going to be. This was a huge delay for us in our move and did I mention that the new truck leaked as well!?!? Then of course they went ahead and charged us an extra day since we were “late returning the truck from the original plan”! So now we've paid our movers extra time and only one person said they might comp us for $50 so trust and believe we will be following up on this! Hey U-Haul……..you can't seal corners with silicone on metal! So moral of the story is, if you're packing in a dry climate, but moving to where it's going to be raining or even thick fog or snow, I would suggest running the hose for a good couple minutes over those top corners to make sure it's not going to leak!

Never written a review in my life but I will for this location. I requested staff have manager call me to discuss extra charge for blankets not being folded as well as to direct me to the line item on the contract. I did not receive a call or email about this issue. Instead they just charged my card and sent me an invoice via email. I have used Uhaul for various transportation services across the midwest the past 6 years and have never had this issue. I will no longer be using the company personally and for my business.

Terrible customer service. We are from out of town with our RV in tow.Visiting family for a month. We called all around looking for RV storage with no luck finally call here and luckily they have 3 open for RV storage. There is No space to park a trailer on my families street so we have no choice but to put our trailer in storage. So, we called ahead and asked if there were any RV spots available at Right Space and he said yes and I said Can I pay for a the RV spotHe said first come first serve. I said Ok, then I guess we will be coming in soon to pay for a RV spotSo, we rushed to get there when we pulled into the parking lot there wasnt any space to park our truck and RV. Just a large gate and 4 parking spaces in front of office.I rushed inside to ask if we can pull into the gate so we do not block anyone. Before I say anything and As Im coming into the office, I wish I knew this guys name, but he goes off and says So, you come to my Storage with your Rv in tow without paying for a spot first.I am taken back by what he has said. Very confused I say to him That was very rude and not great customer serviceHe goes on to ask if I would like to pay for a spot and I say okay as long as you arent still rude.We are still blocking the gate and he goes off in a rant about how another RV was coming out and we are blocking.I said if you just opened the gate we could have pulled in and could have paid for a spot. Not a big deal.He goes in a rant again about how he has worked here for nine years and has great customer service.I immediately leave after this. Now, I see why they have so many open storage compared to other RV storage places. Never again.Im sure others have had amazing experience with this storage but sadly I did not.

The only review you need to read!!! As if moving wasnt stressful enough. Calling around for storage unit and then calling for a moving truck or Uhaul and doing all the work.... very stressful.I was hit with a need to be out of the house within 4 days notice. I was looking for a storage place that had big size units. I happened to walkin in to H&M storage. Was greated by a gentleman named Tony. And let me tell ya! He asked me, How can I help you today? And I threw everything I had on him. All the things stressing me out. I told him I needed a huge storage unit, and I needed a moving truck if u could recommend me to a place so I could get things moving in a short amount of time! He said theres no need to go anywhere else! I got you! We have everything here for you. I looked at him in shock! It was like music to my ears! He gave me the best deal for the storage unit 1st month for a $1, and he got me the uhaul truck for a low low price, had me set up within 30 minutes. I had the keys to the unit and keys to the uhaul! I was out and back to my house to start moving within an hour! Not only was Tony so dang helpful. He made sure to make me relax and not stress about anything. He took all that away and got me going. Super friendly and very professional. He also took care of the customers who were walking in and walking out that were there before me. I was blessed to walk through those doors that day because he made my life so much easier. Tony showed me the unit i was getting. Super clean and the floors looked like they were freshly painted. Looked like new units but its just because they actually clean each and every unit. Truth be told, he went past and beyond with all the helpfulness he gave us! So, for that, we are very grateful to have come to H&M storage. They definitely know how to take care of their customers

UPDATED REVIEW, SEE BELOW FOR FURTHER INFORMATION**OLD - 07/2023 - We stay here 3 weeks out of the month. The pool is always clean, they dont have an age limit on RVs, just a condition requirement, and they always have clean bathrooms. I love it here, and after our one week out where we had to visit a luxury RV park, we are anxious to get back here and have amenities that actually work and no time restrictions on bathrooms and showers by the pool. The spots are small here but you pick your own so you can pick what scenery you want to be near.We are headed back today so I may update this review, but as long as there are no issues, I give it 5*.UPDATED REVIEW: 01/21/24 - So, weve been doing this for several months now, about 6. I would not buy a membership here again if I knew then what I know now. Once you get a membership, you suddenly cant make a reservation for your 3 weeks in the park at one sitting, especially once the snowbirds start rolling in. You have to wake up at 6:30 am daily, and call multiple times a day to the corporate reservations number. There, they will give you 2-3 days here and there, and you can piece together your reservation using this method (depending on how far in advance) in about two weeks. Or be out of luck, exiting and entering the park every few days. The rangers have their favorite members, and if you do anything that disagrees with an employee that has any sort of power... they all pretty much turn against you and extensions for filler days in your reservation become impossible, they look for every excuse to try and give you a violation, and with violations they can suspend your membership for 30 days with no real explanation, or even worse... cancel the membership. No one lets you know exactly what you did to violate the rules, and when you try and appeal the decision to corporate, they just back up the park, with still no explanation provided. If you finance the membership loan and want to keep your credit in good standing, you are stuck paying on the loan and member dues, even if they cancel or suspend you.If you paid the full amount upfront and they suspend or cancel you, from what I have read, they dont refund a dime of the 9k+ membership or the 700/yearly dues. Its something I didnt even know could happen without a serious, justified reason and the member being allowed to submit an actual appeal, evidence to back them up, and actually be heard by someone. Its also a terrible place to be after a storm. The entire property washes out. And they have had 2 of the restroom facilities closed for months now, with no intention of opening them until spring. So if you are by a laundry bathroom in the back or middle, you actually have to travel to the next bathroom 3+ rows away to use the bathroom/showers if you dont like to use your RV for whatever reason.Dont get me wrong, I love this place dearly. Our family calls it home and I didnt have a problem with any of the staff, (I actually liked a few of them) or this until I realized the staff had a clear personal issue with myself and my family. It actually gets to me, I tried my best to find out the issue and pledged if I truly did something, to make it right. I wouldnt want bad blood at the place my kids call home. But, it clearly doesnt matter, theyve got it set in their mind to force us out without giving a clear reason. So, if you buy a membership, be aware, you could lose all of your money, your investment, and they dont have to explain anything or listen to your side.

Their other reviews may very well be legit.. However for me, this place was no better than a two-bit scam shop, maybe even worse than Midas.Reason being as follows:I bring my car in after working on it myself for two days.. I know exactly what the issue was.. a plastic connector fitting into the intake manifold broke, causing a gushing coolant leak and had to be replaced with the upgraded metal one.. I replaced the connector myself and only brought the car to them to perform a coolant flush.. Again, a procedure I was going to do myself but in the interest of time, decided to have the shop perform. Not even listening to what Im saying, the big guy up front cuts me off, talking about Well first we have to preform this radiator pump test to check for a cracked head gasket. Mind you.. my car overheated, literally for 10 seconds before I shut it off.. Didnt redline, No smoke from the tailpipe. No milky oil on the cap, no other signs whatsoever. All I want is a coolant flush and top off.My car ends up failing the test.. at which point the big guy tries using scare tactics to convince me that my car will overheat and shut down 30 minutes up the road, and that any shop will tell me the same thing. He goes on to offer these services to the tune of some $2000 quoted at 30 hours of labor.. Mind you, Ive been researching fixing head gaskets for the two days I was fixing the coolant leak and know that his quote is outrageous.Still, at the bad news he can see that Im visibly taken back and goes on to push my buttons, didnt expect that, huh ... whats wrong?? .. Dont get mad bro, its not my fault. Completely unnecessary. So I drive the car to autozone, check the coolant levels.. THEY DIDNT EVEN PUT COOLANT IN THE CAR! It was still completely empty from when I fixed the leak! They performed a test to check for CO2 or O2 levels or whatever ... in a bone dry radiator.. uuuhh.. can anyone say, False Positive?!?So I fill up the coolant.. drive around for an hour.. car never overheats past the quarter mark. Here it is, a month later, havent had a problem since.Im glad $45 was the only damage done and I didnt allow myself to be intimidated nor scammed by this guy. If I can save someone else from being victimized is the only purpose of this review. Please be aware of exactly what your car needs when going to auto shops and remember its 2017, their stories can most always be validated or invalidated by performing your own diligent research online!!!
Prime Storage
29985 Berea Rd, Menifee, CA 92584, United States
This is, without a doubt, the worst storage unit Ive ever owned in my life. The owners view the storage complex as their fiefdom, which they rule with an iron fist, rather than a business that serves customers. On top of this complaint, which will be discussed below, they ALSO wash the doors of their storage units with a pressure washer which forces water under the door and will damage anything you have thats near the door. This may have been something they did intentionally just to me rather than a common practice. My crime? Tailgating another customer into the property because I didnt have access due to a mistake in their billing system. On my very first month, I was one day late with my payment (because they didnt invoice me due to a self-admitted mistake in their system). So when I wentto put my code in, it didnt work. I then tailgated a customer in to access my property in their unit (I store inventory for my business there). The owner of the site then drove over to my unit to harass me and order me to leave. The owner then threatened to call the police on me if I didnt leave. Im a customer, paying money to them to store my belongings, and he threatened to call the police on me because his business failed to invoice me.Keep in mind, Im a paying customer that didnt receive an invoice due to THEIR mistake. I was unable to access my inventory that day and as a result missed sending out over a dozen orders that were due to go out that day.Fast forward to a few weeks ago, and this time I tailgate another customer in even though Im paid in full just because Im in a hurry. Again, the owners come out to harass me and in violation of their own agreement, tell me to leave the storage unit. I tell them Im working on ending my business with them (but am waiting for another unit to open up closer to me).In response to this, the owners then marks me as moving out, despite me never telling them I was moving out at all, and prohibits me from paying online so they can restrict access to my belongings illegally.I will be bringing legal action against this company as a result of their illegal behavior. Please dont use this storage company, use anyone else in the area.

I booked in advance online, requesting double-bed ground level if possible, as Id be with my elderly mother. The most influential amenities in choosing this motel were the mini fridge and the 32 LCD TV With Av Connections For Gaming. All my mother wanted was a room to watch movies in. So, a few days prior to our stay, I called to ask if a ground-level room could be made available for us, and the woman who answered seemed content to give a generic answer of yes we have double rooms on the ground floor. I then asked about what kind of hook-ups were needed for the Av connections. She couldnt understand my question and I was passed to a man who said it was an HDMI cable, but I wouldnt be able to use any connections, as the tv is bolted to the wall. When I mentioned that this feature was listed as an amenity on the website and one of the biggest reasons for my stay, he had nothing to say. Literally. So I just said thank you and hung up. Because watching movies was so important to my mom, I brought two types of DVD players and connection cables with me, just in case. When we checked in around 3pm, i first noticed the strong scent of curry powder (or something like it) in the lobby. Not a big deal, but definitely noticeable. The greeting wasnt especially friendly, but it was fine until I was handed papers to sign and noticed my room # began with a 2. I asked about the ground floor and mentioned my online request and phone call earlier in the week to confirm and the response was there was nothing available on the ground floor, except singles. After checking with Mom, we decided to stick with the double-bed option and took a room upstairs though climbing stairs with a 72 year old woman with limited mobility was exactly what I had hoped to avoid.Overall the room was okay. It was well-lit and the minifridge and microwave (unplugged) were a good bonus. The bedspread and sheets may have been clean, but were definitely stained, and there was only half a roll of tp (Mom called to ask that some be brought up, but that was not accommodated and I later just walked down to the lobby for a couple of rolls). It took a LOT of time and persistence (thankful for skinny wrists & patience), but i was finally able to connect an HDMI cable & figure out the right combo of buttons to switch the input. So that was successful, but the tv screen had a vertical line down the center (even with cable tv) which was a bummer. Checkout was easy.
Camping World

Let me start by saying that I visited all of the dealers in the San Diego and surrounding areas over the past year or so. I was looking for a specific floorplan - rear lounge, walk through bath, and a bed you could walk around. I didnt want poor quality as I have grown up around trailers my whole life and know the difference and have even built a custom built Teardrop from the ground up.We ventured out from dealer to dealer once again on this day starting in Southern San Diego. I wasnt finding exactly what I (we) wanted. It told the husband that I wanted to look at the Jayco 28RLS one last time to see if that was the route we were going. The Temecula store didnt have it and it was showing a leftover or used one in Menifee so off we went.We arrived and walked into the showroom and instantly greeted by a young man named Riley Morgan. I told him exactly what I was looking for as my husband walked off to browse around. Riley looked up on the handheld computer to see what was in stock. He invited me to go out and look at the trailer that they had but found out it had been moved to the Riverside lot. I then asked if there were any other rear lounge models and at that point my husband showed up. Nothing else in stock...all bunkhouse models and such.Husband said there is one over here in the used lineup so we all took a walk that direction while I was feeling slightly let down by the inventory I was specifically looking for. I walked around the corner and said where is it...husband pointed to the unit and I said that he was nuts...that is a new high end trailer that I had never heard of! I entertained looking at it because I could see it had a bedroom slide, (ended up being a 9 sliding closet at 24 deep!)I peeked inside and went up the steps with Riley following behind me. I walked over to the kitchen, turned around a couple of times and said to Riley this cant be, not possible as husband and I not 2 hrs before stated that we would know the coach as soon as we walked in. I was shocked!! I looked at the rest of the coach and it fit us exactly!! It is a 2016 CruiserRV Viewfinder 29RLDS, the last year the Viewfinder was built. Found out later it retailed new for $47,000 and was just 3 years old.Price was next...it was at the high end of our budget. We sat down with Riley and he drew up what all dealers do...you know, that blank paper with the price on it and the cross of lines. Found out Riley is only 19, just out of high school and has several family members in the RV industry forever so he has grown up in the business.Husband said the price needed to be negotiated and a back and fourth three times led us to a sale of which we werent expecting them to match. We were in shock...it was right on budget and was to become our new trailer!!Financing was handled through Sarah and she was great to work with and got us an excellent deal within our own banking system...THANKS SARAH!!Nick handled our walk-though on the day of pickup and was very thorough and handled anything that needed to be repaired and any questions we had.I have to say our experience at Richardsons RV in Menifee was a 100% positive experience!! I would suggest others to go here to consider buying a trailer.I would 100% suggest that if you are part of the LGBT community that you definitely go and see Riley, he is an outstanding salesman that will listen to your needs and wont sell you something you dont want!! I will suggest to all of our friends and acquaintances to consider this dealer for their next RV purchase!Riley, again...thank you for taking the time with us during our purchase and final pickup!! You will go far in the business my friend if you let the buyer buy and you be the listening salesman!! Congrats and good luck moving forward!!Sincerely,Brian & JeffEscondido, CA
