They helped us pick out the right shingles, answered our questions, and checked in during the installation. The crew was amazing to watch, they worked so quickly. We could hardly believe how how clean our yard was when they were done. We highly recommend them. Thank you again for our roof guys, you did beautiful work!

Rented a furniture dolly on Saturday evening. Went in to return it on Sunday. There were 5 people in line waiting for service. A guy installing a hitch, asked for me name and told me that I could leave it by him and he would check it in when he was done. Monday morning I was charged $15.08. I called and was told someone would call me back. Then at 5:14 pm on Monday I was charged another $7.54. So I called again. I spoke with Candy in a call center. I was upset but not rude. I explained the situation to Candy. Candy replied sarcastically with an attitude that I should have gotten a return receipt. I asked her why she seemed irritated when the money is coming out of my account. As I am talking she is talking over me. When I reminded her that it is rude to talk over someone... she states she does not have to listen to me and she IS allowed to talk over me and then she hung up. ALL THIS OVER A $7.55 DOLLY RENTAL?! We came in Tuesday to pick up a TV box in our Forte and as we were getting ready to ring up, Justin was kind enough to let us know that that box would not fit in our car! haha We had scheduled a truck pick up at another location the next day, but Justin helped us get our reservation switched to this location so that we could use our uhaul to bring the tv box with us the next day. It was super easy to get everything set up and driving the truck was a breeze. The store is very clean and well stocked. Even overheard another employee being very professional and kind with a customer that was being a little difficult, haha. Definitely coming back here next time we need. Thank you so much you guys!!! We appreciate it!!!

Sun 7/2/2017 Friendly service and clean facilities. However, at the time I visited, the person at the desk told me there were two other customers ahead of me and that I may have to wait. I patiently waited, but when it was close to my turn, the person said that another customer was ahead of me which didnt make sense. The guy wasnt even there when I arrived at the building. I saw him busy using his cell phone parked by the street inside a dark colored walk in van later on (license plate EXTRM 8). I didnt want to be rude so I let it go. This costed the review 1 star. But since I had to wait some more (about 1hr 30 min total), that costed another star.Im taking away another star because of a big security vulnerability on their storage units and also because the next day I visited, the person behind the desk was rude. I guess she didnt like the first version of my review thats why she had a bit of an attitude towards me. Part of the reason I came back the next day was because the previous person entered my email incorrectly. The next person assumed I made the mistake by asking why I didnt correct it the first time. But it was actually entirely the first persons fault. So instead of 3 stars yesterday, Im dropping it down to 2.The big security vulnerability is the way the storage units are separated from each other. They are separated using corrugated sheet metal with screws attaching them to a bracket. I noticed that the corrugated sheet metal were made of 3 separate pieces. If the adjacent storage unit has access to the hex head of the screw, someone can remove enough of those screws to remove one or more of the metal panels and gain access to your storage unit. This way, it wouldnt matter if you had a lock installed that cant be picked. Someone can simply access your unit by entering from the sides.Be careful. Its best to employ some way of detecting if the screws or panels were removed to cover yourself. I have attached a picture of this vulnerability. Notice that the bracket is on my side, you can see the threads of the screw which means the head is accessible from the adjacent unit, and that there is a noticable separation of the metal panels in the middle to show that they are separate. Removing the screws will allow someone to pull the panel off and gain access to my unit.
Tonys Body Shop
497 Lambert St, Oxnard, CA 93036, United States
Customer Comments: There is not another Family Business in Ventura County anything like Tony's Body Shop. Over the past 25 years I have observed their 1) absolute excellence in.quality control, 2) outstanding advanced technology not found at many or many other body shops, 3) however, what sets Tonys apart from all others is the exemplary customer service, which is also reflected in the way everyone of their employees is treated as if they were all family. I've watched the Flores family invest themselves in the unity & loyalty & care of every single employee regardless of how long they work there or the obstacles in their lives. We as customers go through those same challenges, I can absolutely testify that my life & the responsibility of keeping my vehicles in like-new-condition has been made less complicated by the way they have taken responsibility for repairs & gone the extra mile every time I've come in for an estimate. BTW: Congratulations on your new Tony's Body Shop in Ventura which is opening very soon! You're going to need a third location just to park / process cars in the future. God Bless The Flores Family Big Time! Chaplain-Pastor First Responder ⛑️ -rik frye
Big Brand Tire & Service
1313 S Oxnard Blvd, Oxnard, CA 93030, United States
Should have known better..First off customer service wasnt an issue. Mike took care of me my last visit and he did everything right while I was there, hes a good dude and I appreciate his help. He was really great helping me load/unload etc. What I didnt appreciate was I asked them to be careful with my freshly polished 3 piece Japanese wheels. They werent perfect but the condition i picked them up in was definitely not what I had expected. They honestly did a better job dismounting the tires than mounting them. I picked them up to find all wheels scratched where they used a tool to seat the tire. It also looks like the lips were face down at some point. The scratches and chips are deep enough to where I have to refinish the wheel lips and cant just clean and polish so thats really disappointing and frustrating especially when I know it can be done and has been done.Again I should have known better..What really made me upset was the fact that my wheels sat outside against a wall unattended or supervised ALL DAY. I know this because they were spotless when I dropped them off and they were caked with dust and dirt (It was windy today) like they had been sitting there since they finished. When I came to get them at the end of the day they were still sitting there. My other thought was at any point someone could have walked off with a set of wheels and tires that are fairly valuable ($2500-3000). That to me is unprofessional, why would you leave a customers product out in downtown oxnard? The shop is busy and no one is there to baby sit (as expected) so why not leave them in back or in the garage where there was plenty of room?Just a really disappointing experience, not sure who actually handled the wheels but if you value your wheels like I do you wont take them here.If your not concerned with the look of your wheels youre probably fine but I unfortunately wont be back here again.
American Tire Depot

Went in for a simple oil change on a Saturday, for which I had already set up an appointment. When I get there, the service writer [who I believe was the store manager] gladly assisted me but warned me that it would be some 2 hours before they could get to it. I was OK with this as I was going to get a ride back home anyways. He hesitantly began writing up the service order and asked me what type of oil I wanted, to which I responded I would like whatever oil is on special for $20. He stated that its regular [Conventional] Valvoline and asked me what weight oil. I asked for 10-30w since thats what I usually run, so he jotted it down and took my keys and said I should expect a call when they are done.Three hours went by and I received a call from them stating the car is ready for pick up. I got a ride down there and saw the service writer coming in with one of his associates. He recognized me and mumbled something like, Ill be with you in a minute. Some 5 minutes go by as he is assisting a customer, but his associate who was also working the counter was on the phone or something. Long story short, at some point 2 customers came in and waited behind me, but 1 was asked to come to the front so that the associate could help me.They bumped somebody up in front of me for no apparent reason. Finally though, the associate asks me to step forward and starts gathering the paperwork for my service and the keys. Hes typing in some information into his computer and at this point I have been waiting there a solid 20 minutes. He continues to mess around on the computer, imputing some information and has a confused look on his face. Then he asks the manager what they are going to be charging me, to which he says, Whatever it says on the paper. The associate kinda shrugs and continues inputting information, and after a few seconds he presents me the bill, saying its going to be $59 and change. I was shocked, and simply responded by asking how this could be if I came in for the $20 special. I knew that there was a $2 hazardous waste fee, and taxes would come into play, but thats well over $30 more than what I expected to pay.I asked how is it that it was so much and they basically told me that only the 5-30w oil was on special, not the 10-30w as I had asked for. I made my case and told them that: 1, This was not noted on the coupon I had presented; 2, I was not informed of this discrepancy when I was asked what weight oil I wanted. They kept going on about how its more expensive to manufacture 10-30 oil compared to 5-30 due to its thickness and thus it costs them more. I told them that is besides the fact, I was not made aware of this when I came in and I had explicitly noted that I was looking for the $20 Oil Change Special when I made my appointment online.By this time, the service manager had gotten involved and they were not willing to do what was right [which to me was offering the discounted price] but instead continued to argue their stance against mine. They put the blame on me for not having asked if there was a price difference between different oils.In the end, the manager said that I could get an additional $20 off but that was all they could do. I didnt want to waste any more time with them, again being that they did not want to come to a resolution and would rather argue, I chose to just pay and leave. Initially I was going to pay cash to help them out by avoiding CC processing fees, but after this fiasco I gladly pulled out my card and told them to expect a dispute on this charge. The manager didnt hear me say this but his associated seemed to not know what I was talking about.Doubt Ill ever go there again, willingly at least.
DCH Honda of Oxnard
1500 Ventura Blvd, Oxnard, CA 93036, United States
They had exactly the car I wanted, at a price I was willing to pay, and I was pre-approved for financing through my bank, I just wanted to drive it and verify before I bought it. Woohoo! Fastest car sale in history, right? No.Think of every sleazy used-car-sales stereotype youve ever seen mocked on sitcoms, and DCH Honda had it. The car was 6 months old, still had years left on the manufacturer warranty, but they added a $1300 aftermarket warranty into the sales price. The car has an app that shows me tracking information, once I've synced it up, but they added an $800 geo-tracker. They skirted right up to the edge of lying to my face, without actually crossing the line. Said they were “required” (didn't say by who) to have both. Assured me they'd once been sued because they didn't include a warranty in the sale. I'm skeptical. To take them off “I'll have to go talk to my manager”. About sports scores – I eavesdropped. They absolutely didn't want me to walk out the door till I had signed something, somewhere, and they wanted me to put a down payment on a credit card. Not going to happen.During the test drive the salesman noted a crack in the windshield, called the dealership and confirmed it would be installed the following Tuesday. During the paperwork he confirmed several times that I'd have the car in Monday night. Monday night, the service department had no idea what I was talking about – they'd never logged the appointment. After 45 minutes they told me the earliest it could happen is Friday. OK, fine, I took it back Friday morning. Late Friday afternoon they called to tell me they couldn't get it back to me – after replacing the windshield it had to go to the manufacturer dealership to get everything calibrated and aligned, and they'd have it till Tuesday. Tuesday came and went, with no word - because they hadnt scheduled the work with the other dealer, and they were fitting it in as they could. I finally got it back Wednesday.Sleazy tactics during the sale, bad service after the sale. From now on I'll just give DCH Honda a permanent pass, no matter what they have at what price. Once was enough.
