I have been going through a nightmarish move—moving from Vallejo back to Chico—trust that part without details… however, in every dealing with Uhaul, whether they had to repeatedly call me about my appointment rental, they were Real, but understanding and patient. The girl who called me on the phone, to the man who helped me at desk when I arrived (he listened as a prepaid mover screamed at me not wanting to give her last name—misunderstanding I only needed it for a 2nd phone contact!—to the best of all:Arthur. He was the attendant who retrieved my new rental truck and brought me my keys. He overheard the phone altercation from these people I was trying desperately to deal with outside after losing my place in line to pay. He gave very kindly advice and was so calm and sweet. He was comforting to me at a time I felt totally alone with sides crashing in, moving to a new place, no furniture or bed to sleep on, just trying to get some people to follow through on their promises—and their payment is already given them (never pay people in advance!)He gave me great pointers but most importantly just stood with me helping me to feel some sense of peace and trust in “everything is gonna be okay”. He did that for me.Arthur, if I could've kissed and hugged you, I would've! I swear this Arthur was the kindest, most attentive, polite, knowledgeable understanding—but still smiling and upbeat—person I've ever had the pleasure to know; albeit briefly.If I were the owner of Uhaul I'd give him a HUGE RAISE AND MAKE THIS MAN—gentleman that is—in charge! I didn't know Uhaul sent angels from heaven…but apparently they do. Thank you! Thank you! Terese

What a joke, werent even there when i went to pick up my reservation. Wouldnt answer the phone, finally got their attention when I hooked up the trailer....when I returned it, i made it just in time 10min before close. Gate was closed with guard dog barking, wouldnt answer phone, voicemail box full...only got their attention because we saw where they creeped out of last time when I picked it up. Went over and started yellin for him, finally came out complaining that we were calling, and that they close at 7 when it was 6:56 at the time after failed attempts to get ahold of him. The whole time while picking up the trailer, his attitude just made it seem like it was my fault, and even so when returning it, he never apologized for being unprofessional and kinda rude. Never going back here, plenty of other U-Haul options elsewhere ?

Really bad customer service and they took 2 days to close out the truck and said that I used it for 2 days when I only used it for 1 day. It was the worst experience Ive had with Uhaul and because of this experience, I will not be using UHaul again.

These guys are absolutely the best! I rented an insulation blower machine for the first time in my life, and Angel was super helpful every step of the way. The machine was in great condition, delivered ahead of time and worked great. The pricing was clear, and anytime I had questions, Angel was there to answer them. I ended up keeping the machine much longer than expected, asking Angel every time, and he made it all work. It is my pleasure to give All Star Rents my highest recommendation!

We highly recommend Quinn's Consulting and Management. They have consistently managed and taken care of all the work we have needed at our own home and rental property. They are a company that does it all. Recently they replaced our very large lawn. Not only did they replace, they repaired irrigation that was needed. They laid new sod which by the way, all took! They were professional, friendly, and saw the big picture on what was needed. We trust them to manage our property and our rental property when we are away. With that trust comes, confidence that we may relax, enjoy ourselves, and know they are there to care for our property! They are an A+ company!!!!!!

Strong Sons Junk Removal is 10/10! I highly recommend them if you need a company to help get rid and remove junk or old furniture. I came across their business on IG from a friend and started following them just in case....and then it came that time. I went on their website to request a estimate/quote and Jeff called within minutes. Quick response time. I told him I wanted to remove old furniture because I have new ones on the way, he asked what kind/type of furniture. I told him I had a sectional couch, coffee table, ottoman and dining table with 6 chairs and extender attachments and he provided me a affordable quote. I sat on it for an hour and called him back and we set up a pick up time. The day of pick up he called me to tell me he had an opening a littler earlier than discussed, which worked out perfectly. Jeff and the guys arrived within the given time frame and picked up and loaded everything so quickly. Between the 3 of them, they got it done in less than 30 minutes. I appreciate Jeffs quick response to my inquiry and the communication the day of pick up. Thats what I call excellent service and I would recommend and use them again for their services in the future. Give them a call and give them a try. Jeff and his crew are great and super friendly!

I always receive EXCELLENT and professional assistance from Desiree. She is always extremely courteous and efficient. The property is always clean. This Public Storage location has problems with the entrance/exit gate malfunctioning on an average of once per month. Through all of this, Desiree handles problems with customers in a manner that reduces stress and tension. Her input helps me tremendously.I complained once about my rent increase, and I was given a six month hiatus at the rate I was paying. Soon thereafter, my rent was increased by twenty dollars (more than 10%), so, I really didnt get the break I thought I was getting. Why am I still using their services? Because as most, I need somewhere to store my personal belongings (due to people constantly breaking into my house). Its a no-win situation.I dont have PS insurance because the theft that occurs on-site is obviously by someone who knows how to manipulate the locks. My son had entertainment equipment stolen from his securely locked unit. His lock was secure when he returned, so how did the amplifier worth more than $500 disappear? I hear about this kind of problem often.Bottom-line- rent at your own risk and dont take the insurance because in some cases it will be hard to prove that your unit was broken into.More importantly, I am concerned about the business entity not being legal. To date, there is no business license through the city of Vallejo, and the corporation status through the State of California is dissolved. So what does this mean? It means that the business structure is questionable. It also means that the liability factors for all customers will not be sufficient if there are potential legal actions against them.Finally, the increase in monthly rents are too high and too frequent considering the fact that people are losing their rental agreements due to Vallejo Housing Authority downsizing households by forcing their clients to share bedrooms with teen-age and adult children as well as the increase in the tenants portion of rents that are over and above (the legal) 30% of their income. People just try to port out of Vallejo because they do not know how to ask for HUD regulations that support the City of Vallejos unconscionable downsizing and increase in rents. Personally, I believe the actions by Vallejo Housing Authority is nothing short of blatant gentrification. There are also too many auctions of customers possessions due to frequent increases of Public Storage rents and people losing their homes for whatever reasons..

Looking for storage a while back, I found this place that accommodated my needs with a different size of unit dimensions From that time to now, I found the 12by12 I was looking for, and rented it. Jessica called me as a follow up to our previous conversation. Her professional customer service even though I didnt rent from this company, was commendable. Her information about the clean, safe, easy access to units was admirable. If my present storage doesnt work out, I most certainly will go to this company and get a different size. After taking to Jessica I kept her phone number on my contacts incase someone asks me if I can recommend a storage place that is well kept, safe with good customer service, I most certainly will give them their phone number.
