I rate this Enterprise #1 in price, customer service, cleanliness of vehicles, and overall positive experience. Ive rented a truck to tow my trailer forbusiness twice now and Ive had one of the best customer experiences ever both times! I reserved the truck online the day prior to pickup. Its free to reserve and you dont need to enter your credit cardinformation. The price was the lowest I found. Others dont compare and most companies dont offer so many rental vehicle options.I received a phone call from the Enterprise rep a couple of hours prior to pickup time to confirm booking. When I arrived I was greeted by a young lady at front desk who was so friendly! The check in process was simple and fast. I was in and out in 15min. The vehicle was immaculate. I left my vehicle in their secured lot overnight without issue. Drop off was just as quick and easy as the check in process. The manager, Alejandro is very professional and kind! I can see why the team there is so friendly and chill because they have a great leader.I will always choose Enterprise for my business rental needs. Thank you to the entire team for making my challenging days better with your kindness.

I am Extremely disappointed & disgusted with manager Yvonne Crawford as I've never experienced anything like this situation to be so mischievous and premeditated.Rented a truck from 1600 Pacific Coast Hwy., Long Beach, CA 90806 on 03/21/17 @ 3: 24 pm. After signing the contract Manager, Yvonne Crawford, asked my brother-in-law and I to check the truck for any bumps/scratches around the truck. We both checked the truck and signaled some scratches and bumps on the body around the truck box. Ms. Crawford never offered us to open the truck box for it to check the inside. The funny thing is that when we were loading our furniture, I noticed the opening on the corner of the truck but didn't think anything about it.Upon returning to the store, my brother-in-law pulled into the store to park the truck, Ms. Crawford came quickly out of the store and said: “You are going to pay for the damage on the truck.” Her second remark was “as soon as you pulled up, I noticed the damage on the top corner.” My question is? How did she know the truck was damaged if she had not yet inspected it? All I can say is that this is a very organized scam and an easy way for this lady to make extra money.We both were astounded and upheld our innocence as we told her that the damage was previously there. Ms. Crawford said, “I am who gave you the truck and I know since I inspect it.”We were both in a hurry as my brother-in-law is a Pastor so he needed to head to church. As we try to reason with Ms. Crawford that the damage was previously there she totally ignores us and continued accusing us that we had caused the damage.When I mentioned that I had purchase the insurance Ms. Crawford stated: “the insurance only covers the body of the truck not the top or the roof.” Ms. Crawford was perfectly aware of how she was going to get us to pay for the damage. Even though I paid for the insurance, Ms. Crawford still charged me for the damage.This situation is unfair as Ms. Crawford premeditated who her next innocent victim would be; unfortunately, in this case, Sandra Carpio, paid the price of her easy money making scam.I had previously rented trucks from this facility but believe me, I will never use UHaul services again as this experience has left a sower taste in my mouth.I will file a consumer report, tell my family and friends and write yelp reviews about this matter. I am glad it happens to me as I will not keep quiet about this situation.

This lady here finally used this amazing service and I'd like to share my experiences with all you lovely people who see my stuff and follow my suggestions. For the first time this 52 year old required assistance for her moving and came across the exceptional customer service given to me by Sales & Support from Corp. Reservations office. On 7/30/23 I left my call back # for U-Haul to return my call and this happened…Kevin AKA “Ali” was the Angel sent agent that heard me out during my call. I explained it was my very first time using U-haul and briefly explained my health condition to Kevin…he assured that he would assist in all that was possible to making this the best decision ever on using their services. I was asked a few personal questions about the size of my moving needs and from their all went super well and easygoing! A truck rental for 24hrs the pick location closest to me, the additional items needed for my moving of certain items and most importantly the needed help of movers from a 3rd party that U-haul and the estimated hours based on what I had and from where to where were the items being hauled to, Kevin the estimated time was on point 3 hours was all it took. This is used to make the loading and unloading as simple as can be to their customers! Download of an app. on to my cell phone and all my information would be their for future references. Easy drop of if truck and also easy payment process to the movers all sent to my phone. Literally Kevin made sure all that I required was available to me and or my family assisting me with no problem what so ever. It really took just a few minutes to do and all over the cell, just needing to pick up the truck and from their everything else would be fine and ready. I appreciate people like Kevin and applaud his services because when a man helps out a lady not knowing her personally but hearing her out and doing everything to assure that what is needed is given and that she can rest assured that all will be fine for me…that's gold! Thank you again Kevin, muchas muchas Gracias keep up the amazing work you do for your customers and bravo! picked up my rental at Paramount location and there my experience was red carpet service given to me by Andrea who made sure the truck rental was the correct size based on the items that needed to be hauled by the movers. I decided to make an upgrade and I can thank Andrea for that great call because the perfect size vehicle was provided for everything to be taken in & out in just 1 move! Andrea brought the vehicle out and made sure all the equipment rentals I requested with Kevin were in the truck and explained again the payment and drop off of the vehicle and the app. information if I needed more time too all in the app, available to me by a touch of a few buttons. My personal stuff was already on file from Kevin handling that over the phone at local office screen shots of Driver's license & payment information were confirmed. Thank you Andrea for your help and outstanding customer service! Robert the Manager came over to remind me that when payment to the movers was ready provided the # sent to me via text to my phone that was their code to receive the payment and to make sure that it was given until the service was done not before also the amount of gas in vehicle and what needed to be returned when dropping of truck. I was sent a text like an hour or less after leaving confirming my needed of start time for the moving. Movers arrived before scheduled time and my family could help with packing and directing while they moved and got everything hauled away and this made it super easier for everyone, drop off hauling was completed payment to movers ✅?drop off my rental handled by Adriana and Robert Manager at local branch with ease too and extremely helpful and professional! Highly Recommended Yes! ✅Spanish assistance available for booking over phone & extremely helpful and caring professionals would I use this again? Yes, anything to make it easier for me or my loved ones Yes! Affordable prices✅Gracias, I will use this again?

Worst service ever, dont ever use self serve rental at this location, I reserved the truck in advance to pick up at 7 am, they told me that the store doesnt open until 9 am but I can use the self serve option, I arrived around 7:15 am and start doing the process tru my mobile phone, I did all the process and the app gave me a code to put it in a lock and open a lock box and get the truck key from inside, everything was going perfect until I open the lock box and the key wasnt inside, I immediately called Uhaul costumer service and explained the situation the lady gave me another reservation with different truck and I did all the process again on my phone and the app gave me another code for a different lock box and I open the lock box and again it wasnt any truck key inside.I had an appointment to pick something at 8:30 and I missed my appointment, at the end I spent almost 1 hour and half at this location and didnt got any truck.Special remarks: an employee arrived at the location around 8:20 am and my friend ask him if he could helps us but he was really mean and told him that he cant do anything about it because the store wasnt open yet, I do understand that the store wasnt open yet but at least he could be more polite and not have a very bad attitude.

We visit this place because we were interested in renting a trailer the trailer we were going to rent had problems with the signals they wouldnt turn on and the service man that was helping us was back and forth with us in between other customers that he was also helping so it took him about an hour before he realize theres nothing he can do to fix the trailer signals and said we couldnt rent the trailer after all in the end my battery went dead from us turning off and on the signals to my car I asked if they could help me they wouldnt help us with my battery we waited till we found someone that would help us charge the battery to my car I felt that U-Haul rental should have helped us it was their trailer lights that werent working the signal lights instead we waited 2 1/2 hours for someone to help us because U-Haul rentals refused to give us a hand having the facility of charging my they refused to give us any assistance as a single parent I wish they could have helped me and Im very disappointed how their customer service is very poor I wouldnt recommend anyone to do business with this place to one and their customer service is not very friendly or willing to help in any way

Ill start by saying what I always say, if you work hard for your money, you deserve to feel respected, appreciated, and treated like everyone else when you give your money to a business.FYI: I will also say Im a firm believer in supporting family-run, local businesses.I believe they are the key to a healthy community and economy.Unfortunately, however, the owner of this family-run franchise (Kurt) has not been very pleasant to deal with.NOTE: I will say this.His wife and daughter were a pleasure to interact with. Kimberly (beautiful blue eyes!) and Miranda (gorgeous red hair!).Both of these ladies were nice, helpful, and made me feel comfortable dealing with them, like I was in good hands. In fact, I credit their customer service skills with making me a repeat customer.Kurt, on the other hand, has a palpable, negative energy that he gives off. Not quite sure why.I dealt with him on several occasions (in a short span of time) and on each occasion I felt uneasy, and more importantly, unwanted, as if my mere presence bothered him. Mind you, Im a paying customer, just like everyone else.Im not sure why this is the case. I was polite and respectful to his wife and daughter (as well as a third woman who wore her hair in pigtails the day she helped me. She looks like she might be a relative, too, possibly Kurts sister. Unfortunately, I cant recall her name with 100% certainty, so Ive described her by her hairstyle).Perhaps Kurt was having a bad day the first time, when I returned a moving van Id rented, but by the time of our last, heated interaction, I knew there was something wrong with him. Maybe he has an underlying anger issue?Heres what I mean:These interactions occurred over the span of a mere two weeks, so I thought it odd he would be so dismissive and ungrateful for my repeat business.He actually told me at one point, before our interaction disintegrated, I wont remember you tomorrow.That is a direct quote, verbatim!I cant think of a worse feeling he couldve conveyed to a customer. In fact, I cant think of a better way to lose a customer!When I later pointed this statement out to him, I asked him, Why would you ever tell a customer that?I also asked him, How do you think that made me feel, as a customer?Kurt still didnt didnt get it.He stammered that he was the owner and blah, blah, blah.Kurt even raised his voice at me, at one point, even though another customer was a few feet away from us, being helped by Kimberly.Kurt didnt seem to care, if not notice, this woman could hear us having an ugly exchange.I actually felt sorry for his wife!He tried to convince me to take my money back, hiding behind this statement,Maybe this isnt the place for you.Again, a direct quote, verbatim!I took that as a form of discrimination, quite frankly.I told him,No. Ive paid already. Ill decide when Im done. Ill just deal with your wife or your daughter next time!Then I walked out, completely dismayed that this man cared so little about my customer experience.Truthfully, I dont even want to return there, due to Kurts passive-aggressive personality. Im convinced there is more to this conflict than meets the eyes.There is something very off-putting about Kurt and the Postal Annex franchise would be wise to look at Kurts behavior toward certain customers.Again, each of the ladies I interacted with were nice, helpful, and made me feel glad to be there.Their customer service was without a doubt, excellent.So, its with genuine disappointment that I give this family-run franchise a poor rating, solely based on my interaction with Kurt, who seemed like he couldnt care less about my experience.If the customers experience means anything to him (or the franchise), he certainly is foolish to tell any customers what he told me, point blank.Due to my negative experience with Kurt, if you feel you still have to use their services, I would recommend you deal with his wife or daughter, (or the lady with her hair in pigtails).

This place is great! The staff is extremely helpful and friendly. Any time I have a question they answer them for me. Trust me when I say, I have a lot of questions regularly, haha.They have a lot of packing supplies, which I feel is a fair price. Im frequently buying boxes and bubble wrap from them.They operate from 8:30am to 5:30pm Monday through Friday. 8:30am to 5:00pm Saturday and 9:00am to 3:00pm Sunday. I see this as a benefit. Outside of those hours the storage facility is locked, adding security to what I have locked in my personal unit.They have security cameras throughout the facility and youre required to sign in and out when youre there (again, added security).In addition, I feel the overall unit I pay for is priced reasonably. I pay on a month to month bases on auto-pay.I will say, the only downside, for me, is that they dont take Discover or American Express, but cash is king and my wife has Visa and MasterCards we can use, as well.Ive stored at U-haul before and this place is a breath of fresh air comparatively. Overall, they really care about your experience and Im really happy with mine here.

TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE!!!! BAD TECHNICAL WORK!!!! i WILL NEVER USE THIS SHOP AGAIN!!!! COMPLAINT IS FILED IN THE SUPERIOR COURTThe actual facts are below:-Dropped off my Chevy Camaro for diagnosis-Informed your employee that the car was not getting power during acceleration, engine seemed to be missing, and exhaust was restricted.-Also informed you employee that there were several codes coming from the computer and there has to be a root cause.--The car was left at your shop for an entire business day-Your employee called me and told me that Bill was unable to obtain the codes with the standard scanner and would need to use another more technical scanner to diagnosis the problem-The technician then diagnosed the problem with the same codes that the scanner from AutoZone received.-I then came into your shop and asked for the keys because I did not believe that all of the electronic components needed to be replaced. --------Additionally, that there has to be another issue with the car causing these electronic parts to error out and that the dealership would give the correct diagnosis.-George Mack the owner, then guaranteed that Bills diagnosis was correct.-Further, George Mack went on to persuade me to allow his shop to complete the work, by telling me that Harbor Chevrolet only wanted the business. Also, he guaranteed this diagnosis would correct the issuesubsequent to the repair I drove the car and had the same issues immediately after leaving your shop--I then requested that Bill properly diagnose the car-Bill and I then took the car for a drive at which time I opened the throttle fully to simulate the problem-Bill then drove the car in a way and at a speed that would not cause the car to have the same issue-I then told Bill that the car would not simulate the issue if the throttle was not fully open from stop, he said he would open it on the next hill-Bill then opened and immediately felt the restriction-During this drive Bill also made a comment that this car has a temperature gauge, newer cars dont have this gauge-This lead me to believe that Bill had not even driven the car and just used the computer-I then attempted to negotiate with Coast Autos owner George Mack and he did nothing about the problem-After leaving my car there for two additional days and realizing that this shop is a fraud. I decided to file action in courtGeorge Mack is assuming that I am coming to these conclusions with a limited knowledge of automobiles. In addition, he honestly believes that someone is not capable of researching a issue and becoming familiar with a particular subject matter. Further, a Chevy exhaust system is not rocket science. A simple google search of catalytic converter and O2 sensors will give you plenty of reference points to educate yourself. Moreover, George Mack is not considering that other ASE certified technicians are saying that there is very low probability that all the electrical components will go out. Further, there should have been back flow testing when the O2 sensors were removed.I requested that the shop return the parts that were changed and they were only able to return the old computer and not the other parts, even though they are required to return parts.Bottom line is stay clear of this type of headache. No one needs to deal with a shop that is not diligent and only uses computers to diagnose vehicles without doing further diligence when necessary. See the owners response below and understand that I am not asking for fee converters only for the original job that I agreed to be done correctly.
