I can reassure the rest of yall that my review is not fake ?. The prices here at Trojan Storage of Rancho C. Can be a bit pricey BUT you get what you pay for.. Ive never had a problem & have been here 6 months going on 7 months. I feel very comfortable leaving my stuff here because I know its safe. Angela Diaz has actually been a very big help to me. Shes knowledgeable & knows what shes doing. Kody is also very helpful & has great customer service. Keep up the good work guys.-Nancy

Great experience!I had to demolish a portion of my driveway (association issues) and I didn't want to pay big bucks for a contractor or take my chances with a random Craig's List worker with no accountability (I didn't want to risk a sloppy job or cause unnecessary damages).So, after watching a few YouTube videos, I decided to rent tools and do it myself.I first went to Lowes because it was closest, however, unfortunately, Lowes doesn't rent tools.I then went to The Home Depot where I met Raul, I explained to him the project I had and he explained what tools I was going to need and went over how to use them. Raul gave me some great tips that proved useful.What seemed like an intimidating job at first, turned out a lot easier than I had anticipated thanks to Raul and I was able to finish my project in 1 day!Turning the tools in was just as easy as renting them with Home Depot's Rental dept's hours (6am to 9pm).

Ive been coming here for roughly 7 years and its the only place I go to make an oil change. Fred is so friendly and helpful. He puts air in my tires and put on my steering wheel cover (it was difficult for me to put on myself).The best part is that hes honest; hes not just trying to collect money from people. Hell tell you if your doesnt need an oil change and send you on your merry way.Big shout out to Fred!

This was my first encounter with Massie Hazeghs office. It was also my first time looking into State Farm for my auto insurance needs. I was very displeased with my previous company and decided to make a change. I looked into Esurance, Geico (What a joke!), and Mercury, and none of them were what I was looking for, and their rates where absolutely ridiculous! I finally decided to give State Farm a try. I contacted their office and was connected with an actual live agent. Frances was polite, engaging, professional and sincere, to say the least. She knew her stuff, but more importantly, she LISTENED to what my needs were and presented products and services to match what I was looking for. Yes, my rates were only slightly higher than what I was paying before, but the other company didnt provide the customer service that I would expect. (Trust me when I say Im being polite about my previous company) I am so, so very glad that I looked into State Farm. Thank you, Frances for your service. My family switched to State Farm with Mikes office (Daves our go-to guy, the guys been working with State Farm since 2004!) some years ago and I can say that Ive never had a relationship with my insurance people before this.The front desk is staffed by friendly folks and Dave has really built up that relationship and trust with me and mine. Hes got stories if you ask him and more professionally, if you have a lot of questions, hell take his time to address each and every one of them, multiple times if you need time to process it. Hes been nothing but straightforward, helpful and courteous since the day we walked into his office and I really appreciate that about him, this office and State Farm.Dave knows his company, believes in the product (and gives evidence for it without being pushy with a sales pitch) and knows about them well, have been in the industry long enough to give you cross-company estimates and trends, and adds what is an authentic personal touch to an industry that has a sour reputation for soulless number crunching. Dave makes it easy for me to trust him (a heckuva lot more than I trust most business people) and that makes me recommend him and Mikes office to anyone whos looking for honest rates and a more human business to do business with.

I DO NOT recommend this insurance company for anything. They lack effective communication between their departments, dont maintain their records straight and dont listen or care about their clients needs and concerns. They lack heart and compassion.In the 43 years that i have been driving, I have NEVER had a ticket, and the accidents that Ive had, have NOT been my fault. I am retired from a work injury and am now disabled. Im on a fixed income and get payed once a month. My payment is withdrawn the third week of the month when funds in account are low as it is, as my pension is not much.Last week, ....not only did they withdraw my payment of $121 ......they withdrew $170 plus..... Since my policy was rewritten, in December, accounting apparently wasnt notified. I really needed those extra $49 this week for food since I budget down to the penny. I called this office with my concern and had to call them back the following day because they failed to return my call with an answer or solution. I asked if they could return the extra money they withdrew because i needed money for food for the week, and I was told that would be impossible. I dont even have enough to buy Top Ramen from the 99 Cent store!!!Get this!!!!! My payment is $121 a month.....they withdrew $170....a difference of $49....I was informed that since there was a mistake with my withdrawl, all theyre going to charge me is $103 next month.....NOW...Im no mathematical genius, but wouldnt the $103 plus the extra $49 that was taken add up to $152???....... Why would I pay $152 when my payment is $121?? Thats a difference of $31.....Why would I want to pay. an extra $31 on a monthly policy of $121? Who makes up these rules? Obviously this company needs lessons in honesty and better business practices!! Not to mention math skills!!!!I DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS COMPANY AT ALL!!!!..... NOT ANYMORE.....IM CANCELING THIS POLICY AS SOON AS I RECEIVE MY PENSION CHECK. I got a better deal with another insurance company. Better coverage, plus roadside assistance, rental car, and a much better rate. Ill be starting with them this Friday.Ha!!!! To think I went to high school with the owner!!!! LOL!!!! Youd think Id get better service.UPDATE......March 11,2020I received a refund of $22 today. They withdrew $170 for one months insurance. I cancelled my policy after one and a half weeks, AND ALL I GOT BACK WAS $22 !!!!!THAT WAS AN EXPENSIVE ONE AND A HALF WEEKS WORTH OF INSURANCE!!!!SO GLAD IM RID OF THIS COMPANY. First off the location is horrible its in a crowded parking lot with the grocery store and multiple other storefronts food places like a strip mall. Getting in and out is horrific. Second even after making a reservation over the phone for a specific type of vehicle that Im considering buying, I wanted to rent it first before hand. I had a confirmation number they didnt have the car, the whole experience with Enterprise was a nightmare from the beginning of the reservation speaking with the rep whom didnt quite understand anything I was saying, to trying to follow up the next day being hung up on by multiple reps but this specific location is the worst and let me tell you why. It appears that COVID has taken a toll on the quality of employees and customer service and workers in general but specifically this location. Ive never seen a disregard for customer service I tried to call them about 15 times in the morning to verify the car would be ready they never picked up once I got in there I understood why, there was one person in there that refused to answer the phone while standing there as consumer I watched them ignore the phone ring over and over it was ringing off the hook then a second person came in they didnt try to assist me a third person was there just sitting eating chips listening to music while there was a lobby of people. It was nothing but three male sloths working there that refused to give any care at all to customer service. There were things they didnt notify me about prior to getting there which if they would have picked up the phone I could have found out. I started voicing my concern and advising I was not satisfied with the level of service the young boy behind the counter argued with me back and forth and then when he could not shut me up the sloth thats eating food the obese guy in the back turns the radio up super loud as if to drown me out so I could not be heard. This location is beyond disgusting, unprofessional, it was dirty in there all the boys were dressed in dirty clothing, dirty hats and on top of that I was there for an hour and a half never left with the car and watched them ignore their phone the full hour and a half !! there were other customers in there that were experiencing the same customer service failures that I was. Never again will I ever ever use Enterprise Ive been using them for years Ill have to source another rental company because this situation caused me to lose time, money, energy and all together frustrating & infuriating from the beginning to the end. PLEASE STAY AWAY FROM THIS LOCATION unless you want service failures and to be treated like your renting from a Frat house environment from the dirty store front, the unkempt illiterate workers and them not acknowledging a RESERVATION made 3 days prior. Save your time, money & energy & go to another company. They are the WORST on every level. I can tell this is a privately owned location RIDING OFF the Enterprise established Brand because when I said I eould contact Corporate they basically Lol at me reporting their behavior. Go to ANOTHER LOCATION IN RANCHO AVOID THIS FRAT HOUSE?
