My first time renting a vehicle for a last minute emergency travel from California to Washington. I pre-paid online for, what I thought was, a decent price for 3.5 days ($104). After thoroughly checking rates with competitors, AVIS was the most feasible. I arrived 15 minutes before my reservation time Friday afternoon and was greeted nicely by an older gentleman who confirmed my reservation and casually handed me the keys to two of their vehicles available for me to go and check out by myself and my sister who accompanied me. This was quite different from past experiences with family members renting cars. They usually do a walk through. However, seeing that there were no issues with either car, I was okay with it. My reservation was for a standard/intermediate vehicle I believe a Ford Fusion however, the gentleman working offer me a intermediate SUV for only an additional $15 for the weekend which i though was pretty sweet. Although, it was just four of us travelling, we opted for the suv since it was more spacious and the additional charge was nothing. I was literally in and out within 10-15 minutes, no hassle. Returned the car as agreed Monday afternoon with no issues and the charges were exactly as explained and agreed. You typically hear many stories of rental car companies and their astronomical charges they assess before and after the care is returned. We paid a total of $175 for the weekend. Split between 4 people, I would say that was extremely fair. Oh and by the way, I opted for AVIS insurance coverage for convenience. I will definitely come back here for any future rental cars. I dont remember the names of the associates however, we rented the car from a nice (Indian, I believe) gentleman and returned the car to his associate a younger (Caucasian) male. Sorry forgot the names but you guys were great!
Enterprise Rent-A-Car

Strongly urge anyone and everyone who needs rental needs to look elsewhere. Try Hertz, AVIS, Budget heck even try Turo anything is better than Enterprise. I almost worked for this company and glad I went elsewhere for my career path. Their customer service is laughable and far from doing whats best for the customer. My fiance had gotten a rental on May 27th due to his Civic being in an accident. They offer so many upsell options that its hard to follow and honestly some of it is just a sales gimmick to gouge you for more money. Immediately leaving the lot, the Toyota Corolla they gave us had a maintenance required light on and a horrendous smell of cigarettes and a slight hint of coffee. The headliner was covered in coffee and or soda splatter, and the passenger assist handle was just dangling down as if it was broken. We tried calling for three days and they never answered their phones, it kept saying the associates were busy, then would ring before an automated message just said goodbye and hung up. Sometimes someone would answer, place us on hold and then just again with the automated goodbye message. We decided to stick with it as the only other car was an unreliable Nissan. The insurance covered the car for 30 days, so we shouldve had to return it by Sunday June 26th, but on Friday June 24th we received a text saying the car had a recall and was in need of being swapped out. After calling they stated the call was being pulled from their fleet because they had sold a red 2020 Toyota Corolla and needed that vehicle. We agreed to bring it back. We brought the car back on Saturday and as I was waiting in the car with one of our two huskies, I noticed the sales associate talking to my fiance. I came in to see what was holding us up, and was told by Kia like the car, they would be charging us a $250 cleaning fee due to extreme amounts of dog hair. The sales associate stated the vacuums we use to detail suck, and it takes them awhile to clean the hair out. First of all, your business having poor equipment is not my problem, and second of all this so called extreme amounts of dog hair was no more than a little hair transfer from us as the hair would stick to us. Maybe they should say if you own pets, dont bother renting because even a single hair in our car is gonna cost you $250. We own two 60+ lb huskies who are currently blowing their winter coat, and its almost impossible for us to get every single hair off of us when we get in the car. I could understand if we transported the dogs in the car, but the dogs never took a single step in the vehicle. They were obviously upset with my anger towards their lack of understanding, they threatened us with Well if you dont pay, youll never rent from Enterprise again like okay do me the favor. We called our bank immediately and advised them of our situation and luckily Enterprise is a service, we advised them of our displeasure with the service and they went ahead and opened a case. They also stated any charges from the company after today would be reimbursed due to unsatisfactory issues with the service Enterprise has provided with no solution to fix the issue. They make you pay a $100 deposit, so if they did common math a cleaning fee would be $150 using my so called deposit. Maybe if the owner would buy their detailing team better equipment, per Kia like the car the vacuums here suck and take forever to clean the cars. Definitely not something an associate should say when trying to force a cleaning fee on a car that did not need it. To summarize, people get a Turo, Hertz, or any other rental than Enterprise. Save yourself the hassle and go with a better and more customer friendly business.

Well Tavian helped me and gave better service then the Fontana Uhaul. Yesterday before I left Uhaul after they installed my Class 2 hitch in Fontana I heard a rattling sound so Miguel said oh its this metal guard and he said he couldnt do much to fix it. So today I went to Uhaul on Sunnymead Blvd in Moreno Valley and Tavian the guy who does hitches put up on the jack. He then said if I have anymore problems bring back so then when I left it started to rattle again. He said let me see what I can do so I brought back in and he fixed it no more rattling sound. So while out running errands I stopped into give his boss a great customer service reveiw. He should be a manager or get a good raise for his great customer service. I told his boss I used to work in customer service and you usually never hear great reveiws you usually only hear complaints. So thank you to Tavian I will be sure to also write Uhaul customer service on your excellent service

I'm not even the type of person to write or read reviews. However I should have read them before I returned back to this place. First of all. I would say the whole area of this community is bad customer service. I feel like they might get scammed a lot or deal with a lot of not so trustworthy people. That they began to treat everyone like that. & I'mSorry everyone not bad. & we the customer is the one who keep business going.My experience here was so bad . I don't want to get into but . They customer service is poor not from everyone just certain people. Who has a bad way of communicating with people and they have attitudes from the start. I would not recommend to rent from here at all save your time and energy and go to different uhaul locations. That give better customer service . & to the manager there he definitely bad also he shows in his way of communicating he doesn't want to work there get a new job. Don't take it out on the customer the the community is the reason you have the job . Also stop trying to go above and beyond your policy. Your going to cause a lawsuit sir. I will never do business again at this location. They need to be closed down . Look how many bad reviews the store has that's is so sad . Lastly it's not the customer fault that you don't like your job or want to be there.

As I tell you this remember it's a 100 degrees outside today. I turn my truck in the guy ask do you want a email receipt I say yes. So I walk inside to get my cash deposit back the young lady behind the counter said you did t tell him you had to come inside. My response was I didn't know I was supposed to. So she told me I have to go back outside to the back and tell him that I need to go inside. I ask her are you serious she said yes it's our policy I let her know that I do t know your policy and you was just talking to him on your walkie talkie can't you call him on there she said no I have to go tell him. I would give you her name but she didnt have on a badge she was thin African American girl. So I go out side walk all the way to the back to have this very rude employee who ignored my question tell me to just go back inside. Both very rude. So rude it was sickening. I'm a sales Manger and if any of my employees treated my customers like that they would be going home for a week to think about weather they want to work for my company or not. And FYI I was 2 weeks off major surgery but it shouldn't matter people should feel good about spending their hard earned cash. Those two employees are making UHaul look bad I wi look for other alternatives the next time I move

The Diaz family is amazing! We were driving a troop of boy scouts between Phoenix & Los Angeles when our alternator died & electric all went dead on our rental van. On a Saturday near closing time Diaz Auto offered to fix this within minutes and even reviewed prices of nearby parts (we would have paid anything). They replaced this and we were on our way after an hour. When presenting the bill for reimbursement to the rental agency, they even remarked how inexpensive the repair was. We were blessed by these men of honor. My only regret is that I do not live near Diaz Auto for my personal auto repair needs.

Was there for over 3years, had 3unitss condensed down to one ex-large unit, no bugs was good, but lost most my income, and if you dont pay one month, you CANNOT MAKE PARCHELL PAYMENTS SOOOO, I LOST MY WHOLE LIFE THERE. NEVER AGAIN WILL I USE A FACILITY THAT CAN SELL YO DEAD PARENTS BELONGINGS AND PICS ALL YOUR KIDS BABY PICTURES AND THEIR DEAD FATHERS. WE HAVE NOTHING NOT EVEN A BED, THEY WOULD Never WORK WITH ME AFTER PATRONIZING THEM THOSE YEARS AND HAD SPENT ALOT OF MONEY WITH THEM. IM 57YEARS OLD 2 YOUNG Kids, AND SICKLY AND WE COULDNT EVEN FET THEIR ATTENTION TO LET US BUY BACK AT OUR MEMORIES AND ALL OF OUR TAX PAPERS DEATH CERTIFICATES, SOCIAL SECURITY NUMBERS, CHECKS....JUST I PRAY THAT WE DONT GET VICTIMIZED THROUGH THEM NOT EVEN CARING ABOUT US GETTING IDENTITY THEFT...IM SO SADDENED BY HOW THOSE COMPANIES WORK THAT FOR OTHERS TO GAIN CONTROL OVER OUR IDENTITIES.
