Let me start by saying PLEASE DONT LEAVE WITHOUT CHECKING YOUR EMAIL RECEIPT! ASK FOR A PRINTED RECEIPT INSTEAD. I was helped by Zach. I had a reserved rental through AAA. I asked for a mini van and there was an extra fee of $13.49 besides what the insurance was covering. He asked if $10/day would help instead of $13.49/day after I asked what happened to its only an extra $7 more for a van when we talked over the phone! I was happy that he was willing to bring it down to $10/day! He even told me to add their insurance on the rental for just that day and to call back and have it removed if AAA would insure the rental. He said they would refund it if that was the case. Well I did call AAA and I was told to have ENTERPRISE refund me for that insurance fee, I tried to get a hold of Zach twice and was unable to do so because they wouldnt pick up their phones. When I did get thru, Zach told me I needed to come back to their office and couldnt do the refund over the phone. I went the following day, I spoke to Zack and he assured me that he had refunded the Insurance charge for the rental! He said I emailed you the receipt! before leaving the office. I SHOULD HAVE CHECKED MY EMAILS! Zach NEVER refunded me for that insurance premium. In fact not only did he NOT REFUND ME for the insurance coverage which cost me $33.99 he ALSO charged me $13.49/ day for the rental! When I finalized the whole rental return I brought it up the enterprise employee who was working that day. He did refund me the $33.99 for the insurance but assured me that I was being charged the $10/day rental fee. The emailed receipt shows otherwise and the math adds up to $13.49/ day which is NOT what I agreed to with Zach. I tried calling twice and they dont pick up their phones. It would take another 20min drive just to talk to someone about the charges! I mentioned to Zach that I was going to buy a car sometime this year and would probably be checking with Enterprise 1st before heading to the dealerships. Given my experience I WOULDNT BUY MY NEXT VEHICLE AT ENTERPRISE NOR would I RENT another vehicle AT THIS LOCATION BECAUSE I NO LONGER TRUST THEM!PLEASE CHECK YOUR EMAILS AND ASK FOR A PRINTED RECEIPT INSTEAD!

Ive rented from Enterpirse for more than 15yrs . Im originally from Chicago and moved to Northern California a couple of years ago. Ive rented from Enterprise here twice . Each time there seems to be a different requirement to rent. In the past whenever Im renting using a credit card there is no deposit required, I just need to have the amount of the car rental available on my card. On August 25th I rented a vehicle and was going to use my credit card and was told I needed a $200 deposit + the amount of the rental. I didnt have the total amount available on my credit card but I did have money in the bank . This was a huge inconvienence as I ran out on my lunch not anticiapting the delay . I decided to go ahead and use my deit card, but then I needed to go back home to retrieve proof of address . I had to provide a check stub as well as a utility bill. I did do that but the inconvienence was ridiculous. This information regarding a deposit being needed wasnt provided for me when I called a week prior to make sure I had everythng needed to rent the car. I was told to just bring my DL and credit card . I ended up being gone for nearly 2 hrs from work, my boss was calling my phone upset that I was gone for so long. It was unnecessary stress that could have been avoided had communications been clear. Renting a car has become a traumatic experience here of late, with all the hoops youre required to jump through. I certainly didnt feel like a valued customer, as a matter of fact I felt like Enterprise acted as if they were doing me a favor for a nominal fee...If were the customers why are we not being accomadated when they screw up in communcating effectively. I did end up renting the car but not without being frustrated, aggravated and inconvienenced 1st to the tune of more than $500 of which $200 was a deposit. I dont know what can be done but as a consumer this is not what I expect to deal with when making such a simple transaction . If Im on file as a customer all this other information shouldnt be required . Im already on file with a rental history so why take a person through all of this unnecessary red tape. It is certainly a deterent when I think of renting a car again.

If there was a zero star entry that I could use, that's what I would put! My elderly parents have rented from Enterprise for many years and this morning they went to go pick up a truck that they had reserved the previous week. They are going to Sacramento and then Reno and the reason for the need of the truck was because my mom is severely disabled and cannot walk more than five feet without being in excruciating pain and therefore needs to have an electric wheelchair to assist her. That chair would not fit in any other car along with the luggage and passengers that will eventually be in it. So when my parents went to pick up the truck this morning they were told that they couldn't rent a truck without a credit card! Well they don't use credit cards because of the dangers of getting into debt that they can't pay. Instead of Enterprise being understanding and willing to work with them, they just gave them this tiny SUV that wouldn't fit her electric chair and barely fit her walker! My parents did not have the time to go look elsewhere for another car because they thought they would be all set! Well I'm here to let you all know that the Enterprise on Tustin in Orange California is NOT willing to be understanding or helpful to those who are disabled! From this point on, my family and anyone I can convince will not be using Enterprise EVER AGAIN!

Unbelievably horrible experience here.See the photo of the sign on the door that says Hello all, sorry for the hours of operation lately, due to family needsI was suppose to pick up an attachment to a uhaul truck at 1:30pm here. When I arrived there was a sign on the door that said Hello all, sorry for the hours of operation lately, due to family needs (if you go to google photos for this location you will see the sign)They closed the location early. They did not call me, email me or try to get in touch with me before closing early.I called the uhaul number, the person picked up, I explained situation and he basically said You did not show up at 1:30, you did not call to let us know you where running late so we closed the store - he made it seem it was my fault. Now I was running a few minutes late, but is this how you treat a customer that has a reservation with you, and who the day before confirmed on the phone the reservation? They where also suppose to stay open to 3pm, makes me think right at 1:30 when they did not see me they decided to close up shop. All the guy on the phone said is that they will open tomorrow at 8am and I can pick it up then.Horrible customer serviceTook no responsibilityTried to put the blame on me even though it was clearly their faultIf you are reading this review let me ask you a question:On the sign on the door it says Hello all, sorry for the hours of operation lately....What does that mean... lately...Makes me think this is not the first time they have decided to close early.Even if I could of picked up the next day at 8am, what makes the guy on the phone so sure they will be open? They closed without notice the day before, it is unreasonable to assume they might show up 1-2 hours late to open up their doors?Do you want this type of experience to happen to you?I would not recommend this U-Haul location to anybody. Steer clear, go somewhere else.

After having moved numerous times over the years my wife (and friends) all know what a pain in the a$$ it is. Uhaul set us up with two of the best guys for the job. They showed up on time, with great energy and attitudes. We had 2bdrms an office living room, family room, kitchen, dining room, garage of tool boxes and tools. They both took great care and concern for our property. Loaded efficiently and utilized all available space in both the moving truck and when loading the storage unit. Thank you both Scott and Jacob. All Star Moves definitely has some “all stars!!” Highly recommend these guy! Thank you!

We absolutely loved our time with Debra! She made the experience incredible. The limo was fantastic and definitely the nicest and most high tech limo Ive ever been in. The limo came with glasses for our morning mimosas and plenty of water. What made the limo ride extra special was Debras decorations. We communicated that we were traveling for our Halloween wedding and she completely decorated the limo with cute wedding and Halloween decorations. This was that extra level of service that she brought to the ride that made it all the more magical! She also was such a joy to talk to during the limo ride. We had the option of using the privacy screen or rolling it down, but we decided we wanted to speak to her during our journey. She told us about how the company works with Make-a-Wish to grant wishes to children in the program and we found that so wonderful.Overall our experience was exemplary and when I am in need of a limo again there is no doubt that I will be choosing Debra and Classique again!

My husband and I hired a school bus and mini coach bus for our wedding and we're so pleased with TCS's service from planning through the event! The staff was super responsive the entire time planning, helped us with some creative thinking to keep our costs as low as we could, and the buses were clean and most importantly reliable and on time!! They also let us reduce the number of vehicles and adjust our timeline as needed when our guest count changed drastically due to covid! The school bus shuttled our 54 guests to and from both our ceremony and reception with no issue. The mini coach bus was like new and took our families and bridal party to 3 locations seamlessly! The drivers were courteous and professional! Would definitely recommend TCS

SECOND REVIEW16 JUNE 2022Home Sold: 27736 Via RodrigoThank you Karl, JJ and the KBRE team for another job well done! This is the second time in 3 years we have used KBRE. The first time was selling my Dads house in Lemon Heights. Knowing the Katniks as they grew up in North Tustin I felt very comfortable using them to sell my Dads house in an area dominated by another well known Tustin Area Broker. Despite the pessimism of my Dads neighbors, KBRE sold the house at full asking price well above the listing price of several similarly situated homes in the area, represented by other Brokers. This go round they sold my In-Laws home in an area that was somewhat out of their market. But knowing the due diligence they would put into the effort my wife and I felt confident they would perform. The house was in a bit of a unique aera -Costa Del Sol in Mission viejo, a 55+ community. Due to a cooling market and the fact that most of the buyers would be downsizing as they retired, Karl warned me that this would be most likely a contingent type sale. He was correct. After rejecting several offers we received one $20,000 over asking price. KBRE went to work and researched the Buyers situation thoroughly. Based upon their research, Karl and Hannah felt the buyers sale would go through and we should accept their contingent offer. We did and it did. It was a bit stressful dealing with the HOA but Karl calmed me down and KBRE took care of all of the HOAs nitpicking requests.KBRE has a stable of very reasonable contractors to get your house ready for sale and their staging is impeccable.I highly recommend KBRE. They take the stress out of selling.Conrad and Debbie HohenerFIRST REVIEW:Dear JJ and Karl (AKA The Katnik Brothers):It was a great pleasure working with you and your team. As a lifelong North Tustin resident, I know many people in the business with whom we could have worked with in selling my Dad's house. One brokerage in particular seems to not only specialize in the North Tustin area where my Dad's house is located, they appear to have had a great deal of success in that area. In fact, many of my Dad's neighbors where somewhat surprised when we chose your Team over someone from that particular brokerage. However, both my brother and I were very impressed with your initial proposal and analysis of the market and where to place our house in the spectrum. It proved to be an excellent choice on our part. Your decorating consultant proved to be spot on in updating the interior of the home to best showcase it. I also was very pleased with your ability to get the painting and flooring contractor(s) to respond quickly so we could get the house on the market in the prime selling season. From the outset your team's communication was outstanding. I really appreciated the fact that once we decided to go with you, my brother and I did not need to get involved with the scheduling of the interior and exterior work at all. I was also impressed with how the open house(s) went and more importantly the closing process! It was all seamless.I would not hesitate to strongly recommend the Katnik Brothers to anyone interested in selling their home.Thank you again for your outstanding service and attention to detail.Conrad F. Alex Mora - State Farm Insurance Agent
1111 E Katella Ave Suite #230, Orange, CA 92867, United States
I have been a loyal customer since 2013, and I must say that customer service is almost non existent here. You will need to call and email for any updates as you will be left in the dark about any progress being made on issues. If you are lucky to speak to Mayra, she will do as little as possible to help and even say that her supervisor will tell me the same answers and offer basically no assistance. I called in, back in April of 2020 to update them about my new residence address and they never made the requested changes to my renters insurance policy. They kept my old address on file, as I have been paying for almost 4 years! When I inquired about it and spoke with Kari, she stated that there wasnt much they could do, but cancel the policy. My luck that they no longer offer fire insurance and a slew of other options. So explain to me how I am liable for clerical errors made by State Farm employees? They admitted that they had notes on file about me calling in to keep them in the loop back in April of 2020. I am still waiting to be refunded for all those payments that should have never been charged as I no longer resided at the old address on file. I really wanted to give them the benefit of the doubt, but so far they have failed miserably. I also recently canceled one of my insurance policies for my car and received a partial refund after paying for the months coverage in full. Its unfortunate that after being with a company for over 10 years there is no sense of urgency or willingness to help customers. The only reason I even found out about this grave error on their part was due to being hit by an unlicensed and uninsured driver back in February of 2024. I also had uninsured driver coverage yet still had to pay the full $500.00 deductible?!? My best advice is to carefully look over your policies and make sure they are accurate.
Rita Shaw Broker & Associates Inc.
1107 Orange St, Redlands, CA 92374, United States
We used Ritas services to buy two homes and sell one home. Even though the market was intensely competitive both times we were in the market for a new home (both purchases of primary residences a year apart), we did not need to make offers on multiple properties in either case. This is because Rita helped us understand what a good offer looked like—while *also* keeping in mind our limitations, including our inability to make a cash offer or waive the appraisal contingency, as so many others in the same market were (and still are) doing. Now for our experience with Rita as our selling broker. Spoiler alert: it was awesome! Our home sold for $20k above asking after receiving four different offers. Rita ensured a clean and timely closing, checking in with the lenders of all those who made offers and following up with the broker and lender of the individual whose offer we accepted. The photos of our place that she had taken were stunning, by the way, and definitely helped generate interest in our listing.Theres a reason why Rita is the #1 selling agent in her area: she has an excellent reputation and is extremely well-connected. She also loves what she does and is clearly not just in it for the money. All in all, Rita is a truly amazing realtor with an expansive network and an incredible amount of experience and insight. (She is also a general contractor, so her insight into the potential of homes is invaluable.) Her son, Joseph, is also very knowledgeable and professional, as is Will. For as long as we live in the area, we will work with Rita Shaw and Associates.
