Enterprise Rent-A-Car
13292 Brookhurst St, Garden Grove, CA 92843, United States
Just got hit with the same exact scam as others on here! This company is corrupt and has no shame. The Impala I rented looked like your typical rental car when I rented it. No major scratches or damage, the interior smelled like a rental car, and there were stains on the seats. Noting out of the ordinary, in my opinion. When I returned the car (in Garden Grove, CA location) I got Helena Hong - Manager. WATCH OUT for this one. She got on her hands and knees and found a scratch on the rocker panel under the car. Now when I rented the car, I admit, I did not get on my hands and knees and look for scratches UNDER the car. (Nor did the Enterprise agent) By the end of this fiasco, I had several people (who I dont know) confirm I was getting robbed. Even a different Enterprise employee told me he wouldnt have called the scratch out. The car has Illinois license plates with 33k miles on it, and the scratch looked like it had been there for quite a while. Ive rented plenty of cars before, and never had a preference on car rental companies. Now that I have dealt with Helena Hong (who by the way, admitted to being rewarded for finding damage) I will never rent from Enterprise again. Thanks for helping ruin Enterprises reputation Helena! All I needed was a simple rental for 2 days and its turned into filing claims/insurance company phone calls/credit card disputes. Be warned!
XERENTAL

Our family has constantly had horrid experiences with other corporate car rental companies, so we decided to try out Xerental. After the long flight from Detroit, Xerental greeted our family warmly with our booked vehicle sparkling & spotless at their main office in Garden Grove. Everything was clean and run smoothly for our trip to Vegas and Oregon. Drop off was also very easy as well. The staff are the highlights, very accommodating and actually care for the customers.Wed definitely return for our next trip!

I have had my fair share of horrible service, but this by far was exceptionally and unreasonably horrible, time-consuming, and frustrating. As other customers have stated, once you put in your deposit, everything goes downhill.Shorter Version:1) NOT real transportation company--just a broker. Multiple parties to deal with, which led to miscommunication and shifting blame back and forth and eventually to the customer.2) $1200 for a trip from NJ to CA, but my new transporter gave me BETTER service at $800.3) Requires 12 DAYS for transport. My new transporter takes 7 days.4) Your car will not arrive on timeHIGHLIGHTS OF MY EXPERIENCE:-First of all, this is NOT a real transportation company. This is a broker that connects you with other real transportation companies, which is why they do not hold themselves liable for how the dispatcher handles your vehicle or order.-You will have to juggle calls between the broker (Orange Auto), the dispatcher (the real transportation service), and the driver. This leads to EXTREME miscommunication and it is up to YOU to make sure all parties are aligned.-When I called, I was put on hold for INORDINATE (think 10-15 minutes/call) amount of time. One time they actually HUNG UP on me while I was holding.-When I e-mailed, they took 3 days to respond.-Customer service from the Dispatcher was rude, CHUCKLING at my frustration saying Weve already been here. When I asked to speak to a manager or supervisor he said, I already talked to him.-Expect DIFFERENT NUMBERS to call you, so youre forced to pick up every single phone call just in case its the company.MY EXPERIENCE:ORDER--When I called this company, I specifically said that I NEEDED my car in California (from NJ) by a certain date. The rep said it would take 7-10 days and suggested the date 10 days before the desired arrival date to have my car picked up. I ordered it with that date and even wrote a note on the order saying the exact day and time range I wanted it delivered.INCORRECT DATE--I received a receipt that it would arrive 2 days AFTER the date I wanted, so the next day I called the number given to me (apparently the dispatcher) and told her the situation. She rudely just said no...the broker must have told you that. It takes 10-12 days but I can schedule pick-up to be a day earlier. And I said Okay how can I do that? and she replied, ...I already did.DAY OF PICK UP--Anyone who needs their car transported anywhere knows you dont have time to waste. At this point, I was still rushing to run errands but stayed at home all day waiting for a call for the pick up. I even called the morning of and said, I am waiting for my driver to come and pick up my vehicle. I just wanted to make sure my cellphone is the primary number. I also provided 2 other numbers to reach me at.Finally at 4:00pm, I called and asked the ETA of my driver and the rep said, We have it scheduled for tomorrow...I see here it was moved to today, but we changed it back to tomorrow. I asked why, and he said, well you didnt confirm with us the date...we must have called you. I checked my cellphone, home phone, and mothers phone which had NO missed calls. Then he put me on hold for 10-15 MINUTES.He came back and said We actually changed it back because the Broker was not informed that it would be picked up at this date and did not confirm. I told him I didnt know the Broker had to confirm and that the woman I talked with said she already handled the date change. He said, I understand, you didnt know the Broker had to know... and on implying that it was my fault there was a miscommunication. I went to this company, thinking it was a transportation company--not that I had to be calling multiple different parties. Then he tells me it will be delivered a day even LATER. I explained to him that this is now 3 DAYS PAST my requested date and how much of an inconvenience it is for me, and he CHUCKLED and said, Weve already been here. I asked to speak to a manager and he responded, I talked to him already.

Shine on me. Even though it was a car that had two very serious accidents, they lied and pretended that it wasnt there. So Im having a hard time reselling it now. I was so angry that I left this review. Please dont go there. And dont do business like that. All evil deeds will be revealed someday. Don't just look at immediate profits, look far ahead and sell honestly.I will never recommend here. There are two very serious accidents of car which I bought but they cheated me. So I am in full trouble when I am selling now. I am so angry, so I leave this review. Do not go at all. And do not do bussiness like it. Something bad is going to be revealed someday. Do not just look at the profit in front of you, but look away and sell honestly.
Hertz Car Rental - Garden Grove - Brookhurst HLE
13162 Brookhurst St, Garden Grove, CA 92843, United States
Mother Made a reservation 2 months in advance for a specific vehicle (a minivan) and when we arrived to pick it up, even after calling ahead to confirm the vehicle was there, all we got was a cheesy song and dance as to why they didnt have what was reserved 2 months ago and confirmed was available just 2 days prior. Seriously... A Reservation....Two months in ADVANCE!!! Very unhappy with how they handled this. Will NOT EVER rent from Hertz again. ☹️ They were rude and had a very oh well bummer for you kind of attitude with us. To top it all off, when I mentioned the tires were low on air we were told to go to a gas station and have them ( the gas station people) put air in them for us. Who offers full service options like that anymore? Thats right... No one! 14 pounds low on air in the front tires and 12 pounds low on the back tires. Went and did Hertzs job for them myself. Very disappointed with Hertz. Even more so with the folks at this location. Horrible customer service. Should have stuck with Enterprise Rental, coupon or not. Wont be back, will definitely not recommend them. Too many minuses, not enough pluses. ☹️
ORANGE AUTO

It was so hard to find, so I found the car with the color and options I had been looking for for 2 months at several dealers in one go, and gave me Orange Union at a great deal!! This is an authentic review of something I bought with my own money. I guarantee this because I have been going through a hard time at the dealer for over 2 months... Oh, if I had gone there earlier, I would have saved all my time and gas money.^^ Still, after meeting John, I... got the car I wanted, a good car. Thank you. Highly recommended everyone. Gogo~~~

You never know that you can get a BETTER price in the SAME car insurance company with what you REALLY need JUST by changing an Agent - that is what my experience told me after talking to Linh Nguyenle!I found Linh through Google review and I think it is time for me to provide my feedback so that other people can get help from him, too.I am with farmers insurance all these years (never changed), my first agent was nice, but she retired and I was assigned to another agent a year ago. This year, my insurance went up high for no reason-I guess everybody in California has an increased insurance price, I searched help from my previous agent, and she told me that is the lowest price I can have. I was about to change my insurance company and saw 5 stars ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️Google review of Linh, and was thinking to give him a try. The first time I met him, I knew he would help me. He verified some information of my car, and pointed out a wrong information of my current insurance - Bang - that immediately reduced over $100!! Therefore, I changed my farmers agent to him from the previous one.He inquired my living condition, driving mileage, what is useful/not useful for me, he provided his professional opinions per his experience, then I got a reduced price (comparing to the price from previous agent) even with something added to protect my car!!! He also tested me whether I know what covers my car, and gave me a detailed list of covering examples. He provides a professional and complete service and I know he truly cares about his customers and think by standing at his customers' role. I know if something happens, I can trust him and have my full confidence on him to protect me and my car.If you are hesitating to change your car insurance or farmers agent, please give Linh Nguyenle a try! He deserves a chance from you and you will not regret! You want a true support for your safety rather than somebody who just wants to take money away from you. He will help, support, protect and defend for his customers - I can tell that! Because he truly cares for his customers!

The only reason I am still here is my agent Raul. He understands my needs and helps attain them. Otherwise with a yearly increase from Mercury for no apparent reason that usually exceeds the cost of living is beyond me. I dont like that. I was with Allstate for 35 years. First agent was great for 17 years and retired, second agent was great for 18 years and retired. Third agent was very good but grew his business so big he lost touch with some clients, his staff did not treat me to what I was used too. I reached out to the original agent and he was too busy to talk to me. I was referred to Mercury and Raul has been spectacular in spite of Mercury but l will probably leave Mercury by Spring. Good drivers, multi vehicle, no tickets, no accidents, no claims, homeowners insurance and still increases every year that are generally way above the cost of living. Very disappointing.
Lavishly Travel

My wife and I started working with Jeanine and her team about 18 months ago as we started to plan our dream honeymoon. We decided on Greece and through a google search we were lucky enough to get in touch with Jeanine. From the very beginning we immediately knew we made the right choice working with her. The communication, timeliness of responses and professionalism made it such an enjoyable experience for us both.Jeanine and her team took time to get on phone calls, answer texts and emails as we navigated through the longest trip we had ever been on and my first time traveling to Europe. She had incredible connections throughout Greece and the hotels and accommodations we had were second to none. She booked private shuttles to and from the airports and different destinations we had, set us up with a private tour guide in Athens and an amazing sunset cruise in Santorini. Throughout it all, and no matter what time of day, Jeanine was always there to answer a text and pick up a phone call for one of our million questions. We've already had multiple friends and family reach out asking us who booked are trip and we cannot recommend the Lavishly Travel team enough. We told Jeanine we will be here clients for life and cannot wait to book our next adventure. Thanks for everything!
