I'm a safe driver, haven't had any accident in 30 years until last July. Geico customer service was amazingly good (never had to use all these years). My car was well kept since new and now it's damaged, I was worried that it wouldn't look the same after it's fixed although the car still drives normal with the damage.Geico's agent recommended a body shop in Fremont, not too far from my house, I took the car to get the estimate. I also read all the reviews of a few shops around me. I found this shop with 100% reviews with quite a few reviews (114), so I called and made an appointment afterwork for an estimate.Elias and his brother Masood are the managers of this establishment, from the outside, it doesn't look like a nice building, just a yard with many damaged cars, I was a little skeptical but after meeting with Elias and his brother, I felt much safer. These 2 are extremely pleasant and confident by the way they interacted with me. I went inside to look at the equipments and talked about the quality of their work. Elias is a final inspector before he delivers any cars, he has good eyes and high integrity, he wouldn't deliver anything until he sees the car is done to his standard which pleases me. The day I dropped the car, he was delivering a car that looks like new, I asked about the damage and the owner seemed to be extremely happy.I confirmed with Elias that I've been driving the car and nothing is wrong with it mechanically, I wanted to make sure when I received the car, it should drive the same way because I've read on Yelp that at a few places, the car wasn't performing as good as before it was fixed. Elias smiled and ensured me that he'll make sure of that before he delivers my car.About the time promised, I and my family planned a trip to Vegas on 8/27 and I asked to be done by then, it's only a few weeks away which Elias had to order parts (used hood) and other components from the dealer, it's quite tight to promise but he did. After a week after taking everything out, he needed to contact the adjuster for some additional work, he updated the progress with me right away. He worked parallel somehow and got my car done a week earlier than promised although he had many other projects. I was also skeptical since he had it done so quickly. Yes, there were some original labels from the dealer hadn't come yet, I came back the next Monday to get them put on since they came early.When I picked up the car, it was like new, my car was never detailed and he did it inside and out, it drives like it was before I brought it in. That's a bonus which I'd never expected. No wonder this place has 100% customers satisfaction and I'm one of them.

Had a interlock on this location and it keeps aborting on me. It looks like its been super used. The stickers are coming off and it definitely has been handled many times.I had to come in to get serviced after too many failed retests. I told the technician that i dont know if i am blowing too hard or too soft. Was then told it takes a little while to get use to but. Im still having issues with the interlock. I dont even know if they really calibrated it or if they just reset the thing and gave it back. Its been a real hassle driving around and never knowing if my car is going to start or if my retests while driving are going to abort. Go elsewhereI had my interlock swapped out with a brand new one and everything works so far!! I changed my review to 5 stars. Make sure when you get it installed that you are getting a brand new one put in!

So a lady hit my car, I was super disappointed because last time this happened I took it to a really bad shop because I just wanted it fixed! this time I really really looked and searched around went to go talk to multiple autobodys and reliance just stood out! Keep in mind I live in SF!!!! A family friend recommended this place so I had to go check it out they are super nice people so that day I just left the car with them thats how confident I felt haha I forgot I didnt even have a car to go back home! I was just super excited that I had found a really great auto body that I trusted! So yes I left my car at Reliance auto body and they ordered me a Uber to SF! Okay fast forward after they dealt with insurance they got to work they told me it was going to be ready 10.26.18 so I had made sure to have no plans but then traffic hit me! I dont ever drive all the way to hayward so Im not used to traffic so I made it a little late to go pick up my car and the sun was going down they assured me that the color match is perfect! It did look great I was kinda disappointed That the sun was going down, but I woke up this morning ran to my car and was so happy with my results!!!!! Thanks you guys so much. You guys did a Great job!(& they cleaned my car!! )

Well where can I start my vehicle was towed. My grandfather and I built this car from the ground up together before he passed away recently. This car meant more to me than you have any idea reason it was towed was for back tags . and was still in my grandfathers name so I wasnt able to get vehicle out. And when I told the company how much the car meant to me and what the circumstances were they told me that dont care about it.and the were hoping to keep it.

We took our 2013 BMW 640i coupe to AARONS per our auto insurance provider which is Allstate by the way for the first of two shops they recommended for a minor dent to the passenger quarter panel left for us by one of our fine citizens who of course it should go without saying left no contact information just the damage which defines their blatant ignorance and disregard for others. Location Safeway/CVS parking lot located at Jackson & Cypress Hayward, Ca. Upon arriving at AARONS their work areas inside along with property space including their long driveway filled with cars being repaired and probably even more waiting to be worked on very very busy but that didnt stop members of their staff from recognizing greeting and welcoming us inside which spells great service which mind you takes place from where I pulled on their property/driveway approach which was just short of being placed on the street again very very busy which is a very good thing to see it says they do great work. Doors held open very polite very professional very attentive to our need in being their, active listening skills prompt attention to coming out to assess the damage come back inside communicate the estimate to us and i would say go out of his way to have us know that were not required or obligated by law to have his shop do the the repairs or any other shops the insurance would refer were entitled to take it where ever we choose and that with the amount of work they have even as minor as the damage is their probably not able to do the work until the 1st or 2nd week of october. Our car has not even been started let alone finished and their level of service thats obviously rooted in their honorable forthright respectful approach to their customers from the insurance company down to the insured customer/motorist and the work they do for them which their reviews SUPPORT, review after review after review after non stop review. Now i almost stated which is a level of service worth waiting for when I took note to were not waiting its service thats already happening. AARONS BODY & PAINT of Hayward California & ALLSTATE INSURANCE COMPANY you have my business now and will continue to do so along as their in business. My ESTIMATE/QUOTE $1494. now Im not a body and fender guy but PALLADIUM PREMIER AUTO BODYs quoted estimate was $8,500 which they didnt put in writing suggesting or coming to that by way of the car having zero prior damage and a only a complete quarter panel replacement repair could bring it back to its original undamaged condition as opposed to a pulling and filling repair which doesnt meet the original undamaged condition. Im sure AARONS will replace the quarter panel to repair it even if the cost would increase. Actually he didnt discuss what direction of repair they had in mind and i didnt even consider it at all until Palladium threw their highway robbery insurance fraud estimate at me that likely involved heating pulling with strong suction working it smooth from inside behind the rear interior panel and lightly filling any low spots and charging ALLSTATE $8500 for their $500 job. BEWARE of PALLADIUM website advertises newly located in Hayward 15+ years experience. Id be interested in knowing why their newly located and not at their alleged prior 15+ years experience location?

Very unprofessional, Stephanie Lua is the most insensitive, rude and untrained individual. If I could give 0 stars I would, the lack of professionalism is beyond me. Been a customer for years but thanks to Stephanie constantly arguing with me on the phone I am proud to be insured else where . Stephanie Lua sent my paper work to the wrong address, and instead of trying to keep me as a customer and apologize for HER mistake she never called . I was waiting for a call on the next business day and NEVER received the call, instead she decides to argue with me over the phone. I will NEVER recommend or even buy insurance with State Farm again because of Stephanie Lua. I went in to the office days after writing the review of my experience with her and she tells me she doesn't appreciate me writing this. But you know what I don't appreciate? My mail being sent to an address that I never gave them, Stephanie speaking with anyone about my policy who isn't me, her rearranging my policy without my knowledge. Instead of taking care of me as insured State Farm customer, she decides to argue with me back and forth. I am not the type of person who just goes around leaving reviews at all, but I am beyond upset at the treatment I received from her. I am relieved to no longer be a customer here but I hope she receives the proper training and discipline to better deal with the public.

Customer service is fine but the skill level is below expectation. They called saying my car would be ready for pick up the next day. I cleared some time to pick up, then they called saying it was delayed. I was called the next day saying it was ready. I told them I no longer had the time for that day and they proceeded to tell me that they had to call the rental car agency saying that I refused to pick up that day and to start charging me the normal rate.i called them back saying I could pick it up during my lunch break. After returning the rental car I arrived and my car was missing pieces and blocked in the parking lot. The techs said that the piece was not there when I dropped it off and they did not want to install it. I showed them pictures of it on the car and they grabbed the old piece from the trash and tried to give it back. I would avoid this place if you really care about your vehicle and only use this place if you dont mind mediocre work.

First of all this is to identify the incompetence at this establishment. Chose this body shop as it was close to my residence. Employee JUSTIN IS A CUSTOMER SERVICE DEAD BEAT. Went to pick up my car to find paint overspray cover my ENTIRE vehicle. So had to come back for a third time. Picked up again to find out that there is paint overspray INSIDE my car. Went for a forth time. DID they rid of it?? No! So had to come back a 5th time to find out the manager is in a meeting. So NOBODY else was aware of the guy showing up that had paint overspray inside & outside of his vehicle. Brilliant. So i was super upset about having to come back for a 6th time. NOPE! Absolute INCOMPETENCE! So because i didnt have a Mercedes Benz or a Porche, my car gets neglected enough to make a mistake of that magnitude???!! I called the manager, George, who said, “yeh come on in we will take care of it.' Yeh but how many time is one going to have to return to get their car back the same way it was minus the obvious damages that were repaired via insurance claim.So in conclusion, DO NOT CHOOSE CARSTAR AUTO!! The level of incompetence is high enough to share on google.

-----Short story-----Extremely fraud and ripoff business. Dorothy(owner) is not a mechanic and she does not know anything about cars. Please do not go to this business unless you want a ripoff.We had an extremely terrible ordeal that lasted 4 weeks, paid ~$2500 to Dorothy and $600 to rental car agency. Not included are hundreds of dollars we spent on gas, uber and many other issues. All, for fixing oil leaks?If you need more feedback on the bodyshop, message me and I will be happy to save more customers from going here.-----Long story-----Round 1:It all started with our BKW 535i oil and coolant leaks, which she said she can fix. No estimates at the time of delivering the car to her. We told her that our coolant is leaking and needs fix.Anyways, it took 1.5 weeks to repair the leaks, which I have no idea why it took so long. While picking up the car, I noticed oil at the place where car was parked. I told Dorothy about this. She asked to drive the car around and said she can fix if there are more issues. She asked $1200, which we were able to negotiate to $900. She also said there is no coolant leak.Round 2:We got our car back. Next day we notice a pool of oil in our driveway. Took to Dorothy, she said she will look into it. Again, we were without a car. She did not give us a timeframe and never called us back. We called again in two days. Another week later, she told us that the car is ready and it would be $1500, which we brought down to $1100. At this point, I was really pissed off, but well, the car was fixed? She still said there is no coolant leak.Round 3:But no, we got the car back, and smoke started to come out the next day. We rushed to Dorothy again. This time she outsourced the work to someone who actually owned a legit workshop and knew how to fix a BMW, unlike Dorothy/US Auto.They took 2 days to to fix the coolant leak. But Dorothy took a week to get that done and slammed us with a bill of $600. She said she is willing to share the load and will pay another $1000 herself. Hard to believe anything at this point. What is worse, she asked us to pick our car from Oakland, near the airport, much farther than her shop. We paid the guy today and got our car back. We also asked the bodyshop if there were more leaks. They told us there is another oil leak which is not fixed and this is the same one which Dorothy claimed to have fixed earlier.In total, it was the worst customer service I have ever seen anywhere in US for anything. The business is fraud, ripoff and does not feel empathy for the troubles caused.
