AVOID COMING HERE AT ALL COST!!! Horrible customer service, especially from the Branch manager Nick. I had a reservation and when I show up there were TONS of displeased customers waiting outside just to be checked in. They have no cars available and ironically everyone there had reservations booked in the same time slot. As we are waiting, some people returned cars so that helped with fleet availability but, once it finally came my turn to pick up my rental there was a problem. I am a travel nurse so I have a DL from another state I also have a California DL as well but recently lost it. Now I have rented a car at this location before with the out of state DL no problem. They only thing they required was proof of residency. I had a phone bill (which was accepted last time) Mail from the IRS, the DMV, my medical insurance and even a bank statement to show proof of residency. The associate that was helping me was Jessica, she said she would need to get approval from her manger which was fine. 10 minutes later the Branch manager walks over and I explain the situation to him I provide all the documents even a photo of my California ID he looks me up and down a says that he's not going to accept the documents provided and said that I cannot rent with them. I expressed to him that I previously rented a car with the same exact documents and out of State DL they looked it up to see that I was correct, other people waiting chimed in stating that the had done the same with no problem. I explained to him that it was my birthday and that I simply just wanted to get a car to go to Las Vegas for the weekend. By this point I asked to speak to his Areal manager to try to reach a resolution. He rudely said “ it doesn't matter what you say she's going to side with me any way!” I remained calm and said that's fine let's just see if she can some up with a resolution to this matter. After hearing the way he spoke to me several other customers chimed in saying that he wasn't being professional and demanding to know why he was refusing to let me rent a car. The issue of race came up and he began to become extremely uncomfortable. I am a young African American female, and The Branch manger is a white male. When people asked if it was because I was black or a woman he immediately said he was calling to police. I said that's fine I have done nothing wrong, at this point I just wanted my previous rental agreement printed out so that I could go to another location. He dialed 911 and put it on speaker telling them to send the police for refusing to leave the office and being disorderly. He told them what I was wearing and said that “she is a black female so you guys should hurry and probably bring back up” I was outraged!!! He even went as far as saying that “I should be worried when the police arrive” hinting at what has happened in the news with the multiple killings of unarmed black People by police that have recently happened. At that point in fear of my safety I left the office. I have rented multiple cars and have never had this problem let alone received this type of horrible customer service from someone who is supposed to be in charge. I waited an hour and a half just to be disrespected and to leave with no car. What a way to celebrate my 30th birthday.

Terrible customer service!! I reserved online & then the day I reserved they called me and told me they actually didn't have a truck. They weren't willing to give me a replacement, they told me if I wanted to rent through them still I would need to drive an hour. I wouldn't recommend. Stick with uhaul!!

Representative Service at the counter: 5/5, I made the reservation online and when I got there the gentleman informed me that the online price (coupon was used) had an error and additional charges were being charged. Zeek (sic) spoke clearly, made eye contact, and ensured that the “extra” charges were not charged.Time of service was a 3/5: only one person handling a large group of customers. Pick-up time was 0900 and by then the guy had 5 customers in line.Cleanliness of the establishment: 2/5, building is old, floor is torn, smells weird and the counter was sticky and cluttered.Car: 0/5, several reasons: car was being “detailed” guy brought it over and there were dirt smudges all on the car and windows. Inside the car there was a strange smell to it. We couldn't pin point it, old cigarettes or must… the guy who “detailed” the vehicle explained that it was just washed and detailed.I should have listened to my gut and requested something different. BUT it was cold outside and the dude inside was alone dealing with the large amount of people. Yes, I could have thought about what I needed not what someone else needs… it gets worst. Once I arrived home and picked up my husband he pulled down the visor and a sticker with the word ‘sausage' was on it. He goes to put on his seatbelt and some red, dried up something was smeared on the car and seatbelt. Now I am on hold with customer service because the tire sensor has gone off, I checked the tire pressure and that's not the problem. Spoke with Zeek and he is exchanging the car out for me, as long as the gas tank is full.I get it, it's not BUDGETS fault how renters use the vehicle. It is BUDGETS responsibility to ensure all vehicles are up to par.****I will update my review AFTER I switch out vehicles.

Any issues that arise or just simple questions, I never hesitate to email or pick up the phone and email Nikki Gehle. If I can't get to her; there is another lovely individual in there who's name escapes me at the moment but she is just as knowledgeable and sweet as Nikki is, and they really make you feel like not just a another number to them / the company. It is amazing and they make sure to get back to you as soon as they can which again is very good for a company that deals with the entire world. Vinsa has handled both my personal and business needs for quite some time now. That entire office is amazing. To be honest, I strongly dislike the insurance carriers as a whole, so in todays world I feel it is essential to work with a Broker who is on your side, who helps you navigate through the murkiness of it all, and who you know will be available in the worst of times. I first hand have experienced that with Vinsa.For most people, insurance can be an after thought, but its one of those things that you hope you never need. If and when you need it though, you can go at it alone, or you can have the Avengers on your side which is what it feels like working with these guys.UPDATE: I think people who read and leave reviews should understand that Vinsa is a broker, they help you understand insurance, how it works, what you pay for, and they go to the market to get you the best value for what you need. They are not insurance carriers and dont dictate the price. YOUR personal situation affects that. If you have a bad driving record for example some insurance carriers wont carry you and your premium will be through the roof if they even give you a shot, Vinsa has no control of that.

I recently relocated from Phoenix back to the AV. When I reserved my truck with Uhaul, I received a referral to Storage Express stating that since I used a one way truck rental the first month at the storage facility would be free. When I got to the storage center, they denied the free month stating that the first month free only applied to Uhaul facilities. If that were to be the case, why would Uhaul even refer customers to a facility? All things considered, I needed to get my truck back to Uhaul so that I wouldnt incur more charges and didnt have the time to find a less costly facility to store my belongings.So fast forward a few months to where Im moving into a house and need to get my belongings out of storage. My move in date is a week after my storage rent is due. And lo and behold, this facility refuses to pro-rate the weeks worth of rent. Who doesnt pro-rate?To top it off, the corporate offices refuse to accept a complaint on the facility since theyre a licensee, and when you call the customer service line, they dont have any contact information for complaints. They know that theyre just out to take your money and decide to make it as difficult as possible to file a complaint. Last time Ill ever use this facility. Plus, Ill be warning everyone that I know of not to use it as well.

Thank You Paul Dunham!!!I had the best experience with Classic Touch Upholstery and owner Paul Dunham out of any automotive service-related business in my life.In short at Classic Touch Upholstery, you are treated as the most important person in the world, everything is explained to you in detail before work begins and Paul goes above and beyond to take care of his customers.My Story:I found Classic Touch Upholstery was listed as a Preferred Installer on the Robbins website along with three other shops in the Lancaster/Palmdale, CA area. I researched all four shops and chose Classic Touch Upholstery based on the reviews that I found. I live 90 miles away and needed a quality shop.I made an appointment with Paul to have a Robbins Convertible Top installed on our 1999 Miata that I had purchased. Paul had no issue that I had purchased the top. I came down a week before for an Air Bag recall at the local Jeep Dealership and had brought the box with the top for the Miata since it was a little too big to bring with me the day of the appointment. I called Paul and told him that I wanted to drop the top off at his shop and he had no problem with that so I drove by and dropped the top off.When I got to Classic Touch Upholstery on the day of the appointment, Paul went over the process of installing the top and discussed the little things like the brittleness of automotive plastics such as the push pins that hold the carpet down, etc. that will break when pulling them out. I totally understand that, our Miata has never been garaged a day in its life and the desert heat dries the plastic pieces very quickly.Paul took me to the rental car agency and dropped me off and I proceeded to go shopping before I left town. Paul called me that during the disassembly process he found that one of the plastic pieces that routes the Top Side Tension Cables through the convertible frame was broken. I came back to the shop and Paul had started calling around to various Miata vendors including Robbins the tops manufacturer and we found out that the piece was not a serviceable item as it only came installed on the frame itself which has been long discontinued. I drove back to my town as I knew that one of the wrecking yards had a couple of Miata’s still with their convertible frames. Before I could purchase a frame, I received a text with photos that Paul had already made a suitable part out of ABS and had installed it and it was now longer necessary to purchase a complete frame just to drill out the part that I needed.When I came back to pick up my Miata, Paul picked me up at the car rental agency. He went over the details of the installation and what to do with the top over the next few weeks to make sure it is keep tight while the wrinkles from storage in the box work themselves out, etc.

At the time I finally found Agency One I had just about ran out of options I had reached out and signed up with 4 other Insurance Companies, last one told me if I bought this $681.00 water detector he could guarantee me insurance because I was showing good faith and 1 by 1 I was denied insurance! The last company that denied me was gracious even to give me the number of an independent insurance agent, finally gave me several numbers of companies that might be able to help, luckily for me I started with the A in the list. When I called Monique Avila answered the phone, right away she made me feel that she could help me, she has a very calming personality and she told me she was pretty sure she could help me, but by now I wasnt sure but after about an hour she reached back out to me and I started the journey of finally having insurance. Monique was my life saver and from that moment on I felt I was in good hands! Her sensitivity and care she gave me was a godsend! I will always recommend Agency One because of Monique and how she was there for me in a very desperate time for me! Thank you Monique you have been a joy to work with! If you company could send me some calling cards I would love to pass them to people I know who would need your help! You are so lucky to employe people like Monique, she will always do her best to let her customers know they are in capable hands and your company is the best!

Worst agents ever please take my advice dont come here. At first their insurance prices are low then they hike up the prices without even notifying you of why the prices are so high ..then they try to get you on this automatic payment system so when your prices go up you have no idea when and why... When you call them to ask they dont return your calls they dont return your emails at all. I told Jimmy and some other lady named marry farris I wanted it cancel all my insurance policies with them. I got no reply until weeks later from marry. I finally got my car insurance cancelled because the time was up and I refuse to renew it but they continue to charge me for my rental insurance which I didnt even live at that house anymore. I had to call customer service to cancel it because they never reply back on my emails only sent me emails to sign and renew my contract . Jimmy is the worst he never emailed me back or returned my phone calls never once and I have the proof to show it .now i am trying to put a complaint in to the company thats how upset I am because he truly never replied back.
