First off the location is horrible its in a crowded parking lot with the grocery store and multiple other storefronts food places like a strip mall. Getting in and out is horrific. Second even after making a reservation over the phone for a specific type of vehicle that Im considering buying, I wanted to rent it first before hand. I had a confirmation number they didnt have the car, the whole experience with Enterprise was a nightmare from the beginning of the reservation speaking with the rep whom didnt quite understand anything I was saying, to trying to follow up the next day being hung up on by multiple reps but this specific location is the worst and let me tell you why. It appears that COVID has taken a toll on the quality of employees and customer service and workers in general but specifically this location. Ive never seen a disregard for customer service I tried to call them about 15 times in the morning to verify the car would be ready they never picked up once I got in there I understood why, there was one person in there that refused to answer the phone while standing there as consumer I watched them ignore the phone ring over and over it was ringing off the hook then a second person came in they didnt try to assist me a third person was there just sitting eating chips listening to music while there was a lobby of people. It was nothing but three male sloths working there that refused to give any care at all to customer service. There were things they didnt notify me about prior to getting there which if they would have picked up the phone I could have found out. I started voicing my concern and advising I was not satisfied with the level of service the young boy behind the counter argued with me back and forth and then when he could not shut me up the sloth thats eating food the obese guy in the back turns the radio up super loud as if to drown me out so I could not be heard. This location is beyond disgusting, unprofessional, it was dirty in there all the boys were dressed in dirty clothing, dirty hats and on top of that I was there for an hour and a half never left with the car and watched them ignore their phone the full hour and a half !! there were other customers in there that were experiencing the same customer service failures that I was. Never again will I ever ever use Enterprise Ive been using them for years Ill have to source another rental company because this situation caused me to lose time, money, energy and all together frustrating & infuriating from the beginning to the end. PLEASE STAY AWAY FROM THIS LOCATION unless you want service failures and to be treated like your renting from a Frat house environment from the dirty store front, the unkempt illiterate workers and them not acknowledging a RESERVATION made 3 days prior. Save your time, money & energy & go to another company. They are the WORST on every level. I can tell this is a privately owned location RIDING OFF the Enterprise established Brand because when I said I eould contact Corporate they basically Lol at me reporting their behavior. Go to ANOTHER LOCATION IN RANCHO AVOID THIS FRAT HOUSE?

I typically rent from Budget at Ontario Airport and they have always been great. However, the Standard Elite SUV was not available at the airport, but it was offered at this location. When I arrived, there wasnt any SUV and was given a minivan. I didnt inspect it well enough and discovered that it was poorly maintained. It smelled musty which I was blamed for and had to pay additional $100 for deep cleaning (I found Doritos and someones hair under the seat). There were stains in the upholstery and there were no floor mats and worse of all, the tires were nearly bald. I was nervous driving it as it didnt grip the road well. When I mentioned the worn tires, she said the tires were fine. She obviously doesnt know how to do the quarter tire test, but here was no need for using a quarter, it was very visible that the threads were worn off down the center. If it rained, I would have been sliding everywhere. Another con is the hours of this location. I couldnt make it back by 5pm closing. There wasnt a key drop box like other car rental offices, so I had to bring it first thing in the morning and was charged for an entire day +late fee + an additional day of insurance. The only pro was that it was hybrid and saved me on gas (which didnt matter since I was charge for cleaning (even after I washed the car and had it vacuumed before dropping off).The Budget at the other airport location is much better as there are more cars to choose from since they are shared with other car rental agencies.

Ive been coming here for roughly 7 years and its the only place I go to make an oil change. Fred is so friendly and helpful. He puts air in my tires and put on my steering wheel cover (it was difficult for me to put on myself).The best part is that hes honest; hes not just trying to collect money from people. Hell tell you if your doesnt need an oil change and send you on your merry way.Big shout out to Fred!

This was my first encounter with Massie Hazeghs office. It was also my first time looking into State Farm for my auto insurance needs. I was very displeased with my previous company and decided to make a change. I looked into Esurance, Geico (What a joke!), and Mercury, and none of them were what I was looking for, and their rates where absolutely ridiculous! I finally decided to give State Farm a try. I contacted their office and was connected with an actual live agent. Frances was polite, engaging, professional and sincere, to say the least. She knew her stuff, but more importantly, she LISTENED to what my needs were and presented products and services to match what I was looking for. Yes, my rates were only slightly higher than what I was paying before, but the other company didnt provide the customer service that I would expect. Worse customer service ever. First of all, they increase the insurance of one of my cars by $50 out of nowhere; a car that is cheaper than my second car. After talking to them, they couldnt do anything for me; therefore, I got quotes at other places and got a better price with AAA. Then, AAA told me that they contacted State Farm the next day after I got the insurance with them, and just to be safe, I called too. Well, that was on March 3rd, and is March 19th and this State Farm office hasnt cancel my insurance with them. Luckily, I removed all my payment information from the website because knowing how bad they were at doing their job, I knew they were going to try to charge me another month. I told all my friends and family members about this and they are switching to AAA also.

My family switched to State Farm with Mikes office (Daves our go-to guy, the guys been working with State Farm since 2004!) some years ago and I can say that Ive never had a relationship with my insurance people before this.The front desk is staffed by friendly folks and Dave has really built up that relationship and trust with me and mine. Hes got stories if you ask him and more professionally, if you have a lot of questions, hell take his time to address each and every one of them, multiple times if you need time to process it. Hes been nothing but straightforward, helpful and courteous since the day we walked into his office and I really appreciate that about him, this office and State Farm.Dave knows his company, believes in the product (and gives evidence for it without being pushy with a sales pitch) and knows about them well, have been in the industry long enough to give you cross-company estimates and trends, and adds what is an authentic personal touch to an industry that has a sour reputation for soulless number crunching. Dave makes it easy for me to trust him (a heckuva lot more than I trust most business people) and that makes me recommend him and Mikes office to anyone whos looking for honest rates and a more human business to do business with.
