Sleeping on the streets thanks to hertzI reserve a car on line fo uber at 240 a week. I get to hertz  ofĺpfice and I get the bait n switch.  Now the only thing available  is a car at 290 week.  I have no choice and rep tells me he will adjust it for now but I pay remaining at end of contract. I need to work Im about to be kicked out of place Im at. Uber voucher didnt work and I was charged $27 just to get to hertz . So I say fine . Oh by the way in the future if someone reserve a car on line and u dont have it that should fall on hertz not the customer. The customer should  be upgraded at no cost.2 I get in the car barely get it out of parking lot and  breaks seized up and fail causing car to fishtail putting my life in danger(what if I was at a   intersection  or on the freeway and this happened?)3. Car was picked up by hertz roadside assistance. In total I had the rental in total about 45min from start to breakdown to waiting for tow. I didnt eĥven make it 1/2 a mile4. I gave hertz all I had so I could work and not be back on the streets. I was a delivery/uber driver 4 years ago then covid hit. I Lost everything my home my uber/doordash rental car and my son my little boy who is severely autistic and doesnt understand why im gone . I have been fighting for 4 years to catch up to get off the streets and bring my son home. Fighting for a car to  buy or for a uber/DoorDash rental car. I  picked up Change, collect cans . Flew signs, dumpster dived for old furniture to restore and sell.5. I finally  saved enough  money  to get off the streets for a week and rent a car for work. I planned to work right away which would In turn pay for the place I was staying at.while i continud to work every day with goal of getting an apartment to bring my son home. ĺ6.But Instead  my world is once again  shattered. Because  hertz gave me an unsafe, undrivable car that its breaks failed putting my life I danger as well those around me. I only had the car 45 min. All I got to do was drive out of lot and turn left the breaks failed then wait for hertz roadside assistance.Hertz  office was closed so i Called the next Day. the Rep Said he had to close The account and I get the money fefunded to start New Reservation . I told him I didnt have 3 days and the website said hertz was Suppose to Just Put me in another Car . the .same OR next Day . I told him I going To Lose My place I worked So hard to get . He said he was sorry nothing he could do . Oh and I was gonna be Charged For 2 days Of the Rental . I was Shocked and upset. he said  again nothing he could DO .So Now hertz takes the 2 days and because  Of this I now DO NOT have enough to get a rental. I pay for food and 2 more days Of the space Im at.7 I am now sleeping on the streets once again heartbroken missing my little boy.The only thing that could help fix this is if hertz gave me a  uber/door dash rental  free for 2 weeks so I could  catch back up and get my temp place back and off the streets.  Then after 2 weeks . I could start paying the  240 weekly  rental.Hertz told me charges were correct  and I had no basis for a refund. So Im posting what they did everywhere to me and my disabled little boy.

Terrible service, due to the current situation I was late in paying for my space, they announced it for sale without notifying me, I went and realized, they didnt want to take my payment, because according to the person in charge, I had already paid for the newspaper to sell it, So I told them to settle what was owed until that day, but they wanted me to pay the month that had not yet run, I paid them only until that day and I asked them for my things, they gave me hours to get everything out, and they got upset, I was missing few things Due to lack of time and they canceled my access and out of courage...they canceled the P.O.box, they are returning my packages, and correspondence, why dont they let me sell my things, I dont recommend it, terrible service, arrogant.

RWS = Real Wicked Sportscar .. Or is it Rear Wheel Series? or Maybe both?This past weekend, I decided to spend 13k points and see what the hype was about with this 1 of 999 Rear Wheel Series Audi R8. Audi is known for its Quattro AWD cars that are supposed to deliver unparalleled handling and performance, so why shy away from that and build a 2 wheel drive car?I showed up at the clubhouse on Friday evening, the day before heading to the BlancPain races at Sonoma Raceway. Anthony spent a few minutes with me inside the car to give me a quick tutorial of how to operate this technical yet simple marvel and it was off to the races I went (no pun intended).As I left the clubhouse for my initial drive Sat morning, I had the car in Comfort Mode the ride was quiet, smooth shifting and just really comfortable. I forgot I was driving a monster exotic supercar. However, when I clicked the drive select button on the steering wheel 2 times to Dynamic, I now had a monster on my hands... yes.. A MONSTER. The Audi R8 RWS is a complete Dr Jeckyl & Mr. Hyde car. it can be as smooth, comfortable, and quiet as a luxury sedan, or as monstrous, loud and aggressive as Mclaren/Lambo/Ferrari .. for the fraction of the price.Some of the highlights for me for this car:1. The steering. Immediately the steering felt so much lighter and without power being thrown at the front wheels, the RWS R8 turns with ease. It feels a little more at home for me. This cars handling reminded me so much of driving the Lamborhini Huracan 580/2, which is one of my favorite cars to drive.. but for a fraction of the price.2. The power. Does this car have a turbo?? because at 5k RPMs, theres a secondary push of power, almost like a power band has kicked in. the R8 just doesnt flatten out with power and just keeps pulling and pulling like a freight train. Downshift 1 click on the paddles, give it some throttle and its off to the races you go. ?3. The sound... OH THE SWEET SOUND of a v10 behind your head. I love the way this car sounds. Especially in Dynamic mode4. Exclusitivity. No matter where you go, where you park or where you drive, people want to stop and ask about the car, take a picture and give thumbs up as your driving by. You really do feel special driving this machine.5. The price. Wait this car is almost 50k less than a standard R8 Quattro? DONE! WRAP IT UP! ILL TAKE IT!! for approx $150k your getting a car that should cost MORE than a Quattro R8.Overall, this could be the best bang for the buck when it comes to an exotic supercar. My drive home from Sonoma had me thinking what life would be like with one in my garage. It checks all the boxes for me of what I would want from a car. I highly highly highly recommend driving this Mr Hyde or Dr Jekyl car for a day or even a weekend. It could be one of the best out there.

Update to the rental service for a safety recall #2: Trae had the same CHR cleaned and ready for me to exchange with Prius! This time the windshield was cleaned; the trash was removed; the footsteps and white smudges on the seats are removed; they put an air refreshener which helps to reduce a mild vomit smell it has. The location is about 1 hr round-trip away, so it was a hassle to go back and forth twice in a week especially because this week/weekends have been really hectic for me at work and at personal matters. So, because of the remaining mild vomit smell and the extra hour of round-trip that I had to make due to the rental services fault, I have to reserve one star, but I give 3 stars back for Traes quick response and remedy! Thank you, Trae!Update to the rental service for a safety recall: Trae, my relationship manager, came in to help; he had Adam deliver me a clean brand new Prius to rent today and will have the original dirty used CHR cleaned in the meantime for me to come pick it up over the weekend. To be updated when the weekend comes.Terrible when getting a rental for a safety recall in June 2020Was called in to exchange for a new rental car since my brand new car got safety recalls without a remedy. They gave me a car with literally trash (food plastic covers) under the front right seat in the car. When I pointed this out, the representative said nothing and just handed me the key. Arent they supposed to clean this all up? I am still shocked at the poor service and try to wrap my head around this.The interior has a lot of shoe prints all over the back of the front seats. White smudges are found here and there on the back seats, on the front seats, on the steering wheel, and on an inner side of a car door. There is a dent on the outside. There is a sticker residue on the front window.I did not expect Toyota service to be this terrible. How cant they clean up the trash and clean up the interior before they lend me the car? It is $100 that they charge if trash is found upon return. Is it not their job to remove the trash before lending it out then? Cleaning the interior is ever more important because of COVID19. I am very disappointed at Toyotas service. Cant find a right word to describe the amount of disappointment and sense of betrayal that I feel at Toyota and Stevens Creek Toyota.Excellent back in Jan 2019 when buying a carJohn Shamloo helped me get a new car with all the end-of-year rebate and discounts applied to match my other offer. I also got to test-drive two different versions of the same model. The whole process was smooth and was completed under 3 hours. Even when he had to leave early, he made sure I was in a good care of his colleagues. Overall, Im happy with my purchase.

Wait time for uhaul pick up is 15 mins and up eventhough most of the employees saw me walk in and out and make eyes contact with them. I know it was busy but at least pay attention to us, customers, say something like, I will be right there with you in a moment.It was pretty good and quick when I actually got help from 2 staff members when I pick up and drop off the uhaul.Please double check on the uhaul before renting those out. At least let the customers know whats wrong with the truck and let us decide. Our lives are in your hands and thoughts.Overall, experience this time is better than the last time. Hopefully, next time will be excellent.

Ha!I am not one for leaving reviews… but I feel like I must warn people of this place. These folks wasted almost two weeks of my time, and were completely manipulative and dishonest.I towed my van over to these guys after a spark plug blew out again 5 months after it previously happened. For a week they tried to say that it was a different spark plug so that my warranty wouldn't cover the cost. I knew they were lying as I had seen it myself before bringing it in. When I dropped the van off I also told them I knew what was wrong with it. So they misdiagnosed it trying to get out of the warranty. It was only when I asked for photo evidence that Lance finally admitted that it was indeed the same spark plug. I can prove that they knew the whole time too because they sent me a quote estimate that included the big sert fix- this kit is only for spark plugs which have PREVIOUSLY been repaired and failed.After that it took them days and days to get back to me about whether the warranty was going to cover it and came up with different excuses why the warranty wasn't going to work including saying things like, “the insert the first time wasn't a Ford part” - but there is no such thing as a Ford insert. After more BS like that, and Lance hanging up on me when he decided I was asking too many questions, I finally towed it away to a different shop which I should have done a long time ago.Please learn from my mistakes and experience and don't waste your money and energy on this place.They will deny this but I have all the proof and witnesses on all of our phone calls. Lance and Alfredo, you will be hearing from the BAR.I'm sure these guys assumed that, me being the young lady I am, I wouldn't know any better or that because I had a camper van from out of state that I was in a hurry to get it fixed and that they could take advantage of the situation.

They dont deserve 1 star. Horrible... Horrible.... Horrible! DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY! They will SCAM you out of your money and waste your time. Dont ask for a supervisor because they never call you back. They send you a form to fill out but never follow up. Customer service is rude and lacks training. Installers dont know anything so dont bother asking them. They run late, double book and reschedule at the last minute. Your schedule isnt important so make sure you plan accordingly. Even if you have proof and are right about a situation they still will not refund you or waive fees. I have asked to speak with the owner or corporate and was refused that information. My dui was definitely my fault but this is the worst place to go for your breathalyzer.
