All I can say is Wow Wow and Wow! I continue to have my mind blown at the level of service, friendliness and outright fun that this Hertz location in Whittier offers.I have been going to this Hertz location periodically for over 12 years. It used to be good; but it got really great a couple years ago, and I always look forward to coming here because the people that work here make me feel like family. It reminds me of that old TV show starring Ted Danson- where people enjoyed visiting an establishment because everyone knew their name; and they were always glad you came. Thats exactly how I feel.Edwin who is the manager is not only a very cool and charismatic individual, but is also absolutely, a great customer service orientated person. He seems to always be happy, and I always feel great when I leave. Another phenomenal employee is David. David is always prompt and focused; and super nice. Makes a person feel good. Makes me feel valued.Last time I was there, I met a new employee, Corey. Another great one. Took me out to the Tesla ( which Edwin upgraded me to for only $2 more than the little gas car I had reserved- that was nice), and showed me all the features. I had never been in a Tesla before, and I was a bit overwhelmed at seeing the unfamiliar technology. Corey was patient and took his time to go over everything with me so that when I drove away I felt confident; and safe.I could give many examples of how these folks have given me exceptional service, over and over again. Suffice it to say, these are good people, the cars are clean, the service exceeds expectations, the establishment is clean, and the overall vibe is one of good times and genuine kindness. Thank you Edwin, David and Corey-keep up the GREAT work!! All of you make Whittier a better place, and are one of the reasons I am glad I live here.

This review is not a reflection on the employees that work out of the office. This review is about the performance of the car we were given as a rental for the holiday weekend and for the district manager that did not return our email.We rented a 2019 Infiniti QX60 from your Pico Rivera location from Friday September 2nd to Tuesday September 6th. When we first started driving the car, there were no issues.As were about halfway to our destination for the weekend, we heard grinding coming from the rear drivers side of the car. We were able to see the brake pad almost completely ground down. Not at the recommended minimum of 4mm. At this point, we were too far to return/exchange the vehicle.Driving home Monday, we experienced some of the worst braking. Anytime we tried to stop, the car would grind and make the loudest, roughest noise to catch. At one point, there was smoke coming from the vehicle when we came to a stop.The representative we turned the car back into on Tuesday experienced this as well, when she drove the car back to the lot.This is completely unacceptable. We paid $372.96 to not have to stress about a pre trip tune up on our own cars. Seems as though the car we were given hadnt been serviced before being put in use. No mechanic shouldve signed off on the vehicle to be put in service. According to your CEO, Hertz cars are supposed to be reliable enough to get travelers to their destinations as safely and responsibly as possible. We do not feel that this last rental lived up to that promise. Genuinely, nothing about this experience inspires any confidence to rent from Hertz again.We do not feel that we got what we paid for, considering our drive took us to the mountains, where brakes are not only expected, but necessary.

I just had to write this review! I live in Palmdale, California. That's only an 1 hr 45 to Andres Piña's office. In the morning I got a call from a Agent named Victoria. Who only first called to give me a quote. Beautiful voice, so I had to drive out there to get this insurance. She was amazing: 10s all across! So professional, including the other staff that was also there. I only wanted Car insurance, but that didn't go as planned because of personal reasons lol but the way she helped me, she changed my life. I had life insurance through work but I feel like I was paying too much a month. The way she explained in detailed the 3 types of life policies State Farm had for me to choose from was perfect, I wasn't confused about what I needed in my life, (State Farm)(I mean other than her beautiful smile)She had me definitely! I was interested in everything she said. Great conversation, amazing energy. I am so happy I came into the office, because I was offered more options than what I came in for. I dont feel that nothing is a scam. Its legit. Im happy for that. I can sleep at night and dont have to stress about issues I now pay monthly for lol (if you get what I mean).. I did my research ahead of time and narrowed down the list of State Farm agents I wanted to call about a quote and this place was one of them. I happened to speak with Chloe who was amazing. She was professional, answered my myriad questions and went out of her way to check different quotes for me. She never made me feel like I was delaying her from getting to other work and worked with me to get the best quote possible. As a result, even though I got comparable quotes from other places, I decided to give this one by business just because of how helpful Chloe was. Even when I called to make my payment, she was willing to help me with other questions I had and even promised to find out some information she didn't have the answer to and to get back to me. In an age where quality customer service is on the decline, I am happy to have found this insurance agent.

I'm a believer in Goosehead and in particular Philip! It was near impossible to get homeowners insurance this year because of my 92883 zip code (extreme fire risk). I'm familiar with fires after living through the Sonoma county fires starting in 2018, 2019, and 2020.This is is where it gets interesting. In 2018 I was evacuated which resulted in a claim for lost use, and a claim for food; a whopping $1500.00! That claim dogged me all the way to 2021, and resulted in no one willing to insure me because I had “2 claims” in one year!“But for” Philip Miles really going to bat for me I would have been stuck. He worked with USAA to clarify that my 2018 “claim”was a single event claim. Interestingly, as a member of USAA since 1975, they wouldn't give me the time of day for my new home. Farmers was willing to insure at over three times the cost.I really couldn't believe Philip would put out so much effort for one homeowner…but he did! On top of all this, because my home finish date was repeatedly delayed, I was just waiting for the quote with Stillwater to expire. Thankfully, Philip kept my quote active until I finally closed 10/26/21.I ended up bundling ALL my Insurence (auto & umbrella)with Goosehead because customer service matters, and RATES we're the best. I have dealt with Summer Group for over 10 years. I actually lucked out when AAA blew me off when I questioned a huge increase in my car rate after belonging to the tow service and coverage for over 25 years. Summer Group has covered my townhouse and multiple cars for this 10+ years and a rental I have for about 8 with great rates and even better service. I have had two claims through Mercury on accidents that weren't caused by me and the team was fantastic. A few years back we had a claim through my home coverage on my car that was handled quickly and professionally. I don't even shop my rates now. I ask my agent, Heather Weyers, to get me the best options and she handles it. Trust in your insurance agent in this day and age is important. Too many out there that aren't honest and reliable. I have no problem recommending Summer Group and Heather. Give them a call and see.

Nena was able to help me find some hidden fees applied to my loan which would have met spending unnecessary money and paying interest on a loan amount I should have not been paying to begin with when I purchased my car at a dealership. I am forever grateful that I was able to save over $2400 when I agreed to let her beat the dealerships interest rate. That saved me and additional amount per month on a lower interest rate. I now have my car loan, car insurance and home insurance policy being serviced by her office. The greatest part about that is I received additional discounts for having her agency service all three products.

Randy is the worst, most unprofessional insurance agent I have ever had or dealt with. The level of unprofessionalism is beyond explanation. There have been a number of instances where I felt odd after talking with him but when it came to discussing an analogy of an insurance situation I was in he immediately made it offensively political, referring to someone who shares my political views with such contempt and disrespect I could not believe what I was hearing. In no world or setting is this okay. This was about insurance. After the talk I have never wanted to leave an insurance company faster. And since then I have. I hope others see Randy for what he is; apathetic, judgmental, with extreme bias and uncouth disdain for those on the other side of his political and financial views. Avoid him at all cost.
