Since then, I have a purchase a small army of equipment from TCW. Every time I need something, I check here first.The team at TCW is super responsive, knows their equipment, and always willing to help. They have walked me through what filters to buy, the pros and cons of each hose, even if I should get wheels on my bottling line or not.Even after purchasing I have called them at least 10 times with questions and they always patiently answer them all. Even when I had a few timers that werent working, then no questions asked sent out replacements.I cannot suggest them enough for any of your beer, spirit, or winemaking needs.

Having previously experienced the same road cpartial closure, that was managed by Cal Trans, this was ridiculous.

STAY AWAY!!This business takes advantage of people in vulnerable situations and employs sloppy and unethical business practices.We purchased a Honda Odyssey with a wheelchair accessibility conversion package from sales associate Tony Nava. When asked about the resale value of the van, Tony said that it would be $5,000 to $7,000 less than the purchase price. After only 3 months and 600 miles, the Ability Center quoted a resale price of over $20,000 less than the purchase price. When pressed about the discrepancy between the quoted $7,000 discount from the $20,000 discount, the managers response was to sell the van on craigslist.Furthermore, the license plates were sent to the dealership rather than our home, and the dealership never forwarded the pink slip. The Ability Center has been unprofessional and unresponsive throughout our interactions since this purchase. For example, the missing pink slip is still unresolved over 3 months after the purchase with no help from the Ability Center.Given that these vehicles are a specialty item, their resale is more complicated than for a typical vehicle. The Ability Center takes advantage of this fact in the context of most resales occurring after the death of a family member and few resources to put in the extra work required to sell the vehicle for a fair price. While it is understandable that they need to run a profitable business, they seem to take advantage of people in a vulnerable situation, which is particularly frustrating after being told that they will purchase the vehicle back for a fair price.

I am so grateful for everyone at this office, especially John Hayes. I was in a really bad accident last year while traveling from Slo to Salinas for work. They made sure I never had to deal with any doctor or hospital bills. They were able to get the other drivers insurance company to settle for the full amount of the policy within 6 months, and the only reason it took that long is Mr. Hayes wanted to make sure I had fully recovered before settling.If you are in a car accident, your first call needs to be to this office. Neither your insurance company or the other drivers insurance company are there to help you. They are in business to make money for their shareholders. Their #1 job is to convince you to take the least amount of money possible, not give you anything at all and to delay, delay, delay so you'll settle for next to nothing because you just need something so you can pay your bills.

Years ago REDi installed laminate throughout my new home. I had movers coming in a few days, but the installation crew found that sections of subfloor needed repair. More work requiring more time. Most company's would have said, “Sorry, you'll have to reschedule your mover.” REDi did not. Instead they worked from early in the morning to late at night and completed the job on schedule. What's more, they charged a very modest amount for the extra work. Recently, I had water damage to the laminate in front of my sink. The insurance company, who refused to pay for the damages, told me I would have to replace all the flooring in the kitchen. Another expert said it would be impossible to fix the floor with the nine leftover boards I had in storage ( the flooring was discontinued and that was all I had). Well, Redi did the impossible. The floor is perfect! What's more, Raul, who did the work was professional, polite and could not have been nicer. I gave this company 5 stars eight years ago, and I'm doing it again. ?

I have had TWO HORRIBLE experiences with California Parenting Institute! They are discriminatory, they allowed my daughters father to RUN their show, when I complained they were more concerned I was going to do this out their business than correct the problem, and retaliated against me! Violating my first amendment freedom of speech and Californias Anti-SLAPP laws! They will not tell the courts they are 1,5 months out on a waiting list, and therefore help break California Legislation for close and continuing contact. This place is parasitic and feeds off the courts disfunction and aids and abets child kidnapping because they are not honest on what they write which can be used against you later in court.I would encourage everyone to do everything via email, so you have proof of what they are doing. They allowed my ex to mess around with the court order for weeks when a spot came open and he didnt comply (as Usual) I asked for enough time for a ex parte motion, this place is making so much money they told me too bad we cant hold this spot even though I was on a waiting list for that time slot. If it aint easy money they dont want you as a client. They would not give me (mother) a week to get the court order needed to see my daughter and its because of them and their unwillingness to work with me they have helped father withhold and abduct my daughter. This is the SECOND TIME!They refused me service because they didnt want me to complain about the discrimination between bending over for fathers rights vs. being equal and giving me the same amount of time to get things straightened out with the court. So, in retaliation they have refused me service, giving father carte blanche to withhold our daughter. This place is only interested in Money, Money, Money, not the best interest of families, dont be fooled, your just a number with a price tag attached to your back!

My experience with this rental company was OK but not great. The message Id like to pass on to others is make sure you double and triple check everything they give you!I rented several small bar tables and tablecloths (plus some other items including an outdoor popup tent) for my mothers funeral in March, 2023. We did not meet the minimum delivery amount so we picked up all the equipment and brought it to a church in Santa Rosa the day before the service, and we planned to set everything up the next morning inside the sanctuary/reception area.I received a call from a manager later that evening, hours after pickup, saying that the warehouse workers were concerned that they may have given us stems that dont match the tables. I asked if they were just concerned or they are sure but she couldnt tell me. She asked if we could go test out the tables that night but we couldnt; we dont live nearby and the church was totally locked up for the night anyway. It was a distressing phone call to receive since the next morning we would have florists and caterers arriving to set up on these tables, as well as many friends and family members attending the service, and wed be crunched for time. Plus we were mourning our mother.We made it work by asking the pastor go to unlock the church an hour earlier than planned the next morning to see if the stems were going to match the tables. Sure enough, they gave us the wrong equipment.The manager was available to answer my phone call even though this was before they opened on Saturday morning. She hand delivered the proper table stems to us herself, moments before guests started to arrive for the service. We were so grateful to her for that. We scrambled to get it all set up, and everything turned out beautiful at my moms funeral.However it was very stressful and honestly upsetting to have this mixup happen with the tables. After all the time planning the service for my mother, I was rather disappointed in Party Tents and Events, and wished I had chosen someone more reliable.We didnt even end up using the outdoor pop-up tent that costed $160 and I wanted to ask them for a refund. But at the time, after my mothers passing and all the numerous phone calls and arrangements I had to make, I just didnt have the energy to contact this company to request a refund, if it was even possible.Hope others use caution when renting from this company.

Set it up in minutes, now I can watch live TV FREE including numerous movies, series, sports, and news stations. There are free apps also included and you have the option to add premium stations all for less that $10 each if you need more. Most have a 1-week to 30-day free trial before applying a charge, and you can always cancel before the end of the free trial. You literally can get almost all the content you want free or with additional minimal fees to customize your preferences all for half the price of Comcast.I had been a loyal customer for decades and had had it with their ongoing massive monthly increases for services that were never upgraded. Customer service is the WORST, untrained unprofessional agents that are not helpful and often are rude and waste your time on the phone. Getting help is useless at this company. I canceled my service and the next day returned the cable box and remote to the store. They refused to give me any paperwork as my proof of return, told me just take a picture of the box. They got irritated with me when I took pictures of my returned equipment with the store walls in the background. Unethical practices. Also took a picture from the street of the front of the store in anticipation of issues with my return not being processed. Timestamps on pics dont lie. They told me I would receive an email from the warehouse when they checked in my equipment. So far nothing! That was 10-days ago.In all fairness some techs that have come to my home to resolve issues were extremely helpful, others were just idiots and were not prepared when they arrived to resolve issues by having replacement parts and boxes to solve the issue. NEVER AGAIN will I do business with this company. I kept the internet service temporarily while looking into a better company before cancelling that service.CUT THE CORD! Save your money, dont let them take advantage of you! You can do better.
