So I have a small moving business the last time I rented a U-Haul I come to find out theres a dispute that is still pending and they are looking to collect more money I was told this at the end of the process when I want to go rent 1 now they wanted an additional $290 on top of the 150 that already collected so being that I was not ready to pay that money I told my client that I was going to be unable to get her a Uhaul and to provide my service for her so she would need to come in there and obtain the Uhaul herself having lost face with my customer and probably lost that business I waited at the U-Haul for her to arrive because it was nearing closing time she got there 10 minutes before closing time I hand her her money and said thank you for the business she later called me and told me how they denied her at Uhaul because of the fact that she was associated with me.. no I lost that business for sure. The Adolescent stuff that is employed there is a very easy explanation as to why she was not able to obtain and you are it was due to the fact that your employees and Uhaul did not want to work 4th at 8 show up and renter a U-Haul because they were ready to punch out and go home I would much rather hear the truth then you hear a store policy that I know does not exist if youre going to give you a business to you all dont give it to this location

The review by Eric Grushkin on this site fails to identify the following facts. This is the highest rated, best service dealer in Southern CA due to the incredible spirit of the owner Sharon. Eric Grushkins review is retaliation because he was put on the DO NOT RENT LIST posted on the wall by the counter. He made this list by being incredibly disrespectful to Sharon every time he rented...refusing to help this 54, 114 lb, 64 yr (young) lady hook up his trailer rentals including telling her he would not help her hook up a large trailer to his car while it was raining...and taking 20 boxes without paying for them when the office was empty briefly because the staff was delivering equipment to other customers in line ahead of him. He left an IOU because he was in a hurry. I encourage you to look his name up on Google...see what you find regarding lawsuits against him. And yes, the boyfriend told him he could no longer rent due to his behavior...a message Sharon agreed with and also delivered to him. BTW, the boyfriend is over 6 tall...Eric about 55...I think i understand his reference to high school insecurity.

Showed up and was told “I was not in the system. Lost opportunity.”I have multiple emails showing confirmed. I even went on line a few days ago and changed the move in date. I showed the staff person my confirmation email and he just kept saying “you are not in my system, lost opportunity “.After some back and forth he said he could make a new reservation at the rate I had ($44) if I booked for 4 months. No problem. He rang it all up and said $339. He had added insurance I did not need without asking. I told him to take it off. He scoffed and did. Then said $279. I asked how we got there and he said $55 a month. At that point my wife jumped in and said “you JUST said $44 if we did 4 months” He replied on the most pompous way possible “no I did not”. If I make a reservation and you confirm the reservation and you don't notify me of cancelling the reservation and I do all the work of bringing my stuff and then your rude staff person arbitrarily cancels and then tries to slide in extra costs on a new reservation I am done with you. NEVER giving you business again. You wasted my time, treated me rudely, and did not honor your commitment. I don't trust your company at all.

Our 23ft toy hauler was STOLEN right out of the parking lot, dont keep anything here!We kept our toy hauler here and with in the same week our trailer was hit by a neighboring boat and then was literally STOLEN out of the parking lot a few days later.When we noticed it was hit, there was apparently nothing the manager could do and the neighboring boat (who had damage on their boat that lined up perfectly with ours) denied hitting us, so we were SOL. Nothing could be done which is crazy!A week or so later, we went to pick up our trailer to go camping and it was MISSING from its spot. It had been stolen right out of the parking lot. The cameras at the entrance/exits caught the truck(s) leaving with our trailer but the cameras vision was so crappy it couldnt make out the license plate or faces. (a work truck that entered and exited with the truck who stole our toy hauler, was an existing storage holder member. He input the gate code, both trucks entered, and both left less than 10 mins later together with our trailer in tow, coincidence?)Conveniently, they had installed new cameras days after our trailer was stolen, with a much better picture (before we even knew it was missing). Cant help but wonder what prompted that, especially when the worker said we noticed your trailer missing last week. Stay away from this place.

I reached out to J.A. Auto Repair when I was searching for someone to do a pre-purchase inspection on an older car I was interested in buying from a private party as my teenage sons first car. Not only do I want to make sure my kid drives a safe vehicle, but also being on a limited budget I dont want to invest in a lemon and that is why INSPECTIONS ARE PARAMOUNT.Marlene is a great receptionist/assistant, very personable, and Jorge was equally relatable on the phone and very helpful in setting up an appointment that worked for both the seller and me. I wanted a classic inspection plus a compression test. The car was put on a lift and shortly thereafter Jorge called me over to show me his first findings. He pointed out some major issues and several massive red flags, which I would not have suspected since none of it was readily apparent with a basic visual inspection on the street, the car felt great on a test drive, and it had passed smog less than a month prior. Jorge could have gone through the whole inspection before talking to me and charged me for a compression test, but instead he showed me the issues right away and told me that there was no point in doing a compression test and that he couldnt let me buy that car already as it was (not that I would have at that point). He even handled the car owner who was not very happy with being told that his car was a dud and insisted that none of the issues were that bad. Then Jorge also gave me a discount on the inspection. With my budget and knowing that I am going to have to go through this again until I actually find a car worth buying, that was very much appreciated.Did I say Marlene is great? She is both professional and great for casual banter while waiting around for services to be performed. I had a pretty fun time at the mechanics isnt exactly a sentence I expected to utter, especially when I got bad news while there. Anyway, all this to say that I am now keeping an eye out specifically for vehicles for sale within a 15 minutes radius from J.A. Auto Repair so that I can get any further inspections done there. I trust Jorge and his team to be honest with me and act in my best interest, and they are great people to be around, so they definitely have my business anytime I need a mechanic in that area. Jorge even said he would give me a call if he got a lead on a car that he felt was worth buying within my budget. All around great place, great people, great experience.Go there.

So both my lady and I had a very pleasant experience here at ExtraSpace Storage. We had spent all day looking into prices, as well as best options regarding space. We then chose to set up a viewing for a storage here and decided to go check it out. We were running a little bit behind on schedule but we arrived to the Extra Space on Oceanside Blvd but the lady there said that she didn't have us booked for a storage.. we were confused, she then explained that there is another ExtraSpace Storage on Oceanside Blvd but it was 5 min until they closed there would be absolutely no way we would make it, the lady offered to call the correct ExtraSpace for us and asked Sergio, the assistant store manager who answered the phone if they would stay open for us as we came to the wrong one and he kindly agreed to wait for us. Although we showed up almost 10 min after closing Sergio waited for us and we couldn't have been more than grateful because we desperately needed a unit. Sergio is the definition of excellent customer service, not only did he walk us to the unit they had reserved for us, but he answered any question we may have had along the way. He was very charismatic and made us feel really comfortable. Not only were we grateful he agreed to wait for us even after hours but he definitely did not show any type of fatigue from having to stay on the job. I'm sure people have experienced going to a business before closing and have encountered restless yet unpleasant employees who exhibit customer hindrance, which is the exact opposite of good customer service. Making clients/customers feeling uncomfortable because they are still at the business very near closing time which then upsets some employees because that would mean they have to stay on shift longer to attend these customers until they are finished.. Now let me just say, I know what it's like having a long shift and wanting to go home but Sergio showed us what an exemplary store manager should be like, he did not rush us to view the unit, go through the rental agreement for unit, he patiently and kindly was attentive to all of our questions and concerns as well as keeping such a positive and humorous dialogue. Even after doing all the paperwork, which was way past his time to go home he still walked us to the keypad to make sure the code we were given granted us access and correctly worked. So we want to thank you Sergio, for taking your time to do your job and demonstrate to us what an excellent store manager should be like. Both my lady and I have experience in the Customer Service world and both have been Store Managers so we both can easily agree that ExtraSpace Storage has chosen the perfect person to represent your business as Sergio holds all the qualities that a customer should receive at any business. First, let me preface, this was my first time renting/riding an RV, so I cant really compare to others, but I would like to mention how much we enjoyed our experience with RV Fun Rental!First, I wanted to extend our trip, so it took a couple tries before getting a response. All is well. There were different sources of contact, so I knew I had options if I didnt receive a response from the first source. That was resolved.When it was time to meet up with Mia, everything was laid out with transparency. She gave us a run down of all the hook ups, buttons, compartments, RV tips, dos and donts, and answered all our questions. She also gave us the assuredness we could text her anytime on our trip if we come across any problem. Thankfully, other than a slight service notification on our dash, we never had any issues.The RV we chose was slightly slower going uphill, but Mia mentioned that as well, so we expected to take it easy when coming across steep roads. The rest of the trip was smooth sailing.Something else to note, since we live in an apartment complex, I didnt have access to park a 23 RV, and we were going to arrive on a Sunday (theyre closed on Sundays), so Mia gave us the option to meet her at a school close by, and she would take the RV for us. Such a life saver! If it wasnt for that, it would have been such a headache trying to figure out where to park it overnight. Thank you Mia and thank you RV Fun Rental!We had an amazing trip and absolutely loved the little clever addition to the RV. There were compliments regarding the TV in the side compartment!We will definitely come back and support this business. We had such a great time and I cant wait to start planning our next trip!

Updated Management Experience: LeeAnn is the newest manager at Oceanside Light House Storage. I can say after being at this facility for years that LeeAnn is professional, upfront and attentive, I have changed and added serval spots to my account over the years. I have worked with all the managers and employees over my time at this facility. Most are wonderful although of recent some have made it tough and unfortunately have made the experience here less desirable. The GREAT news is that the owners and upper management immediately discovered the problem in staff and addressed it. They brought LeeAnn in to manage, this change has completely brought Oceanside Light House Storage to an A+ facility again! With my added spots and spot changes I had a small issue arise. I was told by previous management and employees I was out of luck and just to move out if I didnt like it! LeeAnn didnt though, she listened to my issue stated what she was going to do and did it! The wonderful news is that within 30 min it was resolved. I must state that Oceanside Light House Storage is safe, secure, with a great and friendly staff once again! Not only are facilities clean on the inside of the gates but management has worked with the city of Oceanside to make sure all surrounding areas are clean and transient free. I would highly recommend this establishment for all your needs. I would like to personally thank all those involved that made the changes in management. With LeeAnn you can be assured that your expectations will be met and exceeded.Original Management Experience: Alex Agraphiotis is incredible, I stopped in to check on available spots and I had the pleasure of speaking with Alex she was very informative and let me know that nothing was available. However she took my number and said she would follow up if something came available and to my total surprise she did not only call me but made sure I was 100% setup and taken care of. The spot didnt work for what I had in mind but once again she stated she would call once something came available and she did and this was the perfect spot. The experience has been absolutely out of this world Alex is the best manager I have ever had the pleasure of dealing with and I can highly recommend this facility. Make sure you ask for Alex for the best experience she treats everyone as a friend and establishes personal relationships with all the tenants.

My review is based on the experience I had with the 2 movers since they essentially did the job and represented the company.I wasn't sure if I should get 2 movers and a truck or 3 movers and a truck (price difference per hour). I don't have much stuff to move but several heavy items including a king bed, queen bed and a very heavy iron Dinner table and bench.Ange and Germaine were the 2 movers. They were stellar. Man, do they hustle. They were careful with each item and even asked if I wanted everything bubble wrapped, shrink wrapped and wrapped in blankets. They were ready o but I told them that only fragile items would be necessary to do so.They disassembled the bed frames and table and reassembled everything that was moved into my new home.They even went to the storage unit where I was having certain items stored. They were friendly, professional, very efficient and hard working is an understatement.The company representative on the phone made reserving the job a piece of cake also.When you're moving, there's a lot of stress. These movers made this part of the transition so pleasant. Definitely worth the money. Oh, and I called several other companies before calling Qshark and they were waaaaay more expensive than Qshark.I went with Qshark going off their great reviews, price and what they offered.Thank you!
