I called Doug at U-Haul Old Town Temecula CA branch and explained to him that I had a gift certificate because I was over charged by U-Haul on my last rental and he asked me for my certificate number I explained to him that when I was given the certificate I was told by the u-haul employees that I just needed to give my name and email address he told me he would not honor it told me to go F**k myself and told me he didnt want to do business with me and to take my business else where so I called and made a reservation with Penske however after thinking about it for a day I decided that not everyone at every U-Haul acts like a child like Doug so I called the guys at the U-Haul at 25086 Jefferson Ave Murrieta, CA they were excellent and they honored my gift certificate that I was given by the Old Town branch. I dont know who would actually want to deal with Doug at Old Town Temecula U-Haul my guess is that he was picked on as a child and beat up on the play ground. Next time I call U-Haul I will def be calling the guys on Jefferson st they def know how to treat their customers as for Doug he lost my business for Life.

I made a reservation for a trailer and tow hitch over a month ago, I even had to pay a deposit on the hitch since they needed to ship it to the store. I show up on my previously agreed upon appointment time of 8AM thinking I'll be done by around 11, but that wasn't the case. I get here and wait in line only to be told that they have been trying to reach me for a few days (I don't think they have) then they confirmed my number and told me that I would have to come back at 11 to have the hitch installed and that the trailer was at a different location, but they would call the other location to let them know there is a delay so they don't think I am a no show. At this point I was a little irritated considering I'm trying to pack all of my things because I am about to drive across the country, but I didn't wanna get mad so I said ok and drove home(35 minutes away)to come back in 3 hours. THEN, what got me is that I got a call from them at around 9:30AM saying that they had the trailer brought to this location so I wouldn't have to go over to the other location after. So them doing that isn't what got me, what got me is that they claimed they couldn't reach my number and had tried to call me for days prior to tell me about the change and supposedly couldn't get through but today it all of a sudden worked when they called me with the update? The other thing is that the equipment that I had to pay a deposit on over a month ago was not here...they “didn't have it anymore” so then why did I pay a deposit to have it specially shipped to this store so that it could be here when I got here and they “don't have it anymore” which leads me to believe that they rented it to someone else. So then what was the point of me doing everything in advance which is supposed to be cheaper (it's not, the prices today are the same as a little over a month ago) and paying the deposit for a part, that isn't even here but I had to specifically pay for it to be guaranteed to be here. I really hope that my future experiences with U-Haul in our new city are nothing like this, because I have never had issues with the one in Fallbrook.

I try to keep my marketing and branding materials up to date and this time around I needed a pop up banner and a decal to put on my car to advertise on my daily commute. When i went in for a quote i was greeted by Jennifer, who explained what were my options as far as the products i was interested in. During my visit she took detailed measurements and photos of my car to prepare the quote. I let her know i had some designs already premade for this job and i would send them over as soon as i got home. Within a few hours, she called me back to discuss some concerns with my design and how it could be adjusted, i opted to have their in-house designer fix some details to ensure everything worked out. Within a few days Alan, their designer, sent over the PDF proof copy for my approval, we discussed some changes, within a few hours later he sent me a new proof and everything looked great. Come installation day, everything went smoothly. They had the banner ready for me to take home the same day of the decal install saving me an extra trip. Needed a smog check and the people I usually go to were full. So I saw this place in murrieta on other side of building offering smog checks and they were not busy so I decided to check them out. Now Ive had a little bit of an issue getting my car to pass the smog Ive had a check engine light that I cant fix and.last time I thought I did my usual guys told me after resetting a code you have to drive the car a bit before trying for smog again. So I did that put in almost 100 miles and like I said they were busy so I went to these other guys. Now granted I didnt ask about the no pass no pay smog service but I dont think Ive ever been to a smog place that charged me for not passing. So off course the cars computer was still not ready and the gentleman in front asked me if I had reset computer on car. I told him I had after fixing problem but had ran 100 miles already. He sated it wasnt ready and was going to have to charge me for test anyway that I should have been honest and told him I reset computer.Now as far as I know when fixing a check engine.light issues you need to reset the notification. I didnt know I had to give my whole car history to the front desk just to get a smog. He told me I shouldnt try to sneak the car past them and the test which sounds pretty unprofessional and rude. Im not a mechanic and figured the car was ready.Any way I think this place could have handled this in a more professional way maybe waved the smog fee and explain to me they charge regardless for next time. I think that would have made me me and my family loyal customers instead I will not be returning here at all.

Indeed James March Moving Company your crew came to our home without any supervision and took advantage when they had the opportunity to steal from us at the Carlsbad move. You were contacted and in your response you denied it ever happened like you are again denying it now. Bunch of Thieves. I would of loved to have given James March and his moving team high grades, but not when these movers are creatively stealing from clients. This was the second time using March Moving company, the first time was a wonderful experience and they get high marks for the first move at which James March owner was present but when it came around with our second move and the 4 young men James March had sent to do the move for us without a responsible supervisor it became noticeable after we were all moved in, we have noticed boxes were missing, these were heavy kitchen appliance boxes, I have read a previous March Moving review and another client had a similar issue, they look for the heavy box and they have a second vehicle besides the moving truck parked a side somewhere else and when your back is turned and they build your trust they take the heavy unmarked box as the other heavy boxes were marked clothes on it and they quickly wheel it to their other vehicle that was brought with them. These guy stole from me and yes March Moving company owner James March allowed these men to come into my home and do the move and do there 1 and 2 box thievery. No, I do not recommend March Moving Company as I was surprised that James March didnt supervise this 2nd move, BEAWARE that your movers arrive in one truck not with a separate vehicle and what makes it more of a stinger is that I appreciate hard labor and tipped $400 on a $800 move and yes I did have a one of a kind irreplaceable appliance in that Kitchen box and again James March hired a Bunch of Thieves.

Recently I had embarked on a search for a space that would accommodate my boat, that requires almost 40 of internal space, and, room in the adjoining area in front of the storage space, to maneuver into and out of, as well. In addition to this, I have years of experience with storage facilities, and have a pretty good idea what I need, and what to expect. That said, I need a storage facility that is easily accessible to streets that I can safely maneuver into and out of, is well lit and equipped with video surveillance, well maintained, very clean, and reasonably priced. To my great surprise I have found each & every element of my needs met, including a reasonable monthly fee. But my story does not end there...I was provided a wonderful & spacious drive-in storage unit for my boat. But due to the combined length of my boat and truck and needing extra maneuvering space, I was having significant difficulty pulling my boat out, and returning it back safely. Due to the environmental awareness of both Maria & Manager Karina, they had both observed my parking difficulties via security surveillance, had assessed an available storage space for the same price that had just became available with an almost straight back-in pullout access, and, actually drove onto the lot to advise me of, and show me the other nearby storage unit; I took it immediately! Maria and Karina are true professionals whom really care, pay close attention, and are making a positive difference for their clients.If you have taken the time read my short essay, which was written because Karina and Maria of Extra Space Storage, easily deserve for me to speak up for them, then you are also taking your storage selection seriously.That said, this facility deserves your due consideration for a closer look, which may well result in a clear choice for all your storage needs.

Invoice 0128477 and 0128495i have all my vehicles serviced at midas, so far only few occasions i got issues. this recent one is another that makes me think it may be bettter for me to bring my cars to dealership service instead.i had my break check for squeaks. i was advice that pads are crack and/or starting to crack. my suggesition is midas take pictures of those and show customer. a brake service was done replacing pads front/back and break fluid exchange. i took the car back but next day the parking service lights went on. the time i took it, i did not really test the parking breaks. brought it back they said caliper was faulty. they did offer for me to just pay the labor and midas absorbs the parts cost. i kinda dont really agree as i brought my car without the issue. but i dont like to hassle. i told them to contact carmax as i have maxcare. at the end they got my maxcare covered it, and i was charge my co payment of $100. Midas should just have not charge me at all since initially they are absorbing the parts, but since maxcare will pay for it and the fault really is not pre-existing i should not have paid anything and midas absorb the co pay of $100. i think thats fair, as i have to pay for uber those 2 days i dont have car to get to from office.honestly i like midas temecula, albert, bo and jacob are easy to work with. but im more concern of the quality of job. last time they did an oil change with my sonata, took it all done, the next morning there was an oil leak. took it back they said the plug washer was needing to be replaced.i dont mind paying, but i want quality job now im starting to doubt midas and might as well pay few $ more to get all my car serviced at dealership or find another new place for my cars service need.

Ill start off by saying that Lauren Irvin from GEICO Local office - Temecula- had done such an amazing job in helping me find the right policies that suits my needs. I went to this other agency (Im not going to mention their name) earlier in the day and was extremely upset of how they treated me. This other agency was not accomodating. However my day went way better when I found GEICO and spoke with Lauren Irvin on the phone. She has done such a great job in educating me and being patient throughout the whole process and helping me understand the different insurance coverages. Laurens honesty helped me a lot and I never felt once pressured. Lauren is super friendly and answered the many questions I had without making me feel like I had no idea what I was paying for before. All i knew before was that just I need insurance and I need to pay it. However, Lauren is very knowledgeable which put me at ease because we were on the phone for a long time. I did a lot of searching with different agencies and this one was the overall winner. I was able to get the lower price that I wanted. Lauren knows what customer service means and she went above and beyond going the extra mile assisting me. Definitely happy that I went with Geico. I highly recommend Lauren Irvin from GEICO Local office - Temecula for any of your insurance needs and should be nominated for EMPLOYEE Of The YEAR. Shes the best!!!

These guys rock! We used them for a parking space for a Ryder truck for a work event. I was coming from San Diego and hitting major traffic (making me arrive after office hours), and I was afraid after all that time getting up there that I wouldnt have anywhere to put the truck. Michael (amazing) went out of his way to wait for my arrival and get me checked in quickly and efficiently. The office and grounds are impeccable, and the property is double-gated. As a single female dropping the truck off after dark in an unfamiliar neighborhood, I felt very safe. The parking spaces were large and grounds are spacious (unlike some other facilities) making maneuvering the truck a piece of cake. Thanks for the terrific service! Highly recommend!
