Upon pick up of the box truck, the windshield was not clean and the cup holders were encrusted with dirt. The gas tank was just above the 1/8 mark. The facility also has a poor selection of overpriced boxes to choose from.I had to buy $25 worth of gas a gas station, and I drove the nearest U-Haul store to buy the boxes I needed. A kind staff member washed the windshield.I returned the truck the same day and I was charged a refuel fee of $11.66 even though the gas gauge was slightly below 1/4 of a tank. I think this is dishonest and unfair. I would never return to this place of business again.

All the ladies i spoke to over the phone were the best professional informative helpful! Andrew was great professional and helpful; only reason i don't give 5 stars: 2 guys need csr training- received angry call from Larry stating they haven't heard from me when I'd been calling daily& was over-quoted charges; the guy who took my final payment on 11/29 could not be bothered with decent humanity no eye contact, short incomplete answers, left us waiting in silence as if we needed special clearance to converse though he had several casual conversations with another employee mid-transaction; otherwise U-Haul has great prices doing business was mostly a pleasure. Would be great time saver to have detailed user guide to turn on/off high beams, emergency brake, ac, heater, etc. and what does the M & 1 mean on gear shift and how to use. so don't have to waste half hour pushing buttons and testing each. Otherwise seats are super comfy! Can't beat the prices! Most the time, they had me in and out, were usually easy to work with when needed to extend time of rental. With my budget and time restraints couldn't have done the move without uhaul. Bill/receipt could have greater detail with clear break down of all charges, every payment made and when and how paid and days of use. Thank you

Home Depot never fails me but I do my research before I go in. If you dont want to make a long term investment in tools there is a tool rental center in here. They have items for construction, demo and landscaping. Ask for a price list next time you go in. You can rent for a half or full day. They even have carpet cleaners. This place has helped me out quite a bit in regards to plumbing. You will be charged upon the return of your item.

I felt comfortable leaving my personal belongings here, seems to be pretty much secure! BUT, I feel like the prices for storages are getting pretty steep now a days! So many people losing their storages due to non pmt.! I think they should take into consideration that more than half the people who have a unit have also lost their homes or other sad situations where the storage companies are keeping their personal belongings such as family heirlooms or pictures that have no sentimental value to them! So, what happens to those items???? There can and should be a solution to this where both parties are satisfied, and yes I understand if they would just pay their bills! Its not that easy, and I feel like Im speaking for a lot of people who have had to go through this! All in all, thank you El Monte storage for temporarily keeping my stuff safe!!!! LC

I apologized for now doing my review earlier but as I promise here you. I want to thanks manager Monica for always following the company procedures and explaining to me as well remind me. This was my first time in my life that I needed to rent an storage to put some of my household stuff and because I became homeless leaving on motels, friends and my car. Monica is very understandable and goes beyond 100% to help you. I want to thanks her for helping me with the paperwork to finally find a permanent home. Also I want to thanks Eileen for been another great assistant and employee of TNT Management. I am so appreciate for all the help Monica and Ileen provided during my time as tenant of El Monte Store It Now. I highly recommend it.

I am a car guy, and I have been playing around with cars for over 10 years, including modifying and racing.I was helping a friend to rent a family sedan and they showed me two BMW 330i, the first one after checking had desirable options and a good price, I went in and paid for the 3-week rent including the insane $1000 deposit they asked, just to come out thinking I am driving away the car until they told me it is a reserved car, and they cant rent me that one anymore.The second 330i is going to be the replacement, with similar specs, however, all 4 tires have worn down past the indication mark, winter and spring are the rainy seasons in CA, and the staff told me It is still good, and it is gonna be alright. Absolutely throwing customers safety down the drain, not even giving an option of replacing service before pick up.At that point, I was beyond disappointed, so after 2 hours wasted, I decided to ask for a refund and just find another rental place. Coincidently, the owner drove into the parking lot and drove aggressively passed us, jumped out, and told us we could rent another almost brand-new 2023 Mercedes A220. I assume the staff called him in to deal with the situation. The A220 wasnt bad, one concern is the mismatching brand tires, and the 5-year-old tire in the back with cracks on the sidewalls. Usually, that isnt a big concern for a 3-week rental, but with all the dishonesty from the company and the staffs unprofessional and also fishy behaviors, there is just no way to do business with them.Avoid them at all costs, period

Horrible place representing Allstate insurance Co. I went in to close my policy and the insurance advisor gave me so much attitude and seemed clueless about my policy statement . Come on now Octavio please train all staff correctly or have the trainer train correctly. I was led to believe my balance was 0.00. When in reality it wasnt and both insurance advisors couldnt explain to me cleary please go else where if looking for insurance go to State Farm or Geico but stay away from this particular location and fiesta auto insurance. The staff isnt professional only when its to their convenience they dont explain policies right and dont take the proper protocol when taking calls . Trust me avoid an hassle and go else where!!

I have been trying to connect with someone in regards to my vehicle that was purchased three months ago. on May 1, 2020 It has been a hassle since DAY ONE!I purchased the car from Ganas . I was in the office for eight hours. I paid and signed and did everything on my part but was waiting in the lobby for hours I saw others purchase a car and leave and my Husband and I were still sitting there waiting I asked our sales agent to please expedite this because I had two small children waiting with a babysitter and the babysitter needs to go. Finally after the last call I got from our babysitter I told the salesperson I am going to need the keys or my money back only for the manager Amy to come out and throw my money at me and yell here! she humiliated me in the lobby the whole experience was ruined I told the salesperson just that she then spoke to Amy and told her why I was upset that I had been there already for eight hours and I had two small children under the age of 9 at home waiting for me. I knew it was not the salespersons fault so I told her I would go forward but that I felt her Manager Amy owed me an apology I waited an hour and the apology never came instead the paper DMV plates that I was waiting eight hours for were installed. A photo was then taken the day we purchased the car and Our photo we took speaks VOLUMES you can see that I was clearly crying in the photo because NEVER had I had someone throw money at me like that I reached out to her manager and never got a call backI was told when purchasing the car it would take a month for my plates to come in I purchased my car May 1, 2020 it is now August 8, 2020 and I have still not received my plates. i have received ZERO communication from Ganas Auto not even a courtesy call for saying Thank you for purchasing the vehicle NOTHING! I have called customer service and am placed on hold only for the call to be disconnected and I continue to call and just that the call is disconnected.Today Saturday August 8, 2020 my check engine light came on when I called the car dealership the person on the line makes an appointment for Thursday I told him I need something more urgent I need the car for work only for this person to be VERY confused and say Ohhhh Urgent? then place me on hold and then come back on the line and say I have to transfer you to the El Monte location. I then spoke to a woman named Goletti who made a service appointment for Monday at 4PM when I asked about a rental which is on my contract she then places me on hold for 35 minutes and then the call disconnects. While I was on hold with her my Husbands phone then rings and a man named Ruben Castro called to make an appointment for servicing my vehicle only for him to now schedule me for Thursday in El Monte Ca if the car is giving me trouble why would I drive it 40 miles away? when I have a Ganas Auto less than a mile away from my home. I asked that I please speak to his supervisor only for him to say I mean were closing in ten minutes.. I said well ill wait can you please get them? He then said I mean I had a hard day I mean were close to closing its not that serious. I said Yes it is! he then said Hold On! there was silence only for what I thought was him placing me on hold in reality my husband and I were sitting in the car speaking to this person through bluetooth only for him to chime in on my Husband and I PRIVATE conversation and say Why are you going to call a lawyer? Thats stupid! in reference to what I said to my husband when I asked him Doesnt this fall within the Lemon Law?I was placed on hold today for a total of two hours I can not get a hold of anyone in management I am referred to the website to email management only to get an error autoreply these passed three months. I worked HARD to purchase this vehicle only to be lied to, no communication and ZERO respect to even hear me. I have held my end of the bargain and paid my payments on time Never late and I pay well over the amount due only to be treated like garbage.
